Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed part. Inspected unit and work area. I replaced the igniter and tested the unit. Around the unit up to a 350?F bake cycle. I found the unit reach preheat in 14 minutes and allowed the machine to cycle through a full cycle and found temperatures fluctuating properly. I went to change the temperature on the big cycle to 400? and found the temperature at 360?F and slowly rise up to the temperature as well. The unit appears to be working and operating as designed. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is making intermittent. High-pitched noises. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they were unsure as to exactly what the machine was doing but that theyve had the unit make a high pitch squeal at various points. They stated that, since they called in, they have not been able to replicate the same sound, but just wanted to have it checked. I ran the unit through diagnostics and ran through all components. I checked the evaporator fan, air, baffle, compressor, icemaker, and and condenser fan. I could not replicate any abnormal sounds coming from the unit. And I tested the unit several times with no ability to replicate any kind of noises. I did explain to the customer that issue may be with the compressor ramping up to high speed as we have had several complaints about the noises coming from these newer units. I did explain to her that because I could not replicate any noises, They may not have any major issues going on. I found no evidence of any defrost issues within the freezer or refrigerator sections. "Arrived on site for a wash machine that is not starting cycles and is leaking water. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that theyve had an issue with water leaking out of the bottom of the basket for a little while now. however, the machine completely stopped running altogether. I gained access underneath and found several components, completely rusted due to water leaking. I found the shield cover broken and the driveshaft underneath wobbling from side to side. I gained access to the back of the unit and did not find any water residue on the top side of the cabinet. I went ahead and test the unit and a normal wash cycle and found the capacitor bars but not allow the motor to turn. I removed the agitator and was able to remove the spanner nut. The unit will need a gearcase, actuator, splash, assembly, actuator, belt, cover shield, agitator, Tabouring, and spanner nut for repair. I lifted the ground and performed a full 500F preheat to condition the relays and then reassembled. Secondary testing to 500F, from cooling to under 200F showed the issue resolved and the machine operated as designed. "GB2FHDXWB00 Arrived to inspect ice buildup and accumulation. I found the entire right side of the FC door would not close without substantial force, pressed against it. Inspection revealed that when the slides were assembled, they were two teeth out-of-time and causing the entire issue. I was able to re-time the slides and tested. The door sealed as designed and pulled itself completely closed with authority. No leaks observed during service."

"KRFC704FPS05 Arrived to inspect cooling issues. Upon initial inspection, I found the machine, a Bella chassis, as designated by the MFG, was not pushed back to the wall ad this rendered the condenser cooling system ineffective. The leveling kegs were also not set, causing a forward lean at the top of the machine and significant door mis-alignment with the refrigerator cabinet. Upon arrival, the compressor was not running and it started within the first few minutes of assessment. Testing temperatures, the FC was at 12, which the customer told me that is had just started to cool again, after several days of failure. The RC was 51. I found all fans operative and the RH RC door gasket was torn, 18 inches in length. I found the condenser severely plugged with debris. Performing test mode 40, the compressor was not commanded on (even though it would run in customer mode) and the condenser fan shut off at step 5. Power cycling the machine, I found no change. I replaced the Orion control, after finding it squealing loudly. The noise changed somewhat, but still no operation. Of the compressor in test modes 38-40. I replaced the GF2 and the issue stopped. The compressor came on within test modes and the squeal was down to normal levels. I found the system was not fully charged, likely due to the control not fully opening the three-way valve and I vacuumed to below 460 microns, allowed leak down time and then charged. The machine started cooling as designed and I corrected cabinet and alignment issues. No leaks observed during service. Office to order door gasket. ; ordrng 1 W10917313 (RH RC Door Gasket)"

Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that was not setting off the door open notification. After 5 mins alarm was not sounding until I moved the UI. Replaced UI to resolve. Tested unit with new UI and verified unit working as designed and triggering at appropriate time. Parts used - W11284720.

"Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator not defrosting. Tested unit at control and found appropriate resistance at thermistor, and 127 ohms on heating track. When placed into forced defrost, control was sending 120v. Called tech line and talked to Rich, 7740247759. Rich recommended replacement of thermistor due to possibly failing at lower temps. I replaced the thermistor and ziptied directly to the evap tubing. This should resolve defrost issues. Parts used - WPW10384183."

I gained ed access to the control and checked the condition of the heater. The heater is measuring as good. Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher stopping mid cycle and no drain properly. Upon further investigation I placed the unit in diagnostics and ran a test cycle. I observed all functions operating as designed except the draining. I removed the drain hose and observed how the water was draining however was very slow and restricted. I gained access to to the drain pump and found it to be in good condition. I attempted to clear the drain hose by using a vacuum however this did not improve the flow through the hose. "Arrived on site to inspect washer lid not latching. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the washer lid wont lock and it wont complete a cycle. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. Unit operated as designed. I calibrated the unit then started a normal wash cycle. I monitored the unit and canceled the cycle. Customer placed some items in the unit and started the unit on a normal cycle and I monitored the cycle. The unit operated as designed. I made recommendations for use and care and detergent use. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working and freezer section not cooling. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the ice maker stopped making ice and the freezer (FC) section stopped cooling, but then the following day, the unit began to cool again. Customer advised they turned the ice maker off as all of the ice melted and leaked water, but they turned the ice maker on this day and upon arrival, I found the ice maker has made approximately three batches of ice. I tested temps in the FC=-7 egress & RC=39 on manufacturer settings of 0/37. I placed the unit in diagnostics and performed test 40 and the unit operated as designed. I tested all other components in diagnostics and I could not get the unit to fail. Customer advised that they have not had any power failures or surges. I recommended the customer monitor the unit and should it fail again to call it in for service. Unit is operating as designed and no water leaks observed during service, job completed. No parts installed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the noise sometimes gets so loud they can hear it in their bedroom. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the evap fan and damper in test 3 and when the FC evsp fan motor began to ramp up in speed, the customer identified the noise which was coming from the FC evaporator/fan area. I gained access to the evaporator and found the suction line and cap tube resting on the evap cover. I adjusted the tubing by pushing it back towards the back wall of the unit but could still hear the noise. I found the right screw on the evap fan bracket was loose. I removed both screws and adjusted the fan motor bracket and secured it to the back wall and retested the evap fan motor and the noise was gone. I reassembled the unit and retested and the unit is operating as designed. I advised the customer of my findings/repairs. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. No parts needed/installed."

I checked the ice maker tray for water and found none and checked to make sure the ice maker emitter/receiver boards were turned on and they were. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the unit and found no error codes in test 56. Tested the harvest in test 57 and the ice maker is operating as designed. Tested the fill tube in test 45 and the ice maker filled with water. I tested the ice level sensor (emitter/receiver boards) and it showed 01-ice bin full or not present and the ice bin was empty and present. I removed,and replaced the emitter/receiver boards and retested no unit is operating as designed. I cycled power to the unit to reset the controls. "Arrived on site to inspect washer not completing cycles. Upon further inspection, I found the unit unplugged and plugged it in. Customer advised that the unit makes a constant noise and wouldnt complete the cycles. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F3E1-pressure sensor fault. Cleared the code and continued with calibration. Placed the unit back into diagnostics and tested and it operated as designed. As I was about to walk out to my service van, the drain pump came on even though there was no water in the unit to drain.
