Arrived onsite for a no cool refrigerator and the fan is not running. I found the cooling turned off on the user interface. The customer stated the icemaker had stopped working. I found the ice maker tray thermistor open. I checked the thermistor at the icemaker and found it good. Upon further inspection I found the thermistor harness broken right at the bottom of the door. The door would need to be replaced to correct this. The customer stated they would just use ice trays.

Customer said they has new floors installed, and when unit was returned and plugged in they saw a spark / flash from the dispenser area. Only thing in the unit that works are the lights. "Arrived on site for refrigerator, inspected unit and work area. Tenants complaint was unit making loud noise in freezer. They pulled the two drawers from the freezer and scraped some ice off and the noise went away. I confirmed ice build up on the freezer evaporator cover and found the defrost working properly. The drain system was also draining properly. The only thing I can see that could have cause this problem is the freezer door not closed properly. I called the landlord and explained what happened and also read the disclosure. I explained that athe moment it does not seam to be any electrical problems. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noises. Upon further inspection, the customer had the doors open to get the compressor to turn on and I closed them and placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the compressor in test 5. Customer said it only makes the noise when the compressor is on. Once I turned the compressor on, I could hear a faint vibration noise. Once the compressor ramped up in speed, the vibration noise got louder. I pulled the unit out on my floor protector and removed the back cover to inspect the compressor. I moved the compressor, adjusted the system tubing, placed sound pads on the tubing along with zipties and still the noise was there so I removed the pads and I could not tell if it was the compressor in failing stages or something else that is vibrating. I made contact with several other senior techs to discuss the situation and was given several different scenarios, some that I had already tried. I contacted the office (MS) and advised that I was rescheduling to get another senior tech out to inspect. I am ordering more sound pads and mastic, along with CNOTE-GCO and office to reschedule. At the time of departure, I could not hear the noise except when opening the unit doors. I advised the customer, who was standing by, that they would need to contact their builder and have them make the unit accessible for repairs. "WRS321SDHZ08 Arrived to inspect no ice. I found the issue was the unit was producing, but it could not dispense. Removal of the ice bin revealed the motor was locked and the ice type solenoid was frozen in place. I was able to use light heat and correct both issues. Further inspection revealed the unit had clearly gone through an evaporator freeze up and had recovered nicely. There was slight residual clear ice at the lower part of the evap and the unit will clear it on its own. The ice bin had sustained a fracture in the bottom of the bin and will require replacement. Arrived onsite for a down draft vent hood that the vent motor stopped working but the unit does raise and lower. I found the blue neutral wire in the molex connector down at the motor had backed out of the connector because it was never locked in place. I snapped the wire in the connector and the fan is working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator leaking. On inspection found a small ice ball on the shelf below the icemaker. Called and talked to Austin and we came up with the icemaker is causing the ice ball from ether from over filling the tray or the tray is leaning to one side. On further inspection found the ice maker was leaning to the left. Installed new icemaker and called for water. I saw no leaking from the icemaker after the call for water. Arrived on site for Handel on door loose. On inspection the handle on the right side of the door had come loose. Pulled the door off and unassembled the door to gain access to the bolt. When I pulled the unit forward, some water came out of the left spill tube. I lowered the left leg and leveled the unit and retested and unit is operating as designed. FTF2140ES2 Arrived to inspect lights randomly coming on. The customer described an issue where the unit will power up from standby randomly. Sometimes when they pass near the machine and sometimes they walk by it and notice it on. I found no faults with any components and inspected the control. I did find the potentiometer for the water temperature did not have the expected resistance sweep and at the high end it actually dropped a few hundred ohms. The customer elected to try the unit as is due to repair cost and I advised of all findings. No leaks observed during service

During inspection, I found the main line input to the MW controller as the issue. I reseated all connects within the unit and could not recreated the failure.

Arrived on site and replaced previously diagnosed control and evap motor. Unit now working as designed. No leaks detected.

Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered part. I removed and replaced the UI and cleared the previous code. Testing within service test mode showed all functions had returned and the unit operated as designed. No leaks observed during service.

"Arrived on site , replaced terminal block. Customer supplied pores cord . Ran preheat and all checked normal. Ran pre heat all checked normal . Fans are coming on . All checked normal.No gas leaks detected at this time. Job complete"

Arrived onsite for a range the is show code F8e0. Which is a cooling fan speed error. Upon further investigation I found that there was nothing stuck in the blade but the fan would not kick on. I installed the new cooling fan and tested the unit and found that the operated as designed

"Arrived on site to inspect washer lid light flashing and draining issues. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error codes F7E1-basket speed fault and F2E1-stuck key. I cleared the codes and continued with testing. The unit filled with water and agitated and drained, but when the spin test came on, the basket failed to spin and the unit shut down. I tilted the unit back and found gearcase oil on the belt and cam assembly (photo). I raise the top panel and removed the tub ring and inspected in between the basket and tub for any debris and found none. I attempted to spin the basket and it failed. I had to force the basket to spin and once I did, I manually tested the spin cycle and while the spin cycle was on, the gearcase was making a loud metal on metal grinding noise. Also found a lot of rust on the unit and tub ring damaged.

Arrived onsite for a cooktop that needs the dual burner selector switch replaced and the customer has the part. I found the selector switch shaft broken and confirmed the customer had the correct part.I replaced the switch and tested the dual burner. Dual burner is working as designed. Call complete

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with lights out. I found the upper light in the FC out. I replaced the parts and all the lights are working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised that beyond not making ice that when it does actually make ice intermittently, the icemaker overflows into the ice bin. The advisor customer that they would probably need to replace the icemaker at this point. Replaced the icemaker and tested the unit. The unit began to harvest and fell as designed without over flowing. Did advise the customer to give the unit at least 24 hours to start making ice. Call complete."

"Arrived onsite to replaced cracked cooktop. Upon arrival, apartment # is. 300. Unit is not connected to electrical junction box. Replaced glass cooktop.
