Previous visit shows supply line was loose and was tightened. Reinspected supply line and connections And found no signs of a leak. Disassembled entire cooktop and tested each connector with both electronic leak detector and liquid leak detector and found no signs of a leak. Unit gas supply has been turned on on arrival and throughout the duration of testing. No leaks found, manifold is functioning as designed. Job complete"

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven control panel display flashing on & off. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked for error codes and found F6E4-main control issue. Cleared the code and took the unit out of diagnostics and while talking with the customer, I saw the panel display flash off and then come back on. Customer advised that it has been intermittent. Found the unit is connected to the WiFi and app on customers phone. Due to the error code and display intermittently glitching, I removed and replaced the main control, control panel and appliance manager expansion control. Assisted the customer in reconnecting the WiFi and tested and the unit is operating as designed. Job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not making ice. Upon further inspection, I found the ice bin full (photo). Customer advised that the ice maker and water dispenser are not working. I tested the ice maker and found the tray harvesting properly, but the fill tube not dispensing water. I tested the water dispenser and found no water coming out. I found the replace filter light lit up on the UI (photo). I removed the filter and retested the ice maker and it operated and filled as designed. The water dispenser is operating as designed as well. I recommended the customer replace the filter. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for a wash machine. That is making intermittent whining sounds during operation. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that it generally happens when the unit is filling. She turned on the unit and I could hear immediately the valve making a whining sound. Tested both valves and found the whining sound only coming from the cold water valve and limited water flow into the u it. When I removed the cold water hose, found dirt and debris stuck inside of the valve assembly, causing the issue. Replaced the water valve assembly and tested the unit. When she cooks tortillas on the cooktop they do not cook correctly. I changed out one of the orifice and the flame was touching the grate when set to high. She is looking for the flame to touch the grate when set to medium. The grate need to be lower on the cooktop top get to the situation that cooks the tortillas in fashion she wants. No gas leaks detected during service.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that the customer cant get level. I found the doors uneven and I adjusted the right hand door to correct this. The customers complaint is the unit rolls when the doors are opened. I explained to the customer that this refrigerator is not sold with leveling feet and only the rollers adjust to level it but it would still roll if it was in a vacuum and the doors were pulled on. I explained that the rollers would have to be chocked to keep it from moving. I took a pair of toothpicks and chocked the front rollers to show the customer that it could be done and the refrigerator didnt move when the doors were pulled on. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is making a knocking sound. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit made a knocking sound after their last cycle and then they heard the unit sounding like it was trying to turn on, but was not doing anything and would not allow them to start a new cycle. Plug the unit in and found the unit in a drain indicating an off-balance load. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F0 E5 (off-balance load) error code. Tested the suspension and found the suspension was good. Found the unit unlevel and leveled out the unit a little better. I did find that the unit was sitting on flooring that was flexing when stepped on. I ran the unit through an auto test and found the unit working in operating as designed. I called whirlpool Tech line and spoke to Ed SR# 7737645897. He revised that he would notate the file about the flexing floor, and that that was most likely causing issues with off-balance loads. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."
