"Arrived onsite for unit not cooling in the refrigerator. Looked at the unit and saw ice buildup on the evaporator. Checked in diagnostics, the fan in the refrigerator evaporator cover is working, upon further inspection and found that the thermistor was reading bad, also the control may need to be replaced as both parts communicate to keep the refrigerator cool. Replaced the thermistor. Let customer know that the unit will need at least 24hrs to unthaw at some point to get rid of the rest of the ice buildup. No issues at this time. Job complete.

Arrived no onsite for refrigerator that lost power and all food thawed then restored. Upon arrival I found FC= -5 RC=35 when set to -4 and 34. I inspected the FC door harness and could not find any shorts or corrosion. I accessed the main control and found it in a defrost. The drain tube was dripping. I monitored amp draw of the heater and found 4.3 amps steady then the heater relay on the control clicked and the heater turned off. I was not able to recreate a failure at this time but I advised the customer monitor the unit over the next few weeks due to the possibility of a intermittent control failure. No leaks detected during time of service

I then put the unit into diagnostics mode and found only error code F6E4 for the MW appliance manager error. I gained access to the control and found the harness good. Arrived onsite for dryer squealing. Upon inspection I confirmed the complaint. I accessed the rollers and found them seized. I found the bearings on the rollers rusting. I found the lint within the unit was matted and stuck to the frame indicating moisture build up in the unit at some point which likely caused the rollers to rust. I re assembled the unit and found it not squealing as bad but there is still a slight squealing and knocking noise coming from the rear of the unit. I will need to re order the rollers and any other parts that might remedy the issue. Ran through diagnostics cycle and washer is filling, agitating, and spinning. Once spin began it squeaked and squeaked again once it engaged into high speed spin. Removed dust cover and found belt was loose causing the squeaking. Ordering belt and returning with all previously ordered parts plus ordering lid latch. Lid latch may be necessary based on error codes. Showed customer loading in loose heaps will prevent washer from walking and rocking. Explained washing small loads can cause washer basket to get off balance and to ensure they place even sized loads around wash plate in loose heaps regardless of size. Arrived Onsite for dishwasher still tripping breaker after repair. Upon inspection of the diagnostics tables I found no stored error codes in the unit. I ran diagnostics and monitored amp draw through the functions. I found the unit did not exceed 9 amps on any cycle function. I ran the unit multiple times and could not get the unit to trip a breaker. I inspected and secured all connections on the motor and heater as well as the control and dispenser all good. With the unit being plugged into a GFCI outlet on a ark fault breaker switch I swapped the disposal and dishwasher plugs and asked the customer to run the unit under normal operation to see if it still trips on the new breaker switch. I advised the customer to monitor operation to rule out a bad breaker No leaks detected during time of service. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine locked and the unit went out mid cycle. Upon arrival the customer stated that unit was completely dead and unresponsive. I checked voltage at the wall and found it good. I gained access to the control and found a physical burn out. Due to this I replaced the control. I then put the unit into diagnostics mode activated the drain, for their was water still in the tub. The control immediately sparked and blew out again. In diagnostics, found F2E1 stuck key, F9E1 long drain, F7E5 shifter fault. Found unit had water/clothes in it and the components on bottom of tub close to floor. Found drain pump cover out of place, wires crimped, causing unit not to drain. I gained access to the compressor and found the low side at -20 and the high side at 0. I put 140 psi of nitrogen into the system. I gained access to the fc and rc evaporator and found no signs of dye or any nitrogen leaking. I pulled a vacuum on and monitored pressures for 20 minuets I found no vacuum leaks. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer not heating. Upon further inspection, I opened the unit door and pressed the door switch closed and turned the unit on. I found the element illuminating at the back vent area. Using my dryer vent test kit, I tested the unit on Air Fluff with no heat. Both tests showed poor airflow (photos). I found lint in the front vent area. I recommended that the customer clean the unit from the back vent are up to the front with their vacuum and test the unit. If it fails to heat, I recommended that the customer have a professional come check the vents as the unit may not be suitable for a 2 story home. No further lint observed during service, job completed."
