"Arrived onsite for dryer not finishing a load set on sensing setting. On inspection I took a dish tow and got it wet. Through it in the dryer and started it up on the normal setting. It said was done in about 5 minutes. I took towel and wiped down the sensing bars in the dryer really good. Restarted the unit and dried for 25 minutes. When it got to 10 minutes left i through in another wet towel. It went from 9 minutes left back up to 15 minutes left. The customer said that was the first time she has seen time add to the dry time. I informed the customer to try with a regular load and if it stops half way through call us. Will go back with the wiring harness, sensor bars. I inspected the compressor and found discoloration on the compressor by the return line that looks like heat marks. I plugged the unit in and found the compressor kick on. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer not starting. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit on timed dry and the unit failed to turn on. When I opened the unit door to inspect the door switch, I found the interior light came on and would turn off when closing the door switch. I tested voltage to the timer, start switch and outlet and got good voltage at all points. I tested the fuse, thermostat, cutoffs and coils and all are within ohms range. I unplugged the harness to the motor and inspected and it was good. Plugged the motor back in and found the white wire in the harness was not fully secured to the motor. Retested the unit and it is operating as designed. No lint observed during service, job completed. Customer left the home before signing for receipt and person inside home was Ill; therefore, no signature received."

Customer said even after previous repair that the unit doesn't seem to dispense, and was dispensing during a sanitize cycle. I tested all valves and verified they are working on command. Called tech line and spoke with Nate, SR773775885. Nate advised to put unit on drain and spin with extra rinse to test. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer not heating. Upon further inspection, the customer had pulled the unit out to clean out the vent and I found the vent tube that connects the unit to the wall vent was not connected at the wall (photo). Using my vent test kit, I tested airflow to the unit with the vent tube removed from the wall vent and it passed (photo). I reattached the vent and tested airflow two more times and both tests failed (photo). With the unit door open, I pressed the door switch closed and tested the unit on Timed Dry High Heat and the unit is heating as designed. I recommended the customer have a professional check/clean the vents to the roof. No lint observed within the unit, job completed."

Arrived on site to inspect side by side refrigerator. I found ice build up on the evaporator. I found ice directly above the defrost heater indicating the unit has not defrosted. I ran the defrost heater in service test mode and found good heat and 1.4 running amps. The main control is not allowing the unit to defrost. I removed and replaced the main control. I instructed maintenance to defrost the unit for 36 hours before powering back up. The unit now operates as designed. No leaks observed during service.

Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed parts. On inspection un assembled the unit and turn the gas on to see where the leak is. On further inspection did not see any leaks until about 20 minutes after the gas was on I got slight hit on the right valve. I installed the new valve and I waited 20 minutes and ran another gas test. Did not get any hits with the gas detector. The unit is operating as designed and no gas leaks were detected during service.

Placed the unit into service mode and received F8E1 and F10E2 error codes. Cleared the codes and tested. The unit filled and the motor was quieter than normal. The unit stopped and the F6E1 code was produced. Inspected the water connections and ui connections and found them to be in good condition. Replaced the main control and tested again and received F7E1 and F9E1 codes. Replaced the pump and motor and tested and the unit is operating as designed with no water leaks observed and no error codes produced.

"Arrived on site to inspect microwave with burning smell and not heating. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit and it failed to heat properly but I could not smell and burning odor. I removed the unit from the wall and disassembled the cover from the unit and found the diode had shorted. Tested the magnetron and it was bad. I found a large amount of cooking oils/grease throughout the unit and some on the diode. I removed and replaced the magnetron, capacitor, and diode and cleaned some of the oil debris and tested. Unit is operating as designed. I reassembled the unit and placed it back in its space and retested and it continues to operate as designed. I made recommendations for use and care and cleaning. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking water. Upon further inspection, the customer showed me the baseboards/cabinet wall to the right of the unit which is showing water damage (photo). I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. While testing, I removed the toeplate and insulation and inspected underneath the unit for any leaks. The completed testing and no signs of a leak were visible underneath. I pulled the unit out and found mold build up on the back wall and on a board to the back right area (photo). Customer advised their roof leaked during the most recent rain storms and provided a video and photo of the water coming inside the home (photos). I retested the unit while I had it pulled out and found no signs of a water leak. I advised the customer that the recent rain storm more than likely caused the water leak issue and I recommended they have someone inspect the interior walls for mold. "F9-E2 drain motor electrical problem, and F8-E4 overfill switch open. Test unit by running a normal cycle. Inspected fill valve. Supply hose, drain pump, drain hose, and sump. All are good with no leaks. Test drain pump and is operating correctly and all water drains correctly. Found water leaking from top left corner of door gasket , but not leaking into drip pan. Contacted SW for assistance. After series of questions and checks. Recommend replacement of sump and motor. Upon replacement of sump and motor, found drain pump harness connection on new sump and motor is fractured. Repaired connection. Replaced sump and motor. Unit is not operating.
