"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that runs to much. Upon arrival the customer stated that the main issue was the freezer compartment will intermittently get ice build up around the door. The customer also stated that they found the compressor still running at night. I informed the customer that the unit will still cycle during the night, and this is normal design. I checked temps and found the FC at 3?F and the RC at 36?F. Upon further inspection I found the grey plating around the chassis at the FC door not completely flush. I also found that the ice build up on the top of the FC very minimal. The customer did state that it gets worse on colder settings. I verified that the gasket was sealing correctly, I found the fan working as designed, and no excessive ice build up on the evap. I called techline and spoke to Joel and received SR# 7732488272. Joel informed me that this is all normal design. That the unit will tend to get some ice build up when hot air gets in from opening. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for ice build up on the back wall of the fresh food section. The customer stated the unit has been defrosted but provided pictures. I put the unit into a forced defrost and gained access to the control. I tested voltage from the control to the defrost element. I found it sending 120vac. I tested the defrost circuit and found it had good continuity. I tested the rc thermistor and rc evaporator thermistor both are reading in range. I tested the fc thermistor and showed it reading 8.3 kohms about 35 degrees when the fc is at 11 degrees. I inspected step 7 and found it in advanced defrost, I changed it to basic defrost. The fc thermistor is reading incorrectly and needs to be replaced.; ordrng 1 W11032800 (Fc harness)"

"Arrived on site yo test unit for oven not igniting. Found broiler working correctly but bake not working. Found shorted igniter, replaced igniter Test unit and found weak ignition from dsi board. Replaced dsi board test unit and unit test good job complete."

Arrived onsite and tightened handle per customer request also inspected for stink coming from ice in. Advised customer that smell in ice comes from air born smell from freezer food items such as garlic and other pungent aromas. To mitigate smell use absorbent air freshener pack in freezer and change ice every few weeks. All else checks good.

"Arrived on site to inspect microwave venthood light not working. Upon further inspection, I tested the venthood light and it failed to come on. I found the bulb was burnt out. Using my tester bulb, I retested and it continued to fail. Removed the control panel and found the light relay on the control is bad. Customer provided a copy of their closing documents (photo). I removed and replaced the main control and retested and unit is operating as designed. I placed the new bulb in the socket and retested and unit continues to operate as designed. Job completed."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator making a loud clicking noise and the unit not functioning. Upon arrival the customer stated that the unit will start clicking loudly on the bottom left hand side. At the same time the lights, cooling, fans, and almost everything stops working. With the exception of the UI still lit up. The customer also had the unit off a while before service. I plugged the unit in and the unit started up. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and tested all loads. I found all working as designed. I gained access to the back of the unit and checked voltage at the wall. I found it good. I then gained access to the control and ohmd out the DC components. I found them good. I could not replicate the failure. I gained access to the compressor and found that the suction tube by the three way valve had burned out. There was also rust around the top by the chassis where the low side went in. This indicates the low side is over heating and causing a SS issue.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I tested the temps,in the FC=0 degrees. Tested the ice maker by using my jumper wire from points T-H and it failed. I removed and replaced the ice maker and retested and it is operating as designed. I cycled power to the unit to reset the controls. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine tripping the breaker. Upon arrival the customer stated that the breaker tends to pop only on longer cycles, and will occur in the middle of the cycle. Also, that the issue has began to occur more often and more often. They found it tends to not occur on quick wash or very short cycles. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes. I then ran a test cycle and it ran through as designed. I then manually activated each load and found it running as designed. I could not get the issue to replicate itself. In order to fully service the unit we will need to reschedule with a second technician. The units are stacked, and I cannot access inside of the unit to verify if anything is grounding out or leaking. The office will need to reschedule with a second technician. Arrived on site for Not Spinning or Wet Clothes at the End of the Cycle - Top Load Washer. Customer stated they started a wash and it was stuck on fill mode and sensing for four hours. They had to unplug it to get it to reset. Placed in diagnostics and no error codes came on. Washer was level. Ran spin modes fill and agitation. Spinning and agitating as designed. Removed two Pennies from wash plate. Recommended customer load in loose heaps and listen for unbalanced loads and pause cycle then try to redistribute load in order to spin out to complete cycle. "Arrived on site for STOPPED MAKING ICE - STILL DISPENSING WATER. NO ISSUES WITH COOLING/FREEZING. Found water inlet tube frozen over. Ice mold had cubes ready to be dumped. Placed in diagnostics and ran harvest to dump cubes. Used steamer to remove ice and frost in water inlet tube. Ran water fill test and mold filled as designed. Customers temps were set to recommended, but found freezer shelves packed with food. Took picture of freezer shelves for quick pics to reference. Two of the top shelves had bags blocking the rear of the shelves. Adjusted items on these shelves to allow a gap in the back of the shelf to allow proper air circulation. Placed freezer temp at two lights instead of three (3 being recommended) to prevent water inlet tube from freezing over again. Ice maker harvesting and working as designed. Job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer lid locked. Upon further inspection, I found the unit getting voltage, but the unit is not responding. I attempted to place the unit in diagnostics and it failed. I removed the control panel and found a burn mark on the underside of the panel and a relay burnt on the main control. I tilted the unit back and found gearcase oil on the rotor and all four panels. I advised the customer of my findings. I disconnected the drain pump and plugged the unit and the unit continued to fail to power up. "Arrived on site to inspect cooktop with gel on the cooktop and wont come off. Upon further inspection, I found what appears to be a glue substance on the cooktop and when I attempted to clean it with stainless steel cleaner and a microfiber rug, the rag just stuck to the cooktop. I used my finger to rub the substance off and then tried the stainless steel cleaner again and got the same results. I requested the purchase date from the customer and they contacted the builder who advised that the installer would have that information and should provide to our company for proof of warranty. Builder was to contact the supplier and have them contact our office to get warranty squared away. I tested the burners and all are operating as designed. No gas leaks detected during service. "Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that customer says is not maintaining even / fully cool temperatures in the RC. On arrival and inspection of RC, found unit extremely full and air tower vents were obstructed, as well as airflow channels on the back of the shelves. FC temp was good with no issues found. Was unable to capture real-time temp in RC. Checked high low and average temps in RC and found average was high by several degrees above set point, likely due to obstructions. Advised customer that the unit being loaded and ventilation being blocked is causing issues. Called tech line and consulted them on if a thermistor replacement would be recommended, as evap cover has been done previously. They do not approve of replacing any parts until airflow issues are resolved and we can verify, SR7732478294. Customer informed me on arrival that the issue seems to happen more consistently after grocery shopping trips, as well as multiple techs from previous companies not finding any faults with the units until one replaced the evap cover no fan, which they say improved results. Checked fan and found fan is blowing hard, but I could only feel airflow in 1 section until I cleared out the air tower. Customer pointed out the door gaskets were tearing on both doors. Ordering gaskets to resolve. Returning tech to check temps and verify airflow issues have been corrected, and if so continue diagnosis. Arrived on site to replace the heating element per service pointer W11540964. I gained access to the heating element and replaced it with new. The heating element is sealed against the back and is not leaking. Job complete.

Arrived on site for dishwasher not cleaning the dishes. I put the unit in to diagnostics and found fault code F4e3 wash motor not running. I put the unit through a diagnostics cycle and found the wash motor not c9ming on. I gained access to the control and found the unit sending proper voltage to the motor. They agreed I replaced the assembly and retested the unit. It is now working as designed no water leaks detected.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator with water dispensing slowly. I tested the unit and found the water dispenser not dispensing correctly. I removed the filter and found the water flow normalized. I then gained access to the wall and adjusted the water pressure and found slight improvement. The unit will need to have the pressure reduced to allow normal functionality. Arrived on site for ice building up on and around ice maker . Found extension tube too short causing water to spill down back wall. Replaced tube with longer tube . Ran harvest all checked normal. No water leaks detected at time of service. Job complete

Arrived onsite for dishwasher top spray arm not spinning. I installed see-through door ant ran diagnostics cycle and found that the manifold leaking and it would push away from the feed tube. I replaced both and tested again and found that the unit is now working as designed. Job complete.
