Upon further inspection I found the unit had mold inside, which is what the black spots were. I then put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code F7E1 for not heat. I ran a diagnostics cycle and found the unit ran through as designed. I monitored amp draw to the heater and found it drew none. Upon further inspection I found rust and burnouts on the element. "Arrived on site to follow up on washer that appeared to be getting stuck in cycles at 54 mins remaining. Customer advised me they cut back on soap some, but there are still suds present. Advised to further decrease amount of soap used, and to run affresh through the unit. I removed the lid and cleared the pressure line. There were no errors present, however the unit isnt making any noise when buttons are pressed. I let the customer know to give the unit some time and that the timer isnt real time, so if unit is rinsing or repeating due to suds or not being able to read water clarity, it may take time to count down.

The customer advised that she was just concerned about her temperature is because the unit seems to burn things on certain temperatures. I did instruct the customer that she needs to fiddle with the temperature adjustment knobs in order to get the proper heat that she needs and that she will eventually get used to the way her unit cooks. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that would not turn on. I tested the unit and could not get it to power on. Although, I could get it into diagnostics mode. I found stored error code F6E2 for UI to ACU miscommunication. I could not get it to do the HMI test nor a diagnostics cycle. I tested the voltage at the wall and found it good. I gained access to the control and found voltage good there too. I also found good VDC going to the console. This indicates a faulty console. I installed the new console. I then put the unit back into diagnostics mode and cleared the error codes. I ran a diagnostics cycle and found the unit now working as designed. No leaks observed at the time of service. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for FREEZING OVER INTERIOR IN VENT LEAKING WATER UNDER THE DELI DRAWER (SAME ISSUE AGAIN). Gained access to bottom bulkhead of fridge by removing bottom shelving system and used a towel to dry all the water from underneath. Found ice built up at the drain. Inspected valve and filter to ensure all water lines were seated properly and they were. No ice build up was anywhere near the filter and valve, just the drain. Took pictures of both areas in quick pics for documentation. Partially reassembled and used customers coffee mug to run water through dispenser to check for any leaks at the valve or filter while water dispenser dispensed. No leaks detected at filter or valve. The drain must have collapsed inside the lining of the fridge due to the continued frost and water build up the customer continues to experience at the drain.

Tested resulted as follows ( sensor 1.08k ohms, bake el. 26.3ohms, broil el. 16.3ohms). Home was 74 degrees on arrival. Found no error codes stored. Started preheat at 5:32pm, Took 14 minutes to reach 370 during preheat on my thermostat and 14 minutes for control to register unit was at 350. At 5:59pm that unit reached down to 338. Found average temp over full 30 minute heat cycle was a steady 354 degrees when set to 350. At time of service unit is functioning as designed. Call complete collected service fee"

Replaced dryer and inserted access valve. Pulled vacuum and held. Charged unit per spec and did not equalize. Had low side negative 28 and high side 75. Potentially clogged cap tube. Replaced dryer again with truck truck and ran pressure test. Unit still would not equalize. Removed cap tube from evaporator side and charged with refrigerant (nitrogen not available) refrigerant entered system and recorded 75 psi however did not make it through the cap tube. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found that the motor would make a very loud noise as soon as it ramped up. I then gained access to the sump and motor. I found the sump gasket bubbling up and bad. I also found the chopper in the sump bad, which was most likely causing the noise. I then gained access to the bottom of the unit and found that the sump tabs had broken off, and was allowing the sump to leak. Upon further inspection I also found the display on the unit going out, and that the unit was missing the toe plate/insulation. We will need to get authorization for the sump and motor, the sump tabs, the toe plate and insulation, and the display. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker leaking water. Upon further inspection, I found the ice maker turned off and not ice in the bin. Customer advised that they found water streaks down the inside of the left RC door and water puddles on the top of the FC door. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the ice maker and it got to half harvest and stopped. I cycled power to the unit and retested and it is operating as designed and the fill tube is operating properly. I tested temps in the FC=5 degrees. When I tested temps in the cooling ducts, my temp readings were very warm (68 degrees). I disassembled the FC section and tested the ice fan and found it getting 12VDC but when I ohmed it out, it showed 0 ohms. Also, I found the right RC door gasket is badly torn. I pulled the unit out and inspected the drain tube and found it gapped. I sealed the gap with silicone (photo). I am ordering the ice fan and right RC door gasket and scheduled return service . No water leaks observed during service.; ordrng 1 W11407678 (Ice fan) and 1 W10917313 (Right RC door gasket)"

Due to the sealed system failure, both RC door gaskets being badly torn and the defrost bimetal failure, I removed and replaced all parts mentioned including the UV dye drier and access valve. After replacing the compressor, drier, and access valve, I vacuumed the system and pressures held at -30/0. I installed 5.0oz of R134a refrigerant and monitored pressures. Pressures were good at 2/148. Using my heat gun I shaped the gaskets before installing and checked for air gaps. Doors are sealing properly.No water leaks observed during service, job completed. I recommended that the customer allow the unit to cool for approximately 24 hours."
