I checked the water line under the sink and the water is turned on and no kinks. When I looked underneath the unit, I found the valve was broken off its mount and the wiring harness molex connector was broken off of the valve housing. Also, I found the left and right leveling legs and the door pulleys were badly bent inward. I advised the customer that the tub would have to be replaced to correct the issue. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. I installed the new console and then ran a diagnostics cycle. The unit ran through the diagnostics cycle as designed. I also began a normal cycle and let it run for a while. The unit would flash random things on the UI and then canceled itself roughly 5 minutes into the cycle. I called techline and spoke to Robert and kept SR# 7731419222. We ohmd out the motor, drain, and OWI sensor. We found it all within range. We then unplugged the WiFi module and ran the unit. The unit still had the same issue. We gained access to the junction box and found a random neutral wire not that was not attached to the power cord to ground and a separate ground wire. We checked polarity and found white to ground at 30VAC and black to ground at 85VAC. This indicates reverse polarity. I informed the customer on my findings and that they need to reach out to a professional electrician. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for ice machine making thin ice. I found the condenser fan running and the condenser clean. I put the unit through a diagnostics cycle. I found the water flow a little low. I poured water into the reservoir and the fill level registered full at the correct fill amount. I found the evaporator forming a good frost pattern. I found the hot valve switching on and melting the evaporator away. I removed the filter and found the flow the same. I bypassed the regulator, and found the flow low. I tested the water from the wall and found it had low pressure from the wall. I inspected the inlet and outlet line on the valve and found them clean. I found the ice thickness set to low. I changed it to thick ice. I advised the customer about the low water pressure from the wall, and that he have a plumber come out.

"Arrived onsite for washer not spinning out clothes. Upon inspection I found an error code stored for long fill. I tested the unit in auto diagnostics and it seemingly went through as designed. I checked both sides of the valve in manual diagnostics and I could not hear any difference or restrictions on the valve. I followed the techsheet and tested the solenoid resistance values. I found the valve showing 1.5k ohms on one side and 1.4k on the other, with 1.3k being the highest within range the techsheet suggests replacing the valve. I tested all other functions in diagnostics and could not recreate any failures at this time. No leaks detected during time of service. Job complete."

Arrived onsite and replaced main control for shorting oven following a self clean. found dsi board shorting range and when load was removed from the dsi board unit would not trip. Then was able to plug dsi in and unit did not trip however bake and broil functions unresponsive.ordering dsi to repair and returning with valve. ; ordrng 1 W11162730 (Dsi board)

Arrived onsite to install previously diagnosed parts. I installed all parts listed on previous visit. I tested the unit and found no leaks while testing. The unit is working as designed at this time. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for range heating to got. Upon arrival found unit was operating as designed tested bake at 350 and found unit fluctuations operating correctly keeping average correct. Job Completed.
