"I arrived on site to replace previously diagnosed hv control and main control, upon accessing the unit I replaced both, Upon powering on the unit I found the overlay in PE for programming mode and the overlay was unresponsive, I called and spoke with Leon sr#7732273452 and he talked me through the programming sequence, on the fifth attempt the unit was able to be programmed correctly and now the overlay is responsive and operating properly as designed. I gained access to the control and tested resistance on j-5 pin 3 and 4 and found proper resistance to the heater sensor. I replaced the control and verified functionality by running the unit through a diagnostics cycle, the unit is operating properly as designed.

I gained access to the condenser line and found it at room temperature. I put the unit in test 40 and I could hear the 3 way valve moving. I am ordering a sealed system to complete the repair. I found the ignitor is arcing on the middle burner and its getting gas, but the burner head is not seated correctly on the cooktop. It appears that either the orifice holder or the burner head is not cut correctly causing the burner head to not seat properly. I attempted to adjust both parts but it did not correct the issue. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=8 degrees and the RC=41 degrees but the temp settings were -3/34 degrees. Tested amp draw to the compressor and found 1.09amps and found frost on the suction line of the compressor which is an indicator that the compressor is beginning to fail. I Inspected the FC evaporator and found a large block of ice on the upper right corner of the evaporator. The customer advised that the compressor has been making a loud noise when it comes on. Placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the compressor and when it ramped up in speed, it began to make an unusual noise and the customer identified the noise but said it gets louder. I found the RC evaporator has a good frost pattern, but will need the drip pan kit as stated in service pointer #W11092686. Also found the ice door is not sealing properly and when I tested the ice dispenser, I found it not coming on. I found the dispenser motor is rusted and seized. Arrived on site for refrigerator that is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit does harvest if you feel it manually with water but will not fill itself. Went to jumpy unit and found the unit would not jump. Checked voltage going to the icemaker and found no voltage. Disconnected the connector and found 111 V going to the icemaker. Replaced the icemaker and tested the unit. The unit then began to work as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived onsite for unit not dispensing the ice. Looked at ice maker and unit is making ice with no issues but the ice will not dispense. The door will open when pedal is pressed but no ice. Upon further inspection. Found that the shaft seems to be worn down and the ice bin underneath where shaft meets with the bin may be worn down as well. Ordered parts. Rescheduled with customer..; ordrng 1 W11228132 (Shaft) and 1 W10911314 (Ice container)"
