"Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher that was tripping breaker whenever it was plugged in. Tried to flip breaker and it instantly trips. Breaker is GFCI. When breaker trips, it trips a 2nd breaker for another outlet, both GFCI. Disconnected power cable and tested voltage. Found proper voltage and 0 voltage at neutral. Wiring looks good. As soon as power is connected to control the breaker trips. Disconnected all loads. Breaker still trips. Replaced control and retested. Breaker tripped again. Called tech line and talked to Bruce, SR 7732349951. Bruce had me ohm out all loads and found all are testing good. Checked wiring and found no loose or pinched wires. Only remaining possibility is the issue is in the incoming wiring / GFCI circuit. All wiring and components testing good. Advised superintendent to check the wiring at the box to unit, or try off GFCI. Call complete."

Customer/builder said the breaker had been replaced twice. I inspected the breaker and found a standard breaker, which before it was a GFCI breaker. I disassembled the unit and tested all components and all are operating as designed. I contacted techline and spoke to Austin and advised of the complaint and my findings. Austin advised that the unit is operating as designed based off my testing/findings and provided SR#7732344803. Customer advised that she and the electrician could not get the unit to start and they tried several times. Based off this information, I removed and replaced the start button and door switch and retested and unit continues to operate as designed. No lint observed during service, job completed."

I inspected the oven and broiler door I found both closing and seated properly. I did a temp test and found the oven averaging 347, when set to 350 degrees. Arrived on site to install previous diagnose parts. I installed a new pantry drawer and pantry UI. I reassembled the unit and put it through a defrost cycle. I advised the customer to defrost the unit for 24 to 48 hours in order for the ice on the evaporator to melt so the unit will start working as designed. . Job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not operating. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that some of the buttons on the control panel arent working. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F5E1. Cleared the code and continued with testing. Unit operated as designed. I found the mode keys are functioning, but the extra selection keys are not. I tested the control panel harness and found it good. I removed and replaced the control panel and retested and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site for gas range handle above the handle of the oven a piece is becoming detached. Found upper trim had a small amount of play. Removed upper trim and found one of the screws inside the door panel was not tightened down all the way. Tightened this screw down but didnt make a bid difference in the play. I used sealer to fill in the small gap as best I could to reduce the play. Door is not damaged and a small amount of play is normal due to the minimum of two screws used to mount the upper bracket. Mounted door back onto range and had the customer see the play was a better but still there. Explained the play would not effect the oven from retaining heat and the play is not abnormal. Door is secure and opens and closes as designed. Job completed.

Arrived on site and inspected microwave apparently causing the customers breaker to cut off. Ran a bowl of water on the 2 minute water cup test and unit heated. I did this twice approximately 5 minutes apart and unit heated. I did notice the door was off and had to lift it up to close it and the switches or latch assembly was possibly contributing to the malfunction.
