Arrived on site for dryer not having power. I inspected the unit and work area. I found no power from the outlet to the machine. I found the breaker tripped. I reset the break and tested the unit. It is coming and working as designed. I let the unit run for about 10 minuets with no failure.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is leaking and is not activating certain portions of the wash cycle. Inspected unit and work area. Confirm the customers complaint and found that the unit was not activating certain contacts within the timer. Tested the unit and found water flowing out from the corrugated hose assembly due to cracks in the hose. Unit will need a new timer and hose for repair.

Arrived onsite and tested unit for not heating and ran checks to determine that the centrifugal switch is out on the motor.

Arrived on site for a dishwasher that has a special project running for it. The customer advised the unit is not leaking or having any issues heating but that he was contacted twice by whirlpool to set up service to swap out his heater due to issues with the bushings. Check the service project and confirmed the customer did have gold-colored bushings. Replace the heater and test of the unit. The inner began to work as designed with no leaks present.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator not cooling well in the refrigerator compartment. I checked temps and found the FC at 0?F and the RC at 37?F. Upon further inspection I found the RC evap with over 3 inches of ice on it. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found all airflow components running as designed. However, the RC evap fan you could hear try to start, but was hitting the ice. I then put the unit into test 4 and found the compressor running weak, but was drawing 1 amp. I then ohmd out all thermistors and found the RC thermistor at 7.7k, the FC thermistor at 20.5k, and the RC evap thermistor at 18k. These should all be accurate at the time of reading (RC evap most likely in range with all of the ice on evap). I then tested VDC to all thermistors and found 2-3 VDC to all of them, and they should get 5VDC. This indicates a faulty control, and possibly UI. Due to this I will order the control and bring back the UI on hand to install. Also, I am ordering the RC drain pan, drain tube, and shims for the drain pan. After the ice is thawed, we will need to check if the pan is bowed. If it is, we will need to install the pan as well. "Arrived on site to inspect cooktop being warped. Upon further inspection, I found the back right trim piece not seated correctly and not sitting flush. Customer advised that the venthood fell onto the cooktop knocking the pot filler off the wall and causing water to leak onto and into the unit causing the burner box to corrode and rust (photos). I removed the front right burner head and found corrosion to the burner box underneath and also found damage to the cooktop as paint is chipped off and beginning to corrode. I found underneath the unit that the there is not proper supports for the unit except at the front of the unit under the front panel (photo). I found several scratches on the unit trim, panel, cooktop, and burner caps (photos). I contacted techline and spoke to Austin and advised of the complaint and my findings

I gained access to the underneath of the dishwasher and found the the fill valve is leaking into the flood switches try causing the issue. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Removed led driver control and installed new control. Lights still not coming on. Removed freezer led module hd installed new led module and still no lights. This is the second freezer module weve installed. The light illuminates for a split second then turns off. Tried removing the red connectors the led comes with and tried using butt connectors. Same result, light comes on for a split second then turns off. Contacted Senior tech at AE office and sent photos of connector. They pointed out the the connector inside the liner looked like it was covered in foam and glue. Also pointed out the molex didnt look fully seated into each other.

Arrived on site to test unit for gas smell. Found smell is not gas. Noticed insulation was moved around and signs of rodents bedding down in unit moving insulation. Smell is coming from exterior of vent. Noticed droppings and liquid stains around insulation from oven vent.

"Arrived on site and replaced burner heads diagnosed by previous technician, after replacement all burners are operating normally, took one picture of flames, job complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect ice machine not making ice. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested each component and all are operating as designed. I did find the recirculating pump making an abnormal noise as if it were struggling to pump the water to the evaporator. I monitored the unit in normal mode and it made a sheet of ice and it moved to the grid cutter and made the cubes. I tested the compressor and its within range. I contacted techline and spoke to Rich and advised of the complaint and my findings and previous repairs. Rich advised that with the external drain pump, the pump could be tripping due to the drain hos being clogged or getting too much water and shutting power off to the unit. Rich also advised that there could be a glitch in the control board. He recommended taking a large bowl of water and pouring it into the tub of the unit and see if the external drain pump will trip. If it doesnt trip, replace the control and replace the recirculating pump due to abnormal noise. Provided SR#7732540161. I poured a large amount of water into the tub and monitored the drain pump and it operated as designed. Per techline recommendations, I removed and replaced the main control and recirculating pump and retested. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for dishwasher not starting wash cycle and beeps. I put unit into diagnostics mode and ran diagnostics cycle and found unit operating as designed. I gained access to underneath unit and check all connections and found them all good. I then ran unit in a normal wash cycle and found the the unit was operating properly. "Arrived on site for a wall oven that made a loud pop, and then would not get over 135?F. I powered the unit off at the breaker and gained access to the back. I ohmd out all three elements, the temp sensor, thermostat, and fans. I found all within range and good. I gained access to the control and ohmd out both fuses. Both were good. I cycled the power back on and checked voltage coming in from the wall. I found that from L1 to L2 you were only getting 140VAC, L2 to neutral/ground was only getting 40VAC, and L1 to neutral/ground was getting 120VAC. This indicates bad incoming voltage from the wall. I found no failure on the unit at the time of service. I informed the customer on my findings. I advised the customer to keep the unit powered down until they reach out to an electrician.

"Arrived on site for a wall oven making a vibrating noise. Upon arrival the customer stated that the sound typically occurs when the unit is hot and set to a high temp. They also found that the noise will stop when they open the door. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and activated all fans for several minutes, but could not replicate the noise. The unit had no error codes. I then set the unit to 450?F and let it heat for a over 25 minutes. I could not replicate the noise at the time of service. I found the unit working as designed. I advised the customer on recording the noise if it occurred again. Call complete."

Arrived onsite to run nitrogen test per Whirlpool tech line recommendations. Connected nitrogen and charged at 140 psi. No nitrogen flowing through cap tube. Called tech line for documentation. Tech submitted documentation for review.

Arrived on site to diagnose range throwing F3E0 error for temp sensor open or shorted. Tested resistance at control and found open line. Checked at sensor and found it was open. Replaced with new temp sensor and retested. Verified unit working as designed. Call complete
