Arrived on site for a microwave oven combo that is showing an inverter error message. Inspected unit and work area. He did find the door switch is allowing the light to turn on and off when the doors open and closed. For the text she went to replace the inverter and found the inverter board sent with me was defective. Spoke to Jc and was advised that we are we need to replace the inverter and the magnetron together. Re-ordering the in burger and will return with the appliance manager as well. "Arrived on site for a washer that is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F8 E1 (low/no water detected during fill) error code. The customer advised that the unit has not worked properly since she ran a comforter in the unit and it went off balance. Tested the cold water valve and found that it would not pull in the water. As soon as I pulled the unit out, water began to fill properly. Found that the customer had rubber hoses and that the cold water hose had been pinched due to the unit moving backward. Tested the unit several times and the unit is working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site for an oven that wont allow them to do anything. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that he had tried to flip the breaker off to this unit to power cycle the unit but could not find the breaker to it. I did find the screen locked as if it went through an update and could not get past it. Found the breaker on the outside of the home. Power cycled the unit and found the oven coming back on and working properly. I did notice that the customer had attempted to hook the unit up to Wi-Fi but the unit was not hooked up properly. I did help the customer get set up on the WiFi and told them to wait for 30 days for all the updates to the software to download to make sure the unit was successfully reprogrammed. We did test the unit through the app and it was working properly. The time and date of the unit also changed to the correct time and date. The unit is now working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not dispensing ice or making ice. Inspected unit and work area. Tested the dispenser function and found no action at the door. Checked underneath the unit and found the wire harness had been completely broken and snapped in half causing the failure. I did advise the customer he would need a new door for repair.

I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Andy SR# 7733194165. He had me check the orifices and we find that all out the officers have not been swapped over to LP. Check the broiler element for operation and found the flames extremely high. He advised that the issue was with the unit not being converted. He gave me a part number for the conversion kit as the customer did not have their conversion kit on hand. I spoke to claims and was advised that this had to be done by an installer or plumber. "Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is flashing an F9E1 error message. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that he doesnt believe that the unit is actually filling with water. I ran through diagnostics and found an F9 E1 (product not draining), F7 E1 (single speed wash motor failure, and FA E2 (vent wax motor electrical problem) error codes. Ran the unit through an auto test and found the unit filling but the wash motor not recirculating water. Found the unit would drain but did advise the customer that may have a control issue due to the electrical problem on the vent wax motor and drain error code. Quoted the customer $515.70 for parts, $296.25 for labor, and $66.99 for tax. The customer declined the quote because he said that he is under an American home shield policy. He advised that American home shield would not cover the repair when he got there initially called into them due to concerns that the unit still had warranty coverage. He just wanted to make sure that the unit repair was not covered under any warranty so he can have them take care of it. Spoke to PR and advised him of the situation. Arrived on site for a dishwasher leaking. Upon arrival the customer had removed the lower wash arm. They had also stated that they found the leak coming from the bottom and was significant. I gained access to the bottom of the unit and found the leak coming from the valve. I ran the unit and found no other leak. I installed the new valve and then tested the unit. I also checked voltage at the wall/terminal block and found it good. I gained access to the inside of the unit and ohmd out all components. I found the element bad again. Upon further inspection I found the harness burnt and torn in half at the element. I also found the back wheels had separated from their bearings, and the pulley was damaged and allowing the belt to be caught in it. The unit would need new wheels, a pulley, and harness to be repaired additional to element (which is covered). The customer declined any additional repairs and stated they will just be getting a new unit. No fee collected due to being a callback. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, I was to perform a sealed system repair. Before I began, I punctured the drier and found the unit with good pressures. I vacuumed the system and removed and replaced the compressor, UV dye drier and access valve and vacuumed the system. Pressures held good at -30/0. I installed 5oz of R134a refrigerant and monitored pressures. Pressures held at -3/120 and evaporator had a good frost pattern. Recommended that the customer allow the unit to cool for 48 hours before placing any food items inside. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer not spinning out the water from the clothing. Upon further inspection, the customer demonstrated to me how the unit is not spinning out the water from one rug. I felt the rug and found it saturated with water. Customer started the drain/spin cycle and I monitored the cycle until the display showed 8 mins remaining and the unit was continuously attempting to balance the load before going into a spin which it failed to do such. I contacted techline and spoke with Andrew and advised of the complaint and my findings. Andrew advised that the unit is not designed to spin out one clothing item or one rug in this case. He advised that it was just the odds of it spinning out in the past, but the unit is not designed to spin out one item; must be a good load with more items. "Arrived on site to test unit for uneven FC door, customer stated that there are marks on the door and cant be removed, she will try to use one more cleaner to see is its get removed, when the FC door opens about 3 inches out ther is a clicking noise and customer stated that previous unit did not have that, RC door has strange interruptions in SS brush on right side of door, FC door has been leveled to within recommend tolerance, called tech line to document, presented my findings, tech line stated that door panel cosmetic issues customer will have to call Jenn air to resolve, the clicking noise is by manufacture design it is made when auto retract disengages and the door is in specifications range, provided Sr#7733199259, customer to contact customer service to decide what will be done with her concern, unit is running as designed job complete"

Arrived on site for arrange not functioning properly. Upon arrival customer stated that the oven was staying on by itself and not able to be turned off after it was used for cooking. Also stated that the receptacle on the back left it sparked when trying to turn the burner off itself. Upon further inspection I found that the thermostat is getting stuck once it is powered on and heated to a certain temp and not allowing the thermostat to shut down once it is turned back off. Also found that the back right small 6 inch burner has mounts breaking off causing it not to sit right inside the receptacle or the drip pan causing it to then arc inside of the receptacle bit. Also found back left receptacle itself is starting to burn apart into a powdery residue due to age. At this time the back left receptacle the back right burner and the oven thermostat will need to be replaced to complete repairs inform customer the office or reschedule once availability of parts was known?; ordrng 1 WB20X5071 (Thermostat)

Arrived on site for dishwasher not draining. Upon arrival confirmed issue and after further inspection found that the PVC pipe bridging between the P-trap and the disposal had flip downward causing all the runoff drainage from the sink to flood back down into the drain line clogging it. After re-positioning the PVC pipe and clearing out the drain line I was able to reassemble and test the unit and found washer could fully fill agitate the water and drain with no signs of leaking as designed. Also instructed tenant at completion of diagnosis that disposal was still malfunctioning and we would notify American home shield that disposal will need to be replaced at some point. Call complete

Arrived on site for refrigerator needing previously diagnosed sealed system equipment. Upon arrival installed compressor UV dryer and access valve and all need to couplers. Found found leak in sold system but could not verify where leak currently is due to nitrogen tank being nearly empty during repairs. Also had issues with new compressor going in and after speaking with PR in service management determined that we would need to re-order a new compressor evaporator coil UV dryer access valve and all other related or 600 parts to complete repairs. Found that in test mode the unit would fill with water properly, but in normal cycle no water. Cycled power and tried different cycles, no change.
