"Arrived on site for STOPPED MAKING ICE - STILL DISPENSING WATER. NO ISSUES WITH COOLING/FREEZING. Found water inlet tube frozen over. Ice mold had cubes ready to be dumped. Placed in diagnostics and ran harvest to dump cubes. Used steamer to remove ice and frost in water inlet tube. Ran water fill test and mold filled as designed. Customers temps were set to recommended, but found freezer shelves packed with food. Took picture of freezer shelves for quick pics to reference. Two of the top shelves had bags blocking the rear of the shelves. Adjusted items on these shelves to allow a gap in the back of the shelf to allow proper air circulation. Placed freezer temp at two lights instead of three (3 being recommended) to prevent water inlet tube from freezing over again. Ice maker harvesting and working as designed. Job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer lid locked. Upon further inspection, I found the unit getting voltage, but the unit is not responding. I attempted to place the unit in diagnostics and it failed. I removed the control panel and found a burn mark on the underside of the panel and a relay burnt on the main control. I tilted the unit back and found gearcase oil on the rotor and all four panels. I advised the customer of my findings. I disconnected the drain pump and plugged the unit and the unit continued to fail to power up. I am ordering the gearcase, slider, clutch, stator, main control and control panel fascia and will return with all prescreened parts. "Arrived on site to inspect cooktop with gel on the cooktop and wont come off. Upon further inspection, I found what appears to be a glue substance on the cooktop and when I attempted to clean it with stainless steel cleaner and a microfiber rug, the rag just stuck to the cooktop. I used my finger to rub the substance off and then tried the stainless steel cleaner again and got the same results. I requested the purchase date from the customer and they contacted the builder who advised that the installer would have that information and should provide to our company for proof of warranty. Builder was to contact the supplier and have them contact our office to get warranty squared away. I tested the burners and all are operating as designed. No gas leaks detected during service. On arrival and inspection of RC, found unit extremely full and air tower vents were obstructed, as well as airflow channels on the back of the shelves. FC temp was good with no issues found. Was unable to capture real-time temp in RC. Checked high low and average temps in RC and found average was high by several degrees above set point, likely due to obstructions. Advised customer that the unit being loaded and ventilation being blocked is causing issues. Called tech line and consulted them on if a thermistor replacement would be recommended, as evap cover has been done previously. They do not approve of replacing any parts until airflow issues are resolved and we can verify, SR7732478294. Customer informed me on arrival that the issue seems to happen more consistently after grocery shopping trips, as well as multiple techs from previous companies not finding any faults with the units until one replaced the evap cover no fan, which they say improved results. Checked fan and found fan is blowing hard, but I could only feel airflow in 1 section until I cleared out the air tower. Customer pointed out the door gaskets were tearing on both doors. "Arrived on site for a washing machine shaking bad while running, and will walk forward. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and I found stored error code F7E5 for a shifter fault. I then tested the suspension on the unit and found it bouncing. This indicates a failing suspension. I also gained access to the bottom of the unit and found the gearcase leaking oil. This indicates a faulty gearcase. I ran a diagnostics cycle and found the unit ran through as designed.

Arrived onsite for unit not drying well and found unit operating with f7 error code. Advised customer on design and epa regulation on energy efficiency. Advised customer on best use and care principles.

"Arrived on site to test unit for not cooling RC. Found evap covered in frost and cooling port was clogged with ice. Removed ice and found right side heater connection was loose. Secured connection, tested unit, unit now working as designed. Job complete."

Arrived onsite for tub not filling and found water supply cutoff. Demonstrated loss of water supply to the unit. Advised customer. All else checks good.

Arrived on site to test unit for light not working. Found broken light glass. Removed light socket and replaced light bulb test unit and unit test good job complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for frosting over RC evap per previous tech. Unit was unplugged and defrosted on arrival. Found RC evap thermistor resistance was 1200ohms at room temp. Recommend replacing evap motor with harness. Office to reschedule. ; ordrng 1 W11087438 (RC Motor with harness) and 1 W11249952 (FC motor with harness)

Arrived on site to diagnose a dryer that is making unusual noise. Found debris caught between drum and frame. Removed debris and tested unit. Found all is functioning properly at this time.
