Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I found the FC at 9 and the RC at 41. I removed and replaced the ice door. I inspected the evaporator and found an inconsistent frost pattern. I found the thermistor reading inconsistently as well. I took an amp draw on the compressor and found it running high. Low ice production is being caused by fluctuations in temperatures caused by the compressor. I am ordering the compressor to resolve. Office to order parts and schedule service. Arrived onsite for a dishwasher not starting. The customer stated it would keep beeping at them so they unplugged it. I powered the dishwasher up and it went into standby mode with no issues. I checked stored error codes and found an F8E4 and F9E1. I found water in the overflow pan. I found the drain pump working as deigned. I emptied the pan and ran the diagnostics cycle finding the machine working as designed with no leaks or issues. I found the fill valve shutting off and not weeping. I went over detergent use with the customer and explained how to look for sudsing and steps to take if this is happening. Call complete.

"KCGS550ESS05 arrived on site to inspect a cooktop not sparking. Upon arrival the customer stated that the unit works but when it stopped, the circuit breaker was tripped. I tested the unit and found that all burners were operating as designed. Upon further inspection of the unit I found that one of the wires in the harness was pinched and stripped exposing the wire to potential arcing. Replaced the harness and verified that all wires are secure and clear of any potential damage. Adjusted the flame height per customer request. No gas leaks detected during service."

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator to replace the previous diagnosed parts. Upon trying to get the refrigerator out of the cabinet and off the concrete floor up onto the wood floor in front of it we found the right side trim hitting the cabinet above the unit before the wheel was high enough to set on the wood floor. The customer wants to cut the back of the trim off for it to clear. I called the office and was instructed to let the customer know we were not allowed to alter the refrigerator and we cannot do anything with the floor or cabinets. I explained everything to the customer and he stated he was going to cut it and call the warranty company to get us back out. Call complete.

The customer advised the unit will fill and drain but the unit will not recirculate the water with a Spring arms. Were in the unit through diagnostics and found an F4 E3 (wash motor not running) and F7 E1 (heater deactivated) error codes. Did confirm the customers complaint and found the washer motor had failed. Check voltage to the unit and found proper voltage and polarity. Gained access to the control and checked the door switch. Found the door switch, making and breaking indicating a good circuit. Checked the motor circuit and found it open. Gained access to the interior cavity and found the belt broken, causing the idler pulley to engage on the belt switch. On arrival verfied complaint of not starting cycles correctly. Did visual check of gearcase and splutch found no debris or oil. Capacitor is dry as well. Verified motor ohms and shifter. Ran diag and found no error codes. During manual check all components activated but the shifter when activated would shift twice and then the main board would turn off. Then turn back on with only the lid lock light on then shuts off and unlocks the lid. Confirmed failure twice more. Replaced control and error no longer continues. Job complete. Due to the unit not making good ice and the ice slabs getting stuck in the evaporator due to calcium build up, I disassembled the unit and evacuated the refrigerant and removed and replaced the compressor, access valve, non-UV drier and evaporator. Vacuumed the system and pressures held good at -30/0. Installed 5.75oz of R134a refrigerant and reassembled the unit and tested. Unit is operating as designed and pressures are at 0/120. I finished reassembling the unit and turned the unit on and allowed it to begin to make a slab of ice. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."
