Arrived onsite for range with loose knobs and control panel. Upon inspection I confirmed the complaint. I found 3 knobs loose. I found the control button assembly slightly caved into the panel. I accessed the rear of the control and found the right side screw to the bracket loose allowing it to cave in. I corrected the screw and pushed the unit back into place. I replaced the broken knobs and the unit is working as designed at this time. No gas leaks detected during time of service. Job complete.

Gained access to control and measured resistance on both thermostat and found at 1098 and 1100 ohms. Measured resistance on both bake elements at 20 ohms, both within range. Customer was concerned with bottom having a larger swing in temperatures than top. Called Whirlpool tech support and spoke with JR. "Arrived on site to inspect washer vibrating badly. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit vibrates/shakes badly during a spin cycle. I removed the front panel and tested the unit on spin and the unit did vibrate more than normal. I found that the snub ring or snubber is no longer in place as its deteriorated over time due to use and age of the unit. I found a large amount of surface rust and rust on the bottom panel of the unit as well.

"Arrived on site for fridge making a noise. I inspected the unit and work area. I Lund ice build up only on the left side of the rc evaporator. I put the unit through a forced defrost. I gained access to the control and tested the defrost circuit. I found good voltage to the circuit and it showing closed. I tested all thermistors. I found the rc evaporator thermistor reading 40 degrees while it is Incase in ice. I found the damper door continually opening and closing when not prompted too. "Arrived on site for a dryer not heating well. Upon arrival the customer stated that the unit takes several cycles to dry, and was no longer catching lint in the lint trap. I tested the unit with the airflow test kit and found bad airflow for all dryers. I then checked the temperature fluctuation at the vent with it on and off. With the vent on I found very slow fluctuation, and when I took the vent off it normalized. This indicates bad airflow at the wall. I informed the customer that they should get their vents cleaned, and due to the airflow being so bad not to run their dryer until they get it cleaned.

Arrived on call for complaint of lights rotation but not allowing the cycle to begin. Found lights moving left to right the way it does in a calibration test. Held the start button until it stopped then ran a diagnostics test. All cycles pass test. Washer now working properly.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that?s going off balance and shaking violently. Inspected unit and work area. The unit is a stacked unit and pull the unit away from the wall. Check behind the unit and found that the shipping bolts had not been removed from the unit remove the shipping bolts and found that the two blue shipping bolts had partially broken off inside of the tub. I did run the unit through an auto test and the unit did run as designed.

Arrived on site for a washing machine that?s not going past the fill portion of the wash cycle. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and placed the unit in service diagnostics. Found an F0 E3 (overload) and F8 E1 (low/no water detected) error codes. Tested both fill valves and found water coming in but running a little weak. Tested the drain portion of the cycle and could not hear it drain. Remove the drain hose out of the drain pipe and found the drain hose too long. The customer advised that the unit seemingly would fill and then stop as it was filling. Tech says with the given readings unit may possibly have low side leak. Tech recommended running nitrogen test at 140 psi and checking for leaks on all visible tubing and weld joints. "Arrived onsite for unit staying in drain mode. When ever I trim to put the unit in diagnostics. The unit would not allow me to start a cycle in diagnostics, unit just kept draining. The float switch is bad and needs to be replaced. Ordered part. Rescheduled with customer ; ordrng 1 W11545764 (SWITCH)"

Arrived onsite for F47 code. Tested unit and found F47 code. Needs module and UI replaced . Replaced module and UI and tested unit. Unit tested good

Arrived onsite for refrigerator leaking water from freezer compartment into fresh food compartment. Upon inspection unit was dripping. Found ice buildup in freezer base liner. Removed ice and accessed evaporator cover and drip pan. Found unit is having a drain tube blockage issue. The evaporator cover is deteriorating and rusting. Rust fragments have fallen on evaporator and into the drain pan and tube. The drain tube is foamed in and can?t be removed for cleaning. Rust debris have clogged the tube throughout and will continue to cause issues.

Arrived on call for complaint of not making ice . Found the ice maker working properly. Checked water flow. Error could not be duplicate.
