Arrived onsite for water with small coming from it. Upon arrival I smelled the tub as the customer instructed and smelled a slight mildew smell. I then ran unit in cleaning cycle with a packet of affresh in then tub. At the end the small was no longer there. I put in some more Affresh and ran clean cycle again and advised customer off this. I also noticed so vinegar in laundry room so I advised customer on not using vinegar to clean the unit. Unit is operating as designed. Job complete

Arrived onsite for to install properly diagnosed parts. Upon arrival customer informed me that the washer would trip breaker at end of wash cycle. I gained access to the line filter and the boor lock and replaced both of them. The I arrived to run diagnostics and was not able to. I replaced control and tried again and was able to run diagnostics and found that the unit is now operating as designed. I ran a quick wash and found the same. Unit on tripping breaker.

Arrived onsite for the suction line from the compressor freezing over. Looked at the unit. Customer had no issues with not cooling or freezing. Arrived on site to test unit for little ice production. Found ice sheet forming properly and thick. Hot gas valve opening and releasing ice sheet but ice sheet is getting hung up on evap. Evap has rough spots causing ice sheet to hang up and melting away to almost nothing. Attempted to smooth out cooling plate as much as possible with not much change in performance. "Arrived onsite for unit making noise during operation. Looked at the unit and unit did make quite a bit of noise. Looked under the unit and saw that the stator was rubbing with something on the floor. Removed things from underneath the unit and also noticed that the agitator has coins stuck in between, removed coins. Tested the unit once again. Unit was less loud but had a bit of a rattling too it. Let customer know that the gear case will need to be replaced as some oil has leaked from there as well as the slider and clutch.

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer that is making loud noises in spin and also moving around. Customer showed me video of the noises, and the shaking unit. Hand turned drum and could feel resistance if any weight or pressure is put on it. Bearing binds up with any load on it, causing both noise and vibration. If you try and turn the drum with rotor off, it squeals. Found the rotor was also rubbing on the stator, and the inside of the rotor was scraped up. Arrived on site for WATER LEAKING DOWN FROM THE MIDDLE DRAWERS--OR COLLECTING FROM THE MIDDLE DRAWERS--FREEZING UP. Gained access to the evaporator and found drip pan bowed and shims had come loose. Ice formed inside the drip pan. Removed ice maker and found ice and frost accumulating around the port. Used steamer to remove ice and frost then used perma gum to seal the gaps where ice and frost had previously formed. Cleaned up the evaporator cover. Used steamer to remove all ice and frost from drain pan. Once ice was melted the drain allowed all water and frost to flow into drain pan underneath fridge. Used shims to have drain pan under RC evaporator sit flush to remove bowing and prevent ice and frost from forming thus allowing it to drain instead of sit in the same spot.

I changed her mullion heater from 01 to 02 to remain on at all times to prevent the condensation from accumulating and keep the mullion hot at all times. This will prevent cold air from creating condensation and keep the freezer gasket dryer.

Arrived on call for complaint of no ice. Ran test and icemaker called for water but nothing flowing from valve. Replaced valve and test.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator not cooling. Upon arrival the customer stated that the real issue is the unit is not making ice again. I checked temps and found the FC at 2?F, the RC at 38?F, and the ice box at 9?F. Upon further inspection I found frost build up around the IB gasket, and ice on the fascia assembly. I removed the fascia assembly and found the harness broken and cut. Due to this, the fascia heater is not working, and causing ice build up. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found no IM error codes. I then ran a harvest on the IM ad found it ran through as designed. I tried to run an IM fill in test 45, but it did not fill. However, I could hear the valve energize. I gained access to the valve and fill line. I found the fill line frozen over. I removed the fill line and verified good water flow from the valve. I found the bad fascia heater was most likely allowing the fill line to freeze over. I am ordering the fascia heater and the office will need to reschedule. Arrived on call for complaint of not finishing cycle. Ran diagnostics and got code F9E1 for motor not able to find home position. Checked underneath and found water leak from dispenser area.

"Arrived on site to test unit for broken glass cooktop, tested unit found shattered glass by impact, customer stated that there was a existing crack on front left burner that she thought wasnt a problem, but after dropping a bowl on it from 2 inches high, shattered the glass, will need cooktop (w11259505) and rubber tape (wp8286642) to complete job, at this time job complete until further instructions"

"Arrived on site to replace fan blade that customer supplied, after replacing, unit tested good.

Arrived on site to replace door panel for ice machine. Replaced panel and badge and job is complete. Unit was not installed at time of service.

"Arrived on site for noise complaints. First noise from compressor Informed customer normal operating noise from compressor,second noise from loud diffuser motor,ordering a new diffuser. ; ordrng 1 W11236851 (Diffuser)"

Arrived onsite for unit not filling. Inspected unit and found fill hose was crimped. Freed up the hose and tested unit. Unit fill correctly. No leaks present at this time

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the compressor, UV dye drier and access valve. I vacuumed the system and pressures held at -30/0. While vacuuming the system, I inspected the unit for any refrigerant leaks and found none. I found the RC evap motor harness thermistor popped/blackened. I removed and replaced the the motor/harness and secured the thermistor to the suction line with foil tape and ziptie. Installed 6oz of R134a refrigerant and tested the unit in test 4 of diagnostics. Unit pressures held at 4/125 and evaporators had good frost patterns. I advised the customer of my repairs. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."
