I went to check resistance values from the control, but found that refrigerator installed in the RV with a lid that wouldnt make it difficult for me to uninstall without damaging the RV. I did explain to the customer that they will need to have the unit uninstalled and thawed out for you prior to our next service for me to determine, whether the issue was with the control or the heater. I reset the arm to the proper position to allow ice production to continue. Attemped to jump icemaker and found it unresponsive. Icemaker usually will not run unless temp drops. If production does not resume we will need 2 hours since unit can not be pulled due to being built in with panels around it, and is in a corner. "Arrived on site for left and right rear burner and front right burners take too long to heat/ does not get hot enough, and for oven not heating correctly/ takes too long to cook. Upon arrival test unit and all burners and bake element energize. Found that burners and bake element seem to take longer than normal to glow orange. Explained to customer that the pressure sensors on cook top burners is a Saftey feature and the reason for taking longer to heat. Front left burner is the only burner not heating correctly. Need to replace left rear infinity switch. Test polarity at terminal block and is good. Get L1-N 123,L2-N 123,and L1-L2 247. Test Bake element and is pulling 10.24 amps and voltage remains constant 240v, test bake element and has resistance of 23.9 ohms. Test all switches and get 240v constantly. Contacted techline for assistance. Spoke with Jonathan . Gave tech all findings and determined that burners are good. Tech had me test oven sensor and test good. Recommend replacing control. I replaced the control and ran the unit through diagnostics. Found that the unit would not attempt to start. Tested the unit in a normal wash cycle and the unit advised to close the lid. "Arrived onsite for washer not washing. Talking with the customer he said there is times that the washer will not add water to the unit. Ran diagnostics and it passed all the test. Asked the customer what setting he see the issue with. He said heavy and deep fill. I set the unit to heavy and deep fill and ran it. At the beginning it only adds a little water. Then starts to agitate, 6 minutes later it adds more water to the unit. He said that it happens on any of the settings. I told him that all the components are doing there job and we will change the control board. To see if it stops. Office to reschedule when a the control board arrives. "Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator with clumping ice. On arrival customer showed me that some of the ice in the bucket was sticking together, and may be due to an icemaker leak. I examined the ice ane bucket and found no evidence of a leaking icemaker, and minor melting ice. When I checked I found thar there was some frost on the ice clumps, like they had been hit with some warm air. Checked all door gaskets and seals and found all are working properly, I also found a good seal on the dispenser door. Ran icebox fan and found it blowing hard with no surging present. Advised to empty the ice bin regularly to ensure ice stays fresh and gets rid of the clumping due to normal usage melting. Call complete."

Arrived onsite to install previous diagnosed parts. Upon arrived I inspected the unit and found that the issue experienced by the customer was caused by a broken lid latch. I replaced the latch and tested the unit and found the unit operating as designed no leaks at time of repair.

Arrived onsite for dishwasher not working. On inspection the spray arm was no moving during diagnostics cycle. Found errors F4E3 F10 E3. Installed new pump and ran diagnostics and the unit is operating as designed and no water leaks detected during service.
