While the unit was unplugged and the refrigerator compressor had stopped, started hearing the screeching sounds coming from the top of the refrigerator, indicating refrigerant going into the evaporator. Found no evidence of any defrost issues of any kind and the customer advised that the unit is working just fine. Ran the unit through multiple stages of testing and did hear the refrigerant coming through the evaporator making slight groaning sound. "PFE29PSDCSS Arrived to inspect noise and cooling issues. The unit had gone through an apparent freeze-up and had recovered well, but the drain tube assy for the RC was plugged and the drip pan overflowed, filling the area below the crisper. I removed and cleaned both the FC and RC drain tubes and then removed the ice from the floor of the RC chamber and verified all functions present and operating as designed. No leaks observed during service.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator freezer frosting up. Upon further inspection, I immediately found the UI missing digits and pointed it out to the customer. I opened the FC drawer and found a large amount of ice/frost built up inside which is a sign of an air leak. When I closed the drawer, I found the it gapped on the right side. Also found the freezer section filled with too much food items. Cleared the food items from the freezer baskets and closed the unit door and it is closing properly and sealing properly. Customer advised the fresh foods section ice maker isnt working properly. I advised that due to the air leak and frost/ice build up, the freezer section is getting too warm for the ice maker to harvest properly. I recommended the customer leave the fresh foods doors closed and unplug the unit and allow the freezer section to defrost and clean the remaining water before plugging it back in before placing their food items back inside and to not fill it as much to allow the door to close properly. "WFG550S0HZ0 Arrived to inspect control for oven not working. I found the unit was displaying F2E1 and there were a few segments missing within the DRO. control removed and replaced. All functions returned to the unit and it operated as designed. No gas leaks detected during service.

Arrived onsite for a cooktop that is no longer igniting. Upon arrival I checked the breaker and found that it was miss labeled as lighting on the outside breaker box. I reset it and tested the outlet and found polarity good. And a solid 120 at the plug. I tested the unit several times and found that the unit is now operating as designed. If this happens Agatha cx will correct the issue.

Arrived onsite for a cooktop that has no power. Upon inspection I found that there was no power at the wall I plugged the unit back in and checked the breaker and found that it had tripped. I reset the breaker and found that it tripped immediately I then unplugged the unit and reset the breaker again and found that the same thing happened again. Meaning that there may be some wrong with the wiring on that circuit or the breaker itself.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I found frost on the FC evap cover. Removed the cover and found the evaporator engulfed in ice/frost. Using my steamer, I removed most of the debris and tested the bimetal and found it closed. I researched the part in the parts breakdown and found the part prescreened was the incorrect part. Using a part from my van stock (WPW10225581) I removed and replaced the bimetal and removed more ice. Tested the unit in diagnostics and forced defrost and could hear the element sizzling from the water hitting it as the ice melted. I recommended the customer leave the unit unplugged for at least 24 hours and leave the FC door open and place a fan on the compartment to defrost the ice faster. I vacuumed the water from the drip pan at the back of the unit. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for a wall oven. That is not heating. Inspected unit and work area. Replaced the transformer and tested the unit. Still found the unit would not heat. Check voltage going to the transformer in Carmel voltage across the transformer or the red line going to the chassis ground. Check voltage at the Magnatron TOD and still found no voltage being supplied. Traced voltage back to the control and found no voltage coming from the control.

Arrived on site for a washing machine. That is not filling up with cold water. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm the customers complain and found hot water coming in and cold water was requested. Checked out the back of the unit and touch the houses. Found that the hot water hose was hooked up to the cold water valve and the cold water Hose was hooked up to the hot water valve. Swapped the two valves and test of the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling properly. Inspected unit and work area. Take a temperature of the refrigerator and freezer sections and found the refrigerator sitting at 36?F and the freezer sitting at 2?F. Did not see any evidence of any defrost issue on the unit and the unit was calling as designed. The customer advised that she had a another service company out who had determined that there was a defrost issue and that they had come four days ago to defrost the entire freezer. Check resistance on the Thermistor is from the control and found 10.7 ohms of resistance on the RC thermistor and 22.5 on the freezer defrost thermistor. Found that matched the temperature readings inside the freezer and refrigerator sections. Checked resistance through the heater and the defrost thermostat. Found both within range. Check voltage going to the heater during a forced defrost and found 120 V going to the defrost heater. Spoke to JC and was advised the issue would be most likely a DC Short or an electronic issue, but he had me read a message from management regarding issues with the 5 door refrigerators.

I checked the control and all molex connectors were connected to the control. Customer advised the grill knob would not turn the grill on properly. "Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher throwing F7E2 error. Ran diagnostic and found F7E2, F8E1 errors for fill valve and wash motor. I tested in diagnostic and immediately after fill the drain kicks in and throws F7E2 error. If you try to run ANY normal cycle the unit does not fill. Found 16.5 ohms between all terminals to motor. Fill Valve Electrical issues will stop the wash motor and cause errors, and unit does not fill and behave like a normal wash motor failure. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I found the unit not cooling and when I opened the fresh foods door, the evap fan came on and I could hear the compressor kick on. I pulled the unit out and tested amp draw to the compressor and found it at 1.56amps. I found the evaporator with no frost pattern and when I would press the fresh foods door switch closed, the fans would turn off. I removed and replaced the UI control and retested and found the compressor continued to fail, but the unit fans would turn on when the door was closed. I am ordering the compressor, UV dye drier, access valve, evaporator, NITROGEN, R600 kit. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed part. Inspected unit and work area. Replaced a lower harness and tested the unit. The unit still had the same issue. I called CS and was advised to replace the actuator. Found the unit would not shut off anymore but were still having a hard time going through agitation or spin. Was advised the issue may have been caused by a DC short inside of the shifter, and may have zapped the control. Was told to hold off on collecting for any further parts until the new control could be installed to try and resolve this issue one last time. The customer advised that he still wanted to proceed with repair for one final trip. Ordering the control in the office will need to contact the customer about a reschedule date due to limited parts availability.; ordrng 1 W11498796 (Control)"

Arrived onsite for a dryer that is showing code F2e2. Updated inspection I found this code present and a stuck button code. I am ordering a control and the ui and returning ordrng 1 W11525996 (CNTRL-ELEC) and 1 W11413566 (PANEL-CNTL)

"Arrived on site for wall oven, inspected unit and work area. Customers complaint was wall oven with error code F2E1. Powered unit back on from the breaker to confirm and I did find that error code stored. Unit will need a new UI CONSOLE to resolve the problem. ordrng 1 W11449431 (Console)"

"Arrived on site to test unit for not making ice, tested unit found ice bin full of water and external drain pump not engaging, ran diagnostics cycle found compressor is cooling properly but unit has extreme calcium buildup in all the tubes and reservoir has thick layer of calcium buildup that ceased up pumps, customer want it like new and have all calcified components replaced; ordrng 1 W11542868 (Reservoir drain pump) and 1 W11614101 (Reservoir) and 1 W10863947 (Tube) and 1 W10863947 (Dispenser) and 1 WP2185625 (Reservoir water slide) and 1 W11033204 (Slide hose)"

"Arrived on site and found no ice production, cycled icemaker with test 44 and it is getting stuck while motor is moving. Replaced icemaker and it cycled properly. Also ran test 45 and it filled with water properly. Customer will continue to observe it for correct operation. If issue continues a new freezer door in white will be needed, Job complete"

"Arrived on site to refrigerator not cooling properly. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found frost buildup on evaporator cover. Thawed ice and inspected. Found wire to heater harness disconnect, took pic. Secured connections and tested. Unit is now functioning properly."

Arrived onsite and replaced compressor and drier and installed access valve. Vacuumed system and charged with 64 grams of r600a. Unit is operating as designed. Advised customer on repair. All checks good.

"Arrived onsite for cooktop flames to high. On inspection the dual burners simmer flames have no adjustment. Gain access to the valves and adjust the small flame. The simmer flame now has adjustment, set to the customer satisfaction. No gas leaks detected during service."

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer error code(s). Upon further, the customer had a load of clothing drying and after approximately 10 mins, the unit shut down and the displayed showed error code F9E2-drain assembly failure. I placed the unit in diagnostics and cleared the code and began to disassemble the unit to gain access to the interior parts. I followed the tech sheet and it says to replace the the drain hose and bracket assembly, but this part is nowhere listed in the parts breakdown. I contacted techline and spoke to Chris and advised of the complaint and my findings. Chris advised that the Heat Pump Assembly on page 8 of the breakdown was the drain tube and bracket assembly and recommended replacing the assembly as the drain pump has failed. He provided SR#7736297364. I removed and replaced the part and cleaned the reservoir and cleaned the lint from the unit and reassembled the unit and tested. Unit continued to show the error code; therefore, I removed and replaced the main control and retested and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service and no lint observed at the end of service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for lighting issue and replaced the freezer LED driver module. Unit is now lighting properly all checks good. Advise customer on repair. All checks good.

Arrived on site for dishwasher not draining. Upon arrival confirmed issue and found f9e1 in diagnostics. Upon further testing found drain motor failing. Replaced motor then tested unit. Found no leaks and unit working as designed. Call complete

Arrived on site to test unit for not drying properly. Found faulty cutoff. Replaced cutoff and unit failed ventilation with dryer hose connected and passed with it removed. Customer stated they had a venting company clear restriction and connected ducting with neighbors(duplex). Found on left side of garage is damper where dryer should be venting. Opened damper and found no signs of any lint as if ducting was never connected to vent and damper not opening while running drier. Advised customer to have ducting company return and connect to recommended vent. Current set up has neighbor and customers venting connected to same external vent causing issues. Job complete.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. Replace the defrost heater and harness the unit. The unit begin to work and operate as designed. Call complete.
