"Arrived to inspect ice production issues. The water valve would only allow a few drips to enter the unit and I removed and replace the valve. I then found the unit would cycle the power intermittently at the end of the external drain pump cycle. I removed and replaced the pump and found the circulation pump/sensor incorrectly reading water levels. During replacement of the circulation pump, I discovered the mounting screw for the reservoir would not secure the reservoir and that the insert was improperly installed. I advised the MFG tech assist of my findings and was informed that it was a non-serviceable part. I found the temp at the lint screen only getting to 120 degrees with the dryer on high. I found the temp hardly changing. I removed the vent hose from the dryer and the temp at the lint screen shot up to 200 degrees. I showed the customer. I explained to the customer that the house vent is restricted and needs to be cleaned. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for washer inlet valve stripped. On inspection the installer used Teflon tape on the threads. The hose couldnt seal against the valve. I removed all the Teflon tape off the threads and installed the hose. I did this on the cold and the hot valves. I turn the water on and waited for 30 minutes to see if the valve would leak. No water leaks detected during service.

"Arrived onsite for a cooktop with a gas leak. I used my leak detector and found a leak at the regulator on the manifold side. I found the regulator only screwed on about four threads. I repaired that connection and tested again finding gas coming out of the box at the manifold pipe after the unit had been on a while. I turned the gas off and let the LP clear then turned it back on checking the orifices from left to right. All the orifices showed no leaks until I got to the right rear then the detector picked up a leak and gas started migrating to the left side. Im ordering all manifold and valve parts for this repair. "MVW5035MW0 Arrived to inspect failing during cycle. The customer started the unit in normal mode and within less than a minute, it illuminated the done indicator and shut off. The motor could be heard to expectedly twitch lightly and then the lid should have locked, but did not and more importantly, did not attempt to lock. From prior experience on this chassis, this may indicate an early-cycle failure to read the expected shifter/cam position and can cause the observed failure. I inspected the shifter area and found slight indication of missed engagements within the cam teeth. Inspecting the shifter, I found and repaired an issue with the circuit and switch board moving within the housing. The unit operated as designed within every subsequent service and customer mode testing. If further issues persist, contact tech GC for further instructions. Notably, the unit fails at several month/week intervals, approximately 20 loads or so, per customer report. No leaks observed during service."

"MVW7232HW0 Arrived to inspect power loss. I found the unit would not respond to any commands and could not be put into service test mode. Accessing the control, I verified line VAC to it and then tested the drain pump for resistance, showing 20.7 ohms. I jumped the drain pump to remove water from the unit and then jumped the lid lock, after verifying it was intact, resistance wise, via the replacement control and pre-injected the model and S/N into it. All loads showed the expected resistances and I found no shorts to ground. Inspection of the gear case revealed loss of oil and the teeth showed wear in the rotor, suggesting possible rotor lockup during agitate and potentially the cause for the control HV failure. The clutch electromagnetic assembly had signs of potential oil incursion as well. Returning tech will install the gear case, slider, clutch and rotor prior to installing the control. I removed the wash plate to ensure no further installation issues upon return. KUIX535HPS00 Arrived for poor ice production. I found the intake for the condenser was plugged and removed the debris and verified good airflow. Further testing revealed the circulation pump/water level sensor assembly W11542867 was malfunctioning and did not sense the lower water level. The pump was also the version covered in Technical Service Pointer #: W11623132 Rev. A and required replacement. All normal functions of the unit resumed. No leaks observed during service.

Arrived onsite and found unit leaking due to clogged drain hose. From fresh evap tray. Cleared drain tube. Unit is now operating as designed. Advised customer on repair.

Found ice bin more then halfway filled with ice,ice is thin and small due to water flow customer stated he will find ice stuck in housing,informed customer that issue is due to weak flow rate. Removed icemaker,adjusted water flow level on new icemaker installed icemaker same issue water not fully filling icemaker tray. Since removal of compressor cover ice has not been made replaced condenser fan motor assembly"

"WCG97US0HS05 Arrived to inspect gas leak. I found the center, dual valves outer orifice, with a slow leak. The part sent was incorrect for this unit and I retrieved the correct valve from our facility. I installed the valve and tested and found the prior issue corrected. I tested all other accessible connections. No gas leaks detected after repair. ; ordrng 1 W11246817 (Dual Valve)"

Arrived on site for range with oven door separating. Upon arrival confirmed failure. Found outter glass trim panel separating and use glass tape to reapply seal and insure trim was locked in place. Unit works as designed. Call complete

Arrived on site to follow up on microwave oven combo that was not cooking properly and throwing an F9E0 error still. Replaced new console and tested. Found unit still throwing the F9E0. I found 1 wire that had split between the panels that I repaired. Error still present. Called tech line and found that the K3 relay and K11 relay connectors were backwards. Reversed connectors and tested. Verified all working as designed. Repair completed.

"Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator that was dripping water from the dispenser. Was advised the drip was the same as last visit. When water ia dispensed a couple drops will come out as air displaces the water. Called Tech Line SR7737585818, talked with Ed. Confirmed this is normal operation due to air moving the water. Unit working as designed. Repair completed."

"Arrived on site to follow up on washer not completing cycles. Found unit had some water when i arrived. I checked error codes and found F8E1 (long fill), F2E3 UI / Control mismatch. Unit goes into diagnostic and does drain properly, but cycles are not finishing. Customer also said the unit didn't power on / shut down last time they used it and had to power cycle several times before it even goes on. When I tested I found the cold valve was just dribbling in. Also found unit has a service pointer for power cord that mentioned symptoms of unit not powering on. Recommended to customer that we replace the cold valve to resolve the incomplete cycles, and the power cord to resolve the report of the unit powering on. Talked to MS who will follow up with the customer. I was not able to link either of these failures to the F2E3 code since other components passed diagnostic test. We will need to see how a cycle runs with the new valve and cord. Office to schedule with MS follow up. ; ordrng 1 W11205048 (Inlet Valve)"

Due to the unit making thin ice and the recirculating pump sensor not sensing correctly, I removed and replaced the recirculating pump with sensor and tested. Unit is operating as designed and the reservoir is filling properly. Upon arrival, I found the bin completely full of ice but the cubes were thin. Unit was not showing it needed to be cleaned at the time of arrival; therefore, customer advised they would clean the unit when it was time and I left the cleaning solution with the customer. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."
