Arrived onsite for washer leaking from underneath. Upon inspection I found F2E1 stored in the system. I cleared the error and proceeded with diagnostics. With no other error codes present I accessed the valve and found calcium or water trails coming from the valve onto the housing. I ran the hot/cold valve test and the valve began leaking filing up the cavity it sits in. I stopped diagnostics and replaced the valve. I tested again and the unit is now working as designed with no leaks present at this time. Job complete.

I removed the ice bin and the shaft and found the end of the shaft that attaches to the motor is rounded off. I removed the auger motor and and found the motor shaft rounded off too. Arrived on site for washing machine leaking. I inspected the unit and work area. I gained access to the water valve and put the unit through a diagnostics cycle. I found the unit and leaking from the grommets sealing the water valve to the housing. I removed the water valve and replaced the grommets with ones I had on hand. I reassembled the unit and ran the valve with hot and cold open and found the valve no longer leaking.

Arrived on site and inspected washer and found customer doesnt have access to load and go drawer due to install location. Pedestals will be needed to correct issue. Discussed control panel operation and correct usage. Job complete

Arrived onsite to replace previously installed rollers. I replaced the roller in question and found the sheet metal is rubbing against the heater housing housing causing the slight noise. With the previous rollers being seized it caused the drum to shake against the back panel and screech. When I looked underneath the unit, I found the valve was broken off its mount and the wiring harness molex connector was broken off of the valve housing. "Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator that is leaking. Found fill tube for icemaker split and frozen over, due to weeping valve. Replaced valve and tube and tested unit. All is working properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service."

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. I installed the new console and then ran a diagnostics cycle. The unit ran through the diagnostics cycle as designed. I also began a normal cycle and let it run for a while. The unit would flash random things on the UI and then canceled itself roughly 5 minutes into the cycle. I called techline and spoke to Robert and kept SR# 7731419222. We ohmd out the motor, drain, and OWI sensor. We found it all within range. We then unplugged the WiFi module and ran the unit. The unit still had the same issue. We gained access to the junction box and found a random neutral wire not that was not attached to the power cord to ground and a separate ground wire. We checked polarity and found white to ground at 30VAC and black to ground at 85VAC. This indicates reverse polarity. I informed the customer on my findings and that they need to reach out to a professional electrician. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for ice machine making thin ice. I found the condenser fan running and the condenser clean. I put the unit through a diagnostics cycle. I found the water flow a little low. I poured water into the reservoir and the fill level registered full at the correct fill amount. I found the evaporator forming a good frost pattern. I found the hot valve switching on and melting the evaporator away. I removed the filter and found the flow the same. I bypassed the regulator, and found the flow low. I tested the water from the wall and found it had low pressure from the wall. I inspected the inlet and outlet line on the valve and found them clean. I found the ice thickness set to low. I changed it to thick ice. I advised the customer about the low water pressure from the wall, and that he have a plumber come out.

I checked both sides of the valve in manual diagnostics and I could not hear any difference or restrictions on the valve. I followed the techsheet and tested the solenoid resistance values. I found the valve showing 1.5k ohms on one side and 1.4k on the other, with 1.3k being the highest within range the techsheet suggests replacing the valve. I tested all other functions in diagnostics and could not recreate any failures at this time. No leaks detected during time of service. Job complete."

Arrived onsite for oven door coming apart. Upon inspection I confirmed the complaint. I replaced the outer door panel to correct the issue. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for dishwasher not draining. Upon arrival found unit knock out on disposal was never taken out. Proceeded to knock out knock out and test. Unit is now operating as designed job completed.

"Arrived on site for customer complaint of of LR burner staying on high, I found failed switch, I replaced switch, unit tested good.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Found microwave blower was turned the correct direction and air was blowing from the front top vent. Ran microwave for two and a half minutes and mag and fan shut off after one minute and thirty seconds. Turntable continued spinning and light stayed on, but was no longer heating after that point of the heating cycle of two and a half minutes. Found microwave was not remounted on the left side hinge when reinstalled last visit. Ordering transformer W11371266, magnetron W10818686, capacitor W10850446, control W11467778 and diode W11256462. We will replace the capacitor, magnetron, and diode to resolve the heating issue. The control will also be replaced due to the consistent failures the microwave has had. Will return with all previously ordered parts. Once parts are installed we will test to ensure the cooling fan motor is spinning and all other components of the microwave are running as designed. Arrived on call for complaint of not cooling. Found the relay not working. After installation test operation.

Arrived onsite for lid issues. Upon inspection found lid failed at left hinge. Noise also coming from hinges. Replaced right and left hinge and lid. Tested unit and unit is functioning properly. Job complete

Arrived on site to diagnose a range with a burner not working properly. Found rf infinite switch failed and it will need to be replaced to complete repairs. .; ordrng 1 WP3149400 (Switch rf)

Arrived onsite for refrigerator frosting in freezer and door problems. I found the issue is no ice and RC deli drawer issues. Upon inspection I found the center column of the drawers had broken off and the drawers had no track to rest on. I found the ice maker fill tube was frozen over causing ice to form in the tray. I found styrofoam in the tray likely causing the issue. I removed the ice maker and steamed out the tube. I reinstalled the IM and asked the customer to monitor ice production while we wait for the center column of the RC. Arrived on site to install previous diagnose parts. I gained access to the recirculating pump and the water level sensor. I replaced both with new. I put the unit into normal operation and found it working as designed. Job complete.

Arrived on site for no cool. Power cycled unit found control shutting itself off and on diagnosed a defective main control. Replaced main control powered unit on compressor powered on and stayed running per owners request unplugged unit due to house having electrical problems
