"Arrived on site to diagnose microwave with no heating issue, I gained access to the inner cabinet and removed the mag cap and diode, I found that the mag is bad and needs to be replaced, I replaced it and tested the unit, as soon as the unit was set to heat the fuse blew, I grabbed my fuse breaker and tested the unit again and the noise filter blew, upon inspection the mag that I have with me was shorted. Found evaporator cover broken in several spots. Was able to remove cover and found evaporator, dampener and fan completely frozen. Found drain pan completely frozen and broken in several places. Customer stated wife chipped away at ice with a knife. Also found liner broken and foam exposed near drain pan. Liner is saturated. "Arrived on site to inspect range oven temps and it smoking. Upon further inspection, customer advised they were baking at 300 degrees and the unit began to smoke and the temps felt too hot. Customer provided a photo of burnt food. Using my multimeter, I placed my thermal lead in the middle of the center rack and tested temps on Bake at 300 degrees. At preheat, my temp reading was 307 degrees. The unit temps are correct as this is an older gas unit. The unit smoking was due to the food that was burnt/charred. I advised the customer that the unit is operating properly.No gas leaks detected during service, job completed.

Removed thermal fuse and installed new thermal fuse. Tested cut off and it too didnt have continuity. Removed cut off and installed new cut off. Tested dryer and it is heating as designed. Customer stated their vent in the wall is clogged so they run their vent hose out of the garage door. I gave them the number to dryer vent wizard to clean their wall vent. Explained how these fuses blowing could happen again if the dryer isnt getting proper air flow. Job completed.

Arrived onsite for microwave showing door error. I called techline SR#7731301866 we checked voltage at P2 and found only 93VAC he recommended inspecting the primary interlock switch. As I went to unplug the unit I realized I didnt plug it in all the way and you have to really push the plug for it to go all the way in. After doing this all functions restored to the unit. The cavity light came on and I was able to heat a glass of water. I tested function multiple times and it worked as designed every time. Job complete.

After installing the new control and making sure it was receiving 120 volts from the outlet, I attempted service mode and unit had a green light on the control, but didnt respond. I Called Whirlpool Tech Line and spoke JR SR#7731856935. I was directed to test the ohms at the J2 connector at the control. I didnt register. Checked the connector at the drain pump and the black/ white wire was broken, which caused the drain pump to ruin the control. Arrived on site for GETTING TO ABOUT 20 DEGREES IN THE FREEZER-FRIDGE SEEMS FINE MAINTAINING AT 40 DEG. We gained access to the evap and found incomplete frost pattern. We then gained access to the back of unit and check equalized pressures and found the at 30psi. We found no uv dye at dryer or compressor. We evacuated system.We then check system for leaks with 120psi of nitrogen and found none. We reinstalled all line and evaporator and still no leaks found. We pulled a vacuum found system pulling full vacuum. We monitored system for ten minutes and found it holding a consistent vacuum. We then recharged system with a measured charge of refrigerant. looked at frost pattern. We Found full frost pattern on evaporator. Unit is now working as designed. Job complete

Performed automatic test cycle and found operating. Inspected gear case, actuator, cam and motor. Found no signs of abnormal wear and tear. Checked suspension rods and found correct response. Ran automatic test cycle and found completed. Performed manual test mode and tested water valve by activating and deactivating. Performed same method with agitation and spin. Found all components working as designed. Called Whirlpool tech support and spoke with Andrew. Ran calibration cycle. He stated fault is due to unbalanced load with all checks performed. Arrived on site to follow up on sealed system issue with refrigerator. First installed evap motor and compressor. Unit was not running fans during diagnostic mode at all. Retested unit with new evap fan and control and found those working. Unit still had an incomplete frost pattern. Evacuated system. Found pressures were decent. Arrived onsite for unit leaking. Tested the unit allowed the unit till runs regular cycle and fill with water. Unit did not leak from any area of the unit. Asked customer about washing habit and said they wash everything in normal wash. Let them know that when they wash to be careful with there pleads to and pick the correct settings for the unit when washing and if the loads are too big or not using the correct options when washing could cause some water to come out the top of the wash tub because of how fast the tub spins in different modes. Arrived on site for THE UNIT IS TAKING TOO LONG TO WASH AND LEAVE SOAP IN THE CLOTHES and leaving soap residue. Customer inspected us of that. We gained access to the bottom of unit and check the rotor and the slide and found the teeth with some damage. No oil present. We checked the pressures sensor port a the the bottom of the drum and found it clear. We then put unit into diagnostics mode and found a F3e2 inlet water temperature fault. We gained access to the water inlet valve were the thermistor is and tested resistance and for 6.17= 160 degrees and it was about 71 degrees in the room. We Called techline and spoke to rich I received sr# 7731853324 techline recommended replacing the rotor and slide along with water inlet valve.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that?s not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit has not been making ice for the last several weeks and they don?t hear the unit cycling. Ran the unit through diagnostics and checked the ice bucket sensor and ice maker harvest. Found the ice bucket sensor working properly. However, found during the harvest test that the motor would not turn. Disassembled icemaker assembly and checked for any loose connections. Found all connections good. Went to replace icemaker and then checked the harness at the bottom of the door. Found two broken wires at the door hinge.I advise the customer that we could potentially try to fix the wire issue but that we could not warranty the repair due to likelihood that the wires would split again. I advised the other option was to order the door.

"Arrived on site for Noisy when it drains and spins. Placed in diagnostics and got F3E2. Found pressure hose kinked inside washer cavity. Repositioned pressure hose to ensure the kink was removed. Pressure hose still had slight bend, but will eventually regain normal shape with new location. Ran through auto diagnostics and washer filled agitated and spun then drained. No abnormal noises while auto diagnostics ran and completed. No leaks detected. Job completed."
