"Arrived on site for fridge not cooling. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the unit receiving 120vac and turned off at the panel UI. I tried to turn the unit back on from the control, I found the buttons not responding to touch. I tested voltage to the control and found 120vav the unit will need a new UI panel (67005444) and control to repair/continue to diagnose. The UI panel is making this unit not repairable.

Arrived onsite for range making clicking sound when oven is in use. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found that when bake cycle is activated the relays on the control are clicking randomly. Customers home was struck by lightning and compromised the main control board. Will need control board replaced to insure no other issues are present. . Found error caused from how home is wired up to electrical system/secondary power generator that had switched off power temporarily. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the main PCP board and tested. At first, the unit failed to come on. I checked voltage at the terminal block and got 121V from L1 to L2: 121V from red to neutral and no voltage from black to neutral. Then after approximately 2 minutes, the unit was showing 243V from L1 to L2 and operated as designed. I recommended that the customer have the breaker checked. "Arrived on site for refrigerator, inspected unit and work area. Gained access dryer and recovered the system and access the compressor and RC evaporator unbraced the joints and replaced them with the new parts and braced. Verified my work and then vacuumed the sealed system and then charged it with R134. Reassembled unit and tested. Also found a rust spot at the back of the refrigerator that can cause all types of issues in the future the CX is aware that refunds cant be issued. Explained to CX unit would start to cool back up within 24hrs. No leaks where observed during service.

Arrived on site to diagnose a freezer that is not cooling properly. Found control not cycling defrost but heater activates in diagnostics. Replaced control and tested unit. Found all is functioning properly at this time. Customer to thaw unit for 24 hrs and has signed waiver.

Arrived on site for range with front right burner not functioning. Upon arrival confirmed issue. Found cause of smell and failure was faulty wiring as well as broken element. Unit showed signs of previous splicing repair to wiring that had melted and wires wire clipped to far back to safely repair. Found harness after speaking with SR about part availability. "Arrived to inspect airflow error code. Both the electronic vent tester and manual card stock method showed a very high to nearly complete restriction of airflow when the vent tube was connected. The unit operated as designed without the venting connected. I advised the CX of my findings and that they will need to have the vent cap and associated venting within the structure inspected for restriction. No gas leaks detected during service.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator not cooling in the refrigerator compartment. I checked temps and found the FC at 13?F and the RC at 60?F. Upon further inspection I found about an inch of ice/frost build up on the evap cover. I tested airflow components and found all working as designed. However, the damper was abnormally loud. I then gained access to the control and ohmd out the thermistors. I found the RC read 3.44k and the FC read 13.35k. The FC is significantly low indicating a bad FC thermistor. We will need to return to install the damper and thermistor once the customer lets the ice thaw. I advised the customer to keep the cooling off for at least 48 hours and to put towels down.

"Arrived onsite to inspect refrigerator making noise. I listened to a recording the customer had and found that noise is coming from the fill valves chattering.. The customer does not have high pressure coming out of the dispenser. The in house water pressure does not appear to be excessive. I could not duplicate the issue at this time. The customer stated the noise happens sometimes when they are not using the water dispenser. I questioned the customer and found out the noise will last about 6 seconds when this happens. I explained this would be happening when the icemaker fills with water. I called techline and spoke with Rich SR# 7734561317. Rich advised changing the filter head. Will need to check the exact pressure coming from the wall upon return. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is leaking from the water dispenser. Inspected unit and work area. Confirm the customers complaint and the customer advised that this water drip edge started right after they had to replace the filter. I tested the unit with and without a water filter and still had the same result of the water dispenser dripping to 210 times after attempting to dispense water. Customer advised that after it drips, it does not continue to drip continually. Spoke to CS and was advised the issue would most likely be with the housing but to return with the quick connects and water tubes just in case. Arrived onsite for dishwasher with water leak .on inspection found water in the water sensor tray. Found the front right leg was bent in made it difficult to remove water sensor. Removed the unit from cabinet in found the insulation was soaked on the right back of unit. Ran the unit in diagnostics mode and the pump was making a grinding noise. Open the unit up found that the spray arm never moved during test. Then saw a stream of water come out of the right back corner about 6 in up. Told CX that the unit is out of service unit we replace the tub.Water was detected during service. Arrived on site to caulk unit for excessive gaps between linear and cabinet and possible rail issue. Found FC temp at 22 upon arrival and set to 0. Compressor pulling 2.6 amps and hot. Didnt find gaps to be an issue as they were minor. Sealed with silicone anyway. Had door shut for over 1hr and been taking temps. Cant get FC temp slow 30 degrees(attached photo to pics). Customer stated unit has been plugged in the whole time and what we got is what it is. Recommend replacing compressor(r600a). Office to reschedule. Needing 2 hrs and SS tech. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer noises. Upon further inspection, I turned the unit on and immediately it began to make a loud electrical grinding noise. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator with water not dispensing and no ice production. On arrival the customer stated the water dispenser has been acting up for about a year. They found that sometimes the water will dispense and sometimes t wont. Over time it has gotten worse and worse to where it almost doesnt dispense at all anymore. They have also had extremely slow ice production since they have owned the unit. I test the unit and was able to replicate the issue. I found the water coming out of the dispenser had extremely high pressure. I checked the water pressure and found it at 105-110 psi, and per the SP W11394954A that may cause intermittent no water. I informed the customer that we will need to install the regulator valve and if additional issues persist we may need to adjust valve in the actual unit. "Arrived onsite for ICE BUILD UP BEHIND THE DELI DRAWERS. ALSO MAKING A LOUD GRINDING NOISE . Upon arrival and found lot of ice on Evaporator cover and been housing and evaporator. Spoke with SW and recommended replacement of thermistors, fan scroll housing, UI, control, and thermistors. Tried to pull cover off but there is too much movement with evaporator. Do not want to risk bending or fracturing evaporator.There is too much ice to continue repair at this time, instructed customer to thaw unit 48 hr before we return.

"Arrived onsite for refrigerator that has frost buildup in freezer section and the the light was not working properly,Upon inspection I found that there was no ice buildup on the evaporator, I check that the door switch was working properly and found that it was. I check the freezer doe gasket and found that it was sealed up fine. I check the freezer door sliders and found that the were operating smooth and was pulling the door shut with enough force to crate a good seal. Upon further inspection I found that the refrigerator section had moisture/ condensation in it and also on the Mullion, I found that there was a torn door gasket that was causing this issue Job complete ; ordrng 1 W10830162 (GASKET-FIP)"

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher not getting water. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes. I then ran a diagnostics cycle and could hear the motor making a loud abnormal noise, but not working. This indicates a bad sump and motor. I installed the new sump and test the unit. I ran a diagnostics cycle and found the sump with a significant leak on the seal. Due to this I am ordering another sump to install ordrng 1 WPW10605057 (Sump & Motor)"

Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator that was not cooling properly. Found top of coil frozen over but fans and defrost system fully functional. Advised customer that door may not have fully closed causing the issue. No further repairs needed and no leaks were found at time of service. If issue reoccurs ui and hv control will be needed.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator with frost building up on evap cover. Upon further inspection, I found frost on the evap cover. I placed my flashlight at the bottom the FC section and closed the door and found an air gap. I found the same with the RC section. I placed a straight edge on the mullion at the bottom of the unit and found the mullion bows inward mat the bottom (photos). I contacted techline and advised of my findings and provided a photo. Andrew from techline provided SR#7734566329 and advised someone would be in contact with the customer in approximately 48 hours with a resolution. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator filter issues. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that when the ice maker calls for water, the filter will blow out of the filter head. I found the customer had a towel under the filter head and was wet. I tested the water dispenser and it operated as designed. I tested the ice maker and it harvested and filled as designed. Due to the amount of water on the underside of the filter head cover and on the top of the filter head, I removed and replaced the filter head and tested. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

Arrived on site for dishwasher showing f8E4 error and allowing no unit functions. Upon arrival confirmed issue but found no other errors. Upon further testing found lots of suds in tub. Found no leaks from any hardware and element was correct style needed and showed no leak failures. Found over sidings leading to overfilling and triggering of error code. Cleared suds issue and instructed customer on findings and steps going forward with proper soap/cleaning usage. Call complete

Arrived on site for washer tripping breaker and not fully spinning cloths out all they way. Upon arrival confirmed issue but found no errors in diagnostics. After further testing I found drain motor as cause of failure and ohming at 22ohms. Ran tests and confirmed drain pump over heating and resistance increasing. Replaced pump and found no leaks and unit functioning as designed. Call complete

Arrived on site for a dishwasher that has no power. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm the customers complaint and check voltage underneath the unit. Disconnected the connector for the power cord and plug the unit back in to the wall. Found 123 V from the cord between line one and neutral. Unplug the power cord and reconnected the connector for the cord onto the machine and plugging it back in. The unit began to illuminate and operate as designed. Ran the unit for an auto test in the unit ran as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site to diagnose a dishwasher that is not starting. Found ui malfunctioning and replaced it. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time. No leaks were found at time of service.

Arrived on site for burner not igniting. On inspection the center burner was not igniting ever time. The caps were not centered on the burners. I center all the caps. The Center burner is igniting ever time now. No gas leaks detected during time of service.

Arrived on site to test unit for leaking from left corner. Found no evidence or signs of any leaks. Took door apart and everything was dry and no water marks present indicating leak. Ran multiple diagnostics and unable to replicate. Did however find a rubber piece caught underneath lower spray arm. Advised customer to periodically check for obstructions as a seized wash arm could cause a leak. Job complete.

Arrived onsite to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I found that the drain pan needed to have permagum added to seal the drain pan to the drain. I installed the shims on the drain pan to flatten the drain pan. I checked the drain hose at the bottom of the unit and it was sealing properly. Call complete

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm the customers complaint and checked pressures. Found the high side above 160 psi in the low side at -7 psi. Equalize pressure and pressures equalized at 35 psi on both sides. Spoke to CS and was advised to vacuum down the unit and recharge the unit due to no issues with leaks. Ran the unit under a vacuum for 20 minutes and found pressures holding. Charged up the system and found the system cooling and operating as designed. Advise the customer to keep an eye on the unit over the next 30 days. Call complete.
