"Arrived on site for makes noise when compressor is running. Upon arrival, unit is operating and can here a ticking noise from rear of unit. Inspected evaporator and is clear of ice and frost. The customer plugged in and showed me that the dryer was running absent of the coin box being pushed in. And I went ahead and called whirlpool commercial techline and spoke to Joe (no SR#). He advised that we can try to adjust the coin slot timer and that if that did not work, the timer would need to be replaced. He sent me a video of how to adjust the timer. I followed the instructions, but was unable to resolve the timer issue manually. "Arrived on site to inspect microwave not heating properly. Upon further inspection, I tested the microwave using my tester and found it not heating as designed. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F4E9-magnetron over temp. Cleared the code and retested and I found the magnetron cooling fan is not functioning. I gained access to the fan and magnetron and retested and I tested voltage to the fan and found no voltage going to the fan motor from the MW control. I removed and replaced the MW control and retested and got 120V, but still no fan. I inspected the magnetron and tested it and it is good. I am ordering the microwave cooling fan assembly and CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST and scheduled return service for 08/16/24 (KC). Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator leaking from freezer compartment. I examined the unit and traced ice back to the evap drain. I removed the drain tube from the rear and found the foam has almost completely collapsed the drain. I used a screwdriver to allow out the drain hole and then added some silicon around the drain tube. This should resolve the draining issue. No parts used. Repair completed.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not starting cycles. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised that after the last load, they ran, the unit kept draining and would not allow the customer to turn the unit on. I ran the unit three diagnostics and found an F0 E2 (oversuds) and F9 E1 (long drain) error codes. I went ahead and gained access to the control and blew through the pressure hose. I found something blow out of the pressure hose and reattached the pressure hose onto the control. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found the unit working and operating as designed. I had the customer run a few loads upon my departure and advised the customer that I would contact them back after a couple hours to ensure everything was running smoothly. I called the customer back and she advised that she was able to make it through three wash cycle without any issues. The unit is working and operating as designed. No parts were installed."

I found the thermal fuse open, the element open, and one of the sides of the element grounding against the heater, housing assembly causing the overheat. "Arrived on site to inspect ice machine not making ice. Upon further inspection, I found the bin empty and the customer advised that one night they went to bed and the bin was full of ice and the next morning woke up and the bin was empty. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. The unit operated as designed, but it didnt appear to be a frost pattern on the evaporator. I tested the unit in a normal operation and the unit made a good slab of ice and the unit operated as designed. There is no external drain pump on the unit to cause a power surge to the unit. The customer advised that they dont believe that they have done a cleaning cycle on the unit. I recommended they clean the unit and allow it operate afterwards and monitor it through the weekend and call our office to schedule service if it continues to fail. I could not duplicate the failing issue of no ice. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. No parts installed."

Arrived on site for no cool fridge . Found both compartments room temp . Ran diagnostics fans dampner checked normal. Compressor not running just clicking . Replaced start device W10873801 . "Arrived onsite for unit not cooling properly. Found evaporator incased in ice but only the upper half. This is a recurring issue. Called tech line for assistance. Spoke to Travis SR#7739678958. All test pass however defrost sensor, in this case the bimetal may be out of range and allowing unit to kick out of defrost too soon. Recommend ordering part number W11566892. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not completing cycles. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F2E1, F12E2 and F12E5. Clares the codes and continued with testing and while testing, the home had a power surge and the unit shut off. I restarted testing and the unit operated as designed, but at the end of testing, the F2E1 error reappeared. I contacted the owner and advised of my findings and if 08/16/24 would be a good date to return to complete repairs. Customer advised someone would be at the home. I am ordering the control panel and will return with the prescreened parts. No water leaks observed during service. Returning tech to replace the control panel and main control. "Arrived on site for a dryer that is making a thumping sound. Inspected unit and work area. And the customer complained that the unit makes a continual thumping sound throughout the entire cycle. She advised that her old dryer did not used to make these kinds of sounds. I just the unit on a high heat cycle for 20 minutes and found the unit working and operating as designed. the customer stated that the thumping noise that she was hearing during the cycle was what they were talking about. I did advise the customer that what we were hearing was normal for newer dryers. The noise was not loud or abnormal. I did go ahead and call Whirlpool Tech line and spoke to Glen SR# 7739679375. He advised that the thumping noise is due to the rollers, hitting the ridge on the fire basket. How is the basket is spinning, and that this is completely normal. Advised to make no repairs at this time and advised jellyfish break. This is normal operation. Call complete. No parts were installed."

"WUI75X15HZ01 Arrived on site to replace ordered parts. Upon arrival, found bin not cold and no water in pan. Ran diagnostics and all checks fine except for cabinet thermistor. Proceeded to check thermistor and was touching compressor. Customer mentioned an installer installed the pump and possibly moved the thermistor out of place. Retained and re routed all wires to its proper location. Re tested unit and now unit is functioning as designed. No water leaks present at this time. No parts replaced"

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the compressor, filter drier and access valve. I evacuated the system and removed and replaced the mentioned parts and performed a push pull test and had good suction/pressure. I vacuumed the system down to -30/0psi. Installed 53g of R600 refrigerant and tested. Unit is beginning to cool and no leaks found on work completed. Unit is operating as designed. I recommended the customer allow this unit to cool for 24 hours before placing food back inside. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. W11506635, W11557425, WPW10143759"

"WFG320M0MS0 Arrived on site for unit producing gas smell. Upon arrival, customer stated the gas company determined it was the range. Upon inspection found gas smell coming from back of unit. Applied leak detection and bubble tester onto adaptor to the regulator and found leak from there (picture attached). Applied gas Teflon and re secured. Gas smell has gone away. Unit is functioning as designed. No parts replaced"

"Arrived on site for a washing machine thats making abnormal noises. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit makes weird. Sounds throughout the cycle and advise that he knows that theres an issue because his daughter has the same unit and hers doesnt make the same sounds. I ran the unit through Diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. I ran the unit through an auto test and found the unit working and operating as designed. The customer advised that the unit makes the noise within the first three minutes of starting the cycle. I started at a normal wash cycle and found the unit, making a knocking noise when the unit was spinning. The customer advised it happens throughout spin and agitation, and advised that his daughter does not have the same issue with her unit. I gained access underneath and found all components were in proper place, but found at the lower drive shaft on the gear case at fallen, causing the shaft to bounce. I went ahead and replaced the gearcase and slider due to some wear and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. W11449841 & W10734521."

Arrived on site to test unit for draining on its own and not starting wash cycles. Found when plugged in unit is draining due to faulty pressure sensor. Replaced control(W11607637) and unit is now working as designed. No leaks detected. Job complete.
