"Arrived on site for a washing machine that wont fill. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that regardless of what setting they put it on, the unit will not fill. Ran the unit three diagnostics and found an F7 E5 (shifter fault) error code. Ran it through a diagnostic check and found everything working but when it agitated, loud sounds were coming from the washer, and when it tried to spin, only the agitator would spin. Check underneath the unit and found that the slider had been broken and was stuck, causing the issue. Replaced the slider with the truck. Stock slider (W10734521). Tested the unit and the unit began working and operating as designed. Call complete. ; used 1 W10734521 (Slider) from stock"

I asked what was not drying and the customer said that it was the plastic dishes that wasnt drying.
