Upon arrival I was able to confirm complaint and found dispenser barely letting water through the door and during use I found the filter head assembly sucking in air and causing the hoses to bang around. After verifying that the inlet valve and reservoir is still functioning as designed After diagnostics I found pins inside head assembly had reset position and started functioning as designed. Customer stated she is selling house and inspector used a infrared temp gun to take temps and reported lower oven over by 25 degrees. I informed customer that infrared temp guns measure surface temperature and are not accurate for taking proper internal oven temperatures. Also, that oven temps fluctuate higher and lower than set temps to average set temp. Called whirlpool techline spoke to Curtis SR# 7731938592. No other issues found on unit. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is leaking intermittently. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the leak seems to happen on heavier duty loads only. Ran the unit through manual fill on all valves, drain, and spin and could not replicate a leak. I checked the suspension and the suspension checked good. I ran a load of towels in the unit to fill and agitate so that we get saturated. Canceled the cycle and ran a drain and spin. Still could not replicate the issue. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Leon SR# 7731934355. He advised that the issue at that point would have to be with loading and that it is possible when the unit is overloaded when going into the spin cycle that water splashing up and out of the tub brain causing the drip edge. He advised to make no repairs at the time and advise the customer to watch their load types. Spoke to the customer and she advised that she has been running next loads. Whenever user care guide and the unit is working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for COMPLAINTNOTE:IT NOT FILL UP ITS GOES THE WATER ITS FLAWING, Placed in diagnostics and 3, 26, 23 came on. Cleared codes. Ran pressure sensor test and it lit up all soil levels as designed. Ran dispenser valve test #19 and water is coming out with suds as designed. Ran tumble and washer tumbled. Ran spin and washer spun. Rotor isnt locked up because it spins. Valve isnt clogged or failing because it dispenses. Customer stated when she runs the washer it doesnt fill like it did in the past. With this, I ran a normal cycle with the soil level set to heavy. As it filled it would pause then spin and fill. This seemed like it was sensing the load as it filled. Once it stopped filling with water and began to wash on the normal cycle / heavy soil it seemed like there was barely any water inside the basket to wash the clothes. With all tested cycles working there is nothing I can diagnose today for repair.

We gained access to thebice maker and put it through a harvest and fill cycle. We found the ice maker working and filling as designed. Arrived onsite for refrigerator not cooling in either section. Upon arrival unit was unplugged. Before plugging in connected unit to amp meter. Powered unit and recorded 7 amp while running. High amp draw suspected of sealed system issue. After about 15 minutes compressor was warming up. Checked RC evaporator compartment and found coils developing frost. Unit seemed to be cooling. Valve switched to FC and began to cool. Still running at 7 amps. Told customer that temperature would have to be monitored to confirm a sealed system issue or possibly electronic issues. Placed a bottle of water in freezer to monitor. Customer will call in the morning/afternoon to verify of bottle froze. If not a sealed system repair may be needed to replace the compressor . Ordering parts that may be needed. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I found some cubes in the ice bin and the freezer temp set at 4 on the door. Inspected the harness at the bottom left door hinge and it was good. Placed unit in diagnostics and tested the ice maker and it harvested as designed. Tested the fill tube and it failed. I checked the fill tube at the bottom left door hinge and found the tube frozen. Once I took the unit out of diagnostics, I set the temp settings to 2 and recommended that the customer allow the tube to defrost over the next few days and if they continue to have issues to schedule service at which time a new door will need to be ordered. I advised the customer that placing the FC settings above 3 will cause the tube to freeze. While inspecting the unit with the FC door open, the fill tube had already began to defrost. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for Dispensers on machine not dispensing anything, water is not draining after cycle. Placed in diagnostics and F8E1, F3E2, F0E4 came on. Tested resistance at the valve harness and it was out of range. Made sure customer understood to load washer in loose heaps around basket to ensure the washer does not get an unevenly distributed load which will cause the washer to cancel the wash cycle completely. Explained having a load with only one or two items even a small load can cause the wash to cancel."
