"Arrived on site to inspect oven not reaching temp. Upon further inspection, using my multimeter and thermal couple, I placed the thermal couple in the middle of the center rack and tested temps on Bake at 350 degrees. Using my 2nd multimeter, I tested the lower oven the same way. Before I started testing, I found the customer had a cover over the bottom panel in both ovens and the bottom panel was warped. I advised the customer that the bottom panel cannot be covered as it restricts the heat rising and temps will be off. I continued with testing and for the top oven, my preheat temps was e80 degrees. My next five readings were 389, 312, 391, 321, 383 for an average temp of 359.2 degrees. For the lower oven, my preheat temp was 379. Next five readings were 383, 309, 387, 317, 388 for an average temp of 356.8 degrees. I advised the customer of my findings and made recommendations for use and care. No repairs needed at this time. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that has moisture and water leaking into the refrigerator section. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit leaked again inside of the refrigerator section and that they were wondering if this was the same issue as before. I gained access to the freezer evaporator and found no ice or water residue in the freezer section. Checked the air channel and found individual moisture droplets, but no ice buildup in the actual air channel. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Robert SR# 7737762382. He advised that this is a common with this style refrigerator, and that moisture will build up in the air channels and will leak from time to time onto the top shelves of the refrigerator. He advised that this is normal operation and there is nothing that can be done about it. He advises the customer will just need to wipe off the top shelves from time to time with a paper towel, and that the unit is working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is not maintaining proper temp. Ice build up behind bottom drawer causing drawer not to closing properly. Upon arrival I found all of this to be true. Being that this is our 6th trip out For the same issue I connected techline and advised Nate of all of the repair and trips we have made on the unit, we then tested resistance across the defrost thermistor at the control and found that it was showing OL. We then tested it through diag mode and it passed. He mentioned that the thermistor may be faulty and the Evap cover may be leaking air which and cause this issues. Then was given sr#7737761995. Upon further inspection of the unit I found that the drain tube was sealed up and not clogged, the customer also mentioned to me that the butter that she keeps in the right door of the RC will have condensation on it. I found that there is a tear in the gasket on the side which cause this as well. I ordered the gasket, Evap cover, and some permagum to help seal the new cover when we replace it. KDFE204KPS1 arrived on site to inspect a dishwasher leak. Tested the unit and found water coming from the rear right of the unit. Pulled the unit out and found the heating element wasnt fully seated. Tightened the connectors and ran another service test and watched for leaks. No leaks were observed after service.

Upon closer inspection found unit to be unplugged since issue arose. Inspect unit found compressor and 3 way valve engaging as intended, as well as compressor pulling 1.2- 1.3 amps. Then exposed both evaporators to visualize frost pattern. Freezer compartment had no frost and RC had no frost on evaps. Then applied bubble solution to visualize a leak, found section of cap tube separated where it should have been soldered to suction tube entering cabinet above RC evap and visually confirmed leak from that area. Called tech line to discuss what was found, SR7737756326. Unit will be submitted for review as location of leak is not in a position for repair."

"Arrived on site to inspect unit for not disassembling as directed while trying to clean unit. Confirmed customer was following correct cleaning directions from manual. The screw holding the reservoir pan spins freely when attempting to remove it. Was able to eventually remove the screw and drain pan. Anchor point of screw was damaged and was never seated properly, called tech line to be advised further. While running diagnostics, came across a bad recirculating pump, and reservoir anchor clip will need to order and return. Contacted whirlpool, unable to get SR#due to numerous call drops. Office to reschedule. ; ordrng 1 W10136999 (Anchor for screw) and 1 W10136999 (Anchor for screw) and 1 W11542867 (Pump)"

Arrived on site to test unit for unit not drying correctly found dispenser it releasing jet dry. Replaced dispenser test unit and unit test good job complete.

"WDT970SAKZ0 arrived on site to inspect a dishwasher with F8E4 error code. Removed the drip tray and found the float switch sitting in water. Placed the unit into diagnostic mode and found F8E4, F9E2 and FAE2 codes. Cleared them and tested the unit and all components operated as designed. Checked the inside and found excessive foam. Informed the customer of my findings and advised on use and care of the unit. No water leaks observed during service."

Spoke to customer over the phone. They stated they had tried canceling service and that unit was working as designed. Call complete

Arrived onsite to install previously ordered parts. Upon arrival I installed the new motor and tested the unit and found the unit operating as designed

Arrived onsite for irregular flame color and found unit operating with normal flame height and good color. Advised that red in the flame has to do with relative humidity in the home. All checks good.
