Arrived on site for NOT COOLING/FREEZING- HEARD LOUD CLICKING/THUMPING FROM THE BACK-BACK WALL OF FREEZER HAS FROST. Fridge was unplugged upon arrival. Plugged in fridge and gained access to evaporator. Allowed to frost for approximately twenty minutes and found coils were slowly and steadily climbing the coils but not all the way to the top section at this point. Reached out to SR tech and they advised we replace the heater and thermostat. Removed both and installed new heater and thermostat.

Found plate and housing caked with sauce from customers pan that overheated and spilled into burner. Used rubbing alcohol and cotton swab to clean orifice and plate. Removed plate. Removed most all of the heavily soiled areas and spots where gas and flame flow. Used jumper to clean orifice. Remounted plate and cap and tested flame. Burner lighting as designed. Job completed.

After further tests I found drain pump ohming at 19.8ohms (out of range) and causing a load failure on ACU and ui. Called trade care team as well as techline on site and was given parts concession as well as sr# (M10dws0fp1, Leon sr#7332502046) was able to reschedule customer for 12/21/21 to complete repairs. Arrived on site for refrigerator that still not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and attempted to place the unit and diagnostics. Checked icemaker error codes and found no codes present. Checked the icemaker fill sensor and found it working properly. Harvested the icemaker and found no ice coming from the icemaker. Checked inside the icemaker and found no evidence of any water inside the icemaker. Went to fill the icemaker and found the valve kicking on but no water flowing. Remove the top cover and found the icemaker fill tube frozen. I checked resistance through the filter heater and fascia heater and found resistance on both. I spoke to CS and was advised to replace the UI and fill tube heater. Replaced both and tested the unit. The unit began to work as designed. Advise the customer to call back if they have any further issues. Call complete.

He advised that he had but he unplugged it and plugged it back in and it didnt unlock. Turned off the breaker to the unit for a four minute power back on in the unit unlocked the door. I ran the unit through diagnostics three times with the lid locking and unlocking as designed. Customer advised the unit had gone off balance prior to the door staying in a locked position. I did advise the customer of off-balance loads and how to properly reset his unit when this happens. The unit is now working as designed. Call complete.

I then checked voltage from the control and found it good. This indicates a faulty high voltage system. I tried using a different outlet and found it still did not run as designed. I then put the unit back in, and it began working as designed.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I found both compartments warm. Placed my gauges in the sealed system and found the unit in what appears to be a vacuum. I inspected the evaporator and found it had leaked refrigerant into the drip panI removed and replaced the evaporator and vacuumed the system. Pressures held at -30/0. I installed 3.7oz of R134a refrigerant and monitored pressures. Pressures were good at 0/120 and the evaporator had a good frost pattern. I recommended that the customer allow the unit to cool for approximately 24/48 hours before placing food items inside. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Let customer know that the garbage disposal needs to be turned on to clear out what is stuck and help the water to drain correctly or a plumber may be needed if something is stuck inside the drain pipe. "Arrived on site for a washing machine throwing a SUD error mid cycle. Upon arrival the customer stated that it will throw the error code closer to the end of the cycle. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F3E1 for water level sensor error, F9E1 for long drain , F8E3 for overflow, and F8E1 no water coming in. Every time I attempted to clear the error codes, they would immediately be thrown again. I then ran diagnostics cycle and the drain ran excessively long. The diagnostics cycle threw an F9E1 at the end. I then ran a drain and found it coming out of the drain hose very slow. I found the drain hose was slightly clogged and I was able to blow some through. I then ohmd out the drain pump and found it weak. I also blew threw the pressure hose and found the pressure trap with suds. Due to these we will need to replace the internal/external drain hose, drain pump, pressure trap, and pressure sensor to repair. ; ordrng 1 W10903220 (Pressure Trap) and 1 W11281268 (External Drain Line) and 1 WPW10562025 (Internal Drain Line)"

"Arrived on site for an ice machine making thin ice. Upon arrival the ice bin was full of ice, but the customer stated it is thinner than normal. The customer also stated that it seems to be an intermittent issue. They also do not use a water filter in the unit. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found all loads working as designed, and the ice thickness level set to thick. I inspected the grid and found it good, and getting warm. I then let the IM run through a harvest and found it harvest as designed. At the time of service the unit was working as designed. I informed the customer that we could replace the valve or control due to the intermittent issue, but that today we found no failure. I installed the new valve and then tested the unit. The unit is still running as designed.

"Arrived on site for No matter how many times I run the clean cycle with and without cleaners, lint gets on my clothes and I have to rewash them. I've been told things can get stuck in the pump and cause this issue. OPERATIONS-WASH CYCLE NOT WORKING PROPERLY. Ran diagnostics verification cycle and all cycles passed. Customer confirmed it was not soap but actual lint on the dark clothes. Customer explained putting the dark clothes with the lint in the dryer sometimes removes the lint but most times will not. Called NEW TECHLINE to explain findings. Dustin with techline explained removing lint is the job of the dryer. He recommended the lint balls you can purchase and place inside your dryer to assist with lint removal. Went over lint balls with customer. They actually had a set but just hadnt used them yet. Job completed. ."

Arrived on site for STILL NOT SPINNING THE CLOTHES OUT--JUST KEEPS GETTING STUCK IN CYCLE. Inspected actuator and its still engaged into cam as designed. Placed in diagnostics and found low fill error code. Only error code displayed. Cleared error code. Inspected cold valve side and hot valve side and noticed hot water was turned off. Customer explained all other cycles will spin except heavy duty and bulky. Found debris in cold water valve filter. Used water to clean it out as well as blowing into the cold filter valve to release the dirt and debris inside. Reached out to sr techs and they were able to locate the wash cycle diagram and it showed that both heavy duty and bulky cycles use warm and hot water. This would be the reason the washer cuts off and never spins. Once the cycle calls for warm or hot water and it doesnt sense it coming out the washer shuts off. Job completed.

Found F3-E2 inlet thermistor, F5-E2 lid lock and F6-E2 miscommunications between ACU and UI. Performed component activation and found mechanical failure with lid lock. Found control responsive with UI. Measured thermistor resistance and found within range. Checked incoming water hoses to washer and found correct. Inspected door lock and checked to make sure screws are tight. Not able to identify mechanical failure. Tested all other operations in automatic test mode and found unit working as designed. No water leaks detected during service.

Arrived on site for arrange that is getting too hot on the right front burner. The customer advised there may be nothing wrong with her unit but when she was cooking some thing it seem to overheat. Tested the unit on a medium setting and the unit ran as designed by cycling on and off. Ran through a medium high heat cycle and the unit cycled on and off as well. Ran unit through high heat cycle and the unit stayed on. I did advise the customer that this unit will cycle on and off and that she just needs to adjust her burner in order to cook her food properly. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.
