Arrived onsite for dishwasher not cleaning. On inspection found the pod that never dissolved. Customer said it has never worked well since they moved in a few weeks ago. On further inspection found the water was turn off to the unit. Ran the unit in diagnostics mode heard the water entering the unit and heard the water from the spray arm on the door. Heard the unit drain. The unit is operating as designed and no water leaks detected during service.

"WTW5057LW0 Arrived to inspect no operation. I found the unit had power, but the drain pump would not operate. I discovered the drain pump harness had failed near the connection with the main harness and I removed and replaced the lower harness assembly. Testing revealed the unit regained all normal functions. No leaks observed during service."

"WRS315SNHM06 Arrived in to inspect mullion too hot. I found the mullion was extremely hot, likely in excess of 120?F and inspected. The lower right of the cabinet had been crumpled and the metal was folded over itself, just below the gasket sealing surface and above the door hinge. The unit had been dropped from a significant height at some point prior to being installed in the customer location. I was able to re-form the metal and sealed the affected area with MFG approved sealant. The gasket required re-forming and re-bedding as well. Further inspection revealed the condenser fan was not installed onto the motor shaft and there was no cooling of the condenser and compressor, leading to the extreme system heat on both low and high sides. After correcting the issue, I noted the system cooling down to acceptable limits. I advised the customer to contact us if there are further cooling issues. No water connections to unit."

Arrived on site for a refrigerator. That is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised they turned off the water because the unit was not making ice. Turn the water back on and ran the unit through an icemaker jump. Found the unit continuing to cycle and would not shut off. When I hadnt replaced the icemaker and tested the unit. Found the unit cycling as designed but the icemaker did not fill. Checked the fill tube and found frozen over. steamed out the ice buildup and checked the diagram for any fill tube heaters. Found that this unit does not have a fill tube heater. Cycled the unit again and found the unit working in operating as designed. I did advise the customer to keep an eye on the unit and to call back if any other issues persist. Call complete.

Took the outlet out and saw where the neutral was where L2 should have been and L2 is where the white neutral should have been. Showed the customer that the outlet was missed wired. The customer will let the builder know because it is still in warranty.

"Arrived onsite for a dishwasher that beeps three times and starts draining the stops and starts it all over again. I powered the unit up and found it beeping and the UI changing to different selections on its own like the UI was shorting out. I checked the junction box and found proper polarity and 121VAC. I changed the UI and had the same results. I removed the outer door and disconnected all of the loads from the main control except the UI, powered it up, and it no longer did it. I connected one molex connector at a time until they were all connected and it was working as designed. I checked stored error codes and found a F9E2. I ran the service cycle and the unit completed the cycle and worked as designed. When I hung the outer door on the inner door and squeezed the two together to put the top screws in the door the unit started beeping and jumping between all the selections again. When I leaned the outer door out and away from the inner door it would stop. I inspected the harnesses and tried to move them around along with pressing on everything on the inner door and could not duplicate the problem. I pressed on the UI against the outer door and the unit would start acting up at times. I called techline and spoke with Rich SR# 7736888886. Rich advised replacing the harnesses and possibly the UI again. Im gonna order the harnesses and UI along with everything that mounts in the inner door. "WED5010LW1 Arrived to inspect no power. I tested at the outlet and found both legs were 0 VAC. The breaker had tripped and upon resetting, the unit operated as designed, both heating and cycling were present and as expected. I found no issues with the units amp draw and the wiring at the terminal block was correct as well. Operational test good."

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with the icemaker still not producing ice or only a couple batches a day at the most. I started testing temps and my thermocouple adapter for my meter broke so I wasnt getting correct temp readings. I tested all functions from the control and found everything passing and working as designed. The icemaker showed an E5 timed ice error message and the icemaker thermistor was reading colder than harvest temperature from the control. Everything in the FC was rock hard and the refrigerator was cold. It appears that the new icemaker that was replaced is bad or there is a possible control failure which is not as likely. Ordering another icemaker but the returning tech needs to take a FC temp and an icebox temp to make sure there are no temp issues. I did find a blanket of dust and lint covering the entire front of the condenser coil and I cleaned it. I set the unit to max ice and asked the customer to see if the bucket was at least a 1/3 full in the morning and to call us if it wasnt. Arrived on site and inspected cooktop and found fourth valve stem from the left is bent. Attempted to disassemble cooktop but builder does not have it supported correctly and did not leave any slack to lift cooktop up or slide it forward. Either a 9 inch channel will need to be cut in front of the pipe exiting cooktop or pipe will need to be replaced with something that is eight or 9 inches longer to lift cooktop straight up. "Arrived onsite for a dishwasher to replace the previous diagnosed parts. I replaced the pump for the noise. I installed the sound barrier tub wrap, and installed the brackets from the installation kit. I explained to the customer that the cabinet is not even because a trim piece needs to be added to the left side. The customer is going to call a handy man to correct the cabinet so the machine can be mounted correctly. I found both tub nuts broken on the right side of the third level rack causing the machine to leak when I tested it. I removed one of the nuts from the left side and installed it on the right side to keep the rail from falling out of the tub. I also found the tub plugs broken and falling out. Arrived onsite for a vent hood that is having issues where the grid filters will not come out. Upon inspection I found that the only way I could remove the was to use a plastic trim removal tool to pry them out. I contacted Austin at tech line and told him of my findings and it was determined that this issue may have created by an installation error. Up further investigation I found that the back of the hood was not lined up with the rest off the unit I adjusted this and test fitted the grill filters and found that the fit better and were easier to remove and install. Mrs. tested herself and was satisfied with how the filters fit and came out and when back in. sr#7736873389.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised of the unit seems to shut down after the wash cycle and does not spin out the clothes. I ran into through diagnostics and found an F9 E1 (long drain) and F2 E1 (stuck key) error codes, around the unit through an auto test, and the unit ran as designed until it came up to the drain portion of the cycle. Found the unit trying to drain, but I could not hear any water flow. Check the drain hose going into the wall and found that there was a rubber sleeve that the drain hose was fit into. I asked the customer where the unit drains and they advised that it drains through another hose that leads outside. I explain to the customer that the reason why theyre having this issue is because of their installation on their drain system. Advised that the unit is shutting down because it cannot pump out the water well and is causing water to siphon back in after its done trying to drain. Went over the installation guide with the customer and advise that they will need to fix their draining situation in order to get this unit to work properly. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect microwave door not closing. Upon arrival, I tested the unit and found the door not closing properly. I found the bottom trim on both left and right sides of the outer door panel of the microwave door bent inward causing the door to slightly bow and not close properly. Tested the unit to find that it only operated as designed when being held closed. Arrived onsite for unit not draining. Upon arrival found unit filled with water and unplugged. Put unit in diagnostics and found drain pump not energizing. Confirmed Long drain error code. Manually drained water and inspected underneath unit. Found Drain pump harness failed. Corrected harness and tested. Unit is now functioning and draining properly. Notified customer to watch for out of balance and overload. Job complete

Arrived onsite for produce in crisper drawers Condensating and getting soggy. Took temperatures and unit is cooling properly. Called tech line. Spoke to Ed SR#7736287689. Ran checks and tech determined unit is cooling properly. Tech determined that the condensation in the drawers is directly from the moisture in the produce. Tech recommended allowing produce to accumulate to fridge temperature before storing in crisper drawers and also trying to store produce in slotted storage bags to allow airflow. Tech did not authorize any parts replacement. Job complete

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with a defrost noise issue. I found the RC evaporator cover leaking warm air on the right side causing ice build up on the right side and getting in the fan causing the noise. I replaced the RC evaporator cover and tested. All functions are working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for a wall oven that displays an F9E0 miswire error code. The customer stated the oven will work fine for short time cooking but when she trys to run a longtime slow cook for over an hour the error code will show up. I checked the wire connections in the wall finding them good. I inspected the control and found nothing obvious with it. I found the oven working as designed at this time. I erased the stored codes and advised the customer to check the breaker and see if its getting hot when they run long cook times. The customer will call the office if they find nothing wrong with the breaker. Call complete.

Arrived on site for making noise. Upon arrival ran diagnostics and got error code F4-E3 restricted air flow. Ran vent test and test failed. During test making squeaking sound when drum turns. Found belt idler pulley is seizing. Also found belt has started seizing at idler pulley. Need to replace belt and idler pulley. Used repair kit 4392067 for repair. Test unit and is operating as designed. Devised customer on having vent cleaned at least once a year. Job complete

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that isn't producing much ice, and has a dripping sound in the back of the FC. Examined unit and advised customer on slow harvest times on this model icemaker. This unit can take up to 3 days under perfect circumstances to create a full bucket per engineering. Tested icemaker and confirmed its harvesting and producing as normal, and not anything we can fix. The dripping the customer hears is normal defrost water dripping. This is a normal condition and working as designed. No failures found in unit. Call completed."

Arrived on site to diagnose washer not draining and throwing F9E1 code for no drain. Tested unit and found drain pump is just humming and not moving any water. Replaced drain pump and retested. Verified humming is gone and all is draining as designed. Repair completed. No water leaks found.

"Arrived onsite and found replaced the compressor and included inverter control and condenser pulled good vacuum which held and charged with 4.5 oz of r134a. Bad compressor rattle which indicated compressor bad out of the box. During diagnosis of cause of compressor rattle, recaptured charge and heated hi side lines to address possible solder restrictions. New compressor will be needed due to bad part.
