"Arrived on site for an oven thats giving an error code. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised they were unaware of the error code that was present and that she thought it might be an L3 but was unsure. I attempted to replicate the issue by putting the unit on a bake cycle for 35 minutes and could not replicate the issue. Used a temperature sensor to check temperatures and found he unit cycling as designed. I buy the customer that because I could not replicate the issue, I would not be able to determine as to what was going on with the unit. Told the customer to test the unit several times to see if the error code comes back and to notify their extended warranty so we can properly order parts. The unit is working as designed. Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling properly. The pot arrival sound a major defrost issue in the RC Evap compartment. After further inspection and clearing all the ice out I found that the cause of the issue was a failed main harness within the Molex connector coming out of the liner (brown/red tracer) and was missing the prong from corrosion.

"Arrived onsite for refrigerator making noise. Upon arrival when door opens the noise was apparent. Put unit in diagnostics and isolated the components in test 3. The dampener motor was functioning but just a little noisy. Removed deli drawer and cleared space to inspect area and noise stopped. Tan test 3 again and could not duplicate the issue. The noise seemed to have gone away. Put deli drawer back in and tested, still could not duplicate the noise. Could have been product vibrating against the back wall when dampener was opening and closing. Customer will monitor.

Got good water pressure from supply. Found reservoir was frozen. Thawed out reservoir and water dispenser operates correctly. Tested ice maker under diagnostics and icemaker operates correctly. Purged 3 gallons of water out of dispenser. No leaks present at this time. Job complete

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer that is continuing to suck clothes under the agitator, and is also leaving a good amount of white residue on clothes as well. On arrival I found a pillow case stuck under the agitator about 1/4 of the way. Due to the large number of repairs this unit has had, including a gearcase and agitator already, contacted whirlpool tech Line. I noticed that when the unit would run a cycle even with no clothes, water doesn't even come up to the top of the plastic on the basket, maybe an inch - 1.5 inches. Tech Line, SR7732909388. Tech Line recommends replacement of the main control due to a likely failing pressure sensor causing loads to not be fully wet, allowing them to get sucked into the agitator.

Arrived on site to test unit for unit making noise when I use. Test unit and can hear some rattling but its just the cover hitting the cabinet. No damaged to the unit at all job complete.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine not draining. Upon arrival the customer stated that the no drain is intermittent. Upon further inspection I found some items in the bellow blocking the drain ports. I removed these. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes. I then filled and drained the unit several times in diagnostics. I could not replicate the issue. I ran a manual spin and found it running as designed. I then ran a diagnostics cycle and found it ran through as designed. I found the customer sometimes would use the load and go, or manually fill soap into the dispenser housing. He stated he would sometimes fill the soap to the line. I also found the drain filter clean. I called techline and spoke to Ed and received SR# 7732902083. He advised that sometimes this unit will automatically set itself to no spin, and to inform the customer to watch out for this. We also found that the clean wash was automatically flashing when turning on the unit. Ed recommended the customer also running a clean cycle on the unit. Due to finding no mechanical failure on the unit, Ed did not recommend installing anything. I informed the customer on my findings. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for complaint of not dispensing ice. Found the ice bin full and blocked with ice. Remove the bin and cleared out the blockage. Customer instructed me to dispose of all the ice because of boil notice. Test the auger and it test good. Instructions to customer to clean bin to remove the ice that will build up over time. The bin is full and did dump the harvest that was in waiting. Customer should have normal ice level by morning.

Arrived on site for a washing machine not dispensing hot water. I tested the hot water at the wall and found it good. I then put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F5E1 for lid switch fault and F8E1 for no or long fill. I tested the lid lock and found it running as designed. I then tested the hot and cold valves. I found the hot water coming in very slow. This indicates a faulty valve.I installed the new valve and then tested the unit. The unit is now working as designed. No leaks observed at the time of service.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator dripping from the filter area. Upon further inspection I found the water dripping from the filter head.I installed new new filter head and the unit was no longer leaking. Call complete.
