"Arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit is making a grinding noise during spin cycle. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and continued with testing. I manually tested the spin mode and the unit operated as designed. Tested in automatic test mode and the unit continues to operate as designed. I tilted the unit back and removed the pulley shield, pulley and cam and found no signs of gearcase oil or any damage to the components. I explained to my customer what I found and recommended taking a video of the sound if the unit malfunctions again. I made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent use. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for refrigerator leaking water and not making ice. Customer stated that unit has not made ice in sometime and leaking water in bottom of RC. Inspected unit and work area. Informed customer that when removing evaporator cover it will break seal and may freeze over. Gained access to drain pan and found frozen over in drain pan. Thawed ice out and found object interfering with draining. Removed all ice from bottom of RC. Tested drain operation and now found draining. Found ice maker not in home position and causing ice ball. Will need to replace ice maker and recommend to replace evaporator cover. Tested resistance on ice maker fill tube heater and found correct. Assembled evaporator and installed new ice maker. Performed diagnostics mode and tested evaporator fans and ice maker operation. All tested good, no water leaks detected during service.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=6 degrees. I found frost built up on the left side rawer rails/slides and on the evap cover. Disassembled the FC section and found an ice cube wedged in the tines of the ice maker. Removed the cube and the tines began to harvest. While harvesting, another cube got wedged in the same place as the tines were warped causing the ice to get wedged. I removed and replaced the ice maker and rested and it is operating as designed. Using my steamer, I removed the ice/frost from the evap cover and slides and tested the FC door. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Customer advised that they had recently replaced the inlet valve at the back of the unit and ever since, it leaks water and the ice maker isnt making ice. I inspected the valve and found the ice maker fill tube wasnt connected securely into the valve and was leaking when the IM called for water. "Arrived on site to inspect washer tripping the breaker. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Continued with testing and the unit is operating as designed and did not trip the breaker. Retested in diagnostics again and the unit continued to operate as designed. Tilted the unit back and inspected for gearcase oil underneath and found all parts are good and no gearcase oil. Tested voltage and got 123V. Found unit is plugged into a GFCI outlet and has a GFCI breaker. I contacted techline and spoke to Scoot and advised of the complaint and my findings. Scott had me test amp draw during spin cycle and I got 3.6amps when the unit operates on no more than 6amps. Scott recommended that the customer have an electrician check the outlet and breaker and provided SR#7732996894. I advised the customer of my testing and findings and my conversation with the manufacturer. Made recommendations for use and care as they have a water softener system, as well as, detergent use. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived to inspect ice in bottom of freezer. I found there was a large ice mass within the bottom of the freezer and I removed the unit from its mounting and inspected the drain. There was a large blockage within the drain tube and it required manual action to remove, as it had been there for an extended amount of time. I reinstalled the tube and removed ice from the FC evaporator pan that had accumulated due to the blockage. I tested and the drain system resumed normal operation, along with all systems in the unit. Said that the glass may not have been tempered correctly to handle the heat but said to just replace the glass at this time got sr#7732990315. A Pona Rider confirmed this year and after throw the testing I found that the delays on the ACU with intermittently and randomly shutting on and off not allowing the oven to properly heat to the right temp.
