Also, I advised her on proper soap usage via the user care guide. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes. I then ran a test cycle and it ran through as designed. Arrived on site for a refrigerator thats not dispensing water or filling the ice tray enough. The customer advised that they had moved the unit to make it more square in the cabinet and since then it is not dispensed water correctly. Tested the unit and confirmed the customers complaint. Removed the water filter with the same result. Pulled the unit away from the wall a little bit in case if there was a kink line and water began to flow properly. Looked behind the unit and found the plastic line that she has going from her wall to the refrigerator had kinked. The customer taped the waterline to the back of the fridge to avoid any further issue.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is icing up in the freezer section and is losing temperature. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and found a defrost issue in the freezer section. Disassembled unit and checked resistance through the bimetal. Found proper resistance and continuity. Checked resistance to the heater and found 28.7 ohms. I spoke to SW and was advised to replace the adaptive defrost control. Defrosted the entire freezer evaporator. The customer had an adapter defrost control on hand that was new in the box.

Arrived on site for a washing machine thats not going past the sensing portion of the cycle. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the unit makes a buzzing sound and that the unit will fill with a little bit of water but does not seem to fill enough or agitate. Confirmed the customers complaint and around the unit through diagnostics. Found an F8 E1 (low/no water detected) error code. Tested the unit and manual diagnostics and found the cold water valve not pulling in water. Remove the hose from the wall and checked water pressure. Found the cold water valve at the wall was not pushing enough water into the unit and was barely trickling any water when the water valve was completely turned on at the wall. The customer advised the unit does heat but that the unit does not seemingly reach the target temperature as food that they cook takes longer to cook in the oven. Around the unit through diagnostics and found no stored error codes. Tested both bake and broil elements. Both heated and worked as designed. Ran the unit on a 375?F bake cycle and found that the unit was off 25?. Use the oven temperature calibration setting to adjust the temperature of the oven. Re-tested the unit and the unit began working as designed fluctuating between 389?F and 365?F. Call complete.

"Arrived on site and inspected dishwasher and found customer is experiencing white residue on dishes and interior of dishwasher surfaces. Wiping the residue with a wet glove cleans it off I showed customer this is detergent buildup/excessive soap. Recommended running machine cleaner like dishwasher magic to remove all buildup. Set washer into a diagnostic cycle and wash motor is working properly. Also recommend it running water as hot as possible at kitchen sink before starting dishwasher. Also found there is no high drain loop installed and corrected this. Dishwasher is working as intended, job complete collected service fee only."

"Arrived on site to inspect water in the bottom of the unit tub. Upon further inspection, I found water at the drain area and just above the sump at the bottom of the unit. I found that the customer has an RO system and the RO system drain hose is connected to the dishwasher drain hose which is not approved by the manufacturer. I drained the water from the tub and placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F6E4-Float Switch open. Cleared the code and continued with testing. Unit is operating as designed. I explained to my customer how the RO system drains and since the RO drain hose is connected with the dishwasher drain hose, the water from the RO system is backfilling into the dishwasher. Using my Borescope, I demonstrated the water inlet inside the tub. With the water valve turned off under the sink and the dishwasher turned on and DW inlet valve engaged, there was no water coming in. With the valve under the sink turned on, we could see the water coming into the tub. I explained that the water is coming in from the drain area and not the water inlet. I contacted techline and spoke to Ed and advised of the complaint and my findings and Ed advised thstthe RO system drain hose needs to be relocated to the lower P trap. Ed provided SR#7732397532. I drained the unit and monitored the check valve and it is closing/sealing properly. I turned the water valve off under the sink and before I left, there was water in the drain/sump area again.No water leaks observed during service, job completed"

"Arrived on site for Humming Noise - Refrigerator. Customer stated the noise comes on when the ice maker starts. Removed ice bin and bin was full of healthy ice cubes. Gained access to ice maker and used jumper to harvest and call for water. I could hear the valve call for water and customer confirmed this was the noise. The valve sounded louder than Im use to, but the kitchen and living room are one open area along with the wood floors so this makes it louder than it would normally sound. Explained to customer since the ice cubes were healthy and it was producing ice the valve would not need replacement. Customer understood. No leaks detected. Job completed."

The office will need to contact American home shield about repair due to potential possibility of breaking the basket as well. After it warms up it will ignite successfully many times in a row. Replaced burner cap and burner head and twisted and pushed new burner Into new burner head to close gap. Arrived on site to diagnose range with spinning knob. Found the triple burner knob spins and doesnt turn valve. Removed knob and found the plastic scraped up and rounded where the metal collar sat. "Arrived on site for fridge having no power. I inspected the unit and work area. I tested voltage to the control and showed good voltage. I unplugged p13 and the unit powered on. I put the unit into diagnostics and found none of the steps responding as designed. The 3 way valve is shorted out over loading the main control causing damage to it. The unit will need a 3 way valve and main control. Because of the condition of the control further diagnosing the unit is not possible. It is still likely other components will be need to repair after we get the main control working properly.

Arrived on site for dishwasher leaking.i inspected the and work area.I found the kick plate insulation wet. I ran the unit through a diagnostics cycle and found the leak coming from the float switch. I found the gasket for the float switch torn. I replaced it with gasket material I had on hand. The unit is no longer leaking.

Arrived on site for freezer door rubbing . Readjusted and change placement of existing washer not that fridge is properly installed in an apt . Door no longer rubbing . No water leaks detected at time of service. Job complete

"Arrived on site and found microwave is running but not heating. Microwave is installed under a counter, power cord is connected to a box somewhere in the island and its not accessible. Could not uninstall microwave completely. Any future repair would require the electrical box underneath the island to be relocated. After replacing parts microwave is operating normally and heating correctly, job complete"

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not draining. Upon further inspection, I found the home to be a new build. I found water in the bottom of the tub and I pressed the cancel button and the drain pump came on, but no water flowing. I found the knock out plug in the disposal still intact. Removed the plug and Estes the unit and it is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not installed correctly. Upon further inspection, I found the right side of the unit not level with the left side. I found the door spring had come unhooked from the chassis causing the door to drop and pulled on the left side causing the mounting bracket screw to pull out of the cabinet due to the right front leveling leg not lowered far enough. I reattached the spring and reattached the mounting screw and tested the unit. Unit is operating as designed and sitting level on both sides. Re-inspected the door springs on both sides and both are hooked properly to the chassis. Adjusted both front leveling feet. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to diagnose dryer that was not running. Checked unit voltage at wall and found no voltage present. Checked terminal block and found L2 had burnt and split, and fused to the neutral, causing the breaker to constantly trip. On further inspection of terminal block, found the retaining screw for the L2 was stripped out likely due to using power tools. Replaced damaged parts on terminal block. Advised customer they need to purchase a new power cable and install and unit will be good to go. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the compressor, access valve & UV dye drier. Vacuumed the system and pressures held at -30/0. Installed 4.6oz of R134a and monitored pressures. Pressures were good at -3/100 and evaporator had a good frost pattern and is operating as designed. No water connections to the unit, job completed"
