"Arrived on site to diagnose washer with intermittent cycles, i gained access to the unit and put it into service diagnostics, I found no fault codes with the unit, I put the unit into a service diagnostics cycle and found that the unit is operating properly as designed. The customer informed me of what cycle selection they run and operation of the unit, i informed them they should only use liquid detergent versus liquid and pods, due to the variation and amount of detergent the unit is causing over sudsing and making the unit think its going into a flood state causing the drain pump to actuate and not proceed with the agitation and spin cycle. I instructed the customer proper load methods, cleaning, and detergent use.

Arrived on site for dishwasher not turning on and tripping breaker(per customer). Upon arrival confirmed complaint. Found when power was restored that there was a stable 120v connection and polarization was correct. I then ohmed element (ohmed at 12.7 within specs). Also found no errors in diagnostics indicating a hardware or software failure. Ran diagnostics cycle and unit completed cycle with no power loss. Found breaker is gfci protected. Informed customer to have electrician try to remove gfci protection to prevent further power loss issue. Unit now functioning as designed. Call complete

I let diagnostics run through and found the motor clicking but no function during wash indicating a failed motor assembly. The heater came on as designed. Arrived on site for washer banging around during spin cycle. Upon arrival confirmed issue but found no errors in diagnostics. After further inspection I found both inner/outter tubs leaning to far into back right corner and also found suspension rods all nearly completely depressed and not securely holding baskets. Replaced suspension rods then reassembled and tests unit with medium size load of laundry. Found unit completed full cycles with no banging around call complete

"Arrived on site for a dryer that?s taking two or three times to dry clothes. Inspected unit and work area. Ran a vent test kit on the unit and found the airflow showed poor for all dryers. Removed the vent hose off the back of the unit and tested the airflow again. Found the unit registered good airflow for all dryers. Under the vent hose at the wall and reached in to the vent going up. Removed a huge clump of lint blocking the airflow going up towards the roof. Could not reach any further and reattach the vent hose to check airflow at that point.The vent test kit still showed poor airflow for all dryers. I advise the customer that their issue is with poor ventilation going out of the home and that being that the issue is inside the vent inside the wall, they would need to have a vent cleaner come out to clean their vents properly so their dryer would not take multiple cycles to dry. I called whirlpool Techline and spoke to JR SR# 7732096583. Advised that based on the current information, there were no repairs that could be made to the unit to fix their ventilation issue. Advised the customer we need to have their vents thoroughly inspected and cleaned prior to any further service being done on the unit. Advise customer of deadlines findings. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for rains not allowing oven to keep gone. Upon arrival found no Aaron Diagnostics but confirm the oven was not turning on after further inspection I found the terminal block main harness and power cord had broken at this time the power cord is still salvageable but we will need to return of the new main harness and terminal block assembly in order to complete repairs inform customer at this time unit would need to stay unplugged due to safety reasons until repairs are completed. ; ordrng 1 W11458883 (Main harness) and 1 Cnote (Office please see att. Arrived on site for refrigerator that?s not cooling the refrigerator section. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and found very little airflow coming from the air by full. Check Bonita unit and found evidence of an airflow defrost issue. The customer advised that someone had accidentally spilled some thing in the refrigerator and it had leaked down through the air returns back to the freezer. Disassembled freezer and found frost buildup over the entire evaporator. Checked continuity and resistance through the bimetal and heater and found them both within range. Found the evaporator fan running properly. Steamed off excess frost and found ice buildup inside one of the return channels. Steamed out ice and reassembled unit. Unit began to cool and operate as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for wall oven not turning on. Upon arrival found unit off. Breakers not tripped. After further inspection I found u it was incorrectly wired and causing unit not to turn on. After repairing wiring I found ACU had failed from miss wiring. Replaced ACU. After reassembling unit I found unit fully functioning as designed. Call complete

"Arrived on site for dishwasher that is not cleaning dishes and not drying. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that her dishes are coming out dirty like they have not been washed. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F8 E2 (inlet water valve electrical problem), F10 E2 (vent wax motor electrical problem), and F7 E1 (wash motor single speed failure) error codes. Around the unit through an auto test and found the unit filling but the wash motor barely spraying any water through the spray arms. Unit will need a new wash motor assembly, control, and vent motor for repair. Ordering wash motor and the office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to an out of stock and PSP item. Arrived on site for dishwasher leaking. I inspected the unit and work are? I found the top rack adjusters have broken causing the rack to fall. I ran the unit through a diagnostics cycle and found fault code F9e1 diverter lost position. I ran a diagnostics cycle and found the unit leaking from the diverter.

"Arrived on site to diagnose dryer throwing F3E5 error at times when multiple cycles are run. Verified error present in diag mode. Ran unit and did not see error pop. Called tech line and spoke with rep, SR7732095436. Checked resistance at the control and sensor, and found both good. Tech line recommended power cycling unit and reseating connectors and having customer retest. If issue returns we need to replace wiring harness, sensor harness and control. Call complete."

I tested the damper in diagnostics and it is operating as designed. I tested the defrost thermistor in diagnostics and its reading shorted out. I removed the evap cover and found a large amount of ice/frost built up on the evaporator. I tested the evaporator heater and it is operating as designed. I removed and replaced the defrost thermistor harness and removed the ice/frost from the FC evaporator and tested. Unit is operating as designed and the evaporator has a good frost pattern forming. Checked voltage at junction box and was only getting 3.65 volts. Used extension cord and plugged in dishwasher to an outlet near the cooktop and dishwasher turned on. Ran diagnostics and no error codes came on. Ran through full diagnostics cycle and dishwasher is running as designed. No leaks detected. Customer will need to contact the builder to check GFCI outlets under the kitchen sink. I reset the GFCI outlet where the coffee machines are located and the garbage disposal would turn on. Tried plugging in dishwasher to the same outlet the garbage disposal was plugged into and the dishwasher would not power up. Three outlets total need to be checked. Two under sink and one where coffee machine / coffee bean grinder are located. Job completed.

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven temps. Upon further, the customer advised that they recently had their inspector check their oven and found the unit 25 degrees too cold. Inspector used a round metal thermometer to test. I advised the customer that a multimeter with thermal lead has to be used to test temps in an oven. Using my multimeter, I placed my thermal lead in the middle of the center rack and tested temps on Bake at 350 degrees. My preheat temp was 421 degrees. My next 5 readings were 329, 383, 341, 385, 342 for an average temp of 356 degrees. I advised the customer that the unit is operating as designed and temps are within range of Whirlpool recommendations. Job completed."

Arrived onsite for refrigerator not cooling in either section. Upon arrival I found RC=37 FC=17 with not man food items due to the customer losing all food. I accessed the evaporator and found it in defrost with the heater red hot and the evaporator completely thawed. I found the thermistor too far down on the evaporator. I accessed the control box and verified resistance of both thermistors. I replaced and corrected the location of the evap thermistor and replaced control box due to a communication issue between the 2 components. I powered on the unit and observed frost pattern. The evaporator frosted as designed and the unit is operating as designed at this time. I advised the customer to give it 24 hours before restocking but also monitor closely over the next few days. No leaks detected during time of service. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for an ice machine that was not powering on. Upon arrival the unit was unplugged. I plugged the unit in and it immediately turned on. I put the unit in diagnostics mode and found all loads running as designed. I checked voltage at the wall and found it good. I gained access to the external pump and found it in good shape. Upon further inspection I found significant corrosion on the low side line from the compressor, and a small leak/corrosion at the chassis where the drain line is attached. "Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator with cooling loss in the RC. Tested evap fan for RC, customer advised me the fan never comes on its own. If we test the fan in diag, it does run when triggered. Called tech line and spoke with 2 different reps. First rep recommended checking all wiring for corrosion. Found no corrosion or issues with the wiring at the control or the fan. When testing wiring at the control and moving wires around, fan came on. When I tapped on the cabinet around the wiring harness the fan would cut off. Was able to wiggle wire and tap cabinet and got fan to activate again, but tapping killed it again. Was not able to reactivate fan. Followed up with tech line and advised on damaged signal wire in cabinet.

"Arrived on site to replace previously diagnosed ice maker, upon arrival I gained access and removed the ice maker, I replaced it and jumped t and h to verify the switch has proper power and the ice maker has proper power to run the harvest cycle, the harvest cycle completed and the fill valve filled the ice maker, unit is operating properly as designed.

Upon further inspection, I found the FC LED module flickering and all of the LED modules flickering in the RC section except for the front module on the ice maker housing as it was burnt out. "Arrived on site for range leaking. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the unit not hooked up to the gas line. I hooked the unit up to the gas line using plumbers puddy. I used uv leak detector on the regulator, and watched for any leaks. I found no leaks at the range. I tested the unit and found it working as designed. Job complete."

Arrived onsite for panel not operating as designed. Upon arrival found unit panel damaged and not operating on serval buttons. Replaced board and tested unit is now operating as designed. Job Completed.

"Arrived on site for refrigerator having ice in bottom of freezer and to replace water filter. Inspected unit and work area. Found drain line clogged and pet fur buildup in compressor and condenser area. Gained access to drain line and removed to clean. Removed fur with shop vac. Removed old water filter and installed new. Flushed water through dispenser. Tested operation. All tested good, no water leaks detected during service.

Arrived onsite and used O ring to raise the freezer door alignment so it didnt have friction against the freezer liner causing back pressure to open the door and keep the door open. Unit is now operating as designed. Advised customer on repair.

Arrived onsite for unit leaking. Looked at the unit and customer said that unit was leaking from the top of the back of the unit. Need to order a new tub assembly for the unit. Office to reschedule.

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher that was not heating. Upon arrival the customer stated that the soap sometimes would not dispense or dissolve, and the unit would intermittently make a loud noise. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F9E1 for diverter lost position, F6E4 for float switch open, F6E3 for over suds, and F6E1 for low or no water. I cleared the error codes. I then ran a diagnostics cycle while monitoring amp draw. I found the unit ran as designed and the heater drew the proper amperage. At the end of the cycle the unit threw the F9E1 error code. However, upon further inspection I found significant rust on the element. Due to the error code and rust I will order and replace both sump/motor and the element. I found the customer using pods with a water softener. I informed the customer per user care guide on proper soap usage when you have a water softener. I found this is most likely the cause of the F6 error codes. "Arrived on site to diagnose dryer making a rattling / Loud noise when late in its dry cycle. Customer showed me video of noise, and you can hear metal making an awful rattling noise. Disassembled unit and insulated contact points with sound pads, and wrapped exhaust pipe with foil tape where it goes through the rear panel due to no ring being present. Ran unit and found no abnormal sound present. Advised customer to follow up with us if noise comes back and they adjusted the vent hose. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator that was not cooling. Control was recently replaced to bring the unit back online. Found compressor running and hot, and no cooling happening. Sealed system appears to have a leak. install new dryer and access valve to isolate leak on unit, and will likely need full rebuild with remaining available parts.Installed a new dye drier and access valve from truck stock. Unit had 8 psi pressure when system was tapped. Charged unit to 5.5oz R134a. Verified good vacuum was present snd unit is now cooling. Customer advised to follow up if unit loses cooling and we can trace leak. Call complete"
