Ran through diagnostics cycle and dishwasher is filling, wash arms spin, diverter turns, drain pump drained and heating element heats. Found customer is not using rinse aid. Went over the users manual with the customer new showed him rinse aid is essential for proper drying. Also explained how plastics most times will always need to be hand dried and any dish ware with concave bottoms may hold water once dishwasher completes. Customer plans on buying rinse aid to test dishwasher as soon as he can. Found bits of food in the bottom bulkhead around filter trap and recommended keeping any food out of the dishwasher to prevent clogging the drain pump, sump and motor, and drain tube. No leaks detected. Job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer not venting properly. Upon further inspection, the customer pointed out a large amount of lint built up behind the washer/dryer near the dryer vent tube. I found the vent tube at the back of the dryer had come loose and lint was escaping into the laundry room. I adjusted the tube and tightened the clamp and tested airflow to the unit using my vent test kit. The unit vent test passed as its getting good airflow. Lint was cleaned up from behind the unit. I recommended that the customer have their center checked/cleaned at least once per year depending on use fo the unit. No lint observed at the end of service, job completed."

Ran the unit through diagnostics and found that the unit was thinking there was enough water in the unit when there was no water in the water reservoir. Removed recirculating pump and replaced it. Reassemble the unit and tested it in the diagnostic cycle. Found that water was still not dispensing correctly but that it was calling for water.I asked the customer if they had replace their water filter at all anytime recently. She advised that she was needing to replace it. Once the water filter was removed, the unit began to dispense water as designed. Arrived on site for a wash machine that is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F8 E1 (low/no water detected) error code. Tested both valves and the drain and found it working properly. I did find the cold water valve pulling in a little less than optimal water when it was trying to fill. Did notice the drain pipe at the back wall was also a little high then the installation guide would have it. Replaced water valve and tested the unit. Found the cold water valve was pulling in more water. I advised the customer that the water valve would be the only thing causing that error code on the unit if the issue was with the unit itself. I did inform her that her high drain for potential loading could cause that issue if she has anything that soaks up a lot of water during a rinse cycle. We?re in the unit through an auto test and the unit ran as designed. Call complete.

Upon further inspection I found the rails iced up causing friction and making it difficult to open the freezer door. Once the ice was cleared the door opened and closed as designed.
