"Arrived on site for a refrigerator frosting up in the freezer compartment and with the temp on the UI being to high. Upon further inspection I found the right side of the FC gasket with a large gap. I found that the FC basket was not seated correctly and preventing the door from closing. The customer stated they had just taken it out to clean. I found the UIs temp reflecting the accurate temp in the unit, and informed the customer the temps were high because the actual temp in the FC was high. The customer also requested a filter

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that was making an abnormal knocking noise. On arrival the customer stated it is very intermittent and when it occurs it is only one loud knock. The customer also stated that he was uncertain if it was actually the refrigerator. I test the unit and was not able to replicate the sound. I gained access to the evap and found no ice build up. I found the unit running as designed at the time of service. Call complete.

Advised customer to use thermometers to monitor improvement and that if temp issues persist and frost pattern is partial, sealed system repair may be needed

Arrived onsite and found unit with weak ignitor not working. All else checks good.

"Arrived on site for refrigerator, inspected unit and work area. CX complaint water would ACU late at the bottom of the refrigerator section and the leak out. Found the drain tube for RC camber clogged. I used my steamer to clean out the drain tube. Reassembled and CX asked not to level the refrigerator. Unit is now operating as designed. No leaks where observed during service.

Arrived on site for a range that is not calibrated properly and has temperature questions on the left front burner. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they had an inspector walk-through and advised that there were issues with their arrange. They advised they hadnt necessarily experienced the issues noted in the report but just wanted to have it checked out to close the sale of the home. Tested the unit on the cooktop and found the left front burner cycling and operating as designed. Ran the unit through the temperature calibration and found that the unit was 20? south of the original setting. Readjusted the setting back to the original settings and Remi unit through a 350?F bake cycle. Found the unit cycling between 375?F and 331?F with an average temperature of 352?F. If I had the customer that everything seem to be working and operating as designed.

Arrived onsite to install previously diagnosed part. Up arrived I found that unit was beeping. I replaced the console and found that the noise went away.

Arrived onsite for dishwasher that is leaving water at the bottom. Upon inspection I around that there was water left in the dishwasher. I removed the water and gained access to the chopper/drain pump assembly and found that there was broken glass caught in it carefully removed the glass and other Debris that was in there. And ran a cycle and found that unit operated as designed

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not making ice. Upon further inspection, I spoke with the previous tech on repairs that the customer was going to make. Customer advised they replaced the divider assembly, solenoid and hv control and the unit continued to fail. I removed the ice maker assembly and found the harness to the solenoid has shorted again and was unplugged. I plugged the harness back into the solenoid and placed the ice maker assembly back in place. When I tested the ice maker, I pressed the door switch closed and the solenoid popped and became energized. I pressed the water selector on the UI and pressed the door switch closed again and the solenoid popped and became energized again when it shouldnt have. After finding the UI is not switching the ice/water selectors, I checked the wiring diagram and found the UI switch would need to be replaced which is found in the UI . I advised the customer of my finding. At this point, the unit is not repairable unless the customer can locate a control which would not be warrantied. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator that is making unusual noise. Found compressor lines vibrating causing noise. Repositioned lines and tested unit. Found all is functioning properly at this time and noise is no longer present. No leaks were found at time of service.

I checked on how the freezer door was closing and found a quarter inch gap on the left side of the door. I defrosted the freezer compartment and found that the lower freezer bin was not seated correctly. I tested the defrost heater on the unit and it was operating as designed. Frost build up was due to freezer door not closing all the way because the lower bin was not seated properly. Adjusted bin and tested door. Upon arrival I gained access to the evaporator found an ice ball in the upper right corner covering the thermostat and tested thermistor founded reading in spaces. I left unit running for about 30 minutes and defrost pattern did not go past the suction line and then get access to the compressor running pulling .76 Amps. I unplug the unit and plugged it in again and on start up the compressor pulled 10 A and then shut off I did this about three times and then eventually the compressor started running again pulling the same .76amps. I tested the outlet and found no power at the outlet. Customer advised their cooktop would not ignite either. I tested the outlet under the cooktop and found no power to it either. Customer advised that they didnt know there wasnt power to the unit. The customer advised that the microwave outlet is connected to a GFCI outlet on another wall where the small toaster was plugged in and the outlet green light was on as was the toaster. I advised that the microwave must be on a dedicated breaker and the customer advised that their electrician advised them that due to the age of the home, the unit did not need to be on a dedicated circuit. I recommended that the customer have an electrician check the outlets and once the issue is corrected and they continue to have issues with the microwave, to call in for service. Job completed."

I found that the top receptacle in the double wall outlet for the microwave was damaged and when I pressed the microwave cable to the right the microwave came back on. I switched the power cable to the lower receptacle in the outlet and the microwave came back on and began operating as designed. I tested this new receptacle multiple times to confirm that this new receptacle was good. Advised CX that she needed to have the outlet fixed or she could just use this other receptacle. Operational test good. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for range putting off too much carbon monoxide . Checked bot oven and top burners , both have proper coming on flame . Unit is smoking as with new units will. Allowed range to burn off . Ran co2 detector as well as contractor having a meter as well . Both meters were not detecting any carbon monoxide levels . No gas leaks detected at time of service. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that wont start a cycle. Inspected unit and work area. Just advised that the unit will not spend and will just flash the cycle has ended. Tested the unit and diagnostics and found the agitator being the only thing that spun in a high speed spin. Ran the unit through diagnostic error codes and found an F7 E4 (basket re-engagement failure). Checked in at the unit and found the slider broken. Replaced the slider and tested the unit. The unit began to have problems testing individual components. Once I was finally able to test individual components, found the unit having a hard time shifting again. Power cycled the unit and ran the unit through a normal water cycle and found the unit working as designed. Test of the unit several other times and the unit was working as designed. Found the refrigerator door gasket not sealing properly due to a gap in the gasket. Replaced the gasket and used a heat gun to mold the gasket to the cabinet. "Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator not fully cooling. Found freezer is close to temp, RC about 10 degrees warm. Checked sealed system repair and found the weld on tue compressor to the condenser had cracked and had a small leak. Repaired weld and replaced drier. Vacuumed and verified no pressure drop after 10 mins. Charged and tested. Verified good pressures and cooling. Call complete. M"
