"Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator that was recycling power and resetting. When i plugged in the unit it started fine the first time. I unplugged and retested, and this time the unit started cycling and reaetting. I could hear a control relay clicking as well. I removed rhe P8 connrctor first, and the cycling immediately stopped. I plugged in the P8 and power cycled, and unit started resetting again. Was able to do this about 5 times plugging and unplugging P8. I ran the unit through all tests relating to that connector, which is all Icemaker related (Thermistor, fill tube heater, and icebox fan). Called tech line, Sr7737575362. Tech line recommended replacement of icebox fan, and other components in the chain and to retest. Ordering fan, icemaker, fill tube heater to resolve. I changed the actuator and capacitor to see if it fix the issue. The agitator was lose I tightened half turn still has a little bit of movement. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator making a rattling noise and not cooling. The customer stated the noise is a humming noise and it will last as long as 15 minutes but they also stated the unit has been cooling fine. I found the toe kick not installed correctly causing the door switch not to pop out and turn the UI on and the interior lights. I corrected the toe kick and the switch works as designed now. I never heard any odd sounds when I arrived and after I corrected the toe kick I powered the unit off and let it set a few minutes and powered it back on. The unit went into a defrost after it was powered on. I waited for defrost to end and the sealed system turned on. I found the condenser fan making the noise the customer was hearing. I replaced the fan and tested the unit. All sounds normal now and the unit is working as designed. Call complete.

Found freezer is stuffed with food packaging and 2 of the shelves have liners that reach the rear panel and blocking the vents. Unit ha improper air flow. Cleared all ice with blower and steamer. Advised customer to shorten the length of shelf liners and be sure they do not extend pass the glass shelves. Powered unit back on and confirmed perfect frost pattern on evaporator. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not dispensing water and not making ice. Upon further inspection, I tested the water dispenser and found it not dispensing water. I removed the lower drawers and shelf to gain access to,the evaporator cover. Removed the outer cover and found the fan scroll not sealing at the air tower causing the cold air from the evaporator to escape and hit the reservoir and freeze it. Using my steamer, I heated the reservoir and retested the water dispenser and it is operating as designed. I found the fill tube frozen and removed the ice and tested the ice maker and it is operating as designed. Using the permagum that was prescreened for this call, I sealed the gap between the scroll and air tower and tested the RC evap fan in diagnostics and the gap is completely sealed. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

My preheat temps was 351. My next four readings were 380, 336, 384, 327 for an average temp of 356.75 which is within range of temperature readings on a setting of 350 degrees. "Arrived on site to inspect washer not spinning. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F8E1-long fill. Cleared the code and continued with testing. I tested in automatic test first (test 12) and the unit operated as designed. I manually tested the valves and they, along with the sensor, filled and sensed as designed. While manually testing the valves, I found the unit with a large amount of detergent send in the drum assembly (photo). Customer advised that they are placing the detergent pods in the dispenser drawer. I recommended not doing that as the plastic from the pod does not dissolve well and clogs up the dispenser which is the reason the unit is showing the error code. I made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent and softener use. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."
