I checked the gasket to make sure it was sealing properly and recommended that the customer leave the door closed for approximately 5 hours to allow it to mold between the door and chassis to create a good seal. "JM: Arrived onsite to inspect refrigerator leaking from under the unit. I found signs of water under the unit on the CX tile. I also found that on the suction side of the capillary tube there was a few drops of water clinging to the tube. I found a block of ice at the bottom of the FC frozen in the drain tube and frozen in the pan. Some ice was beginning to form on the evaporator, but only a small amount. I used my shop-vac and steamer to remove the ice and checked to make sure the obstruction in the drain tube was cleared. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service. Call complete

The customer showed me a video of what she was hearing and it sounded like a knocking noise coming from a loose agitator. Did inspect the agitator and did not find any evidence of it being loose. Ran the unit through diagnostics in an auto test and through manual high-speed spin and could not replicate the issue. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Scott SR# 7734617645. Tested thermistors in diagnostics and directly from connections and got same readings at 67 degrees. tested FC thermistors and were also in range at control and directly from connections. RC temps were 67 degrees and fc temp was 22 degrees but ice bin was full and not melted. All air flow fans working as designed. In service test 40 found everything working as designed. Spoke with Techline with finding and advised to replace compressor and tap into lines to get better readings. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with the ice sticking in the chute and the water dispenser dropping. I found the ice door not sealing correctly causing moisture to build up in the chute and ice to stick to the sides. I found the water dispenser tube not clipped in correctly allowing water to siphon out of the tube after dispensing water. I replaced the ice door and corrected the tube. I went over ice use and dumping the bin after two weeks if all the ice hasnt been used with the customer. Call complete.

Upon inspection I found that the unit would not let me get into diagnostics mode. Upon further inspection I found that all harness connections in the unit were good. I found that the drain hose was not in a standpipe and was laying on the ground and as the unit would fill with water a Siphon would be created and the unit would not fill properly causing the issue. Upon further inspection, the customer handed me a spring that had fallen out of the dispenser and advised the unit is not cleaning their dishes well and is leaving soap at the end of the cycle. I found an unused detergent pod in the dispenser and removed it. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Continued with testing and monitored the amp draw to the components. I found the unit operating as designed minus the dispenser. I found suds at the end of testing as well. I removed and replaced the dispenser and retested and unit is operating as designed. I made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent and rinse aid use. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"BT arrived on site to inspect range. I checked all gas connections with bubble leak detector and found no leaks. Further discussion with CX said leak came while using bake setting and during heavy use. I found the air shutter on bake element to be adjusted incorrectly causing a incorrect gas mixture. This also causes a loud sounding bake burner due to the very lean air/fuel mixture. I adjusted the air valve and and now the burner is quiet and efficient with no use of excess gas. After adjustment, I tested with bake and all burners running simultaneously and there was no raw gas odor. I advised the CX to always utilize the vent fan during any operation. No gas leaks detected during service."

Checked for gas leaks with electronic sniffer at all4 cooktop burners as well as oven . No leaks were present. Pulled unit from wall to check supply hose,connectors and valve. Sniffer Found leak coming from valve area. Used bubble leak detector to pinpoint leak. Found leak at tubing connector between valve and regulator. The connector was not secure. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not advancing. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and ran the unit three diagnostics. Found an F8 E1 (low/no water detected during fill) error code. Tested the valves and found both hot and cold water valves working properly. Checked the drain and found the PVC pipe the customer has this draining into is approximately 8 inches to a foot off the ground. I explain to the customer that the reasoning why theyre having this issue is because as the unit is filling past 1/3rd to half the way up the tub, it is siphoning out of the drain due to the water pressure inside of the washer. Advised the customer to get an extension for the drain pipe and to keep it at least 36 inches off the ground. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

FC and RC temps were correct. All air flow motors working. Tried to fill ice maker but water did not reach ice maker. Found fill tube was obstructed. Removed water line and ran test on valve. Valve opening and closing as designed. Removed obstruction and ice maker filled properly. Found water pressure at 78psi. Spoke with CS and adjusted temps to recommended 3degrees in FC and 37 in RC.
