Found a foreign object (key) lodged between the front panel and the drum, which was making contact as the drum rotated and causing the clicking noise. Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator WRS325SDHZ08 ics maker not working. Upon further inspection, I found the ice maker tray had stopped mid-harvest and was full of ice cubes. I attempted to test the ice maker, but it continued to fail. With the ice maker covered under the AEX one year warranty, i removed and replaced the ice maker and tested and it is operating as designed. I advised the customer that there is no warranty on the new ice maker as the AEX warranty expired. The unit is operating as designed and no water leaks observed during service, job completed.

I ran the unit through diagnostics and found no stored error codes. I ran the unit through a diagnostic test and found the motor trying to spin the basket, but the basket skipping on the drive shaft. I checked the suspension and found the suspension was good but found the basket wobbling on the drive shaft, indicating a hub assembly issue. I gained access to the hub assembly and found it stripped, causing the issue. I replaced the hub assembly from truck stock W10528947 and tested the unit. Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. I installed the upper vent trim and the issue is a little better. I found that the underline cause of the door not closing properly is that the oven is installed incorrectly. The left and right trim are not mounted properly and extra screws were driven through the frame of the oven. Because of this, it appears the oven does not allow the door to close properly. Arrived on site for a washing machine model MVW4505MW2 that is going off balance and not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they had an issue where a load was going off balance even after trying to re-balance the clothes. I tested the suspension and found the suspension was good. I checked the basket and found the basket properly secured to the drive shaft but found the unit unlevel and leaning toward the front and right sides. I leveled out the machine and checked the basket holes. I found all had been properly punched through. I ran the unit it through diagnostics and found an F0 E9 (off balance pause) error code. I ran the unit through an auto test and found the unit working and operating as designed. However, I found that when the machine was shaking, it was vibrating the entire floor and causing a stand-up mirror to rattle. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Brandon SR# 23013855. He advised that based on what was found during the spin, the flooring would not be adequate for the machine to function properly. He advised that with the floor vibrating, it means thenflloring is weak and not stabilized. This would cause excess vibration with the machine and could cause off balance issues. He advised the customer that he would need to secure the flooring or find another location for the machine. He advised me to make no further repair at this time. I found the machine would not respond to touch even with nonwater in the machine and the pressure hose removed from the control. I went ahead and replaced the control W11797454 and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed until it tried locking the lid. I found the latch kept trying and failing to lock the lid, indicating a latch issue. Ordering the latch and rescheduling the customer to 4/2 at their request due to work schedules. No leaks were observed during service. ; ordrng 1 W11670519 (Latch)

Arrived on site for a refrigerator WRS315SDHM13 not dispensing ice. Found the auger is working but some ice was jammed in the shute causing the issue. I explained that sometimes an extra peice might fall down after dispensing. No other issues or leaks found.

Arrived on site to inspect washer model WFW5605MC1, displaying error code F3E1, and leaking water. Upon further inspection I verified the error code and found that the door bellow was torn in 3 places. I was able to clear the code and run a test and the error code did not return. The customer informed me that he had just ran a self clean cycle and that is when he experienced the issue. I am ordering the bellow and returning with prescreened parts. Arrived on site to test unit for not working properly, tested unit found drain pump not turning off, inspected pressure hose and found no issues, replaced control (W11608056) and tested unit is now running as designed no leaks detected job complete

Arrive downside for a washing machine model NTW4516FW3 that is not spinning out properly and is making a lot of noise. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit goes off balance on every load with or without clothes. I tested the suspension and found the suspension was completely shot and bouncing like a ball. I checked the basket and found the basket properly secured to the drive shaft. I found no evidence of any gearcase leaks under the machine. Arrived on site for washer stuck in drain loop. On arrival, I confirmed issue but was unable to enter diagnostics due to failing control board. I replaced w 11603810 and found washer working as designed with no leaks, call complete.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator WRQA59CNKZ making a noise. I could hear a noise from the evaporator area so I removed the cover. Found the fan blade wasnt fully seated and rubbing the cover. I reseated the blade and let it run. No more noises were present. No leaks detected while on site.

Refrigerator KRFF577KPS02. Customer stated that the refrigerator is making loud noises, especially when opening the door. Asked customer if they had any type of extended warranty on the refrigerator; she stated that she thinks she does and will ask her husband. Husband said that they bought the unit from Lowes and they have an extended warranty for the refrigerator. I told the customer that it was dispatched out of warranty. If they do have an extended warranty from Lowes, they need to contact Lowes and have a dispatch sent over to us. When I opened the door to get the model and serial number, I could hear the baffle door making noise. Customers contacting Lowes to get extended warranty information. No leaks detected at times service.

Arrived on site to inspect washer model LSN2000PW1 not advancing through cycles and only filling with water. Upon further inspection I examined the lid lock and found it to have failed mechanically. I replaced the lid lock and tested the machine and it is now operating as designed no water leaks observed during service. WP8318084

WZF34X16DW10 Arrived on site for a freezer, not freezing and leaking water. On arrival, I heard the compressor start then turn off. I took an amp draw, and it was 6.25 . I called management to discuss the matter, and he said that I should always try a start device and relay to delimite that isnt the issue. And then if that doesnt work order a sealed system repair. Arrived on site to apartment 6102 for microwave WMH31017HS12 with issue of stops immediately after starting. Upon arrival, test unit and confirmed issue. I replaced control W11552018. Test unit and have same issue. I Contacted Techline and spoke with Nate. After series of test found when checking voltage at relay from black to brown wires . I lose 120 and unit stops. Testing with brown wire disconnected at relay, the unit now remains operating. Tech said there is a high voltage issue with either magnetron , capacitor , diode, or transformer. Case # 23008708. I replaced capacitor WPW10574736, diode W11256462, and magnetron W11737891 and get same result . I then replaced both upper and lower interlocks W11551761, W11551761. Test unit and is operating as designed. Job complete

Arrived on site to apartment 3106 for washer WTW4855HW3 with issue of pump runs continuously. Upon arrival , ran diagnostics and get error code F3-E1 pressure system error . Contacted claims and am told that pnl concession is given for repair. I replaced control W11607637. Calibrated unit. Test unit and is operating as designed. No leaks present. Job complete

Arrived on site for a dryer MED4500MW0 making sounds. Opened the unit up and found a toy stuck in the gasket. Removed it and tested again. Unit is operating as designed now. No other issues found.

Arrived on site to replace tub gasket. Replaced gasket test unit and unit test good job complete. No leaks present at this time. Job complete.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. I installed the lower harness, reassembled and tested. The machine is now operating as designed no water leaks observed during service. W11787220

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Upon further inspection, I inspected the main control and found it had shorted out where the power cord plugs into the board. I removed and replaced the main conteol and inverter board and tested the unit. Once the unit came out of defrost mode, the condenser fan and evap fans came on. I found the compressor was on and I could hear what sounded like liquid splashing or sporting. After approximately thirty minutes, the unit had not cooled. I unplugged the unit andmallowed it to equalize and placed my gauges on the previous sealed system repair and equalized pressures were at 4/0. I plugged the unit in and pressures did not change telling me there is a leak in the system. I spoke to PR regarding my findings and we researched the evaporator and found its not available. I advised my customer of the situation and advised that the unit cannot be repaired without the evaporator. I removed the controls and put the originals back in and left the unit unplugged for safety. Job completed.
