The customer advised the drain works fine but that the machine won't recirculate the water. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F4 E3 (wash motor not running) error code. I tested the unit and confir,ed the wash motor had failed. I replaced the wash motor W11613570 and tested the unit. I found the machine fill, recirculate, drain, and activate the heater at the end, indicating the unit is working and operating as designed. I found no leaks present during service. Call complete."

The customer advised that they thought the machine was leaking off the back, but they i pulled out the machine and found it leaking from the top of the refrigerator on the left-hand side. I inspected the fill tube for the ice maker and found a massive crack, causing the leak. I replaced the ice maker fill tube W11415785 and tested the unit. I found the ice maker filling and operating as designed with no leaks present during operation. Call complete."

"Arrived on-site for a washing machine model MVWC565FW2 that is going off balance and leaving clothes wet. Inspected unit and work area. The customer said that the machine will go through the cycles until it starts to spin and will bounce around until he stops it or it stops itself. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F0 E2 (oversuds) and F0 E5 (off balance load) error codes. I checked the suspension and found the suspension was completely shot. I checked the basket and found the basket properly secured to the drive shaft. I checked underneath and found no visual evidence of any gear case leaks. I replaced the suspension W11130362 and tested the unit it. The unit began to fill, agitate, spin, and drain as designed with no leaks present during operation. Call complete."

The customer stated that there is a knocking sound coming from the machine when the unit is running. I tested the unit and confirmed the customer's complaint. I removed the front panel and discovered a pebble stuck between the basket and felt liner. I removed the obstruction and checked rollers. I found all other parts in good condition. I reassembled the unit and tested it. I found the machine tumbling and heating as designed with no abnormal sounds present. Call complete. No parts were installed.

Customer advised certain things in freezer still frozen, but stopped making ice and items starting to soften. Took freezer temperature at 10?F. Gained access to back and amp draw on compressor at .668A, indicating refrigerant loss. Checked welds; no visible leak at evaporator, compressor, or precooler. Found potential leak at dryer; vacuumed out charge. Charged with 250 psi nitrogen and confirmed tiny pinhole leak at top of dryer via slow pressure drop. Replaced filter-drier WPW10143759 and recharged with 250 psi nitrogen; pressures held for 15 minutes. Vacuumed to -30 psi; pressures held for 10 minutes. Charged with 68g R600 refrigerant and tested. Unit cooled and operated as designed with no leaks present during operation. Call complete. NO WATER LEAKS OBSERVED DURING SERVICE."

Inspected all other functions and found unit fill is a little slow but still fills full and observed all other production components operating as designed. Observed good harvest cycle. Advised customer that the whole house filtration system may need service especially if it is a softener only without a main line filter installed and this is a very likley cause of the premature blockage of an icemaker filter in use. The filter should last the recommended 6 months and 3 months or less is a strong indicator of hi particle count in the supply. No charge

I checked the ice maker for signs of ice in the mold and found the ice makers stuck in a harvest. I found that the arms on the motor were stuck in the ice maker mold, indicating that the ice maker had not finished a cycle and found no water or ice in the mold. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found all tests pass except for the fill test and found an E2 in the icemaker error codes, indicating the motor had lost position and had failed. I checked the fill tube and found it frozen. I went ahead and replaced the ice maker W11577195 and ice maker fill tube heater WPW10554299. I tested the unit and found the machine began to harvest and fill as designed. No leaks were present during service. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit for water in the bottom of RC, tested unit found drain clogged and frozen, thawed out drain and removed water, exposed drian tube and noticed the rubber flap on the drain tube stuck open causing water air to travel up the drain line condensate and freeze up, cleared tube and installed properly, water is now flowing properly unit is running as designed advised customer to monitor if issues persists then the tube will need to be replaced, at this time job complete no parts installed"
