"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not able to complete a spin cycle. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that there was nothing wrong with the unit but that socks seem to get stuck in the bellow from time to time. I did find the unit on unlevel flooring and that the flooring was not firm. The customer is on the second level of an apartment complex building where it seems several floorboards need to be replaced. I did adjust the feet on the washer to allow the unit to sit more level. Took a look at the unit and ran through all diagnostic testing. The unit ran as designed. The customers wore then came home and advised the unit goes off balance with any load. I had to grab a load to wash and notice the customer washing a sleeping bag, big thick blanket, and several socks. We were in the unit through a quick wash and as the unit came to the spin portion of the cycle, found the unit shaking violently. I did explain to the customer that the unit cannot handle the tackle load that she had just put in. Customer then said that well that may be true, the unit does this with every cycle. Went to test the shocks on the unit and found the basket would not move. Looked behind the unit and found that the shipping bolts were still stuck on the back side of the washer. The customer advised that she was unaware that those needed to be removed as they had installed the unit themselves. I showed her the installation guide and showed that those need to be removed before use. Remove the shipping Bolton test of the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. The customer did state that the rocking was better but had questions on if the unit could be fixed even more to make it not vibrate as much. I Called whirlpool Techline and spoke to Joel SR# 7733342528. He advised that because of the flooring this unit sits on, the customer would have to find a way to create more stability beneath the unit. "Arrived on site for a dishwasher not draining. I pressed the cancel/drain button and could hear the drain activate, but no water come through. I then checked voltage at the drain pump while running it and found a good 120 VAC. This indicates a faulty pump. I installed a new pump and then ran it through again. I found the unit now draining as designed. Per customer request I filled the unit and drained it a second time. The second time the unit did not drain. Due to this I removed the drain line and blew it through and used my snake to clean it. I did pull out some gunk and debris. I then filled the tub and drained it three times in a row. All three times it drained. The unit is now working as designed. Call complete."

I assisted customer in setting the unit up to wifi to allow for software updates, since even new consoles can need the software updates. When unit ran I found barely any water was able to hit the agitator before it shut off the fill and began agitating in an empty basket with barely damp clothes, and made a loud clacking noise. I checked the pressure hose and didn't find any serious kinks, but may have kinks in the wrap. Ordering gearcase, pressure hose, slider, rotor to resolve both the fill and the noise. Arrived on site to diagnose washer that isn't properly latching kid. Tested unit and could hear the lock clicking but not holding and throwing F5E2 error. Removed console and found German roach infestation in the control and lower harness. No repair performed due to infestation. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to follow up on dryer that was not heating at all. Checked wiring and voltages at rear of unit. Found that the ground wire coming out of the cable was capped off and disconnected, also found the neutral wire from the terminal block was capped off and disconnected as well, blocking the return path for any voltage. The external ground hole was drilled out and I don't have any hardware thick enough to fill it to connect the ground and neutral on the dryer side. Advised customer to connect the white and green wires to the external chassis ground to fix the dryer side. Breaker pops when unit is plugged in. Checked voltages at the wall and outlet and found that the L1 Power had 71 volts, L2 wire had 158 volts, and both ground and neutral have 40-60 volts showing when tested at the cable. Advised customer to have their electrician come back out and fix the wall outlet side power issues due to voltages bleeding into ground and neutral. Unit itself should be fine once source wiring is correct and the ground and neutral wires on the dryer side are properly connected. Call complete."

I also found that the water was coming through the wash arms very weak to the point the wash arms were not rotating. I checked voltage to the motor and found a good 120VAC. Arrived on site to inspect unit for a dent in handle. Upon inspection found the small dent on right side. Replaced handle and tested. Complete

"Arrived onsite and found main control intermittently short cycling every 10 seconds. Resetting the unit for 5 minutes can allow it to work for over a week, when I entered diagnostics it kicked the unit into short cycling again until I reset the power for 5 minutes ; ordrng 1 WRV986FDEM00 (Control)"

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven microwave combo unit light not working. Upon further inspection, I found the unit not connected to wifi. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked error codes and found F6E4. Cleared the code and tested components. I could not get the unit to do a factory reset. I cycled power at the breaker and the unit continued to fail. Following the tech sheet for the error code, I removed and replaced the main control and retested. Unit is operating as designed. I attempted to assist the customer in connecting the unit to WiFi and it failed several times. I removed and replaced the control panel and attempted to connect to wifi and unit was successful. Retested unit and it is operating as designed. Job completed."

"Arrived on site for customer complaint of unit leaking, door not closing to start cycle, and soap dispenser not opening. Found leak coming from plumbing line under sink, found door would close and start cycle, just needs to be shut firmly, found debris in soap dispenser causing door not to open, I removed debris and cleaned soap dispenser, unit tested good. Instructed customer to have a plumber look at leak under sink."
