Tested pressures at negative 20 and 90 psi with a running compressor and determined low pressure indicating a leak. Bruce says the unit must be nitrogen pressure tested to 140psi for 20 minutes and all joints in the whole unit leak tested with bubble solution. Office to reschedule. "Arrived on site to inspect cooktop gas leak. Upon further inspection, I could not smell a gas odor when entering the home. I checked under the unit in the cabinet and could not smell gas. I removed the valve knobs and smelled and did not smell gas. I gained access to the interior of the burner box and tested all gas line connections to the orifice holders and all of the valves at the manifold using my liquid leak detector and found no gas leaks. I tested all welds on the manifold and found no leaks. I tested the gas line at the wall and regulator and where the manifold connects to the regulator and found no leaks. I recommended the customer use the unit and if they smell gas again to check under the unit in the cabinets and see if they smell gas there and to call in for service. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

"WGD4850HW2 Arrived to inspect no heat. I found the issue was actually with airflow and inspected. A large mass of debris had plugged the air plenum and after removal, the unit resumed normal operation and heated and cycled as designed. No gas leaks detected during service."

Arrived onsite for range middle burner not igniting. On inspection found that the middle burner would take several seconds to ignite. On further inspection found the ignitor was sparking to the side of the burner. Repositioned the igniter to spark straight up to the burner cap and it ignites on the first spark every time. Service test mode revealed F5E1, F2E1 as the only stored errors and I cleared for testing. Inspection of the gear case area reveled the lower seal(s) had failed and oil was spread throughout the general area. After replacement of the gear case and slider, and during calibration, I found the lid lock errored at least once. Automatic mode and manual testing showed the lock not failing again. The customer advised the machine seems to run the entire load but that the clothes arent getting washed and that they think that theres an issue with the agitator. I gained access to the agitator and found the agitator completely loose and not sitting properly on the driveshaft. I removed the agitator and found that the inner spine was completely fine. I reattached the agitator in test of the unit. Found the unit working and operating as designed. Around the units are an auto test in the unit works perfectly. Call complete.

During the installation, I noted the condenser fan not running and further inspection revealed the lower pan to the right to the fan and the fan housing, were badly smashed up, into the fan blades and completely stopping condenser fan operation and it could be easily assumed the fan did not work since the installation. I was able to correct all metal deformation and test. The fan was fully operational and the prior contact and fan motor lockup, was corrected. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that wont turn on. Inspected unit and work area. I found the flooring for this unit, completely unlevel, where the right hand side of the washer was approximately 4 inches higher than the left-hand side. The unit was unplugged and immediately upon plugging in the unit, I found the unit go into a drain. I canceled out the cycle and ran the unit through diagnostics. I found an F0 E5 (off balance load) error code. I adjusted the feet on the washer to try to level it out and was not able to completely level out the washer due to the flooring. The customer advised that they had just moved the washer out from another room and that they are planning on redoing the floor in this room. I advise the customer that the flooring was causing the basket to lean against the left hand panel and was causing off-balance issues due to the unit not being leveled. I ran the unit through an auto test and the unit ran and operated as designed. Call complete. No parts were replaced."

"Arrived on site for a dryer that is not tumbling. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit will turn on, but that the drum does not turn. She stated that they had tried to work on this previously, but I had been unsuccessful at this point. I did find the dryer not completely reassembled. I turned on the unit and confirmed that the motor was running but the drum was not turning. I spun the basket by hand and found the basket spinning properly. I gained access underneath and found that the dryer motor had completely broken apart where it holds the belt. I replaced the motor and when I went to reassemble the unit, I found that the two bottom clips on the front panel and one of the upper clips was missing. Spoke to claims and was advised to go ahead and order them. "Arrived onsite for range tripping breaker. On inspection the range breaker shares the circuit with the MW, you could not run both of them at the same time or the breaker will trip. Took the extension cord to another outlet and plugged the range in and it tripped that breaker. Gain access to the back of the range and unplugged the convection fan and the spark module. Now both worked at the same time. Plugged them back in and still both were working. Put the back cover on and the issue repaired. Took the back cover off and it all worked again. I found that the cover was found the unit out. I moved the line that was causing the ground and it fixed the issue. No parts were used and no gas leaks detected during service."

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher door not closing. Upon further inspection, I tested the door operations and found it would stick and not close properly. I gained access to the door latch and strike and adjusted and retested and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site for ice being wet and not making enough ice. Found ice in back melted. Up front looked normal. Advised customer ice melts and is wet but it should not melt down in back. "Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator not cooling. On arrival customer had mentioned that only milk had spoiled early, and they had seen condensation building on things like salads. Since ticket was put in the unit started working correctly. I found the RC was fully loaded with items and back wall had stuff completely full. I advised they must clear air gaps to allow for proper cooling. No issues found at time of service. No parts used."

"Arrived on site for ice machine not making ice. Upon arrival confirmed issue. Found valve, all pumps, and compressor and condenser fan running. Found a hissing noise coming from evap coil and vapor coming from it. Found sealed system had a leak and wasnt pumping refrigerant through system properly. Will need office to reschedule once availability of parts and autho is known/received. "WRS325SDHZ08 Arrived to inspect ice blockage. The customer had defrosted the unit prior to my arrival and I inspected. The defrost system worked as designed within service test mode and the thermistor was within one degree of the measured temperature. I found the plug for the defrost and evap fan assemblies loose and corrected. I reseated all connections within the unit and inspected the cabinet and door seals. The RC door was out somewhat farther at the top inner corner and light could be seen through it, but it was not a large amount. I found excessive gapping at the door openings and sealed. Correcting the squaring of the machine, corrected the door mismatch issue, but I do not think that was the cause of the icing. The customer will contact us if the issue persists and it has been occurring at approximately 6-8 week intervals. No leaks observed during service."

Arrived on site to install previously diagnose parts. Inspected unit and work area. I replaced both slides and reassembled the unit. Found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for ice maker not producing ice in timely manner. On inspection the ice maker passed all the test. The fc was 2? before the door was opened. I looked at the condenser and it was clogged I open the fc door to remove the bottom cover off and found the condenser was 95% clogged. Once the door was open the fc temp went to 11? and never went back down for 10 minutes. I cleaned the condenser and with in 10 minutes it was at -2?. I found air gap on the moulin and in the ice bin door. Ordering an ice bin door and moulin. No water leaks detected during service and no parts were installed. ; ordrng 1 W11624997 (Gasket) and 1 W11171728 (Ice bin door) and 1 W10806457 (Moulin)

"WOC54EC0HS20 Arrived to install control. I found the root issue to likely be and incorrect installation that will require spacers to prevent the front vent from causing the unit to severely lean back into the cabinet, forcing the sides forward and preventing positive interlock action. This issue likely damaged the controls and will need to be corrected prior to control replacement. The microwave door had to be pressed on to get the lights to shut off, as well and is an indication of the issue. Office to order interlocks and set return service with tech GCO.; ordrng 1 W11033422 (Interlocks) and 1 GCO (GCO)"

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that has a broken basket. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that it seemed like the clothes werent spinning out fully on every cycle, and that it might be caused due to the basket due to the shaking of the unit. I tested the suspension and found the suspension was good. I did find the unit level and checked the basket hub assembly. I did not find the basket wobbling with the hub assembly attached indicating that was good. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F2 E1 (UI stuck key) error code indicating that a button had been pressed for more than five seconds. I ran the unit through an auto test and the unit ran as designed. The customer stated that they have been washing since they called in for service but that theyre just not able to wash big loads. I asked the customer what types of big loads they were talking about and they were mentioning about, a mattress, cover and blankets. I did advise the customer that those types of loads can cause off-balance issues due to uneven weight distribution around the basket after the unit is done agitating. I did advise the customer that light loads and heavier bulkier loads can cause off balance issues due to that weight in-distribution. I did explain that this is normal operation and that the unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were replaced."

Arrived on site to test unit for unit giving F9E1 error no draining. Test unit and drain motor working correctly. Found inlet not reading the unit draining. Will order new inlet office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 W11535094 (Inlet)

Arrived on site to test unit for unit leaking from door. Test unit and found unit over sudsing making unit leak. Advised customer to run unit 2 times before using soap again to help soap dissolve. Job complete. NO PARTS USED

Arrived onsite and icemkaker bin is full. Unit is now operating as designed. No parts.

Arrived on site for dryer not heating. Upon arrival verified there was a clog in venting of home. Also found element element broken. Replaced element wp3387747. Tested unit and found dryer heating. Instructed customer to have a dryer vent cleaning down to prevent further failure before using dryer. Call complete

Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher that is leaking from the front left corner of the unit. Tested unit and confirmed a leak coming. Removed door panel and spotted a leak coming from the bottom left corner of the dispenser. Removed dispenser and straightened out panel. Retested ane confirmed there is no further leak present. If issue returns we need to replace the inner panel with the dispenser. Repair completed. Parts used - W11412300.

On arrival verified complaint of not cooling RC section. Found RC section evap is frozen. Per SP ordering 1x W11457241 service kit. Unit will also need a new ui as the display is going out. Reschedule for 5/2 ; ordrng 1 W11457241 (Service kit)
