Arrived onsite for a ice machine that is not producing ice. Upon arrival I found that there was no water in the unit and when I ran the water inlet valve I found that it did not fill. Replaced the dryer and charged the unit up with 120 pounds of nitrogen. Found pressures hold for 15 minutes. Vacuumed down the unit to -31 psi and found pressures hold for another 10 minutes. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is making a rubbing sound during agitation. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit only makes the sound during agitation and does not happen during spin cycles. The customer also did not have a video or audio of the sound. Ran unit through diagnostics and could not replicate the sound. Ran the unit through both Phil tests until the washer got up to halfway up the basket and attempted to agitate on heavy agitation. Still could not replicate the sound. The customer advised that the sound typically occurs as the unit is being used more and more. Found an F0 E3 (overload) and F0 E5 (off balance load) error codes. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Bruce SR# 7735989207. He advised that based on the current information and the fact the customer runs four or more loads a day, the issue would most likely be with the slider, heating up and sticking occasionally when the customer is repeatedly using the product. He advised that there is nothing that can be done on the machine side to prevent that issue because its most likely an issue with overuse with the unit or overloading. He advised to make no repairs and to advise the customer against overloading it. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

"MVW7232HW0 Arrived to inspect noise. The customer presented a video that a squeal could be heard intermittently. Inspection of the gear case area revealed it was in the early stages of leaking and lines of oil that were flung from the hub could be seen in the rotor. I removed and replaced the gear case, slider and rotor and re-calibrated. Testing revealed normal operation and there were no leaks observed during service."

There was a noise from the compressor area and after securing the condenser tubing, the issue was resolved. "WRS586FLDM01 Arrived to inspect no ice. I found the ice maker would rotate and verified voltage to the valve and I could could hear it attempting to fill. Removing the lower supply line to the door, I found the line within the door had frozen. I verified voltage to the fill tube heater and that the fill tube heater had continuity, showing 101 . I advised the customer the issue is within the door and cannot be corrected, except for door replacement. Due to the cost, the customer decided to not proceed, knowing no further repair could be performed. Warranty applied to service. No leaks observed during service."

Tested unit and found that orifice was clogged and not allowing the gas to flow to the igniter. Cleaned it out and tested, unit is now operating designed. No leaks where observed during service. "Arrived on site for dishwasher not working correctly. On inspection found that water was being released into the unit but not being sprayed through the wash arms. I found error F9E1, I replaced the pump assembly and test unit again. Water is now being sprayed through the arms now. Tested heating element and it ohmed out at 20ohms and was heating correctly.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking water. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the unit is cooling fine and water was leaking from the top of the RC section. I tested temps in the FC=6 degrees and RC=33 degrees (setting of 35 degrees). I reset the RC temp to 37 (recommended temp). I inspected the evaporator in the RC section and found it to have a good frost pattern. I did find a small amount of water that dripped from the evap cover and cleaned it up. I didnt find any evidence of ice build up as the customer described they found on the evap cover. From the customers description of issues, it appears that the unit door was possibly left cracked open and created an air leak. I recommended the customer monitor the unit and notify our office if the issues persists. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that smells like fish in the rc. Upon inspection I found the the smell was coming from a brown solidified liquid that was hiding underneath the pantry drawer I cleaned it up and found that the smell when away. Job complete

Arrived onsite for MW not working. On inspection that the start and cancel button and non responsive to the touch. There is no beep when you press the button. The buttons on the right side responds with a beep. Installed a new UI and the buttons are responding to the touch now. The unit is operating as designed.

Arrived onsite for washer walking. On inspection found that all the sides of the cabinet are bowed out due to the unit get off balance. On further inspection found that the suspension was weak and the stabilizer shock were not working correctly.

Arrived onsite for a dryer that is not tumbling and not heating. Upon inspection I found that all items that have controls the tumbling and heating off the unit were good but the thermal fuse. I installed the fuse and tested the unit no found that unit operating as designed.

The tray filled with water, told the customer that there was a lot of frozen water under the ice bin. "WF50K7500AV/A2 11 Arrived to inspect non-operation. I found the unit would fill and the drain pump was also present (loud clicking and suspected failure in a short period,) but the the basket assembly made no attempt to rotate. I verified all of the door switches had continuity, including the convenience door and tested the motor. The three windings were 10.9, 10.9 and 11 ohms, above the MFG referenced number, but a known error within the MFG documentation of 6 ohms. The speed sensor tested correctly and I monitored for any applied power during attempted use. There was never any measurable current sent to the motor on any of the three lines and I suspect the failure is within both the speed control and main boards, due to there being no stored errors. The unit was also very difficult to get into service mode and may denote further controller errors. I advised the customer of my findings and they elected to not pursue attempted repair due to cost. No leaks observed during service.

Arrived onsite for a dryer to replace the previous diagnosed parts. I replaced the blower wheel and tested the dryer. The unit is working as designed.

Arrived onsite and found unit not accessible at time of service was able to determine from onsite diagnosing tech that the symptoms indicate a locked compressor. Ordering compressor to repair. Arrived on site for washer not draining. Found f9E1. Called techline 3 times and documented issues. Replaced drain motor and lower harness and found unit still failing with same symptoms. Techline recommended ordering new drain pump and acu andreplacing both again sr#7735963290 office to reschedule once availability of parts is known.; ordrng 1 W11399437 (Drain pump) and 1 W11428994 (Acu)

Arrived onsite for a washer that displays and F7E1 error. I went into diagnostics and found the F7E1 stored twice and an F7E7. I found the motor capacitor defective and leaking oil causing the issue. Ordering W11395618 capacitor. ordrng 1 W11395618 (Capacitor)
