Arrived onsite for MW fan not working. On inspection went to drop unit and it would not come down. Customer was trying to help get it down. I was pulls on the MW and I saw the top lifting up. I stopped pulled the tape back and found a sheet metal screw about 1 1/4 long down through the vent into the MW. I removed the screw and the fan started working again. The customer said that the roofer dropped some shingles down the vent and remove the MW to retrieve the debris out of the fan. The unit is operating as designed.

Upon arrival I installed the container and found that the was some ice accumulated underneath the it I steamed all of the ice out and still was not able to get the ice container out I believe the motor shaft auger and auger has built up corrosion and effectively welcome them selves together. as I was attempting to remove the iceberg a crack in top plate that covers the auger motor development I am ordering it to be. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noises. Upon further inspection, I found the unit on and quiet. Customer advised the unit gets very loud at times and they believe it to be the compressor. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the compressor and it was quiet. I pulled the unit out onto my floor protector and checked the compressor and it was showing .80amps. Checked all tubing and it was good and could not duplicate the issue. Put the unit back into place and when I opened the FC door, I found frost on the bottom of the ice bin and evap cover (photos). Customer noticed a small piece of ice/frost built up at the top of the FC door. I removed the ice bin and using my flashlight, I placed it inside the FC section and found a gap in the door gasket at the top right corner of the FC door at the center mullion (photo). I placed my flashlight at the bottom of the FC sections and closed the door to find a gap in the lower right corner of the door gasket at the center mullion. Also found the bottom mullion slightly bowed inward at the center mullion (photos). I contacted techline and spoke to Adrian and advised of the complaint and my findings. Adrian provided a text to my phone and I sent him the photos of the gaps. Adrian advised the file would be sent to Engineering for review and provided SR#7737151988. I advised my customer that someone from the manufacturer would contact them in approximately 3-5 business days with a resolution. No repairs made at this time and .No water leaks observed during service, job completed"

Took temps of cabinet drawer face panels and found temps at 111. Per installation instructions cabinets need to have an allowable temp of 194. Documented with Techline and found unit working as designed. Left side temp where cabinet wrap is melting is 111 degrees when operating oven. Advised cabinets need to have allowable 2 from sides of range per installation instructions and needing to reach out to cabinet company to see what allow temp tolerances are. No leaks detected. Arrived onsite for element out of position. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found element zip tied to upper rack from factory. Positioned element correctly and tested. Unit is operating as designed. Recommend customer leave on for 30 minutes to burn off shipping oils. Job complete

Arrived onsite for cooktop burner has no simmer flame. On inspection found that the medium setting is the same as the simmer setting. I adjusted all the burners to have a simmering flame. No gas leaks detected during service.

Arrived on site to test unit for unit not washing. Test unit and found bad wash motor. Replaced wash motor test unit and unit test good job complete no leaks present at this time.

"Arrived on site for dishwasher, inspected unit and work area. Customers complaint was dishwasher leaking. I installed parts ordered by previous tech. Tested and found that the lower door seal and tub gasket will need to be replaced together. Im ordering parts and reschedule to return on 08/25/23. ; ordrng 1 W11664713 (Lower door seal) and 1 W11483553 (Tub gasket)"

"Arrived on site for dryer not heating. Upon arrival verified unit had stable and proper voltage. Found no errors I. Diagnostics. Found cutoff fuse blown. Element coil wasnt grounded or broken and ohmed and 9.6ohms. Found home exhaust vent had a clog and needs a thorough vent cleaning. Replaced cutoff kit and explained to customer not to use dryer until clog was removed from exhaust vent in walls to help prevent further breaks on dryer and any fire hazards from lack of air flow, call complete"
