"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noises. Upon further inspection, the tenant advised that when they get water or open the doors, the unit gets very loud. Tested the water dispenser and the unit operated as designed with no abnormal noises. I pulled the unit out and it began to make a loud vibrating/rattling noise. I was able to pinpoint the noise to the condenser coil at the bottom front of the unit. I found the cushion in between the coil and bracket was crushed. I placed a pad in between the coil and bracket and the noise stopped. Placed the unit back in its space and leveled the unit and it began to make the noise again. Pulled the unit out and removed the back panel to find the cushion between the condenser coils and bracket at the back of the unit was missing. I placed a pad in between the coils and bracket on both sides and the noise stopped. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"MVWC416FW0 Arrived to inspect leak. I found the in,tech valve had plugged again and there were signs of water leaking. The inside of the chassis did not have fresh water on it and I did find the suspension was allowing the tub assembly to move vertically, likely allowing the water to splash out during the cycle. I advised the customer of my findings and they did not want to invest anymore into the unit due to age and cost of repair. Due to recent service, warranty applied. No leaks observed during service."

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not making ice. The customer stated it is erratic. It hadnt made ice for six days and I found a batch that had harvested in the bucket before we arrived. I tested the icemaker and all functions were working as designed. I found where a cube had stuck to the bale arm and caused the issue. I found a bunch of frost build up in the bucket and in the ice box housing caused by the ice door leaking warm air. I replaced the ice door with W11423781 ice door from truck stock. I removed all the frost and the piece of ice on the bale arm. Call complete.

"Arrived onsite for dishwasher not working with error F8E4. On inspection found water in the overflow tray. Customer said that there was soap in on the floor. I open and a green colored soap, I looked at the dishwasher soap that he had and it was blue. I saw next to the sink a hand soap that was the same color as the soap on the door. Informed the customer of what I found and I vacuumed out the majority of the soap and stuck 1/3 cup of olive oil in the unit and ran a cycle. The majority of the soap is now gone. Told customer to run another 1/3 cup of oil if he sees a lot of soap appear in the bottom of the unit. No water leaks detected during service."

"Arrived onsite for washer making a grinding noise. On inspection ran the unit In diagnostic and the noise was not there. Customer showed me a video of the noise and it was a plastic grinding noise. I gain access to the bottom of the unit and found a white powder in the pulley cover, pulled the cover and dropped the clutch and the teeth on the pulley were round off. Found the teeth on the clutch were round off to. Did not see any oil or other evidence of any other issues. Replaced the splutch and tested the unit. It passed the diagnostics mode, true test will be with clothes in the unit. No water leaks detected during service."

"Arrived on site for a wash machine that has a tub that is leaning against the back wall. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised they were running a load of blankets in the unit and that the unit went completely off-balance, and they have been unable to get the tub to level out sense. Found the tub ring stuck underneath the rear panel bar. I removed the tub ring from underneath that bar and check the suspension. Found the suspension was good. I did advise the customer that they cannot wash those types of loads in this machine due to issues with the problem they experienced. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher in kosher mode. Upon further inspection, I found the clean light flashing an error code. I advised my customer that the unit is not in kosher mode, but is showing error code F8E4-overfill/switch open. I cleared the code and before starting testing, I removed the toeplate and found a large amount of water in the drip pan below (photo). I found the water source connection with a droplet of water at the elbow (photo). I advised my customer of the leak and removed the drip pan and cleared the water from it (photo). I found water on the floor underneath the unit (photos). I continued with testing and found the water leaking from the valve area. I stopped testing and drained the water and pulled the unit out to inspect underneath the unit. I found the water hose connection cross threaded (photo). I removed the connection from the valve and inspected the threads and they are good. Reconnected the hose (photo) and retested in diagnostics and the unit is operating as designed with no further leaks. I obtained photos of the water damage on the cabinet to the left of the unit; the floors in front of the unit and the floors in front of the refrigerator located to the left of the unit. Customer was able to get a video of the water sloshing under the wood floors at the front of the unit (photo). Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

"WED4850HW0 Arrived to inspect long dry times. I found the unit was heating, but it was very damp internally. Further testing revealed the venting in the residence was severely restricted and with the venting connected there was very little airflow. Disconnecting the venting, the unit operated and cycled as expected and the blower assembly was operating as designed. I advised the customer they will need to contact the builder to have the venting issue corrected."

I checked the icemaker error codes and found an E5 indicating a bad icemaker thermistor. Went to replace the icemaker and found the icemaker was an out of stock and PSP item. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator to replace the previous diagnosed parts. I checked the mullion finding it working as designed and the gaskets are in good condition and sealing properly. The customer stated they defrosted the unit for two days and when they turned it on the unit slowly started getting warmer again. I found the RC evaporator completely incased in frost. I found the evaporator thermistor registering 77 degrees at the control. I could turn the RC defrost heater on but it would shut off immediately because the thermistor read 77 degrees. I defrosted the coil. I replaced the evaporator cover. I checked the resistance on the defrost heater finding it good. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Due to the sealed system having a leak, I was to performed a sealed system repair. However, when I pulled the unit out onto my floor protector, I found the water line was too short to pull the unit all the way out. Since customer was not home, I contacted them and advised of the situation and that either they would need to pull the unit out and disconnect the hose or I would reschedule to get another tech to assist me. "Arrived on site for refrigerator needing previously diagnosed ice maker, upon arrival reconfirmed failure and installed ice maker. Retested 7nit and found no leaks and ice maker working as designed. Informed customer to allow for 24-48 hrs to fill bin. Call complete."

Arrived on site to test unit for loud tapping/knocking sound. Verified noise caused by damper opening/closing. Recommend damper replacement. Scheduled for 09/25. ; ordrng 1 WPW10479155 (Damper)

Arrived onsite and replaced the pts switch due to switch intermittently not starting the load. Unit is now operating as designed. All checks good.

Arrived onsite to install previously diagnosed parts. Upon arrival we removed the outer door skin to gain access to the bottom hinge and replaced it the reinstalled the out door and tested the unit and found that the door closed properly and the sound is no longer there.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator to replace the previous diagnosed parts. We replaced the lower door hinge and the side trim pieces. The door is working as designed and it is quiet. Call complete.
