"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noises and temps. Upon further inspection, I found the unit operating as designed. I tested temps in the FC=9 degrees and RC cooling. I inspected the FC evap and it had a good frost pattern and no frost/ice around the fan. Inspected the RC evaporator and it too had a good frost pattern. Tested the RC fan and it is operating as designed. I pulled the unit out and inspected the compressor and condenser and found it operating as designed, as was the condenser fan. "Arrived on site to follow up on icemaker leaking water into the ice tray. On arrival I found 1+ inch thick ice in the ice tray. Fill cup had a frozen chunk in it and ice was on the bottom of the fill tube, causing it to spray when it fills. Cleared out the fill tube and heated / reformed the fill tube to give it more clearance on the fill cup. Called tech line and spoke with Andy, SR7732585358. If issue repeats they advise replacing fill tube and icemaker. Unit is filling properly at this time, but if fill tube shifts we need to replace mentioned parts. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for the recurring issue of frost build up in the freezer. Upon testing the unit again, I found that the door was catching part of the inner liner. When normally closed it would catch the liner and not close fully. Due to the door not closing properly a hot air leak occurs, and this will create the ice build up. However, if you heavily pushed on the door you can get it to seal. I used my level and found the liner bulged and uneven on the left hand side. Upon further inspection I could physically see the bump on the inside liner right by the FC door. I called techline and spoke to Adrian and kept the same SR# 7731994082. I did a techline video call with Adrian and showed him the liner with the level.

Arrived onsite for noise coming buzzing noise coming from microwave when in uses. Upon inspection of the unit I found a foreign object caught in the vent making contact with the fan blades. "Arrived on site for a dryer that stops before the end of the cycle. Upon arrival the customer stated that the unit will run for a few minutes, and then they will here it stop. Then after a few minutes they will here it start again. This will continue throughout the cycle until everything is dry. I used my vent test kit, and ran the unit. I found poor airflow for all dryers. I then gained access to the back of the unit and checked airflow at the vent while monitoring the heat. When I went to remove the vent I found it pinched, and clogged. I cleared this and then put the vent back on. I ran the vent test kit again, and it was now only reading poor airflow for electric dryers (this is an improvement). I monitored heat fluctuations at the vent, and found them slightly slow. I let the unit run for about 20 minutes and could not replicate the failure. I informed the customer that due to the clog and pinched vent, this could of been causing heat build up and causing the motor to shut off. I also recommended to potentially reach out to a professional vent cleaner, for the test is still showing slightly poor airflow. I found the unit itself running as designed.Call complete."

Arrived on site to replace glass for oven door. Replaced inner glass and all is working properly at this time.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator not cooling. Upon arrival the refrigerator was unplugged, and the customer stated it has been off for several days. The customer also stated that both compartments were about 60?F when he unplugged the unit, and everything was thawing out. I checked temps in order to get an accurate reading for the thermistors. The FC was at 67?F and the RC was at 67?F. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found all airflow components running as designed. However, when activating test 4 for compressor and condenser fan I found the compressor would and run, but turn off in roughly 2 seconds. This would cycle, and the compressor kept attempting to run but could not. I checked voltage to the start device and found a constant 120VAC. I unplugged the unit and then ohmd out the compressor windings. The top two pins to the bottom got 4.5, across the bottom two there was 8.5, and each pin to ground was open which is good. I gained access to the control and ohmd out the thermistors. Both thermistors read 3.2k, which is within range at the time of reading. I measured amp draw when the compressor attempts to run and found 13 amps, but would quickly drop to zero and the compressor shuts off. This indicates a faulty start device tripping the overload.I installed the new start device, and when I plugged the unit back in the compressor began running immediately. The compressor was now staying on and the unit is running as designed.

Arrived on site to diagnose a washer that is not cycling properly. Found drain pump clogged and cleaned pump trap of all debris. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time. No leaks were found at time of service.

Arrived onsite for ice maker only making some ice. Customer said that the arm will get stuck staying up a lot and has to push it down manually to get it drop ice. Went ahead and replaced the ice maker. Ice maker called for water and starting to harvest. No issues at this time. Job complete

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer that was leaking. On arrival customer let me know that when they had done a towel load, they found a puddle about a foot from the front of the unit. They have done a couple cycles since and did not see the issue repeat. I ran the unit on a clean washer cycle after visually inspecting the unit. I tightened the drain hose clamps and inlet lines first. Ran clean washer cycle for about 20 minutes. Could not see any kind of leaks. I moved the drain line slightly and saw some water shoot out of the standpipe when it was draining. Only causes of the leak that I can find are the drain line in the standpipe where it sprayed the base of the standpipe and leaked a little, or a large towel load could have gotten some water over the tub ring, also could have been excessive condensation from steam on hot load dripping over the sides. Could not recreate failure at this time, unit appears to be working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for water with small coming from it. Upon arrival I smelled the tub as the customer instructed and smelled a slight mildew smell. I then ran unit in cleaning cycle with a packet of affresh in then tub. At the end the small was no longer there. I put in some more Affresh and ran clean cycle again and advised customer off this. I also noticed so vinegar in laundry room so I advised customer on not using vinegar to clean the unit. Unit is operating as designed. Job complete

Arrived on site to test unit for little ice production. Found ice sheet forming properly and thick. Hot gas valve opening and releasing ice sheet but ice sheet is getting hung up on evap. Evap has rough spots causing ice sheet to hang up and melting away to almost nothing. Attempted to smooth out cooling plate as much as possible with not much change in performance. Recommend replacing evap. Needing two hours on return visit and sealed system tech. "Arrived onsite for unit making noise during operation. Looked at the unit and unit did make quite a bit of noise. Looked under the unit and saw that the stator was rubbing with something on the floor. Removed things from underneath the unit and also noticed that the agitator has coins stuck in between, removed coins. Tested the unit once again. Unit was less loud but had a bit of a rattling too it. Let customer know that the gear case will need to be replaced as some oil has leaked from there as well as the slider and clutch.

Ran unit and noticed lights were flickering as I was plugging in the unit. I ran voltage checks on the outlet and found that voltage is dropping to 118v when lights flicker. Ran washer and found voltage was dropping to 105v and less. Unit is not functioning due to voltage drops at the outlet. Ran extension cord to another outlet and retested. Found unit would run and progress on other outlets. Advised customer needs to consult an electrician to get the voltage issues in the house resolved, as low voltage has caused issues. Unit is working as designed. Reported findings to tech line, same SR. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for washer humming, grinding during spin. Upon arrival confirmed issue but found no errors in diagnostics. After further inspection I found cause was due to failing gearcase that had been leaking oil both under unit and into tubs. Found all components between cam and washplate siezed together and unable to separate. "Arrived to inspect microwave heating issues. Confirmed the heating issues with the 2 minute water cup test. Found the entire area underneath the glass plate is rusted. Unit will need magnetron, capacitor and diode. See attention note. Needs more work ; O-emld tckt"

Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not filling. Found standing water inside the unit that wouldnt drain. Discovered the float switch is broken and the drain pump is not allowing the standing water to drain. I checked the filter for any obstructions and found none.

"Arrived to inspect unusual washer noises. The customer advised the noises are intermittent, but very irritating. Ran diagnostics and discovered the wash plate tines are worn and need to be replaced along with the gear case.
