Found that the defrost heater is good but the defrost thermistor was reading out of range. Replaced the defrost thermistor and steamed the ice from the evaporator. Arrived onsite for dryer making a noise. On inspection found a low humming noise coming from the dryer. I installed a repair kit and got rid of one sound. Further inspection I think the felt on the drum is making the main noise. Ordering felt for drum. ; ordrng 1 280114 (Rear seal) and 1 W11193479 (Front seal)

"Add on site for dryer that it has long dry times. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised they use the energy saving setting and only said it to the energy saving portion indicating that they are not looking for more dry on the clothes. The customer advised that when they do use time dry that they typically dry at 20 minute intervals and they are having to dry their clothes on several cycles. Around the unit and found the unit tumbling and heating. Check the vent hose off the back and found the vent hose was installed properly. The customer advised they had recently replaced the vent hose because the previous vent hose was too long and was kinked. I ran temperature tests on the dryer and found the dryer exhaust fluctuating between 165?F and 107?F showing aThe unit was fluctuating properly. I did advise the customer that if they are using mixed loads, the best thing they can do is run a time dry cycle for at least 60 minutes to ensure that the clothes are done properly. The customer said that towels were specifically harder to dry with the cycles that she has been using. I did advise the customer that they may need to use a more dry setting on the energy, saving settings or use longer time dry cycles because while theyre old unit may have dry the clothes faster, this unit will need at least 60 minutes to dry towels. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is making a clock in noise again. Inspected unit and work area. The customer showed me a video of the washer, making the same clock noise when the agitator moves counterclockwise. She advised the last repairs seem to work for a short period of time again did the same thing. I checked the rotor, slider, and agitator, and could not find any abnormalities with any three parts. I called Whirlpool Tech line and spoke to Chris SR# 7737550704. He advised that due to the parts being previously replaced that the stator and clutch would not be the problem and with no abnormalities with the agitator, he would send the unit to review for the engineers to look at. He advised that Whirlpool would be in contact with myself or the consumer depending on the next steps. Call complete."

KRFF507HPS04 arrived on site to inspect a refrigerator making noise. Upon arrival the customer provided video evidence of his complaint. I rand the air baffle motor and evaporator fan test and was able to recreate the sound. I examined and made slight adjustments to the fan and air baffle and I rand the same test several more times and the fan and air baffle motor began to operate quietly. Pulled out the unit and tested a few more times before returning it back to its original position in order to make sure the sound did not return. No water leaks observed during service.

Arrived on site to inspect side by side refrigerator. The customer is hearing a hammering sound from the valve as well as low flow from the dispenser. I removed the filter and found good flow and no hammering sound. I inspected the water quality at the supply line and found a lot of debris in the water. The customer does not have a water softener. The clogged filter is causing the valve to hammer. I instructed the customer to look into a water softener or a inline filter for the refrigerator supply line. He also informed me the ice is not dispensing. I tested and found ice under the ice container causing the motor gear to disconnect from the ice container. I removed the ice and tested. The unit now operates as designed. No leaks observed during service.

Arrived on site for a dryer that is making a squeaking sounds during operation. Inspected unit and work area. Was able to detect the squeaking sounds immediately upon turning the dryer on which sounded like rollers or the idler pulley. Disassembled the unit and verified that the rollers were causing the sound. Use the repair kit to replace both rollers and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. "Arrived on site for a wash machine. That is making intermittent whining sounds during operation. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that it generally happens when the unit is filling. She turned on the unit and I could hear immediately the valve making a whining sound. Tested both valves and found the whining sound only coming from the cold water valve and limited water flow into the u it. When I removed the cold water hose, found dirt and debris stuck inside of the valve assembly, causing the issue. Replaced the water valve assembly and tested the unit. Arrived onsite for flames not the right size. Talking with the customer they are looking for the grates to be right over the top of the burner. These grates are 1 1/2 inch above the burner. When she cooks tortillas on the cooktop they do not cook correctly. I changed out one of the orifice and the flame was touching the grate when set to high. She is looking for the flame to touch the grate when set to medium. The grate need to be lower on the cooktop top get to the situation that cooks the tortillas in fashion she wants. No gas leaks detected during service.

"On arrival verified complaint of noise during cycle. Found the bolt for rotor on the floor. Rotor had wear as well as during test cycle with bolt back in place gearcase is slipping. Replaced the clutch, rotor, slider. Gearcase will need to be replaced. During repair unable to remove agitator bolt. The head of the bolt is shearing, will need to return with bolt. Bring bigger impact and may still have to cut off Washplate and bolt. Ordering the Washplate bolt. Customer requesting door service.; ordrng 1 W10752187 (Agitator bolt)"

Arrived onsite for a dishwasher to replace the previous diagnosed parts. I replaced the drain pump after checking the resistance on the new pump and pretty much had the same issue. The unit errored displaying an F7E2. I replaced the pump and motor and tested. The machine is working as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

Arrived on site for washer filling then water is being drained . Found drain hose is lower the washer and taped to a pipe running outside wall . Ran diagnostics and got low fill error code . Arrived on site for shaking. Upon arrival ran a spin test and unit spins correctly. Ran a cycle with load to test. Unit is operating correctly. Found unit shakes when oversized loads and too much detergent is being used. Unit is operating as designed. No leaks present at this time. Job complete

Arrived on site for door not closing properly. Upon arrival inspected unit and found hinge loose and not secure. Secured hinge. Door is now closing correctly. Job complete

Arrived on site for washer making a loud noise during spin. Upon arrival found drain line loose in stand pipe and fill lines installed with to much tension in the tubing from being looped. Tied hoses down securely and raised washer to max height off of floor to reduce tub touching floor. Added sound pads WPW10212660 to ensure vibrational noise was reduced. Due to the UI failure, I was to remove and replace the control panel, but when I went to remove the new part from the packaging, I found the glass on the panel was broken and the control was hanging off the panel. I notified the office (Parts Dept) of my findings. Arrived onsite for dishwasher not drying. On inspection found that the heater was not coming on. Informed the customer that the control board needed to be replaced and she said it is only 2 weeks old. She is going to get Costco to replace the unit. No water detected during service.
