When I removed the unit form the wall, I found that there was no damper and the blower fan was not installed correctly. The customer advised that there was frost built up in the freezer section but has gone away. I demonstrated how the FC door wont close properly due to the unit not being level. I removed and replaced the right RC door gasket; shaping it with my heat gun and removed and replaced the damper control. Leveled the unit and tested functions. Unit is operating as designed. we found the freezer above 32 degrees. We put the unit into test 4 and found equalized pressures at 30 psi. I found the dryer colder than room temperature. We let the unit run until step 4 I found the low side fluctuating from 5 psi to 0 psi rapidly.I evacuated the system from the high side after isolating the unit in the rc side only. I found the high side gauge went to 0 but the low side is taking a long time to evacuate. Spoke to PR and he suggested to perform a restriction clear with nitrogen and to replace the drier which we did. Then vacuumed system for 20-30 minuets system held constant vacuum. The charged system with measured amount of refrigerant. Unit operating as designed. Job complete"

Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit will shut off after going through the sensing portion of the cycle at the beginning. Ran through diagnostics and found an F5 E4 (lid not opened between cycles) error code. I ran the unit through an auto test in the unit ran as designed. Attempted to run a normal wash cycle and found the basket having a hard time spinning. Attempted to spin the basket by hand and found resistance and the basket not spinning freely. Checked underneath the washer for any obstructions and found no obstructions in the tub or underneath the unit. Spun the cam by hand and found a squeaking sound coming from the transmission. Unit will need new gear case for repair. Ordering part in the office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to an out of stock and PSP item.; ordrng 1 W11423758 (GEARCASE)

"Arrived on site for a laundry center washing machine making a loud noise. Upon arrival the customer stated it would happen some time during the drain. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and ran each load individually. I replicated the noise during the drain and found it was the drain hose and dryer vent vibrating against each other. I found no mechanical failure on the unit itself. I informed the customer on what a customer instruct entails, and that they have used theirs today.

Upon arrival I found FC= 0 RC=37 I put the unit into diagnostics and ran tests 1, 2 and 3 both thermistors showed pass and I could not hear any abnormal noises from the baffle. I accessed the compressor area and monitored noises. I was not able to recreate and noises. I called techline to report. As I waited I began hearing a slight knocking noise consistent with refrigerant flow through the evaporator SR#7731884366 Liam agreed. No repairs needed at this time. I accessed the blower wheel and found wax had gotten into the housing and solidified to the blower wheel seizing it. Arrived on site for dryer with burning smell during use. Upon arrival found no error codes in diagnostics. During tests heard rattling from motor compartment. "Arrived on site for a dryer making a loud noise and then stopped heating. Upon arrival the customer stated the real issue was just he noise. I tested the unit and is sounded like change clunking around, and the unit was heating. I pulled the unit out and the sound stopped. Upon further inspection I found screws in the dryer with the customers clothes. I informed the customer that something probably got stuck in his blower housing and was making the noise, but passed through when I moved the unit. I advised him on checking his pockets and assuring there is nothing in them before putting items in the dryer. The unit is as designed. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for refrigerator not cooling in the RC. Upon inspection I found the RC evap cover encased in a block of ice. I called techline to report they gave me W11092686 service pointer REV G and asked that I follow this pointer to correct the issue at hand. We also changed the defrost from ADC to timed SR#7731877358 to replace the RC fan motor and we will have to assess the situation better once the ice is gone and we can access components. ; ordrng 1 SHIMS (SHIMS)

Arrived on site for washer making screeching noise. Upon arrival customer stated error codes would flash but after diagnostics check I found no codes stored. After testing washer through a diagnostics cycle I found belt was loose on cam but gearcase was also screeching even when belt would eventual grab to the cam better. Found 7nit was screech in spin mode with and without a load of laundry and during agitation when cloths were in unit it would also screech. "Arrived onsite for washer not operating. Upon inspection I found the unit dead and full of water. I was not able to enter diagnostics so I replaced the control. I. Diagnostics I was then not able to drain. I tilted the unit and found the drain pump wires had come disconnected from the connector. I made a temporary repair on the wires and was able to engage the drain pump to drain the water. After the water drained out I could not exit drain in diagnostics and had to unplug the unit. I put the unit into diagnostics again and it immediately went into drain. I tried on normal setting and again just drains. I waited for the auto drain to complete and ended up having to blow out an obstruction from the pressure hose. After clearing the hose I was able to run a spin cycle. I found the unit wobbling at high spin which most likely caused the wires at the pump to separate. I am ordering the lower harness, gearcase, cam, belt, actuator to complete the repair. Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator that is not dispensing ice. Found bin button broken and spring missing. Replaced both parts and tested unit. Found all is functioning properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service.

Arrived onsite for washer showing F11 and tripping breaker. Upon inspection I found the unit in standby with no error codes showing and we ran through functions of the unit. We found it to be working as designed at this time. I inspected the ground switches and could not find any issues at this time. I advised the customer to monitor the unit to ensure there arent any intermittent issues. I found the unit to be plugged into a gfci outlet. I advised having the outlet serviced or preferably replaced due to the outlets sensitivity. But the unit is working as designed at this time and no leaks were detected during time of service.

Arrived on site for dishwasher will not heat up. Inspected work area and unit. Customer stated that he installed a new heating element him self and that it never worked. Put unit into diagnostics and ran a cycle and the unit operated as designed. Performed resistance test and got 18 oms within spec. Put unit though regular cycle and found it operating as designed. I tested the ice maker and found the ice bin full of ice. Pulled the unit out and checked the water line and found it pulled and tucked behind the ice maker fill line so it doesnt get kinked. Customer advised that it was adjusted at previous service call. Customer advised that theyve had low water pressure recently due to city regulations. I recommended that the customer purchase a water pressure tester and when the water pressure gets low on the unit to check their pressure outside at the nearest water faucet. I advised if its below 60psi, then we know its a water pressure issue and not the unit. I did not install the pressure regulator as its not needed due to customer not having high water pressure. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."
