Upon further inspection I found the inverter not grounded to the compressor, and could see some visible burn marks. Due to this I replaced the inverter. Over a thirty minute period I had the gas on and couldnt smell gas underneath the cooktop or anywhere at the valves with knobs removed or at any of the burners / orifice when the burner caps and burner plates removed.

Arrived on site for washer leaking water and not operating correctly. Upon arrival confirmed complaint and found an F8 E1 error code in diagnostics. After further testing I found the cause of the issue was the pressure hose slipping off of the main control I reassembled the hose and clamped it down with a zip tie in order to ensure that it stayed on tight then reset the unit and Tess of the washer in front of the customer to ensure that there are no signs of leaking. Also inspected previous work done under the unit and found no evidence are signs of water or leaks also found no signs of water damage in or around the washer or laundry room. Unit is now fully functioning as designed and filling as required to exact points call complete.

Arrived on site for refrigerator making a popping noise as well as not cooling properly. Upon arrival found that the amperage to the compressor is 1.3 A found all cooling fans running freezer. Found in diagnostics heater would energize and turn on. It bimetal was shorted out. Reassembled and tested unit. Found defrost sensing functioning as designed. Call complete

Arrived on site for a dryer and washer combo unit that is not heating in the dryer in the washer is flashing an error code. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and found the gas valve at the wall shut off to the dryer. I ran the unit through the dryer diagnostics cycle and found the unit heating as designed. Checked the washer and found an F27 (overflow condition) error code. I ran the unit through an auto test and the unit ran as designed without overflowing or having valves weep into the unit. Advised the customer that the issue may have just been with somebodys load.

Arrived on site for refrigerator needing previously diagnosed sealed system repair. Upon arrival recovered 3.7oz of refrigerant. Installed compressor drier and valve. Reassembled d pulled vac. Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not spinning out and finishing the cycle. Inspected unit and work area. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F7 E1 (motor unable to reach target rpm) and F8 E1 (low/no water detected during the fill) error codes. I did notice that the hot water was shut off at the wall. Opened the water valve and tested the unit. Found both water valves working properly. I didnt notice the drain hose installation on this is incorrect as the stand pipe it feeds into is approximately 5 feet tall and theyre using a closed drain thats backfeeding back into the washing machine. I did advise the customer that they will need to correct that in accordance to the installation guide they received with the washer prior to any further visits. I ran the unit through a high-speed spin and could hear the motor turning but the basket not moving. Looked in at the unit while the motor was turning and found an acorn inside the housing of the motor and belt. Took off the cover and found the belt had popped off of the motor and cam due to this acorn. Reset the belt back onto the cam and remove the obstruction. Test of the unit again in the unit ran for two minutes without a fault. The unit is not working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. Replaced water valve assembly and test the unit. Still have the same result. Took off the water connector underneath the freezer door and found water flowing through it when calling for water. Arrived on site for dishwasher not drying dishes. Upon arrival enter diagnostics and found no error codes. After further testing I found that the cause of the issue not drying was the oh WI sensor failing to accurately gauge what temperature of the unit was found a sensor roaming at 2-3 ohms on all connections at room temp. Replace oh WI reassembled and tested the unit and found dishwasher is now fully functioning as designed with no leaks during testing call complete

Arrived on site for a dishwasher that wont shut and wont fill with water. Inspected unit and work area. Found the latch broken on the dishwasher and replaced the latch. Went to just water and could not get the water to run. I did get voltage going to the valve indicating the unit was trying to pull in water. Went to test water line and could not remove the waterline off of the valve or off the Spicket due to corrosion. Attempted to turn off water supply and could not turn off water supply due to the valve at the wall being corroded. Spoke to JC and was advised that the issue was most likely with water supply with the valve at the wall and to have the customer contact a plumber for water supply issues. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a washing machine thats making a grinding sound after it gets done with the spin cycle. Inspected unit and work area. Attempted to re-create sound but could not. Checked underneath the unit and found the cam slightly stripped. We had replaced the cam and tested the unit. The unit began to work as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for FRIDGE IS MAKING A BUZZING NOISE--ITS NOT CONSTANT--INTERMITTANT, BUT STARTLING--UNIT IS IS STILL COOLING AND FREEZING OK. Could not replicate noise with power cycle. Gained access to rear and condenser fan and compressor sounded normal. Inspected ice maker and found bail arm was in the down position. The fridge doesnt have a water line to call for water. I forced the ice maker into a harvest and when the valve turned on for water the tenant confirmed the noise. At some point the tenant accidentally placed the bail arm down making the ice maker think it needed to make ice. Without a water line the valve is cycling air and making the loud noise because the ice maker is turned on. Unplugged the ice maker so bail arm will not matter whether its up or down (on / off).

Everything under the unit looks good and in place. Water leak due to drain hose backfilling into tub. Unit functioning as designed, no water leaks detected, job complete."

Found customer had rodent issue and was storing corn in unit somehow. Removed all hoses and cleared debris checked drain motor and look good. Replaced right side recirculating pump. Ran unit and found that if door isn't closed firmly from the right side, it can have trouble triggering interlocks. Called tech Line SR7732771905. Spoke with techline and they corrected the display temperature by pressing alarm reset even though it is not displaying an alarm. Refrigerator will now display correct temperature. Arrived on site for Our fridge has a constant knocking noise somewhere inside the unit. This noise is very regular. Ran diagnostics and fridge is running as designed based on tests and temps. Activated test 3 and had customer confirm the noise. Once I opened and closed the baffle a few times in test 3 the customer confirmed this was the noise. Pulled up owners manual in service matters and went over noises section. Went through verbiage concerning Repetitive Clicking and how you may hear rapid repetitive clicking sounds as the unit switches from cooling one compartment to cooling the other and that this sound was normal. No repair necessary. Job completed
