I found an excess of suds in the tub of the unit after a diagnostics cycle. I called techline and spoke to Chris. I advised him of my findings.he advised to have the Customer cut back the soap even more after since they are on a water softener. I tested the drain pump multiple times and found it working as designed every time. I inspected the drain hoses and found the installed properly and with no kinks. Chris advised there is no parts needing to be replaced today. I advised the customer about soap usage and to not use any high concentration soap. Job complete."

Arrived on site for FRIDGE DOOR IS NOT SEALING PROPERLY. Inspected hinges and cams and they are all operating as designed. Found fridge door would not close because the gasket will not seat into trim of door. You can hear the gasket rubbing against fridge exterior as it tries to seal. Found expanding foam along trim where gasket seats. Attempted to remove the gasket to reseat but it was lodged inside the gap trim tightly. Arrived onsite for range making abnormal noises. Upon inspection I was not able to recreate any noises. The customer er stated that it happens on cool down after use. Pulled the unit out and found the compressor and condenser fan not functioning. Tested amp draw to the compressor and found none. I inspected the compressor inverter board and found it had shorted/burnt out. Checked the compressor windings and all are within range. Checked continuity to the condenser fan and while doing so, I found one the connectors bent and not making good contact with the harness. I adjusted the connector and installed a new inverter board and tested the unit in diagnostics step 4. Unit is operating as designed. Arrived on site for range causing oven to heat incorrectly. Upon arrival customer had unit running and trying to heat right side oven. After further testing I found after 10 minutes that unit was exceeding 400 degrees and not lowering even when set to 350. I found oven temp sensor had failed. Replaced sensor reassembled and tested unit and found it functioning as designed. Call complete

"Arrived on site for a while oven that is not completely preheating on either oven. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit would not make it to the preset temperatures and would eventually error out and shut off in an idle state. Around the unit through diagnostics and found an F6 E1 (over temperature during cooking) error code. Tested all bake and broiling elements to make sure that none of them were running when the unit was idle as well as making sure they all turned on. I?ll bake and broil elements were working as designed. Round the unit through it up bake cycle on both ovens at 350?F. Both reach 350?F and stayed there for over seven minutes. The customer requested that I test her broiling functions as well to make sure the unit didn?t error out. Tested both broil elements at 5:50 for 10 minutes. The unit ran as designed with no error codes present. Spoke to SW and was advised that at this time since we could not replicate the issue do not proceed with the repair but that if other issues were present, the most likely scenario would be with the main board and/or sensors.

Ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F2 E1 (UI stuck key), F0 E5 (off balance load), and F0 E9 (off balance pause) error codes. I ran the unit through a manual high speed spin, tested all the valves, and around the unit through a diagnostic cycle. All tests ran as designed. I tested the unit in a normal wash cycle and noticed the customer using the extra power function of the unit. I did ask the customer if they consistently use that extra power function and she advised that she was not aware of whether she did or not. I did explain to her about the service pointer talking about low water levels of the beginning of the cycle when it agitates and that water is constantly being filled into the unit throughout the cycle. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator with the ice maker not working. I gained access to IM in the FC. Upon further inspection I found there was significant frost build up in the freezer. I found that the door had not been closing all the way due to how the IM scoop was set in the ice box. I advised the customer on this and how to properly put the scoop onto its holder. I jumped the IM and nothing happened. I checked voltage to the IM and found it good. I then jumped the fill and found it still not filling, and the fill tube was not frozen. This indicates a bad valve. I could not test the filter head due to the customer not having the filter bypass. Due to this I am ordering the valve and filter head for the repair. We will need to install the valve first and test the unit. The filter head was ordered to be sure we will not have to make another trip in case it was needed. We are also bringing back the IM to install, for the one installed on the last visit is bad. The customer kept the prior quote for the valve and no fee was collected today due to being a call back. "Arrived on site for a microwave with the humidity sensor going off, and the lights intermittently not turning off. Upon arrival the customer stated when he made baked potatoes sometimes the unit would stop and the sensor light would flash. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes, and the humidity sensor in range per the tech sheet. I advised the customer the unit is supposed to shut off when it senses to much moisture, and a baked potato cooking for several minutes is likely to do this. The customer also stated the units interior lights will sometimes not shut off after closing the door. I found that this typically happens after the customer slams the door. He found that jiggling the handle a bit fixes it. The customer also recently had the interlocks replaced by another company. I advised the customer that slamming the door can jam the interlocks and cause this issue. I gained access to the control and interlocks. I found both as designed. I found no mechanical failure on the unit.

"Arrived on site for Not Dispensing Water - Side by Side Refrigerator. Used glass to test water dispenser and no water came out of the dispenser. I could hear the valve humming when calling for water from dispenser. Ice maker is making ice. Removed filter and tried pressing the water dispenser again and still no water. Removed water line from the valve at the rear of the fridge to flush the water line. Tested dispenser and still no water. Read temps from UI and freezer was set to -4 degrees. Explained to customer this could be why the water isnt coming out due to the water line being frozen inside the door. Customer wasnt sure why it was set so cold. Set to recommended temp at 0 degrees. Removed kick plate to access water line connectors. Disconnected ice maker water line instead of water dispenser line on accident and pressed water dispenser and water came out of dispenser. Once I realized I didnt disconnect the water dispenser line, I concluded the water line for the water dispenser was either kinked at the bottom of the door or frozen inside the door. I must have unkinked it or the water line became unfrozen while I had the freezer door open trying to diagnose. Ordering filter head to return and complete the repair if the water stops dispensing again. Explained to customer they could cancel the return visit if the water continues to dispense between now and the time we call to reschedule. If it stops working again I will return with the filter head to be replaced. Returning with parts office had already ordered too. ; ordrng 1 W10394053 (Filter head)"

I gained access to the unit and called tech line and spoke with Adrian, he informed me that the fresh food section would only freeze at the top due to position of items stored in the unit, he also mentioned if leveling the unit and retaining the compressor properly doesnt stop the noise that the compressor would need to be replaced, he provided me with sr#7731863545. "On site or dryer not drying clothes. Confirmed complaint. Found thermistor out of spec. Ran vent tester, results came back poor for all dryers. Also, found water coming out of vent hose causing poor ventilation and build up of lint inside of ducting in wall. Found dryer didnt have any feet on unit. Customer stated that the unit didnt have feet on it when purchased. Since the unit has no feet causing unit to sit on the ground, and the vent hose leaking water when raining, this caused bottom frame of unit to rust.

"Arrived on site and replaced heating element diagnosed on previous visit. Dryer is now operating normally took one picture of it heating properly. Also found airflow is restricted on airflow meter and advised customer not to use dryer until vent to the exterior of the home has been cleared/cleaned by a service, job complete"

"Arrived on site for customer complaint of unit not draining, found failed drain pump, I replaced drain pump, unit tested good.

Arrived onsite and installed new icemaker. Unit is now operating properly. Advised customer on repair.

Arrived on site for Fridge is leaking Freon/ 10 years limited warranty. Customer informed use that they had another company come out and they replace the main control and then the same issue occurred. We the gained access to the the rc and found no ice build up. We then performed a temp test in the fc and found it at 0 degrees. We then gained access to the back of unit and checked the condenser for leaks found none also checked to see if the drain tube was clogged found no clog.we then performed a resistance test of the fc evap thermistor and the rc thermistor found then to be reading good. We then gained access to the rc evaporator and put unit into diagnostics and ran diag test for the compressor and that pasted. We the found service pointer for the control and rc evap cover. Service Pointer #:W11033419D. We attempted to perform this but found the evaporator cover defective. Ordering new evap cover w11167902. Office to reschedule.; ordrng 1 W11167902 (Rc evaporator cover.)

Arrived on site to test unit for loud noise when in spin. Verified noise was failed gearcase. Attempted to removed agitator with no success. Arrived on call for complaint of not draining. Found the drain hose installed incorrectly. Rerouted hose for proper drain.

"Arrived on site for loud noise. Ran diagnostics fan powered on,ran compressor loud vibration noise,adjusted condenser seer coils and front legs noise no longer present"

Arrived on site for washer giving f2e2 error ui disconnected failure. Upon arrival I co firmed error and found no other errors stored. I then found ACU had failed to recognize ui was plugged in. Replaced ACU and reassembled and tested unit. Found washer fully functioning as designed with no leaks or failures. Call complete

Arrived on site to install new inner door glass to resolve scraped glass. Replaced with new glass and verified new glass good. All is working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Ran dryer so I could hear the noise. Gained access to drum and removed damaged seal and installed new seal. Customer stated previous tech recommended not using the dryer for two days. According to the adhesive directions and repair clinic video it only takes twenty minutes for the adhesive to dry

Arrived on call for noise complaint. Found the inlet valve not secure in properly and causing additional noise. Re secure valve and test.

"Arrived on site to diagnose microwave with no heating issue, I gained access to the inner cabinet and removed the mag cap and diode, I found that the mag is bad and needs to be replaced, I replaced it and tested the unit, as soon as the unit was set to heat the fuse blew, I grabbed my fuse breaker and tested the unit again and the noise filter blew, upon inspection the mag that I have with me was shorted. "Arrived on site for no ice. Removed cover found broken wires at grid cutter,ran diagnostics all test passed,good water flow,pumps powered on frost formation across evaporator plate. Replaced grid cutter ran diagnostics again all passed.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Removed control and console and installed new control and console. Placed in diagnostics and all cycles completed without issue. Heater sizzled water at end and no leaks detected.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator not reading doors. Upon arrival found both covers damaged not aligned correctly to read. Replaced both and tested found unit to now be operating as designed. Job Completed.
