Arrived on site for a washing machine that is making a banging sound when it spins and its not completing every cycle. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that sometimes the unit vanishes and completes the cycle but other times when they run it the clothes or load in the washer is still wet. Ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored air codes. Ran the unit through an auto test and the unit ran as designed. The customer requested that we run a cycle through a drain and spin so they could show me what happens. Ran a load of jeans and got the jeans wet. Then ran the unit through a drain in span and found the unit working and operating as designed. The banging sound that they were hearing was the drain hose hitting the back wall during the spin. The unit completed the drain and spin and is working as designed. Advise the customer that the only reason They would have wet clothes at the end of the cycle is if they had an issue with the unit which the unit wouldve recorded or if it were an out of balance issue. The customer did state that they have had a few loads that made a lot of banging sounds. I did advise them against mix loading as they explained that they wash jeans and shorts together. Went over user guide in the unit is working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that has a light out in the refrigerator section, has ice that wont drop out of the shoot occasionally, and its freezing items in the refrigerator section near the vent. Inspected unit and work area. Noticed that the customer had the refrigerator completely full And overstocked. Explain to the customer the most likely issue with food freezing in the refrigerator section was due to food placement and lack of airflow inside the refrigerator section. Advise that everything in front of the van freezes but I explained that most of those items that were freezing were blocking the airflow of the incoming freezer temperature air. Did confirm a light out in the refrigerator section on the module so replace the module. Tested the ice dispenser in the unit began to dispense ice as designed. The customer stated that they dont really have too big of an issue with the ice dispenser clogging up in the chute but it does happen from time to time. I did explain to the customer that that can be due to ice clumping and or normal use due to the design of the chute. Customer is aware and advised that he is not as concerned with that issue. "Arrived on site to inspect cooktop burner not working and knob melted. Upon further inspection, I tested all burners and found the middle burner wont ignite. The ignitor is functioning but the burner is not getting gas. I removed the burner and the orifice and found debris inside the orifice. Cleaned the orifice and retested and burner is operating as designed. I found the front right burner knob was melted and the stem was broken keeping it from turning the valve stem properly. I removed and replaced the knob and retested and it is operating as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

Upon further inspection, I found the freezer section warm and the fresh foods section cooling but not where it should be temp wise. I found no frost pattern on the FC evaporator and the RC evaporator engulfed in ice/frost. Also found the coils dirty and customer cleaned them. Placed the unit in diagnostics and tested in test 4 and the unit continued to fail. I tested the compressor and it is ramping up in speed. I found the RC evap drip pan badly warped, as well. The deli control was on and the harness was good. I advised the customer of the issues weve been finding with this and another model and had the customer read the disclaimer provided by management. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

The customer advised that the unit stopped making ice and began forming an ice clump on top of the evaporator plate. After unplugging it for a few days, they attempted to run the unit again and found the unit would not cool at all. The unit will just recycle water over the evaporator plate and will not make any ice. Checked the evaporator plate and found no frost pattern on the evaporator plate at all when the customer had started a cycle prior to my arrival. Found the entire cabinet hot and water temperature was room temperature. When I turned off the unit, I heard a hiss coming from the evaporator indicating a leak.

We found serval pods that were broken underneath the unit that was adding to the unit walking. The pods were clean up to help keep,the unit from moving. No leaks observed during service

"Arrived on site to diagnose cooktop that is tripping breaker. Customer advised me that almost every morning they come out and the breaker is tripped, when units are not in use. Unit shares a circuit with the vent hood as well. Checked outlets and found both outlets testing good. Ran cooktop and vent hood both several times on all settings and max power drain, and breaker does not trip. Advised customer to have an electrician come out and check the breaker and wiring, could not find faults in the appliances. Appliances would cause breaker to trip when in use, not when idle. Arrived on site to inspect WOC display flashes. On inspection I notice that it does not power down after the display flashes. Reverse the main control board for next visit and ordering the UI. I dont think we will need the main control board.; ordrng 1 W11297728 (SS UI)
