Arrived onsite for refrigerator with no ice production. Upon inspection I found FC left = 3 FC right = 2 RC = 36 I was not able to remove the ice maker I suspect the fill tube is frozen. I accessed the rear of the unit where the inlet tube goes into the frame. I removed the tube and attempted to steam out the tube. I was not able to steam out the tube. Steam would build up and shoot back at me. I called techline and while waiting I attempted to steam the fill tube from the front and wiggle the ice maker assembly. I was able to get it to wiggle but not break free. I spoke to techline and they advised steaming out the tube and freeing the ice. I am not able to get the ice maker free. I advised the customer that we will need to R/S and return with parts that might help with the ice building up. I devised the customer to unplug or power off the unit at least 24 hours before our next visit to ensure the ice at the fill tube is melted. Techline SR#7730985325. Arrived on site for a nice machine that?s not making very much ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit is making ice slowly and that the ice is coming out thin. The unit was already in an ice making cycle and I could see the ice that was developing was developing unevenly. Checked the water reservoir and found very little water in the water reservoir. Ran the unit through a diagnostic test and found the water valve not pulling in very much water leading to malformed ice sheets and improper ice making. Replaced valve and tested unit. Unit began working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for freezer with suspected door seal issues and forming ice. Upon inspection I found the middle of the gasket at the top of the door was separating from the door leaving a gap. This has caused ice sickles to form right in that spot. I added some adhesive and corrected the gasket so that it makes a good seal. I advised the customer not to open the unit for a couple of hours. I also found the unit to be on the porch. I advised that when the hotter days come around the location of the unit could become an issue but as of now the unit is working as designed. Job complete.

Arrived on site for sealed system repair. I gained access to the dryer and found no pressure in the system. I installed a compressor and dryer. I put a sweep charge into the system and found the pressures not equalizing right. I removed and inspected the new dryer and found it full or burnt oil. I tried to clean out the system using refrigerant and found the cap tube has been restricted and is not allowing refrigerant to flow. I called tech line and spoke With Andrew and received a sr#7730946985.

Upon further inspection, customer advised that the unit stopped making ice and then after making adjustments to the temps, the unit began to make ice again. I found the temp settings at the manufacturer recommended settings. I tested temps in the FC=6 degrees and RC=40 degrees. I found moisture built up at the damper housing and the RC section with a large quantity of beverages on the top shelf restricting airflow. Also found the unit not leveled correctly. When I pressed the home button and the display came back on, the time had jumped from 2:47 down to 2:43 and the date changed back to January 1. The customer advised that they had used the oven and was done by 6pm and they noticed that at approximately 3am the next morning, the unit was still on and heating. I contacted Whirlpool Safety and spoke to Lisa and she recommended connecting to WiFi and contacting the tech support. I contacted techline and spoke to Bruce and advised of my findings and the customer complaint. Bruce recommended replacing the user interface console and connecting the unit to WiFi. Arrived on site for DRYER IS FUNCTIONING BUT EXCEEDING NORMAL DRY TIMES (I.E. 60 MIN IS NOW 90 MIN). Ran temps and dryer heated up to 250 as designed. Could see vent hose was not properly installed to the wall or the back of the dryer. Once cooled down I removed vent hose and found clogged vent with lint. Used vacuum to remove trapped lint. Connected air hose properly. Tested temp setting knob and it is working as designed. Recommended customer contact a vent cleaning company to clean out vent. Went outside and could see a large amount of lint in the roof vent mesh. Recommended removing the mesh on the roof vent to prevent lint from clogging in the future.

Arrived onsite for unit not locking to advance I. The cycle to spin. Looked at the unit and he lock light was blinking constantly. Change out the lock to the unit. Tested unit in diagnostics. Let customer know that the unit needs to be a dedicated outlet by it self or the unit may experience more issues with the controls. No other issues at this time. Job complete

"I arrived on site for a dishwasher that was not getting water. Upon arrival the customer stated that he had his sink serviced and then afterwards the dishwasher no longer functioned correctly. Upon further inspection I found the tab to the toe plate missing and the heating element warped/rusting. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code F8E1 Slow drain. I cleared the error codes. I then ran a test cycle and found that the unit would fill with about two or three table spoons of water only and then dry run. I turned the water off at the wall and removed the line from the valve. I then sprayed the water into my bucket and found good pressure. I then reinstalled the line and put it into diagnostics mode again. I checked voltage to the valve and found it good. This indicates a faulty valve. I informed the customer that he has a bad valve and heating element, but he may also have a faulty sump and motor due to him dry running it for a cycle.

Arrived onsite and replaced gasket. Unit is now operating as designed. Advised customer on repair.

Arrived on site to test unit for unit leaking. Test unit and found damaged gasket. Replaced gasket test unit and by running unit for 20 minutes and no leaks present job complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for burners not working. Test unit and found module not responding. Test module and found module wires not connected correctly and lp conversion needing to be made. Lp converted test unit and unit test good job complete.

Arrived on site for dryer not heating. Measured incoming voltage and found incorrect. Customer reset breaker and found correct voltage after reset. Found unit heating with correct voltage. Unit tested good.

"Arrived on site and inspected range failing to reach temperatures. Confirmed the complaint and accessed the rear and checked the harness and all connections.Removed and replaced the control and sensor. Tested unit and unit never reached the temperature for the preheat tone to go off. Called SW who walked me through additional steps in testing each individual component.I was advised to return with the main harness, another control and will return with the bake element.Unit also needs authorization from AHS.Office to schedule return services due to customers schedule ; ordrng 1 W11295998 (CONTROL) and 1 W11028535 (Main Harness)"
