Arrived on site for a washing machine that is cycling through the spin cycle over and over. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they were running a load of sheets and pillowcases in the unit would not stop going through the spin cycle. I did ask the customer what they were washing and they advised they were washing the sheets and pillowcases. They did advise the unit was going off balance and just seemingly it was stuck rinsing agitating and then trying to spin. I did advise the customer that when the unit does go off balance it can do this and that they need to cancel the cycle rearrange the clothes and then place the unit into a drain and spin in order to finish out the cycle. Around the unit three diagnostics and found an F0 E5 (off balance load) error code. Ran the unit through diagnostics and all tests ran as designed. I did notice the washer was sitting unlevel and was leaning towards the back of the unit with the tub resting against the back panel. Adjusted the feet to level out the washing machine and advise the customer on proper loading technique. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site to reinstall the wall oven. We reinstalled the wall oven and tested the unit. It is working as designed.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator not cooling. Upon arrival found unit had leak in line causing compressor to go bad. Compressor has amps but no cooling.

Upon further investigation, found that a penny was stuck between the agitator and the drum making the scrapping noise and that the wash plate was loose some how. Arrived on site for microwave not heating and burnt up. Upon arrival confirmed complaint. Found after further inspection unit had a hv issue between mag cap and diode. Also found 7nit couldnt be disassembled much further without causing major repairs issues with not being able to reassemble unit properly. Arrived on site for a refrigerator thats not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. Check the icemaker and found that the icemaker was turned off. "Arrived onsite for refrigerator with detached freezer door gasket. Upon inspection of unit I found that the fc gasket had came loos from the door. I then reinstalled the gasket and closed the door and found that it was not sealing properly. I noticed that the refrigerator was leaning forward a bit so I leveled unit and the checked door and found that it was sealing properly now. I also tested the gasket by ordering the door several times to see if it stayed in place,It did. Job complete."

Arrived onsite for rc lights not turning on when you open the door at times. Upon arrival the customer demonstrated the issue to me. I then gained access to door switches and performed a resistance test on both of the and found them to be good. I the tested voltage at the connection on control side and found good stable voltage there. "Arrived on site and Inspected Washer and found Customer experiences washer not spinning out clothes intermittently. They use only the quick wash and normal cycle. Both of these cycles span is set to maximum. They correct it by resetting it by unplugging the washer. Set washer into a diagnostic cycle and found saved error F8E3. Washer completes diagnostic cycle and drains and spins out properly. Sent a short video to PR. Inspected pressure hose, pressure sensor, and air trap. Took one picture. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. The customer advised that he was having the same issue on his other refrigerator for his ice getting caught in his ice chute as his other refrigerator and that we were supposed to fix that too. I had called whirlpool on his other refrigerator and had the same prognosis for this refrigerator. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Joel SR# 7732480682. He referenced service pointer W10647960. They advised that the issue with his refrigerator was a customer usage issue and not an issue with the refrigerator. He said the ice door needs to be fully pressed all the way to the back wall when calling for ice to allow the maximum amount of airway for that ice to travel down. I was advised not to replace any parts on the unit. Customer advised that he wanted parts replaced due to ongoing issues and did not believe the issue to be a customer usage issue. Replaced water valve, ice door, and connector and tested the unit. The end began to work as designed with no leaks present. The unit does not have any ice at this time so could not verify whether that was working properly or not. "Arrived on site to diagnose dryer that customer said smells stronger when opening door running loads. On arrival customer informed me that recently they feel the odor when opening the door smells stronger and almost like something is burning. I opened the door after running some and it does smell a bit like heat, but not any burning or excessive gas. I examined the inside of the unit with a bore scope and saw some minor lint and fur, but nothing excessive. Examined flame tunnel and I dont see anything out of the ordinary at all. Flame is healthy and blue. Unit seems like its working as designed, however the gas concentration may have changed recently due to construction in the area. Advised customer to monitor and let us know if there are any drastic changes.

Arrived on site to follow up on leaking washer. Replaced pressure switch and pressure line. Retested unit on oversized load setting. Verified water flow stops at appropriate level and does not leak. Call complete.

This makes the unit not repairable. I called techline and spoke to ED I advise him of my findings

Arrived onsite for unit not turning on. Ran diagnostics test and found F6E2 control could not detect UI. Need to replace control and console. Replaced control and console. Recalibrated the unit. Test the unit and unit operates correctly. Job complete

"Arrived on site to inspect unit for not spinning, upon inspection found the unit unplugged, plugged unit back in and found the unit stuck in a overload error. Cleared codes, tested pressure system with no issue. Tested for normal operation.

Arrived onsite for water leaking from under the unit. I installed unit and found unit leaking from the connection between the drain pan and the drain hose. I reinstalled tube and resealed it then tested it by poor it water down the drain pan and found no leak. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for frost build up. Found excessive amount of frost in freezer and return vents ice up,found gap at corner connection with middle rail and liner cabinet,raised fresh food door and added adhesive same issue.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator doors not aligned. Upon further inspection, I found the left RC door not flush at the top with the right RC door. When I opened the left RC door, I found the mullion not making contact with the pivot block; therefore, its not opening and closing properly. I re-leveled the unit and the mullion was still slightly off. I adjusted the mullion and tested and it is operating as designed. I placed some manufacturers approved grease on the top of the mullion and on the pivot block to allow for smoother functioning. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site for wall oven time advancing fast. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the time on the oven at 9:21 am when its 9:09 am. I found the unit connected to WiFi and a whirlpool application. I checked the software version and found it not updated. I am ordering a new console to complete the repair.
