Upon finally entering Diagnostics I found the following error codes F03, f11, f13. Found drain pump not only within specs and bearings within drain pump failing. After replacing the drain pump I then found that the main control was still having a failure detecting the accurate pressure levels from the switch and pressure hose and the main control also has a programming failure caused from other due to the pressure switch, hose, and drain motor failing. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not working. Upon further inspection, I found the clean light flashing and when I attempted to place the unit in diagnostics, it failed. I inspected the UI ribbon and it was good. I checked the key switch resistance by following the table in the tech sheet and all keys are good. I ohmed the element and found it within range. Tested the thermostat and it is good. Based off my test results, the main control needs to be replaced and has been discontinued. Need to replace control and sump and motor. Quoted customer for sump and motor only 187.27 for parts and 205.75 for labor totaling 393.02 before tax. Arrived on site for double oven broil element is not functioning. Upon inspection tested unit. Ran control functions and tested relays. Found Broil elements are energizing. Ran broil function for upper and lower oven. Elements are energizing and broil function was working properly for both upper and lower oven. Diagnostics mode showed no errors stored. Could not duplicate issue. Customer had tried several attempts but had failed. Issue may be intermittent customer will monitor. Found 120/120 present, but the retaining nut on both L1 and L2 was loose, and wires could be moved just by touching them, making poor connection. Tightened nut and checked wiring. Found wiring good. Checked elements and burners and all is good. Customer said the rear 2 burners sparked sometimes around the receptacle. Found they weren't fully seated. Seated elements and tested all functions and verified with customer present that all items working as designed. If issue persists it is likely in the incoming wiring dropping a leg. Call complete."

Arrived on site for refrigerator leaking water. Upon arrival customer had stated that there were signs of water leaking two weeks after unit was previously repaired. Upon arrival confirmed issue and inspected fridge and all waterline connections as well as door gaskets etc. to verify there were no signs of ice buildup or signs of other internal or external leaking that could be affecting unit. After verifying that all waterlines were intact and not leaking inside the refrigerator itself and underneath I didnt trace the leak back to where the copper line that feeds through the back of the wall and connects to the fill line going to the fridge was the culprit. Found that the brass connector on the copper line was starting to fail and corrode causing a small but steady leak down the copper line and wall behind the fridge. Instructed customer that at this time a plumber be required to repair/replace copper line in order to stabilize water flow and prevent further leaking. Arrived on site and inspected refrigerator and found freezer door is not closed properly. Entire door is forward approximately 1 inch and interior is frosted over. Was able to move drawer all the way forward inspect rails and did not see any missing bearings. Upon arrival confirm complaint and during a diagnostic check the only thing I could see that would appear was a UT error. Found a short in ui panel. Installed new panel but found same results as prior. I removed the lower crisper drawer and found ice built up on the RC evaporator & cover. I pulled the unit out and inspected the drain tube at the back of the unit and there was no air gap. After further inspection found that vent assembly within microwave was able to hold a paper towel firmly to the exhaust vent when vent motor was set to low and high settings. Also found that unit had no external exhaust to cabinets and motor had been redirected as designed by manufacturer to vent things from cooktop to the top front of the microwave. Called whirlpool techline and spoke with Adrian sr#7733155663. Was instructed at this time that vent assembly built within microwave is functioning as designed per manufacture specs. Was also instructed that at this time microwave discoloration on the UI panel as well as door were out of cosmetic warranty period. Customer to contact Whirlpool for further assistance regarding UI panel endure discoloration. Arrived on site for dishwasher not turning on. upon arrival confirmed complaint. After further testing I that the dishwasher was wired into a light switch on top of the cabinet above the dishwasher that would cut power to the unit as a safety feature if the light switch is turned off. Once restoring power to the unit I also found that the hot water connection to the dishwasher was also turned off and turned it back on to verify there are no leaks between the cut off and the dishwasher itself. I didnt try to run a fill agitation and drain cycle but during the test I found that although the motor and the drain pump motor were both receiving 120 V when designated both of them had internal bad bearings and were not zooming to the manufacturer specifications and failing to circulate the water through the tub or drain it out. Was able to reschedule with the customer to come back on March 16 of 2022 on a Wednesday to complete repairs with new motor and drain pumps. ; ordrng 1 A00126401 (Drain motor) and 1 5304519906 (Motor asm)

"Arrived on site for dryer not turning on. Upon arrival confirmed issue. Found pts, door switch, and all heating hardware functioning within manufacturing specs. After further testing I found terminal block receiving 30-60v on L1(black wire) . After resetting breaker I found intermittent 30-120v connection to still coming from L1 side and allowing unit to turn on only if power cord prongs wher held a certain way in outlet. Instructed customer at this time an electrician is needed to verify to integrity of outlet internally and instructed them on a dvc as well as contacting us if any new issues arise. Call complete"

Arrived on site for washer leaking water through the door. Upon arrival confirmed issue but found no errorcodes. I then found that the cause of the leak through the door was due to a warped door bellow. After replacing the Bellow I reassembled and tested the unit and made sure to fill the tub as full as it could without resetting the pressure switch to verify that unit could hold water without any leaks. Unit is now functioning as designed I then instructed customer on the best ways to maintain bellow to prevent further issues.

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer control panel display issues. Upon further inspection, I turned the unit on and found some of the display digits missing. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not working. Upon further inspection, I attempted to place the unit in diagnostics and the control panel failed to respond. I found the unit plugged in under the sink and there is a switch panel on the wall above the sink. I turned the switches on and a light above the sink came on and the disposal came on. When the disposal came on, the dishwasher powered on as well. I tested the unit in diagnostics, showing no error codes, and it operated as designed. I recommended that the customer have an electrician inspect the outlet for improper wiring. No mechanical issues with the unit. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling properly. Upon arrival confirm complaint and after further inspection found that the unit had a defrost issue not allowing the unit to melt all the ice on the freezer evaporator. After further testing found that the failures were caused between the defrost timer as well as the defrost thermostat. I replaced both required parts reassembled and test of the unit and found freezer fully functioning as designed and informed customer to allow unit 24 hours before sticking any further items into the unit. Arrived on site for dishwasher leaking water in the tub when not in use. Upon arrival customer stated they drain the water out 24 hours prior to our arrival but in that 24 hour period the dishwasher had filled half way with clear water. After further testing found that the inlet valve is failing not allowing the solenoid to seal off all the way causing water to go into the tub. The inlet valve sent with is an updated model that needs a new 3/4'FHT X 3/8'COMP ELBOW Plus a stainless steel water line. At time of service I could not verify if the cut off valve under the sink is functioning correctly due to the old style copper line not able to be safely removed and ensure it could seal back after testing. I need office to reach out to American home shield to verify how they wish to proceed and the possibility that a plumber could be needed to replace the cut off valve under the sink as well; ordrng 1 W10685193 (3/4'FHT X 3/8'COMP ELBOW) and 1 Unkown (Stainless steel dishwasher fill line) and 1 Cnote (Needs ahs autho for further repairs due to parts needed being accessories)

"Arrived on site and inspected washer and found saved error code F3E1. Ran diagnostics cycle and washer will not progress past C7. Inspected pressure system and found air trap is clogged, took one picture. After clearing air trap washer is now operating normally. job complete"

"Arrived on site and inspected dishwasher and did not find any error codes, customer is experiencing pods not completely dissolving in dispenser. Recommended placing pod at the bottom of the wash tub in order for it to immediately begin dissolving when hot water enters. Found small bits of plastic inside upper spray arm and remove them this may have been causing upper spray arm to not spin properly. Upper spray arm manifold may need to be replaced due to gasket flapper is not closing all the way. Customer will monitor dishwasher and see if this is necessary.

"Arrived on site and inspected dishwasher and found plastic pieces inside wash motor and drain pump. After clearing them also found drain pump is no longer secured to mounting bracket. After replacement started a normal cycle to confirm correct operation, job complete"

Arrived onsite for dishwasher tripping breaker. Customer stated happens in drain cycle. Upon arrival breaker was tripped. Reset breaker and tripped immediately. Disconnected drain pump and tried again. Breaker tripped immediately. Unplugged dishwasher and reset breaker but breaker again tripped immediately without anything plugged in. Notified customer that there is an electrical issue where the breaker is tripping without load. Plugged unit in alternate outlet and ran test successfully without issue. Customer will need to seek electrician to correct the issue. Job complete

Arrived on site to test unit for oven not heating. Test unit and found opened tod. Test unit and oven pre heated to 350 job complete.

Arrived on site to replace console. Replaced console test unit and unit test good job complete.

Arrived onsite for broken refrigerator drawer. Upon arrival found drawer rail out of position causing drawer to be out of alignment. Secured rails. Drawers are now functioning properly. Did notify customer that crisper drawer is cracked and could possibly need to be replaced. Drawer is outside 30 days cosmetic warranty ; ordrng 1 WPW10308868 (Large bin)
