After disassembly I found unit had to top micro switches that were bad, hv trans was burnt up, capacitor couldnt hold a charge and diode as well as entire rest of unit ( both external and internal) was completely covered in grease.

"(CS) Arrived on site for washer showing LF error. Upon arrival found following codes in diagnostics F3e2, f8e6, F8e1, f0e4. All codes pertaining to inlet valve related issues. Upon further diagnostics found inlet valve on let in hot water even bough entire valve had 120 v when needed to each solenoid when needed. Replaced inlet valve and found unit fully functioning as designed with no leaks before during or after repairs. Call complete."

"Arrived on site and inspected wall oven heating issues.Customer advised the unit when simply turned on to Bake turns on as if its in CLEAN mode and locks the door where customer cant open the door and burns the food to a crisp.Customer said the unit doesnt unlock until it reaches a lower temperature and burns everything the customers have attempted to cook.Unit will require 8302850 control panel, assembly switch 8303950 and Assembly Control 8303819 to complete repair. Arrived on site for a mini fridge with an alarm not turning off. Upon arrival customer stated the real issue was there was static sound coming from the bottom left of the unit. They also stated that the UI was going out. Upon farther inspection I found LEDS on the UI going out and when pressing on buttons the speaker had abnormal static sound. I found the speaker and UI needing to be replaced.

"Arrived on site for dishwasher not receiving power. Upon arrival I found the unit was improperly installed. The toe plate was installed incorrectly and causing door to catch. I removed toe place and installed correctly, door now opens as designed. Upon further inspection I found unit does have power to it. I checked voltage at the wall and found correct voltage. I then put unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes. I then ran a test cycle and found the unit running as designed. No leaks observed at the time of service. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking water. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested. I found that the element is leaking at the nuts/gaskets. When I disconnected harness from the element, I found that the left side gasket had broken free from the element and was not sealing properly. I removed and replaced the element and retested and unit is operating as designed with no further leaks. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for refrigerator with multiple issues. I found the RC doors not aligned. I found the pantry gasket depressed in the middle allowing warm air to enter the RC which is causing condensation to form. I found the bottom of the FC gasket has a gap between the door and gasket. I removed the FC gasket and attempted to heat form it to stick into place. I found the white liner on the door separating from the frame not allowing the gasket to seal to the door. There is condensation/ice build up in that spot I will need to order a door to repair. I also heat formed the pantry gasket where the gap was in an attempt to make a better seal. I advised the customer to allow about 4 hours for the gasket to reform but I will return with one JIC it does not seal. Customer had some concerns with the ice bin getting stuck but upon arrival it was not stuck so I showed them the best way to remove the bin. I leveled the doors as well. I am ordering the Door(W11435351) gasket(WPW10714545) pantry gasket JIC(WPW10443326) for return visit. No leaks detected during time of service. Arrived onsite for refrigerator not cooling. Upon inspection I found the rc almost at room temp and the FC did not feel cold but I could see cold steam coming out from the evaporator cover. I removed the cover and found on the right side of the evaporator the liner is melted and cracked. It looks like the heater caused it to melt through the liner to the foam insulation. the heater looks to be too far to the right side.

Arrived on site for DID OKAY FOR A LITTLE BIT AFTER REPAIR AND STOPPED WORKING AGAIN. Found ice maker mold with a large ice block inside. Removed ice block from mold and ice maker began harvest. Called WP techline and they had me put in diagnostics to run harvest and water fill test. Techline recommended we replace the ice maker again and bring the valve back just in case the diaphragm is faulty. Checked water level in ice mold after water fill test and it was filling the mold as designed. No leaks detected when water filled. Techline also recommends checking the ice maker harness for corrosion. Harness to control could be corroded causing the issue. New ice maker come with harness. "Arrived on site for a freezer with frost around the door. Upon arrival the customer stated that he replaced the gasket himself already and it only got a little better. Upon further inspection I found the bottom left side of gasket misshaped and not installed into the door properly. Arrived on site for washing machine making a noise and not sense filling right. I inspected the unit and work area. I found coins stuck in the wash plate. I filled the unit with water and put it through a agitation cycle and heard no noise. I gained access to the gearcase and found the gear case leaking oil and the cam covered in oil. I replaced the gear case and cam. I calibrated the unit and ran it through a diagnostics cycle. The unit now operates as designed. Job complete.

Arrived on site for a washing machine not getting water and making a loud noise. Upon arrival the customer stated the unit would not fill enough and showed me a picture of the water level. I walked him through the service pointer for water level and advised him that was working as designed. He also stated that the unit would make a loud noise at the beginning and provided a video. In the video you could hear a loud rattle almost as if it had a spring/slider issue. I manually moved the agitator and wash plate and found both working and sounding as designed. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code F0E3 for overload. I advised the customer on how to properly load the unit. I then ran a test cycle and found it running through as designed with no abnormal sound. I then individually activated each component and toggled shifter. I could not replicate the sounds. I called techline and spoke to Andrew and received SR# 7730935957. Andrew advised replacing the slider. Ordering the slider and office will need to reschedule.; ordrng 1 W10734521 (Slider)

Said to check the pump as the pump was getting 120v. Said to replace pump or if there a piece of steal mesh that came out of the sump and motor that it may need to be replaced if it has broken and possibly getting the drain motor stuck. spoke with Joel got sr#7730935100. Saw that the metal chopper blades had broken in half and was causing the drain motor to not turn. Replaced drain motor. Tested unit. Unit tested good. No leaks at this time. Job complete

Arrived onsite to vacant unit and found accessible. Found unit operating well. Replaced thermistor in case of test sensing issues. All else checks good. Notified maintenance of arrival.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine with visibly broken parts. Upon arrival the customer stated that he thought the agitator was broken due to it not spinning properly. He also felt the tub itself sagged to low. I advised the customer that the tub suspension was as designed and had no issues. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F7E9 for motor fault, F0E3 for overload, and F0E5 for off balance load. I then ran a diagnostics cycle and it ran through as designed. I then individually activated each component and found all working as designed. I gained access to the rotor and removed it. I found the rotor, stator, and slider in good condition. I found the tub and wash plate moving separately. I then gained access to the control and found the J3 connector to the motor frayed and possibly intermittently grounding out. I ohmd out the motor and found it good. Arrived on site for a ice machine not making ice. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found the evap thermistor open. I found all other components working as designed. Arrived onsite and found low flow error. Replaced the inlet valve to repair which corrected low flow from the cod water. However hot water is weak from the house pressure. Advised customer on status and valve replacement. All else checks good. Advised customer to have plumber check the hot water.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator leaking from ice maker. Upon inspection I found the water turned off at the wall. I found what looked like some calcium trails at the dispenser but they were dry. I turned the water on and tested function of both the dispenser and ice maker. I could not find any leaks on the unit and this time and it is working as designed. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for washer leaking detergent onto the floor. Upon inspection I found a small puddle of detergent on the floor on the dispenser side of the unit. Being a stacked unit I removed the front of the bellow to inspect the dispenser hose. I found the hose disconnected from the tub and the detergent going straight down to the floor. I secured the hose re secured the bellow and tested. The unit is working as designed at this time and no leaks were detected during time of service. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for oven not heating. Inspected unit and work area. Tested broil and bake and found no heat. Found cooling fan not coming on. Put in self clean and fan was not operating. Powered unit off at circuit breaker and measured resistance on TOD and found opened. Measured resistance on fan and found at 15 ohms. No able to test voltage safely and will need 2nd tech due to uninstall (see SD-QUICKPIC).

"Arrived on site for possible sealed system repair. We put the unit into diagnostics and tested the condenser fan. We found it running. We gained access to the compressor and dryer. I punctured the dryer and found the system full of refrigerant. I evacuated the system and installed a new compressor, non-UI dryer, and a access valve. I pulled a vacuum on the system and found no vacuum leaks. I put a measured charge into the system and found it holding. We reassembled the unit. And found the evaporator forming a frost pattern. "Arrived on site to inspect washer wont stop filling. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked for error codes and found none. Tested the unit in diagnostics and it operated as designed. Customer advised that the unit wont stop filling Keith water in the Quick Wash Cycle. I tested in Quick Wash and the unit filled accordingly. I stopped the cycle and found the Deep Fill selection at high/maximum. Customer advised unit operated just fine in Normal Wash. I checked the water level sensor tube and it was clear and attached to the control. I checked the Deep Fill selection in other cycles and it was set as the customer had them or from the factory. I made recommendations for use & care and demonstrated on how to set each selections. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for customer complaint of lights still not working properly, I replaced all components related to lighting circuit, both wire harnesses, Appliance manager, UI console, and all 4 lights with harness. Unit still not working properly, ordering Appliance manager w/o power supply. ; ordrng 1 W10777216 (Appliance manager) and 1 Cnote (Office to reschedule)"

Arrived on site to diagnose a washer that is shaking during spin. Found unit not leveled at time of installation. Leveled unit properly and advised customer on best loading procedures. No further repairs needed and no leaks were found at time of service.

Arrived on site to diagnose an ice machine that is not producing ice. Found float in external pump sticking. Replaced pump and tested unit. Found all is functioning properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service.

Arrived on job for complaints of refrigerator damaged. Found the rear left side has damage the roller was pushed up and the unit cannot be properly leveled. Called tech line and document damage and gave info to customer.

"Arrived onsite for unit still tripping breaker. Went ahead and replaced the control. Tested unit 2 times to see if it will stay consistent at 350 degrees. Unit was working with no issues. Called tech line after leaving the customers home. Said if there is a chance we are going back at some point. To look at the wire harness to be sure it?s connected, says that the issue still may be in the breaker or plug it self causing the unit to blow the breaker. Spoke with Andrew got sr#7730940916. No issues at this time. Job coming"

"Arrived on site to install diagnosed part. Removed pulley belt and installed new. Performed diagnostics mode and ran automatic test cycle. Found unit agitating and spinning. All tested good, no water leaks detected."

"Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling. Upon arrival I found unit unplugged. Once I restored 120 power supply, I found evap fan running. No frost pattern at all. Found condenser fan motor running and compressor was running but making a irregular whining noise that steadily increased. Found previous company had installed a (low side only) access port on compressor. Found u it at a -17psi vacuum. Compressor was also starting to fail longer it ran. Found unit will need a new sealed system repair including a new compressor, drier, & etc. office to reach once availability of parts is known and AHS autho is acquired. ; ordrng 1 W10309994 (Compressor) and 1 2324712 (Condenser coil) and 1 WP2188823 (Evap coil) and 1 W10124096 (Evap motor) and 1 2310237 (Harness) and 1 WPW1014375 (Uv drier) and 1 Access (Valve) and 1 Cnote (Needs AHS Autho before rescheduling or repaired)"

Arrived on site and inspected refrigerator and found frost in the center of the evaporator cover. Removed frost and inspected evaporator and frost pattern looks good. Refrigerator may have had an air gap at one point that has since been corrected. Job complete
