Ran the unit for an auto test and found all spray arms spraying. Did inspector spray arms due to some blockage and found the spray arm is clogged with paper and plastic debris. I did advise the customer that this is most likely to cause a third issue as they also have food and soap deposits inside of their dishwasher. Advise them to run a dishwasher cleaner and asked if they wanted to replace the spray arms. They advised that they would prefer to try to clean out the spray arms manually instead and will call back if further issues persist.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is still having issues completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they had fixed the electrical to the washer. Did check polarity and found an open ground. Found an error code flashing on the washer indicating an off-balance pause (F0 E9). Ran the unit through diagnostics and did confirm that error code only. Tested the washer and a drain and spin with the current clothes left in the washer and did find the unit going off balance. The customer advised that they had their logical fixed yesterday and that was the first load they had ran since. Remove the clothes out of the washer and ran the unit through an auto test and the unit ran as designed. I called whirlpool Techline and spoke to Chris (No SR#). He advised that because the unit had an open ground at the plug that it can cause electrical issues with the unit throwing error codes. He advised that because the unit is running fine through diagnostics, there would be no parts that he would advise this point. I spoke to my service management team and was advised that the off-balance issue could be caused by a number of issues but the fact that it ran through diagnostics without going off balance would only mean the basket itself was fine. Ordering the gear case, cam, hub, and belt for repair. Arrived on site to install previous diagnose part. I replaced the float switch and ran the unit. It tried to fill with water but stopped and drained 30 seconds in. I gained access to the inlet housing and found the flow meter board corroded. I tried cleaning the corrosion but still found the same failure. With the flow meter disconnected the unit is not defaulting to a timed fill. I am ordering a flow meter and the harness to be replaced. The harness has corrosion in the connector as well. "Arrived onsite to inspect refrigerator not making ice and being warm in the RC. The customer stated that prior to the failed cooling issue the RC evaporator had frosted over and another company had come out and defrosted the unit. I tested the FC temperature and got 28?. I tested the RC thermistors. I read the RC thermistor and got 69? and the RC evaporator thermistor was 64?. I tested the RC evaporator fan and it is working properly. I found that the compressor was extremely hot to the touch. Sealed system needs to be done, compressor, drier, service port,three way valve,RC evaporator needs to be replaced. SS is covered by manufacture warranty. Also gonna bring the control kit just in case for the defrost issue on return and will determine if it is needed at that time. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice melting. Upon further inspection, I opened the RC doors and found moisture built up at the top near the door opening. I found the ice sweating as well. I placed my flashlight inside on the top shelf and closed the doors and found the left RC door gasket is gapped at the top right corner above the mullion (photo). This gap is allowing warm air inside the RC section and creating the moisture and ice to sweat. I leveled the unit and using my heat gun, I warmed up the gasket and shaped it and closed the doors to test. The door is sealing properly. I raised the right RC door to be level with the left door. I recommended that the customer leave the left RC door closed for approximately 4-5 hours or even into the evening to allow the gasket to shape to the chassis and continue to seal. I inspected the deli control and verified no water had entered into the reservoir from the ice melting and the water leaking through the ice door. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site for refrigerator making ice but cubes were clumping together in bin and unit appeared to be leaking water when filling ice maker. Upon arrival confirmed issue. After further testing I found vAlve and ice maker functioning as designed. Found entire freezer/fridge asm. Not lvl causing water to fill in at an angle into the ice maker. Went ahead and replace the evaporator fan assembly with the defrost thermistor as well as the control and defrost of the unit manually. Advise the customer to give the unit 24 hours to cool. Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not starting cycles. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised that the unit would not work on anything except for the quick wash. I tested the unit on a normal regular cycle and found the unit starting and operating as designed. Tested the unit on a heavy duty bulky cycle and found the unit working as designed. Tested several other variations of cycles and found all to be working as designed. I ran the units for an auto test and the unit ran as designed. Found no stored error codes on the machine. I did advise the customer that everything appeared to be working as designed. His wife came in and advised the issue was really with the clothes not being fully spun out after the cycle completed on occasion and had mentioned that it doesnt do it very often but I wanted to know if there was an issue with the unit. I did explain to the customer that off-balance loads can cause this issue and it will not always show an error code present. Advise the customer to use the drain and spin option if that ever happens and just verify that the unit is still not going off balance as it can cause the same issue. The unit is working as designed. Arrived on site for refrigerator not making ice. Upon arrival confirmed issue. Upon further testing I found ice maker working and all wiring under door intact and functioning. Found inlet valve leaking water slowly over time into fill tube and had frozen over blocking ice maker from filling. Replaced valve and cleared ice. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is jumping around an estimated time and is going back-and-forth in between portions of the wash cycle. Inspected unit and work area. The customer had written down estimated times shown route to wash locals and advised that one of them went back-and-forth between the rent cycle and spend cycle several times before actually finishing. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F0 E5 (off balance load detected) error code. I ran the unit for an auto test in the unit ran as designed. Rather unit through a rapid wash cycle and the customer showed me that the unit jumps up a couple minutes here and there. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Travis SR# 7734489746. He advised that it is normal for this machine based on the algorithms in the control to add or subtract time based on various factors including suds, off-balance loads, or load sizes/types. He advised that the time shown on the washer is an estimated time and should not be looked at as guaranteed time. He advised that bass and all my checks, not to make any further repairs and the unit is working as designed. Call complete."

The customer advised that the leak is not as bad as it was before, but she is still having to clean up 2 to 3 cups of water during certain cycles. Left at the top and did confirm water residue and splattering coming from the tub ring. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Travis SR# 7734490465. He advised that this is a known issue and they are currently in the process of redesigning the tub rings on these washers for this issue. He advised that this wont be made available for at least another 3-4 weeks and to give the customer the file number so she can call in in a month to check on the status of the tub rings to see if they are being distributed and start a new ticket for repair. Used to heat going to try and re-mold the gasket. Found the gasket was initially made contact with the liner call word Not to separate within a minute and create a gap of an eighth of an inch up on the top left corner. Attempted to adjust the hinge to see if the door was shut properly. However, was unsuccessful in getting the door to fully close. I open the door and found the cabinet separating from the liner up on the top left corner. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to JR SR# 7734491349. He had me take several photos of the issue at hand and advised that he would send this product to review. Arrived on site for dryer taking a long time to dry. I inspected the unit and work area. I spoke to the customer and found out it only happens on sensor dry. I inspected the sensor and found it working as designed. I replaced the control and preformed an air flow test. I found the air flow weak when the unit is on the exterior vent. I recommend the customer have vent wizard come out and clean the exterior vent.

"Arrived on site for fridge not cooling at all. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the freezer at 30 degrees when set to 0, I found no ice build up on the evaporator. I gained access to the compressor and found it turning on and off, not getting out of start up. I swapped in a new start device and monitored the unit. I found the compressor staying on and the freezer cooling, I waited 10 minuets and found the freezer dropped to 14 degrees. Customer paid in full with credit card. Job complete."

I removed e toeplate and removed the float switch reservoir and found water in the reservoir. While testing, I checked the tub and found a large amount of detergent suds inside (photo). The customer advised that when the error code came up, they opened the unit door and found a lot of suds as well. Customer advised that they have a water softener system. I attempted to clean the float switch but was unable to get all of the water out of it; therefore, I removed and replaced the switch and reassembled it to the reservoir. The unit completed testing and is operating as designed. I cleared the suds from the unit and I made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent and rinse aid use. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Using my multimeter, I placed my thermal lead in the middle of the center rack and tested temps on Bake at 350 degrees. Arrived on site for a washing machine not running properly. On arrival the customer stated the unit will fill (and appears to fill to much) then it will stop and flash lights on the UI. The customer showed me a video of the lights and it was error code F8E1 for long fill. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code F8E1. I then manually activated each component and it ran as designed. I then ran a quick wash and found the unit would fill way to high and then throw an F8E1 and stop. I gained access to the pressure tube and found it had come loose. I re-installed it and then ran through the same steps prior. I found the unit now running as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a wall oven not heating properly. On arrival the customer stated they had a home inspector that found the units temps were off. I found the inspector used an infrared gun to check surface temps. I walked the customer through how this is the incorrect way to check temps for the oven. I heat the unit to 350?F then monitored the temp fluctuations and found it heating as designed. I informed the customer of my findings. I reached out to the office to collect the service fee.
