I took amp draw only oven on it was 15.13 amp draw. With all burners on high and oven on, it was 40.24 over the 40 amp breaker to clients' homes. I rewired the ground wire back on and preheated to five hundred degrees temperature reached without tripping breaker. I recommend that the client leave the oven running for one hour. I recommend that the client contact the breaker company for information on the correct gfci breaker for the range and also to notify the home builder to replace the gfci breaker. Water filtration system, which can cause an issue with excess suds. Also advise customer to do. The clean wash cycle at least once a month due to the fact that he does a lot of laundry. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator WRS315SDHM13 noises. Upon further inspection, I found the unit operating as designed with no unusual noises being made. The customer advised that the noise gets very loud, like a loud buzzing noise. I gained access to the evaporator to find ice built up to the left of the evap fan (photo). I removed the ice and traced it back to the ice maker fill tube, which is leaking a small amount of water during the fill. I found the fill tube had an extension and a ziptie holding it in place from the manufacturer. I tested the ice maker, and when it filled, a small amount of water leaked from the bottom of the fill tube. Using some permagum from my van stock 212643, I placed a bead ar9und the fill tube to seal off the small gap and retested. The unit is operating as designed. The temperature was great further inspection I found that the icemaker has failed ,arm was locked. I replaced the icemaker and tried to test it, but I wasn't sure how to do it on this mode .I called Whirlpool techline, case# 2104359 and they helped run a quick test on the icemaker. The product is working as its designed no water leaks visible from the main water supply. Turn off 5 seconds then on wait 10 and then push the button twice Case # 21043459"

"Arrived on site for a washing machine model MHW3505FW1 that won't start cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that the machine will flash error codes whenever the unit won't start and that when this happens, he can wait a few minutes, and then the machine will start working. He advised that this does not happen on every cycle, but seems to be intermittent. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F9 E1 (long drain), F3 E1 (pressure system fault), and F8 E1 (long fill) error codes in diagnostics. I ran the init through an auto cycle and found the machine complete each step in the cycle without an issue. I checked the pressure hose and did not find it kinked. I found all electrical connections properly connected. I replaced the main control W11201284 and tested the unit. I noticed that there was a blue piece of tape covering the laser in the top bin, that determines the level of ice, I removed it. The customer explained that when he turns his oven on that the oven will take longer than normal to reach preheat, and with that when he does finally reach preheat, his temperature thermometer says the unit is only at 200?F. I test the unit in diagnostics and found the bake element would not come on. I gained access to the bake element and found that the element had imploded due to a weak spot and broke, causing the issue. I replaced the bake element W10779716 and tested the machine again on a 425?F bake cycle. I found the unit it begin to work and operate as designed fluctuating between 388?F and 453?F, averaging a temperature of 420.5?F. The unit is now working and operating as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site for wiring harness issue on electric oven WEE515S0LS2. Removed and replaced main harness W11766509. Tested the unit and ran bake to 200 degrees; verified it's not shutting off. Unit working as designed.

Arrived onsite WRS325SDHZ14 for ice not dispensing and found ice clamped in bin. Removed clump3d ice and explained the necessity of an occasional bin refresh due to clumping. All else checks good. No parts.

"Arrived onsite WRT112CZJW01 and found compressor locked and unable to turn over. Replaced compressor W11370574, access valve W11506635, dye drier WPW10143759 and coupler W11504434. Pulled vacuum and checked joints. Charged to spec and observed for proper cooling. Unit has positive heat exchange and is beginning to cool. Advised customer onnthe repair."

Arrived on site to diagnose electric dryer WED8500DC4 making excessive noise when running. Tested unit and confirmed excessive screeching noise. Disassembled unit and found seizing tensioner pulley and two sticking rollers. Replaced tensioner pulley and rollers from repair kit 4392067. Reassembled and tested unit. Verified noise resolved. Unit working as designed and heating normally.

Arrived on site to replace console. Replaced control panel test unit and unit test good job complete.

"Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher with the dispenser door not opening during the wash cycle. Verified the issue and proceeded to remove the front panel to inspect the dispenser assembly. Upon inspection, found the solenoid had come off the plastic tab that actuates the dispenser door. Secured the solenoid properly back onto the plastic tab and ensured it was locked into place. Reassembled the front panel and ran a full diagnostic cycle to test dispenser operation. The dispenser door now opens and closes properly during the cycle. Unit is operating as designed. Job complete."

"Arrived on site for washing machine model WTW4957PW0 not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised they ran two loads that didn't complete the spin cycle, with no water in the basket but clothes coming out soaked. Ran diagnostics and found an F0 E5 (off balance load) error code. Checked suspension and found it was in good condition but machine on unlevel ground, with tub leaning against front panel. Adjusted feet to level washing machine properly. Checked basket properly secured to drive shaft. Ran diagnostic cycle; all portions working and operating as designed. Asked customer about load; they explained washing sheets, towels, and clothes together because he lives by himself and only runs the washer once a week. Explained to customer that as a suspension-based model, mixed or bulky loads can cause off balance issues occasionally. No other stored error codes to cause premature shutdown, so issue tied to off balance issue. Reviewed loading procedures with customer. Unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts installed. NO WATER LEAKS OBSERVED DURING SERVICE."
