"Arrived on site for a washing machine that will not start a cycle. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that this unit is brand new and has not been used since June. They advised that they were able to run one cycle and then the unit stopped illuminating and telling them time. And they advised that whenever they would try to start the unit, it would be pet them. The customer advised that on her dryer, the knob would light up and on the washer, it would not. I attempted to change cycles on the washer, and could not get any time frames for the washability of the washer. I was able to find that the buttons on the side or working, and ran into into diagnostics. I found an F8 E1 (low water detected during the fill) error code. The customer advised that they had turned the water off due to this ongoing issue. I went ahead and check voltage going to the user interface and found proper voltage. Arrived on site for freezer intermittently not cooling. On arrival found evap coil evenly frost with compressor and evap fan both running. Found unit go 8n to defrost 10 minutes after arrival and found coil fully dry. Found start up amp draw at compressor was 1.2 but stabilized to 0.8amps after 5 seconds. Replaced control and informed customer to give unit a few days and see if temps increase or stay at 0. Call complete

Achieving 360 microns and allowing loss time, I charged with the MFG calculated charge and tested. I found the left RC door would not fully closed without being pressed on, and then would open after a short time, enough that the gasket could not make contact at the upper mullion corner. I spoke with previous tech and he advised to replace the evap fan motor, control, and seal gaps in between liner and chassis of the FC section. Upon my arrival, I found the unit evap fan operating as designed, but the fc section was full of ice/frost due to an air leak. I advised previous tech that I would be replacing the control and sealing gaps as evap fan is operating properly. I gained access to the evaporator and found a good frost pattern. Cleared the ice/frost from the fc section and removed and replaced the main control and tested in diagnostics. Unit is operating as designed. Using the silicone provided for this call, I sealed the gap in between the liner and chassis in the fc section opening and advised the customer of my repairs. Arrived on site for clock losing time. On inspection the the clock was 20 minutes head. Saw that the wifi was started but the installation was never completed. "Arrived on site to diagnose noisy refrigerator. Customer showed me a video of a loud buzzing sound that would go on for a very long time. Checked evap fan and found nothing abnormal with the fan. I heard the noise faintly at first, but traced it to the condenser fan. I adjusted the level of the unit and this stopped the vibration coming from the condenser fan. The noise is the condenser vibrating on the cover underneath when condenser fan is on. After leveling I couldn't get the noise to return, with fan running. Unit now working as designed. "Arrived onsite for a washer with the basket slipping to possibly replace the hub. I was able to pull the wash plate but the inner shaft from the gear case came out with it. I started disconnecting everything to replace the gear case but I could not get the gear case to separate from the basket. It moved about an 1 1/2 and stopped. The tub, basket, filter, and screw will also have to be ordered and replaced. I left the hub screws and the gearcase screws in a baggie inside the machine along with the old hub and wash plate. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator to replace the previous diagnosed parts. I confirmed no water in the mold and the fill tube was frozen causing the issue. I replaced the fill tube heater. I did find a burned spot in the old heater causing it to be open and not work. I found the icemaker filling properly now. I replaced the FC rails that were preventing the door from closing properly. When the rails were removed the door switch actuator fell off. The switch will need to be replaced. Ordering W11396033 switch. RS for Mon 8/19/2024 per the customers request. "KUIX535HPS00 Arrived to inspect noise. I found the machine in customer mode and nearly full within the bin, being partway through production of a slab. Watching the completion of the slab, I found the unit operated as designed and generated normal sounds of production and harvest. WTW4855HW3 Arrived to inspect non-completion. Service test mode had F0E5 as the only stored error code and I cleared for testing. I found no issues with the lower gear case area and associated parts and inspected the wash plate. There was a slight amount of debris within the inner driveshaft area and I removed. "Arrived on site to test unit for no power. Upon arrival customer stated breaker was tripped while unit was not in use. He tried to reset but still no power. Checked breaker and found it tripped, reset breaker twice, unit has power. Ran a cycle, unit is heating properly. Inspected unit found no loose connections, no pinched or broken wires and no evidence of a short. All indications point to a breaker issue. Due to the ice maker failure, ice fan failure and hv control failures, I removed and replaced all three parts and tested the ice maker in tests 56, 57, and 59. Tested the ice fan in tests 36 & 59. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that water has been spraying out from the top of the FC door. I found wet and dry water streaks on the front of the FC door (photo) and no ice being made. There are no water lines at the FC door hinge and I suspect the ice maker fill tube is damaged inside the door as theres no water/ice in the ice maker tray (photo). I tested the ice maker and fill tube and when the water was supposed to dispense into the tray, water began to flow from the top of the FC door between the plastic liner and outer casing (photo). I contacted techline and spoke to Robert. I advised of the complaint and my findings and was advised to order the FC door and provided SR#7739694162. I am ordering the left FC door and office to schedule return service due to the availability of the part. No parts installed and ice maker turned off for safety.; ordrng 1 LW11026425 (Left FC door)"

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher door falling down. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit and found the door falls open. I pulled the unit out to expose the hinges and found the right hinge spring broken. I removed and replaced the right hinge assembly and retested. Unit is operating as designed with no error codes. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the compressor, access valve and drier. I evacuated the system then cleared the system with Nitrogen. Removed and replaced the mentioned parts and vacuumed the system down to -30/0psi. Installed 53g of R600 refrigerant and monitored the unit. While testing, I found the FC evaporator fan rattling/vibrating. I gained access to the fan and found the defrost bimetal in the incorrect placing on the evaporator and corrected. Also found the evap,cover vibrating against the system tubing. Evaporator has a good frost pattern. I adjusted the suction line and cap tube and reassembled the FC section and tested. Unit is operating as designed. I recommended the customer allow the unit to cool for 24 hours before placing items back inside. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. W11506635, WPW10143759, w11557425"

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice dispenser not working. Upon further inspection, I tested the ice dispenser and the motor failed to come on. I gained access to the dispenser motor and jumped the ice maker with my jumper wire (ice box cover switch) and retested and it came on. I tested the ice box switch and it is good. I inspected the connectors and they were good. I removed the toeplate to gain access to the harness at the bottom left hinge and inspected the harness and found it good. When I touched the UI harness connector, the UI turned off and came back on. I found the wires in the harness are crimped (photo) and possible broken inside causing intermittent connections. I tested the connections several times and the ice dispenser was intermittent as well. Each time I touched the connections, the UI would chime as if it were turned off and then back on. I attempted to adjust the connections/harness and the unit continued to operate intermittently. I am ordering the left FC door and CNOTE-AUTHORIZATION and office to schedule return service. No water leaks observed during service. No parts installed.; ordrng 1 LW11202405 (Left FC door) and 1 CNOTE (AUTHORIZATION FOR DOOR)"

Arrived on site for a dryer that will not start a cycle. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advise that Rent-A-Center had given them a loaner dryer and that the dryer was outside on the back patio. I went ahead and took a photo of the model and serial information and found the door switch had been broken causing the issue. I replaced the door switch but was unable to test the unit due to the unit being outside. The customer stated that Rent-A-Center would be coming by tomorrow to return the rental and install the old dryer. Advise the customer that the unit should be working. An operating as designed. "Arrived on site for a range that has no power. Inspected unit and work area. I did confirm the customers complaint upon entry. The customer advised they had just tried to use their oven for the first time and that whole unit turned off and they have not been able to get it turned back on. Ask the customer if they had tried resetting the breaker and advise that they tried checking all the breakers in the garage, but could not find any breakers that I tripped. I walked outside and checked the 240 V breakers and found the range head tripped. Per whirl pools recommendations, they have been advising to replace both the bake and broil elements for repair. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is making abnormal noises during operation. Inspected unit and work area. I did confirm the customers complaint and found what sounded like the evaporator fan hitting ice. I gained access to the evaporator fan area and found ice buildup on the evaporator fan assembly from water that was leaking down from the fill tube. I also found that the evaporator fan retainer and fan blade were damaged. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Adrian SR# 7739689099. He advised that the fix for this is a fill tube extension (WP2174755) and to replace the other damaged parts. Ordering the evaporator fan retainer, grommet, blade, and fill tube extension for repair. Ordering parts in the office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to limited parts availability. ; ordrng 1 W11700295 (Retainer) and 1 WP2169142 (Fan blade) and 1 WP2176759 (Fan grommet) and 1 WP2174755 (Fill tube extension)"

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator. That is not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that since the last repair, the unit has not cool at all in the refrigerator section. He advised that he went ahead and defrost the unit completely prior to todays service. I turned the unit on and found the compressor and condenser fan is running but the evaporator fan not running. I gained access to the evaporator fan and found no ice buildup. I ran the unit into diagnostics and attempted to run the evaporator fan test. I found the evaporator fan would not run. Arrived on site to inspect dishwater not starting cycle or draining. Upon further inspection placed unit into diagnostics and observed it would not enter diagnostics after closing door. I gained access to the door latch and found the the switch was not secured to assembly. I secured the switch in the right position and retested the unit and the unit is working as designed. No water leaks observed during service. No parts installed.

Arrived on site to inspect dryer not powering on. Upon further inspection gained access or the terminal block to check voltage and found that the neutral wire was missing a screw and was not connected. Installed terminal block. Tested dryer and unit is operating as designed. 279320

Arrived on site for burneres not lighting correctly . Customer was concerned that all burners are sparking at same time . As well as delay on ovens igniting . Explained sparking is normal on burners and this oven has glow igniters instead of spark igniter and that igniters do have to reach certain temperature before igniting . Stove top burners and oven are igniting properly. No erros in diagnostics found . No gas leaks detected. No parts installed . Job complete
