Arrived on site for a washing machine that was making a loud noise in spin. Upon further inspection I found the unit very unbalanced. I balanced the feet and it was now no longer wobbling. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code F7E5 shifter fault. I then ran a diagnostics cycle and found it ran through as designed. I then manually activated spin and agitate actuating shifter. I found no issues with shifter and no noise during high spin. I then gained access to the bottom of the unit and found no visible issue. I found harness connection fine. I put it back into manual test and actuated shifter again. This time I could hear the actuator slip and not work. This indicates a cam slipping and possibly a bad actuator. I replaced both parts and tested the unit again in diagnostics.

Arrived onsite for washer leaking seemingly while on hot or warm. After inspection I found the fabric softener dispenser would overflow pretty quick into engaging the valve and would leak out the top and front everywhere. As I was removing the dispenser I broke the securing tabs so I will need to return to replace it. I replaced the inlet valve and tested the unit. The unit is no longer overfilling the softener dispenser and no leaks are present at this time. Arrived on site for Not Making Ice - Side by Side Refrigerator WWBB000APL1. Inspected wiring harness under freezer door hinge for any breaks in the harness. Harness looked good. Found ice build up inside the water fill tube which prevented water from entering ice mold. Cleared ice build up. Ran a harvest and then water fill test. Water filled mold as designed. Ice maker is working as designed. No leaks detected.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that was not cooling in freezer. Upon arrival the customer stated that the freezer items were thawing and the ice maker was not producing ice. I checked the temps and found the FC at 26?F and the RC at 41?F. Upon further inspection I found the FC evap cover covered in ice. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and could not hear the baffle open, but heard the FC fan turn on. All of the thermistors passed as well. I gained access to the control and found 120V from pin P2-3 to P1-2 on bi-metal when closed on test 6 in diagnostics. I then checked VDC to FC evap fan from P14-1 to P14-2 and found 14VDC and heard it on. I then checked air baffle feedback and output from P2-2/5 to P1-2 and found 115VAC. I then checked the FC thermistor output at P5-3 to P5-4 and found 2.2 VDC. I checked heater out put on P2-7 to P1-2 and found 120VAC. This indicates the control is functioning as designed. I ohmd out the bi-metal and thermistor and found bi-metal closed and thermistor at 5.5K ohms. The thermistor is way out of range to the temp of the FC and ice build up it has. We will need to replace the motor with harness/thermistor/bi-metal. I found over 6 inches of ice and advised the customer we will need to thaw this out before service. The customer signed the refrigerator defrost waiver. I found the FC light out and replaced that as well. Ordering part. Office to reschedule. ; ordrng 1 W11238213 (Lower Freezer Bin)"
