"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=4 degrees and RC=38 degrees. I found the ice bin full. Also, I found the ice chute gasket not seated correctly allowing warm air from the RC section up into the ice bin and causing the ice maker sensor to read warmer temps than it should. Adjusted the gasket and checked to make sure it is sealing against the ice bin and it is good now. Also found the ice bin rod was jammed into the motor housing and not allowing the dispenser to dispense cubes; constantly dispensing crushed ice. I adjusted the rod and retested the ice dispenser and it is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

The reservoir drain pump drain the water out of the reservoir.However, when the external drain pump was running for 10 seconds, the unit power itself off and rebooted. Tested the unit again using diagnostics and had the same issue. Spoke to SR and was advised that this drain pump would take several weeks and that we could not get an ETA for this part. Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed part. Removed console control and installed new console control. Powered up oven microwave combo and ran diagnostics. No error codes came on. Bottom left mounting screw that holds slide in was missing and a different black screw was used in its place. The screw that was used no longer threads into the cabinet fascia. I was able to find a torque screw in my loose screw bag and install it to keep the bottom left section of the slide in place. Job completed.

(CS) Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed icemaker and hv board. Thermistor still passed test. There were no break in any wire harnesses under door. Found temps in freezer around 5 degrees indicating no problems with cooling. Informed customer after installing parts that it could take up to 24 hours to fill ice bucket. Arrived onsite for refrigerator no cool. Upon arrival I found the FC=12 RC=44. I found the RC evaporator thawed with water droplets on the coils and rust in the drain pan. I found some frost forming on the FC evaporator cover and when I exposed the evaporator I found some ice formed at the top and sides of the evaporator. I confirmed the heater worked through test 6. CS and I walked through SS checks. I ran test 4 and put my hand on the 3 way valve during sub 4 I felt a slight movement and what sounded like a sizzle but not the normal noises a valve should make. I ohmed out the connector at the valve and it ohmed out good. We determined that the 3 way valve is not sending refrigerant to the RC evaporator and will need to be replaced. I found the fill tube frozen over. I ran test 19 and the evaporator fan kicked on but the tube did not un freeze. I was not sure if the evaporator fan was supposed to run on so I called techline to report. They gave me SR#7730951721. I found that the evaporator fan should not turn on during fill tube heat. I instructed the customer about proper loading in the RC as well as the importance of the mullion side of the door making contact with the catch to close properly. Gained access to evaporator and found visible failed bimetal (see SD-QUICKPIC). Removed failed bimetal and installed new. Assembled unit and tested operation. Found evaporator fan motor not running. Tested voltage and found failed fan. Was able to jump start fan and it continued to run. Customer requested to go ahead and replace. Removed failed fan and installed new. Tested operation, all tested good. No water leaks detected during service."

"(Tw) On-site for washer making a grinding noise. In diagnostics, found F7E1 tachometer missing or wrong signal. Inspected underneath unit and removed gearcase cover. Found cam bolt loose causing grinding with the cover and grinding marks on cam teeth. Replaced cam, reassembled and tightened bolt correctly. No more grinding noises. Unit functioning as designed. "Arrived on site and inspected dryer and found drum coating is flaking off. Replaced dryer drum and it is now correct, job complete"

Arrived onsite for washer not draining.Upon inspection I found the drain pump clogged with masks and other debris. I cleared out the drain pump and re assembled the unit. I tested the unit and it is working as designed at this time. No leaks were detected during time of service. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator for lights intermittently turning off. Upon arrival found unit meat drawer wiring was damaged. As well as drawer interior wiring was as well. Ordering both drawer and unit harness. Office to reschedule upon receiving parts. Spoke with customer on unit rc needing to unloaded before repair.; ordrng 1 W10815674 (Ss meat drawer) and 1 W11170612 (Harness)

"Arrived on site and replaced blower wheel diagnosed on previous visit. Motor and belt has already been replaced. When start switch is pressed Dryer still will not run confirmed incoming voltage is still good, fuse is good, cut off is good, replaced start button and no effect spoke with SW and after checking windings on motor it appears motor that was replaced was bad out of the box. A new one will be needed and will also bring back timer.; ordrng 1 279827 (Motor) and 1 WP694089 (Wheel) and 1 WPW10185982 (Timer) and 1 W11175558 (Harness)"

Found new motor was damaged in packaging. Inspected old motor and found that it was still functioning as designed. Reassembled and tested unit. Arrived on site and inspected French door refrigerator freezing food on the top shelves.Confirmed the complaint and found the damper door was stuck open causing the malfunction.R&R the damper and advised the customer to wait approximately 24 hours for temperatures to set.Job complete

"Arrived back on site to inspect the side by side refrigerator with cooling issues. Landlord had electricity turned on.I plugged the unit in and Lund the compressor kicked on about 2minutes after plugging it in.The evaporator fan was working, but the condenser motor never came on and the condenser fan housing was caked with built up dust possibly causing the failures.Also the UI on the freezer door was flashing 00 and wouldnt allow me to turn the temperatures up or down in either compartment.Order the condenser fan, UI and main control due to the power issues.Office to schedule return services due to part availability.NEEDS MORE WORK ; ordrng 1 WR60X10220 (COND MOTOR, OEM) and 1 WR55X10565 (Combined HMI Assembly White) and 1 WR55X10942P (BOARD, MAIN CONTROL)"
