"Arrived on site to inspect cooktop leaking gas. Upon further inspection, I found the unit with the gas turned off and the unit unplugged. Plugged unit in and turned gas on and tested the burners. I found all burners are operating as designed. I had the customer sign the waiver of damages from lifting glass cooktop. I removed the cooktop and using my liquid gas leak detector, I checked all gas connections and found no leaks. I tested the gas line connections under the unit and found no leaks. I tested each burner and tested the connections with the burners turned on and still no leaks. Customer advised that one of the ignitors was arcing by the unit was not turned on. Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is not washing dishes. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and found the wash made motor being energized but not running. Attempted to replace wash motor assembly but was unable to access all the electrical lines in order to pull out the sump and motor. Went to remove the unit from the wall but found the hot water valve supplying the dishwasher at the water shut off was stripped and not shutting water off.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer not draining. Upon further inspection, I found the unit plugged in and non-responsive. I tested voltage at the wall outlet and got 120V. Following the tech sheet, I tested the main control and it appears to be good. I checked continuity to the control panel harness and it is good. I tilted the unit back and found gearcase oil on the rotor, drain pump, and all four panels. Also found where the drain pump harness was broken at the blue wire. I advised the customer of my findings. I am ordering the gearcase, slider, clutch, lower main harness, control panel fascia, CNOTE-AUTHORIZATION, CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST and will return with the main control and drain pump. I unplugged the unit and turned the water off at the wall and removed the remaining water from the tub for safety. Arrived on site and inspected range knobs not turning properly discovered there were approximately 3 screws missing from the knobs. The range was also missing the trim screws. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. Replaced both user interface and main wire harness and tested the unit. Unit still would not move past the sensing portion of the clean water cycle. I checked the model serial information on the unit and found that the model and serial information could not be displayed. Unplugged the unit and re-connected the old user interface. Per the text sheet, it says to leave the unit in an idle position for five minutes and then make the swap an allowed the new user interface five minutes to gather the information on the unit. I did that and still had no model or serial information. I repeated the same steps again in case if I did anything wrong and still cannot get the model and serial information to load onto the user interface. I called Whirlpool Techline again and spoke to Anthony 7731689686. He advised that that would mean that we had received a defective UI. He advised that he would send the information to the engineers but you go ahead and re-order the user interface. Ordering part and the office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to out of stock and PSP items.; ordrng 1 W11478526 (USER INTERFACE)"

Dryer not turning on when start is pressed. Took voltage at the wall and was getting 240. Tested thermal fuse for continuity and wasnt getting anything. Removed fuse and installed new thermal fuse. Dryer turned on and was heating as designed. Recommended customer call dryer vent wizard to have vents cleaned to avoid fuse cutting out again. Job completed.

Arrived on site for washer leaking during use. Upon arrival found f3e1 error indicating a pressure detection fault. After further inspection I found pressure hose kinked and slightly cracked near top of ACU connection. I was able to remove cracked portion of hose and use remaining slack to reconnect washer. I ran fill tests to ensure hose would remain in place and still had enough length to allow tubs to drop without yanking hose off. During tests I also found stand pipe in wall clogged and causing backflow through drain back into tub. Informed customers of findings. Found no other issues during repairs. Unit now functioning as designed. Call complete

Also found ice build inner upper BL icebox compartment above shelving. After further inspection I found seal on back of ice box indented abnormally causing ice build up. Also found ice box fan only getting 6.3 out of 12.7 dc volts needed to pull airflow over ice maker. With further testing I couldnt pinpoint voltage issue between hv control or fan motor directly. Arrived on site for an oven that?s still not boiling. Inspected unit and work area. Tested the unit and found the element working. The customer advised that she hasn?t been able to get it to get more than a little warm during the cycle. I asked the customer if she Broyles with the door closed her with the door open. She advised that she Broyles with the door open so that way she can see you did royal. I did advise her that on newer ovens that the door Hass to be closed in order for the unit to heat as a safety precaution. I showed her by opening the door and allowing a minute to pass where it the royal element turned itself off. When the door closed the unit began to heat again. The customer asked about her infinite switches as well send that both indicator lights came on when she was using the cooktop. I did explain to her that one of the indicators says that the cooktop is on and the other says the cooktop is hot. I did explain the functionality of the switches and it advised that the on indicator and hot surface indicator can come on if any switches are not at the complete off position. Tested several burners and found all to be working as designed. Call complete.

Had me check ohms from the white wire of the terminal block and saw there is something showing ohms when there shouldn?t be. Said to order a new light socket to replace with which could be causing the unit to trip the breaker. Spoke with Joel, got sr#7731948076. "Arrived on site and inspected dryer and found airflow is restricted on airflow meter. Recommend it to homeowner that it be cleared/cleaned before dryer is use again. Also found after running for only a few minutes timer is very hot to the touch. Recommended replacing it tenant is experiencing it not finishing a cycle.

Arrived onsite for washer making noise during use. Upon arrival put unit in diagnostics and found stored error code F0E9 out of balance paused and out of balance F0E5. Ran auto test and found washplate loose and was making noise. Secured wash-plate and fastened bolt. Ran test and corrected issue. Also found that customer complained about noise while washing larger items and using the power wash cycle. Called tech line for assistance. Found that during power wash initial cycle uses very little water and not ideal for washing large items (sheets). Items can knot-up and cause excessive out of balance load errors. Tech gave SR#7731993766. Job complete

"Arrived on site and inspected refrigerator and found a food item in the freezer keeping freezer door from closing properly. Cleared item and freezer door is now closing again. The customer is experiencing a noise and stepped through test options in diagnostic cycle and they pointed to the damper running as the noise. Replaced damper and explained that the original although noisy was still working properly. This may happen again and noise may go away. No further repair is required at this time, job complete."

"Arrived on site and inspected dishwasher and tell customer experienced it overflowing. Ran dishwasher and found when it goes to drain sink is filling up with suds and water, took pictures and sent them to KB/AHS. Home is new to customer and they ran garbage disposal and it cleared and water is now draining. There is a lot of suds in the dishwasher and recommended running a machine cleaner like dishwasher magic to remove any soap buildup from previous homeowner, job complete"

Arrived on site to diagnose a range with a control not operating. Found terminal block damaged and replaced it. All is working properly at this time.
