I ran diagnostics and found the inlet valve would make a whining noise during fill consistent with a restriction in the valve solenoid. I replaced the valve and tested the unit again. I found the noise is no longer present. I advised the customer of my findings and solution. No leaks detected during time of service. Job complete.

Confirmed complaint. Found unit would dispense a small amount and slow down to a dribble. Installed bypass, no change. Confirmed valve on rear of unit is functioning. Disconnected dispenser line from valve and from quick connect near left front bottom door hinge. Used a steamer on one end of the line to see if reservoir was frozen and found it wasnt. Replaced filter head assy and re-installed filter. Tested. Unit now receiving proper water flow at dispenser and is filling ice maker. Unit functioning as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator that had leaked water into the RC, a large amount. Customer let me know it seemed like it leaked from the back of the RC where the reservoir was. I removed the panels and didnt see a direct leak when dispenser or icemaker was running. I reseated all connections to the water valve, and relayered my hoses. Judging by the amount it seems like the inlet line connection must have leaked due to a weird angle it sat at. If issue happens again we need to replace the reservoir with another one, the line seems to feel a tiny bit short. Call complete."

Check the door switch and found the light turning off if pressed with your finger. Checked the door switch as the oven closes and found that the switch was not being engaged due to the whole latch assembly being slid back. Slid forward the latch assembly and tighten the screws down at a little bit of an angle to allow the door switch to engage. Tested the unit on a 375? bake circle in the unit reach temperature and is now working as designed. Call complete.

I called Techline ED, sr# 7731960016 we did a temp test and found 13 degrees in freezer. Ed Advised to look for a cooling issue if there is no ice build up. I gained access to the compressor and found it pulling .83 amps. I gained access to the evaporator and inspected the frost pattern and the lines. I found the suction line bent and crimped coming out of the cabinet, see pictures. I called techline back and spoke to Steve. I advised Steve of my findings. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that won?t dispense water and has an issue with the door registering being closed. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and could not hear the dual water valve energizing when the paddle was pressed. When you switched the user interface over to ice dispensing it would work. Found the deli drawer light out and disconnected the jelly drawer user interface to see if that would make a difference with dispensing water. Still found the unit not dispensing water. Checked voltage at the door water valve when the water pedal was pressed and found no voltage. Advised the customer they would need a new deli user interface as well as main user interface.

Arrived on site for oven not heating properly. I spoke to the customer and found out they had an inspector come out and he stated it is off. I ran a temp test on the oven and found it heating too 425 during rapid preheat. I found the unit cycling at 352 while in normal operation. I inspected the shelf the unit is sitting on and found it has a hole cute out in it. This is for the old design wall oven. This wall oven requires a a solid shelf to vent properly based on whirlpools installation instructions.

I found the customer to have a water softener system in the home and he is using tide pods at the moment. I explained the importance of using less amounts of soap while on a softener. I accessed the main control and blew out the pressure hose. I replaced the main control and tested the unit again. The unit is operating as designed at this time and no leaks were detected during time of service. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for microwave not venting correctly. Upon inspection I found grease build up on the outside of the unit. I ran the fan and could hear the damper make a noise when turned on but did not make any noise when turned off. I un installed the unit and found tape hanging down from the vent box causing the damper to get caught and not open to vent out. I found a large amount of mold build up within the unit and inside the blower fan blades. I advised the customer that there would be nothing we can do to clean out the mold as it is spread out within the frame and all other HV components. I confirmed the unit is otherwise working as designed and the damper is opening as designed while the unit is un installed and on the counter. I advised the customer to reach out to their builder or the manufacturer to see if they can provide any assistance on this situation. Job complete.
