"Arrived on site for ice machine not making ice. Upon arrival customer stated unit started making ice but very thin a few days before arrival. Upon further inspection confirmed complaint. After further tests of all hardware including thermistors (Bin thermistor 4.18kohms. Evap thermistor 3.3.kohms) and all other components, I found the previously replaced recirc. Pump had failed again causing lack of water flow to evap coil and res. Tank.

Arrived on call to replace previous diagnosed part. Test oven and found the bake element not turning on in bake cycle. Test control and found the relay not closing. Replace control and test oven bake element working.

Arrived onsite and replaced evap cover and Orion board and gasket. Unit had been completely defrosted. Unit is now operating as designed.

Arrived on call for complaint of leak. Found the hose connection at rear of refrigerator for defrost not connected properly. Correct drain error .

Arrived on site for loud oven blower. Tested unit and found oven blower needs to be replaced. Advised customer of heavy buildup restricting air flow. He said to proceed. Tested unit and test tested good. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for dishwasher seemingly not getting water. Upon inspection I found F4E3 and F7E1 stored in the system. I ran diagnostics and found the motor not engaging. I could hear it clicking and humming but no function. I advanced through the cycles and the motor began working towards the end cycles. I found the heater working as designed. I removed and cleaned out the filter and tested again. This time the motor engaged as designed and went through diagnostics as designed. I ran the unit 2 more times and I was not able to recreate any other failures at this time. The unit is working as designed and no leaks were detected. In the event of a call back please send sump/motor and control.

Arrived on site to examine cooktop with one or more bezels detached. Found the adhesive had failed on 3 of the 6 bezels. Replaced 3 bezels. Unit is now working as designed. Call complete

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking water at the bottom of the unit. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error codes F8E2 & F6E6. Cleared the codes and continued with testing. Customer advised that they recently had their disposal replaced. I verified the knockout plug was removed. Unit is operating as designed. I found the insulation in the door was wet at the bottom right corner. I removed the outer door panel and found the vent leaking from the bottom. Removed the vent and found the gasket badly worn.Using a gasket from my van stock (WP8269259), I removed and replaced the gasket and retested. Unit is operating as designed with no further leaks. No leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect range leaking gas. Upon further inspection, I found the gas line shut off and customer advised it was turned off by the gas company. I turned the gas on and immediately could smell gas. I found the middle burner valve was leaking at the stem. I attempted to adjust the stem, but it failed. I turned the gas off and advised my customer of my findings. I am ordering the middle burner valve and CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST. Arrived on call for complaint of not drying. Turn on dryer and the check air flow from outside. The vent is good. Test moisture strips and they passed. From control test out thermistor and it is measured too high a temperature. After installation test operation.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that was not making ice. Upon arrival the customer stated they have a few different issues as well. They have found the freezer and upper refrigerator compartment lights have gone out. They also found the pantry drawer UI was no longer lighting up. I checked temps and found the RC at -3?F, the RC at 31?F when set at 33?F, and the ice box at 41?F. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and checked all airflow components. I found the IM fan did not turn on. I checked IM error codes and found E2 for motor lost position. I ran test 57 and found the IM would not harvest. I ran test 45 and found the IM would fill. I also found the ice level sensor reading correctly. I gained access to the control and checked voltage to the IM while in test 57. I found only 19VAC going to it. This indicates a faulty control. I then checked voltage to the fan while in test 36 and found 7VDC which is good. I also ohmd out the IM thermistor and found it at 3.16k, this is accurate for the time of reading. This indicates also a faulty IB fan. I gained access to the pantry UI and found it full of water. The UI and harness were eroded. Due to this we would need to replace the pantry UI and door (harness is integrated into the door). I also found the FC light bad. In order to repair the unit we would need to replace the main control, ice box fan, FC light, pantry UI, and pantry door

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator with no control access to the unit, upon arrival I found the unit in sabbath mode, i gained access to the UI and instructed the customer on how to put the unit into sabbath mode and take it out of sabbath mode, the unit is operating properly as designed. The customer mentioned the filter and it being changed close to a year ago, i informed the customer that the filter should be changed every six months, I inspected the filter and it looked okay but I recommended that she change it and informed me that she would purchase one herself.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator with wheel broken. Upon inspection I confirmed the back right wheel is damaged. I replaced the wheel and axel. The customer states no other issues at this time. No leaks detected. Job complete.

I tested the actuator and found it working every time with no unusual noise. "Arrived on site for a washer with the water level sensor off. Upon arrival the customer stated that they would sometimes open the unit and find different water levels for same sized loads. They wanted to make sure that the water level/pressure sensor was not bad in the unit. I asked the customer how they checked the water level, and found that they would sometimes open the unit and check. I informed the customer that at different parts of the cycle they will have different levels of water. I also informed them on how loading the unit can add variety on water level, and advised the customer on proper loading techniques per user care guide. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes. I then ran a test cycle and found the unit running through as designed. I activated each component separately and found all loads activating as designed. I gained access to the control and pressure tube. I found both good. I gained access to the bottom of the unit and found everything in good shape. I could find no failure on the unit at the time of service. I advised the customer that the unit is running as designed. Arrived on site for fridge freezer over freezing. I inspected the unit and work area. I gained access to the evaporator and found the unit going through a defrost cycle. I Tested the evaporator thermistor and found it reading 50 degrees. I toke an ambient temperature and found it at 50 degrees. I let the unit finish the defrost cycle. I found the evaporator fan coming on. I let the unit run for 10 minuets and found good frost pattern forming. I am ordering the control to complete the repair. ; ordrng 1 W11371382 (Control box)

Arrived on site to replace broiler element. Replaced broiler element. Tested unit. The broiler lights up a bright orange and preheating within correct time. Job complete

"Arrived on site to inspect washer grinding noises. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and found error code F0E3-overload. Cleared the code and continued with testing. The unit operated as designed. I found the unit drain pan not connected to the drain pipe at the back of the unit on the wall. I found the units leveling feet were all the way up and when the customer would wash a load of clothing, the basket drops and the rotor is rubbing on the drain pan under the unit. I lowered the feet raising the unit up and retested and unit continues to operate as designed.

Arrived on site for Squeaking or Squealing Noise - Top Load Washer. Placed in diagnostics and no error codes came on. Ran high speed spin and could hear a noise that sounded like plastic rubbing. Gained access to splutch and removed belt and spun splutch. Noise was still there. Removed splutch and noise was still there. Removed basket and spun and noise was still there. No oil leaking anywhere. Once all components were removed from the gear case I could still hear the noise inside the gear case. Removed gear case and installed new gear case. Also installed new belt due to customer stating there was also another noise. When customer described the noise to me it sounded like a loose belt. Reassembled and tested washer. Ran calibration and noise is gone. No leaks detected. Job completed.

Arrived onsite for washer giving error codes. Upon arrival found unit F5 E2 and F1 E1 found unit lock operating as designed but unit ACU damaged. Replaced control and tested. Job Completed. Unit is now operating as designed.

Arrived on site for Not Heating - Has Power - Over-the-Range Microwave. Found microwave was heating but only for a minute and a half. Used customers glass bowl to run for two minutes and I could hear a click and the magnetron stopped running. Ordering the magnetron (W10754299) and will return with all parts. We will also replace the capacitor and diode while we have the microwave open to ensure these components didnt fail due to magnetron going out. ; ordrng 1 W10754299 (Magnetron)

Arrived on site to replace previously ordered parts for refrigerator. Upon inspecting unit found dispenser motor runs on dc voltage and previous tech misdiagnosed issue. Motor is receiving 120vdc and motor is bad. Replaced motor and all is working properly at this time. No leaks were found at time of service.

Arrived onsite for dishwasher leaking. I found the unit over sudsing and leaking from the front reservoir so I called techline to document. SR#7732226129. They suggested replacing the dispenser because I can see foreign material inside which could contribute to over suds. I used some vegetable oil to cut the soap suds away. I replaced the dispenser and advised the customer on soap amount/usage. I ran the unit after the vegetable oil and found no more over sudsing. I advised the customer to test the unit and let us know if there are still issues. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for lightbulb unable to be replaced because it is stuck in the housing with silcone. Removed bulb so it can be replaced and advised customer on procedure. Unit is now operating as designed. Advised customer on repair.

Arrived on call for complaint of freezer door pulling to one side an noise. Found the customer pulling door handle from the far left side and gear will make noise and door will pull slightly to side. But pulling from center it is normal. The right side of track doesnt have track reaching to back and gear will be slow to start.

"Arrived on site for washer not powering on. I inspected the unit and work area. I found 120 vac coming from the wall. I checked power to the control and and found good voltage. I unplugged connector to j12 and the unit powered on. I ohmed out the shifter and it tested good. I re-connected j12 and ran the unit through a diagnostics cycle. I found it working as designed. Arrived onsite for washer making squealing noise. Upon inspection of the diagnostics cycle I found the noise to be consistent with a slipping belt. I replaced the belt and I was not able to recreate the noise. No leaks detected during time of service. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator making humming noise. Upon inspection I confirmed the complaint. I found the condenser clogged with debris and hair. I removed the clog and the noise went away. I was able to push on the condenser a little bit and make the noise come back slightly. It sounded like a rock or something resting on a vibrating surface. I pulled the unit forward about an inch and the noise went away. I was now unable to get the noise to return. I found the flooring in the kitchen has deep grout joints and the wheels are likely falling in the joint causing the unit to become un level slightly. I advised the customer of my findings. Job complete.

Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not filling. Confirmed the complaint and found the plumber who installed the garbage disposal turned off the water underneath the sink. I ran diagnostics and discovered the sump and motor failed to activate. Unit will need the pump and motor to complete the repair. Control marked for use on return services. Arrived on site for MW tripping the breaker. Found microwave plugged in but breaker tripped. Flipped breaker on and plugged in microwave. The breaker tripped immediately after plugging in microwave. Used extension cord to run from Laundry room to microwave and microwave powered on as designed. Used a cup of water and heated for one minute. Microwave running as designed. Explained to customer they will need to contact Pulte Homes to install a new GFCI or breaker. Job completed.

Arrived on site for dishwasher leaking water during use. Upon arrival I confirmed complaint. After further inspection I found cause was due to drain pump hose that bridges to sump had cracked causing leak. Was able to replace motor/drain assembly kit and then reassembled and tested unit. Arrived on site for frost not cooling. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the freezer at 19 degrees and no ice build up on the Evaporator. I gained access to the compressor and found a process stub installed on the compressor. See pictures. The compressor was hot to the touch and pulling .8 amps. The system will need a sealed system repair. I am ordering sealed system. Arrived on site for cooktop continuously sparking once ignition on any burner was activated. Upon arrival found cooktop located over wall oven built into cabinets underneath. Confirmed model and serial number. During diagnostics I found both front and middle burners couldnt be disassembled fully because flow pipes were siezed into threading and risked breaking if removed. Arrived on site for double walll oven no heating correctly in upper section. Upon arrival confirmed and corrected M&s. After testing upper oven I found when set to 350 unit would exceed set temp by 100-150 degrees more within the first 5 minutes of a 20 minute preheat cycle. Found thermostat failing. Due to units age I couldnt pull up any part numbers for repairs needed. Unit will need to be replaced at this time. Call complete

Arrived on site to test unit for smoking. Found smoke was from first time using oven and burn off was burning off which is completely normal. Advised customer to run unit and let it burn off as per owners manual. Spoke with safety and was told that is normal for initial start up. Job complete. Sr# 7732186041

Arrived on call for complaint of not starting. Test fuse and found it open. Replace fuse. Dryer not in home no power to fully test.

Arrived on call for complaint of shutting off. Found the contact on the thermostat not making good contact allowing refrigerator to not cool sometimes. Replaced thermostat and test.

Arrived onsite and found unit would need both controls to be replaced for a glitching issue.

Arrived onsite for wall oven not heating in lower section. Upon inspection I confirmed the complaint. I accessed the TOD and found it tripped or blown.The unit is working as designed at this time.Job complete.

Arrived back on site to install previously ordered latch and main control and unit lid lock light continued to flash as it had done previously. I Called Whirlpool Tech Line and spoke KIRT SR #7732219916 and was advised to test the lock lock at the control and it registered good. KIRT advised the newly replaced ACTUATOR was causing the unit not to spin. Ordering the actuator. Office to schedule return services.; ordrng 1 WPW10006355 (ACTUATOR)

"Arrived onsite for refrigerator not closing properly lights out and dispenser issues. Upon inspection I found the pantry UI dead. I removed it and found the wires corroded at the connections. I found the pantry harness in seemingly good condition no broken wires found. I found the upper freezer bin warping and the face will not stay on. I found the RC drain pan warping. Temps check good and no frost build up anywhere. Ice bin full. The customer had concerns with the right side RC door opening by its self when shutting the left side door. I leveled the unit to where this no longer happens. I am ordering the pantry drawer, pantry ui, Shims, upper freezer bin, to complete the repair. "Arrived on site. Found power at outlet and power to rocker switch,no power exiting switch diagnosed a defective switch,replaced main power switch on unit flipped switch unit powered on,compressor and fans powered on.

"Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher with spray arm issues, upon arrival I gained access to the unit and found that when entering service diagnostics there are no fault codes, I found a pod half dissolved at the base of the dispenser. When putting the unit into a diagnostics cycle I found that the sump and motor is not operating properly and needs to be replaced, I am ordering the sump and motor and the office will reschedule return service when the part arrives. ; ordrng 1 W11087376 (Sump and motor assembly)"
