Arrived onsite for a refrigerator to replace the previous diagnosed parts. I confirmed the ice door was not closing and sealing correctly. I replaced the ice door and tested it. The door is sealing properly now. I removed all the ice build up from the FC and all the water from inside the RC. I found a large air gap on the left side of the RC door gasket and a air gap at the top right side of the FC. I heated the gaskets and formed them to seal properly. I used sealant and closed a gap at the top and bottom of the center mullion. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

"I dont say for a refrigerator thats making a vibrating sound intermittently during operation. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm the customers complaint and it sounded like it was coming from the evaporator area removed the freezer, evaporator, cover and found the noise not coming from the evaporator motor assembly. Found the noise was being made regardless of whether the evaporator fan was running or not. Pushed on the side of the refrigerator and found the noise stop. Checked all refrigerant lines and found two refrigerant lines touching. I separated the refrigerant lines and tested the unit. Still had slight vibration sounds coming from the unit. Adjusted the feet and found the unit stopping the noise. Did advise the customer on how to adjust his refrigerator in case of unlevel surfaces. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

"WOC97ES0ES03 Arrived to instal previously diagnosed parts. I found the door switch safety linkage had been rubbing on the main part of the microwave cavity and replaced the inner door. Further inspection revealed the entire weight of the unit was resting in the front of the cabinet, causing the door mis-alignment and inability to fully actuate the interlock switches. The incorrect alignment also caused wear of the interlock and I removed and replaced. The error was caused by the switches incorrectly timing and cutting off voltage to the inverter. By replacing the switches, the unit heated at every test with no further parts. The incorrect installation was corrected by adding shims to remove the weight off the front of the unit and subsequently, the rear-ward tilt, causing undue stress in the chassis. Operational test good."

Did find Suds during every test without any detergent Instructed customer that over sized loads and oversuds can cause clothes to be too wet upon completion. Unit is operating as designed. I was able to run a quick wash successfully without error during the visit.

"MVW7232HW0 Arrived to inspect washer intermittent operation. F1E2 stored in memory and I cleared for testing. I found the basket assembly leaning to the right, against the inside of the cabinet and the gear case had been leaking for some time. I removed and replaced the gear case and corrected the chassis setup. I calibrated the control and tested. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service.

Upon inspection I found that the dispenser would work and the ice maker would fill with water after I removed the filter. I recommend to the customer that we replace the filter . The customer decided to contact whirlpool directly to see if they can get a concession or have them send out a new one for them.

Arrived onsite for a washer to possibly replace previous diagnosed parts. I removed the front panel and tested the washer in a light wash. There were no leaks until the unit started agitating and water started running out around the gearcase from the tub seal.

"Arrived on site. Hello for a Cody top. That is having a hard time. Turning burners on. Inspected unit and work area. Found multiple burners knobs taped and broken. The customer advised that they thought that the burner initially was closer to the same temperature as the other burners but it felt like it was getting hotter. Turn the unit onto a medium setting and found the unit cycling on and off as designed. Turn the unit down to a lower temperature setting and found it cycling off a lot more frequently. I called whirlpool tech line and spoke to Leon SR # 7736484541. He advised that based on my checks, the unit is working as designed advised that the right front burner is the hottest burner, and will not have the same set temperatures as a lower wattage burner. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not advancing past the sensing portion of the cycle. Inspected unit and work area. Round the end of diagnostics and found an F7 E5 (shifter fault) error code. Tested the unit in manual diagnostics testing the spin and agitation. Found agitation working properly but the agitator only spinning when calling for the unit to spin. Checked underneath the unit and confirmed a broken slider. The unit began to work and operate as designed.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, I was to remove and replace the RC evap drip pan kit, RC evap fan/harness assembly and drain tube. I pulled the unit out and inspected the drain tube and found it gapped. I removed the tube and cleaned it out and re-installed it and using some silicone, I placed a bead around the opening of the drain tube and sealed the gap (photos). I disassembled the RC section and using my steamer, I removed the ice from the RC evaporator. Removed and replaced the evap drip pan and evap fan/harness assembly and secured the evaporator to the back wall. Cleaned up the ice and water and tested the unit. Unit is operating as designed. I reassembled the unit . No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived onsite for water on the floor by refrigerator. On inspection I pulled the back cover to see if I could spot where the water had come from. The water was turn off, I turn it back and the icemaker dump ice and filled the tray. I saw no water leak, I then dispense water out the front to see if it would leak. I still saw no water leaks. I did notice the moulin was extremely hot to the touch as was the compressor. I clean the coils out and the moulin cooled down to normal temperature. I never could fine the water leak, I informed the customer that it could been a ice that melt and filled the over flow pan and leaked out. The evap in the freezer had no ice buildup on it and the heater ohmed at 24ohms. The bi metal,was 4 ohms.

"Arrived on site and inspected washer and found both front shocks are not attached to tub. Took pictures. After reconnecting them ran washer and a drain and spin cycle and it is working properly and not moving excessively.

When the unit began the spin mode, it became loud and got louder as the spin RPMs increased. I tilted the unit back and checked the rotor and bolt and it was on tight. I removed the washplate/agitator and found a robe belt wrapped around the spindle of the gearcase. Removed the belt and placed the washplate/agitator back in position and retested. Replaced drier and recharged system. Found psi lvls equalized at 60 again then found run time pressures at 125/-5 but evap plate wasnt frosting over. Found no leaks in system and low side pressure would equalize back to 60 psi when powered off within 4 seconds indicating weak compressor windings. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator to replace the previous diagnosed parts. When I arrived I found the customer had emptied out the unit but both compartments were cold and at temp. The customer stated this is whats been happening and sometimes when it stops cooling he can hear the overload tripping on the compressor. I turned the temp down and when the compressor tried to start it stayed at 6.5 amps and tripped the overload. I pierced the drier to remove the refrigerant and had no pressure. I cut the steel line and the capillary tube at the drier and still nothing came out. I cut the high side line at the compressor and nothing came out. I cut the low side line at the compressor and refrigerant and oil would come out and stop. I would hear oil gurgling in the suction line and more would come out. I gained access to the evaporator and it had a full frost pattern and the lines were not kinked. I explained to the customer that the evaporator has to be full of oil for this to be happening and we will need to replace the evaporator also. I will blow thru the yoder loop and condenser with nitrogen when I return but am ordering the condenser just in case it is needed. Ordering W11550396 evaporator and W11644420 condenser. Arrived on site to test unit for display on board turning off when oven get to hot. Found board shorting out with the head from the vent under console. "Arrived on site to diagnose dryer that is not starting cycles. Tested unit and found proper voltages and polarity. When I plugged in unit I could hear crackling coming from the timer. I replaced the timer and tested the unit. Unit does not start. Confirmed that the push to start button tests good, door switch good. All safety devices working as designed. "Left side panel, belt, retrieve vent screw from blower housingArrived on site to inspect dryer noises. Upon further inspection, I turned the unit on and immediately it began to make a clanking noise. I raised the top panel and tested again and found the left side panel badly dented inward. Also found the belt beginning to fray. I am ordering the left panel and belt and CNOTE-2HOUR JOB and office to schedule return service. Also, returning tech will need to retrieve the vent screw from the blower wheel housing at the back of the unit. Unit left unplugged for safety and no lint observed during service.; ordrng 1 8533643 (Cabinet) and 1 CNOTE (2 HOUR JOB)"

Arrived onsite and found unit thickly frosted in the evap causing cooling loss. Advised customer on manual defrost and will return Thursday to follow up. Suspect wiring backed out of molex.

"Arrived onsite to replace faulty parts. Upon disassembly found basket shaft sheered of from the rest of the basket. Tried removing spanner and block, but seized to gearcase shaft. Unit will need complete rebuild.

Arrived onsite for a range with front right burner that is not turning off. Upon arrival a found that this is true. Upon testing I found that the control will need to be replaced to resolve the issue. I am ordering the control. ordrng 1 316272401 (Control)

Arrived onsite for refrigerator not cooling. On inspection the FC was 39? and the RC was 49?. Gain access to the FC and found a ice ball up in the right corner of the evap. Defrosted the evap and tested the thermistor (12.9k)and the thermostat (55k) both good. Looked at the door gasket and they were fine. On further inspection found the gasket that goes on the door that seals the icemaker to the door was bad. Order a seal.
