Disassembled unit and found 2 glides broken off and missing, and belt was sliding. Replaced glides and belt and retested. Found found moving easier and unit working as designed. Could not duplicate the customers complaint of unit sometimes not heating. Unit has good voltage and was heating when I was present. Unit working as designed. I did find large chunks of lint in the blower housing. Advised to have vents cleaned. Call complete."

Arrived on site for a washing machine that is making loud sounds during operation. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit seems to be extremely loud especially during spin on light loads but Im heavier load seems to be better. Around the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. Tested the unit and manual diagnostics and found no issues present. The customer loaded up the machine with some towels and we ran it through a high-speed spin. Found the water hoses and the drain hose on the back of the unit causing the rattling banging sound that he was hearing. I did advise him of the issue and showed him during the spin. The unit is working as designed. Car complete.

I ran the MW several times with a MW safe cup of water and could not replicate the sound. I also found the customer switched the 40 watt bulb with an LED bulb. I informed the customer on the potential issues with this and how the unit was not designed for a LED bulb. I advised him to remove it and only use a 40 watt incandescent bulb. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that was losing cool. I checked temps and found the RC at 54?F and the RC at 26?F. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found that the RC fan never energized. I gained access to the fan and found all connectors tightly secured and the harness good. I then gained access to the control and checked voltage coming from the control during test 3 step 3 and found a good 14VDC. This indicates a faulty evap fan and harness. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes. I then ran a diagnostics test and individually activated the fast agitate and spin. I could not replicate the noise. I gained access to the gearcase at the bottom. I found the shaft on the gearcase had abnormal play, and the up and down play is likely the cause of the noise. I also found a very small amount of gearcase oil on the rotor starting to appear. I am ordering the gearcase to replace and we will return with the slider to install too. The customer advised that after using the self clean, that door would not unlock and their control panel is not allowing them to make any selections. Found the wire going to the latch motor burned and arced on the back panel. Quoted the customer for the harness and went to replace it. Found the harness sent was not the correct harness. The customer then asked me to splice the wires back together to save himself some money. I did splice the wires and used a wire nut to tie the wires back together. Went to test the unit and found the latch motor would not turn off. Checked voltage to the latch motor and found a constant 120V. Told he customer he would need a new control due to the wire grounding and most likely crating a short in the board. labor concession. The customer agreed to the repair. Found water supply to inlet valve loose and was able to turn by hand. Tighter connection and found no longer leaking. Performed diagnostics mode and tested ice maker operation and found d fill tube frozen. Measured resistance at heater and found 1.6 k ohms. Ran test 19 and measured voltage and found 120 volts . Arrived on site for dishwasher not draining and breaker tripping. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the drain pump coming on and stopping. I checked voltage to the drain pump and found 60 vac. I checked voltage to the control and found 240 vac. I tested voltage at the outlet and found the same. I plugged the unit into another outlet and verified 120 vac. I found the control only sending 15 vac to the drain pump and the pump ohming out at 1.36 kohms. The dishwasher will need a control and drain pump. Customer declined the estimate. I recommend they have an electrician come out for the outlet. Job complete.

I got the test 6 defrost sensor and the unit tripped. I tested the sensor from the control and found it working. Looked at the unit and found that the fan had some lint stuck inside of the fan causing the fan to be restricted when getting the air flowing to take the heat out. Customer already had vents cleaned out. Ran the unit in timed dry for 25min and got no condensation inside the console. Let customer know that the load may be too much for the unit to get the air around to dry correctly and that they are in a new house that the ventilation could be too long for the unit to dry better as there is a specific length of tube that it required for the unit to dry optimally. No issues at this time. Charged 174.75 for labor before taxes. Job complete
