Found the vent hose completely crunched and blocked not allowing airflow out of the dryer. Use the vent test kit on the unit and found the unit had poor airflow for all dryers. Removed the vent hose and found the vent has kept showing good airflow for all dryers coming out of the back of the dryer. I did advise the customer that her issue is with her vent hose and attempted to fix it. Found the vent hose completely crunched and not remolding itself to fit properly. I did advise the customer they would need to buy a new dryer vent hose to allow proper airflow going out. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to follow up on dishwasher that had issues with door closing. Tried working and bending the hinges to allow the door to close easier. Was able to bend the hinges to allow the door to close easier, however unit still needs a good push on top to fully latch. Could not see anything else damaged.

Arrived onsite for unit not heating. Looked at the unit and saw it was unplugged. Tested for voltage at the plug. Saw that it was only getting 120v on neutral to L2. But the other leg is only reading 30v and together L1 to L2 was only reading 70v. The customer advised that the unit elements seem to turn on and off during cycles and didn?t know if that was causing a problem. Had the customer show me what he was talking about and noticed the customer putting the unit on a low heat position where the unit was kicking on and kicking off intermittently. I did advise that on hidden element electric ranges, the unit will cycle the elements on and off intermittently depending on the setting. The customer advised that he?s always had a pan on top of the cooktop and has not noticed that up until now. I did go ahead and check all burners to ensure the unit was working properly. "Arrived on site for oven will not heat up but the lights and everything work has had multiple techs out to look at oven. Found console was not responding like it should. Removed console and installed new console. Had customer reconnect to WIFI. Customer also connected to Whirlpool app. Time and date correct. Showed customer to ensure door is closed firmly to ensure the light turns off. Door doesnt need to be slammed shut, but closed firmly to allow door sensor to recognize door is closed. Otherwise if the light doesnt turn off when the door is shut it will not heat properly because it thinks the door is open. Preheated oven and it is heating as designed. Job completed."

Arrived on site for a washing machine that is flashing an LF error code. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and found an F0 E3 (overload) and F8 E1 (low/no water detected) error codes. Tested the unit in a manual cold valve test and found the cold water valve was not drying in water but was being supplied voltage. Replaced water valve and tested the unit. The unit began to work as designed. We?re on the unit through an auto test and did mention to the customer that it sounded like her bearings on her gear case we?re going out.

"Arrived on site for refrigerator needing previously diagnosed sealed system repair. Upon arrival reconfirmed prior complaint. After installing needed compressor, rc Evap coil kit, uv drier, access valve, I reassembled and pulled vacuum on unit. After I recharged system with 5.5oz of refrigerant I then ran 7nit in test 4, and in normal operation for 30 minutes. Found no evidence of leaks and coils frosted over evenly as designed. The customer advised that this issue is extremely intermittent and after the first time, went away for almost a year and came back on another cycle. She advised that since she called back and that the unit has been working. Ran unit through diagnostics and found a 26 (out of balance ended final spin), 16 (slow drain), and 18 (drain pump clearing algorithm failed) error codes. I tested the unit and then you?ll send an application in both ran as designed. Ran the unit through service test 10 for the pressure sensor and found the unit working as designed. Ran through a drain at the end of the pressure sensor test to clear out the water and the unit ran as designed. I asked the customer when this happened if she had an off balance load prior to the unit not spinning or draining and she advised it had. I advised her that if it only happened twice in the last year and the unit has been working ever cents, the most likely scenario is that the unit was stuck in the same wash cycle it was in when it went off balance and she just needed to power reset her unit. Advised her to keep an eye on the unit and call back if she has any further issues. Call complete."

Arrived on site for The door doesn?t open all the way down. It locks at 45degs instead of opening level to the ground. Customer showed me the left side friction pad had broken. When opening the door the hinge stops the door from opening all the way. Gained access to left side hinge and adjusted hinge to the point where it no longer makes contact with the door preventing it from opening all the way. Customer stated the dishwasher also doesnt drain all the way. Found drain hose did not have a high loop. Adjusted drain hose to have a high loop. Ran through diagnostics and no error codes came on. Drain pump removed all water now that the hose has a high loop. NO leaks detected. Job completed.

"Arrived on site for Visibly Failed, Broken or Missing Parts - Wall Oven - PRE-ID. Found top right side of inner glass fell out of mounting tabs. Took picture for quick pics. Opened up door and found tabs were not molded correctly to hold the glass in place. Adjusted these tabs on all four sides to ensure the glass rested properly inside the door cavity. Once the inner shell was mounted to the adjoining shell the glass was no longer moving. Had customer come and test the door by opening and closing the door. I used my glove to shift the glass up and down to show customer it was no longer loose inside. Job completed."

Arrived on site for a wall oven that was not reaching the correct temps. Upon arrival the customer stated that they had a home inspection and were told the wall oven was not reaching the right temperature. I preheat the unit and let the temps swing high and low several times. I found the average temp to be 316?F when set at 325?F. I calibrated the unit up 10?F. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for right rear burner out of place. Tested unit and found element was not secured. Secured the burner and check all other burners to be sure they are secure. All burners are secure. Tested unit and right front burner is not turning on. Found wiring harness for front right burner is burnt.

Arrived on site for dryer having a power failure. I inspected the unit and work area. I tested the unit and found it powering off right after a load is started. I tested voltage to the unit and found good voltage. I tested the motor from the control and showed good resistance. I replaced the control and retested. The unit still powered off. I gained access to the motor and tested the start winding. I found it reading less than half an ohm when it supposed to be between 3 to 5 ohms. "Arrived on site to inspect range error codes. Upon further inspection, I found the unit unplugged. Plugged the unit in and immediately, the error code F9E0 -miswired home or miswired appliance. I tested voltage at the outlet and got 240V. Was able to get the unit in test mode and tested voltage at the Con2-7 to Con4-3 and got no voltage. Checked the power cord continuity as I didnt get voltage at the terminal block and the power cord is good. Plugged the cord back in and slightly pulled it out and checked voltage and found the outlet itself is bad as I only got 63V at the power cord while plugged in. I advised the customer of my findings and recommended that they have a certified electrician replace the outlet. Job completed."

"Arrived on site and found thermistor located in wrong spot. Took picture, sent to PR. Replaced parts anyway. Unit located in maintenance shop, not plugged in. . Installed new damper, control, UI, evap motor, and thermistor. Tested unit, unit tested good. Job complete."

"Arrived on site for refrigerator that?s not cooling the freezer section. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and found the freezer section sitting at 17?F. The customer advised that the unit has seemingly been calling better over the last day or two but that they?re having to consistently manually defrost the freezer section prior to the unit cooling properly. Checked average temperatures in the fresh food and freezer sections and found the fresh food section sitting at 36?F as an average temperature. Found the freezer side sitting at an average temperature of 19?F. Attempted to remove the evaporator cover and found the evaporator cover completely covered in ice. Was unable to remove the cover due to the wire harness being a part of the evaporator cover. Attempted to place the unit in a manual defrost and could not hear the heater coming on. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Chris SR # 7732129406. He had me check voltage going to the heater during the heater test and found proper voltage but no amp draw coming from the heater indicating a bad heater, a bad thermal fuse, a bad connection, or a bad wire in the cabinet. He advised that at this time due to inability to access the freezer evaporator, there would be nothing we could do until the unit is manually defrosted. "Arrived on site for a washing machine with an unresponsive user interface. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code F2E1 for stuck key. I attempted to run a diagnostics cycle, but the start button on the unit would not work. I unplugged the unit and gained access to the UI and control. I checked the continuity at the UI harness and found it good. I plugged the unit back in and checked voltage coming from the control and found it good. The green LED light was flashing indicating good VDC present. This indicates a faulty UI per the tech sheet. I installed the new UI and then tested the unit. The unit was now able to start a diagnostics cycle. It ran, but when in spin it was catching itself and not able to spin properly. I gained access to the bottom of the unit and found significant gear case oil. This indicates the unit also has a faulty gear case. I informed the customer on my findings. Call complete."

"Arrived on site and found latch broken.

"Arrived on site to diagnose a washer that is not cycling properly. Found cold water turned off at wall valve, preventing water flow into unit. Turned water on and tested unit. Found all is functioning properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service."

Arrived on site to test unit for front burner too high. Found burners working as designed. Adjusted burners to lowest setting. Advised customer that this is the adjustment limit. Job complete

"Arrived on site for dryer making loud noise and bursting smell. Inspected unit and work area. Verified failure and found noise from blower wheel. Gained access to blower housing and found a pencil and 2 screws. Removed objects and assembled unit. Tested operation, all tested good.

"Arrived on site for When the ice maker takes in water, the noise is really loud. Similar to when it?s not hooked to plumbing at all. But it is hooked and making ice. It?s just really loud. Placed in diagnostics and ran test 44 harvest then test 45 water fill test. UI wouldnt allow me to toggle between water on and off. Instead it went from 1, then straight to 3. When I pressed change setting key it went to 4. No toggle available and wouldnt dispense water in test 45. With this I couldnt get the water to fill the ice try to hear any noise the fridge makes when the water fills the ice mold. Customer also informed me the water dispenser doesnt always work. In order for the water to dispense you must press the ice maker paddle for a few seconds then the water dispenser works. Removed dual valve and installed new valve. Unfortunately the new valve leaked when dispensing water. Removed new faulty valve and installed original valve. Original valve didnt leak when water dispenser was pressed. Ordering another dual valve, UI, and both pads to return and complete the repair. Returning with all previously ordered parts. ; ordrng 1 WPW10341320 (Dual valve) and 1 W11512401 (UI) and 2 WPW10346924 (Pads)s"

Arrived onsite and found unit operating with no water supply to unit. Corrected water supply to correct ice production issue. All checks good.

Arrived onsite and found unit not powering on. During diagnostics discovered power supply faulty from outlet. Advised customer that there is a home power supply problem causing unit not to function. Advised electrician will be needed to repair.

"Arrived on site for dishwasher having error code F8-E4 overflow. Inspected unit and work area. Found mounting screw used to mount dishwasher interfering with door and not allowing to close completely. Removed screw and toe plate. Added new screw to mount. Found no loop in drain line and drain line is not long enough for loop due to cabinet between sink and unit. Recommend adding a extension to drain line. Performed diagnostics mode and tested operation. Observed for possible water leaks. All tested good, no water leaks detected during service."
