A Pona Rider confirmed this year and after throw the testing I found that the delays on the ACU with intermittently and randomly shutting on and off not allowing the oven to properly heat to the right temp. I replace the AC you in the oven so U2 oven since youre also being slightly out of specs. Reassembled and found unit functioning as designed and went over use and care with customer regarding how to preheat oven and how to calibrate if any other issues that arise. Call complete

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. Replace the motor and went to put the unit into diagnostics. Found the motor humming and attempting to spin cycle very slowly. Check voltage from the control and found the control sending 120 V to the motor. Replaced the control and tested the unit again. He had me unplug the rotary switches on the control and test the unit again. Found the unit acting normally with the rotary switches disengaged. He then advised that the issue would be with those rotary switches and replace all switches and the harnesses. Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator that is not producing ice and has lights not working. Found failed led module and icemaker thermostat failed. Replaced both parts and tested unit. Found all is functioning properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service.

Arrived to inspect washer not powering on. Confirmed the complaint and accessed diagnostics mode and unit gave error code F6E2 Communication error.

Arrived on site for a washing machine that has water left the bottom of the washer and will not allow the customer to start a new cycle. Inspected unit and work area. Canceled out the cycle and attempted to drain the unit. Found the unit shut off before it was done draining. The unit rebooted and I tested it again. Found the drain pump impeller separating from the motor. Replaced the drain pump and tested the unit. Found the unit shutting off and turning back on several times while attempting to test. Checked voltage to the unit and found voltage jumping up and down. Checked the wall and found that the unit was plugged into a three prong to two prong adapter thats attached to a two prong outlet. Attempted to use another outlet with the same adapter. The unit continue to have voltage issues. Checked the tube to three prong adapter and found a burn mark on one of the prongs. Switched out the three prong a two prong adapter with another one and the unit began to work and operate as designed. I did advise the customer that using that adapter can cause issues with the unit if not properly grounded. Did advise that she might want to look at changing the plug behind her washer prior to further continual use. The unit is now working as designed. Confirmed with the customer complaint and found the rattling coming from the exhaust hose on the backside of the unit. "Arrived on site and inspected refrigerator and found ice mass in ice bin. Also found a small amount of ice on the end of the fill tube. Icemaker tray looked good, all ice cubes in tray are normal. Ran test 96 then 97 and water fill is good. Could not find a reason for ice massing in bin.

"Arrived to inspect flame height issues. The low flame height was quite high and I adjusted to within safe limits for the CX. Operational test good, no gas leaks detected during service."

"Arrived to inspect cooling issue. The compressor and high side discharge were hot as expected for a good sealed system and I tested the thermistors. FC was 21.58 Kohm read at the connector at the control and 13F via internal K-type(10+ degree deviation). 7.03 at board for RC and 42F with thermocouple. The sealed system appears to be intact and operating as designed and the issue is likely a failed FC thermistor due to a setting of -2. I inspected the thermistor and found the insulation clearly cut, likely from installation. I sealed the cut wire with silicone and applied heat shrink to prevent moisture incursion. I retested the thermistor and it was within 2 degrees F of the expected ohm reading. CX will contact us if there are further issues. No water connections to unit."

I pierced the drier and found the unit with a full charge. Compressor very hot to touch. I vacuumed the system and removed and replaced the compressor, UV dye drier and access valve and vacuumed the system. Pressures held at -30\0. Installed 4.6oz of R134a refrigerant and monitored pressures. Pressures were good at -2/110 and evaporator had a good frost pattern. No water connections to the unit, job completed. Recommended the customer allow the unit at least 24 hours to cool."

"Arrived onsite for dryer turning off prematurely. Customer stated has had issue in sensor drying and timed drying. Upon arrival put unit in diagnostics but would not respond, the console just kept beeping. Customer recorded F3e2 moisture sensor open or shorted in diagnostics the display showed f3e3 inlet thermistor (high limit thermostat)open or shorted. Unable to perform full diagnostics due to console. Ordering Console, control, temp sensors, harness, cutoff and thermistors. Parts are associated with both errors. After replacing console need to run full diagnostics. Office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 W11370450 (UI panel) and 2 WP3387223 (Electrode)s and 1 WP3391912 (High limit thermostat) and 1 WP8573713 (Cutoff) and 1 WP8577274 (Thermistor)"

Arrived onsite for washer not functioning correctly after timer replacement. Upon arrival tested unit. Found unit had extended fill times. Found as unit was filling it was also draining water. Found the drain hose was too far down standpipe causing siphoning. Adjusted hose and tested. Unit is now functioning properly. Timer is advancing. Job complete

"Arrived on site to diagnose microwave that had lit a baked potato on fire when cooking on potato. Examined unit and found large burnt spot on wave guide cover. Removed cover and found dried moisture spots all in the wave guide.

Arrived on site to diagnose oven that is having issues maintaining time. On arrival customer advised they could not get the clock to set and had some basic operational questions. Advised on use and care of unit. Walked through how to set time. Unit working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite to install previously diagnosed parts. Replaced the sump and motor. The timer and solenoid did not need to get replaced at this time. No leaks present at this time. Job complete
