"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is hard to open and close the freezer door. Inspected unit and work area. Found the freezer door, not being able to pull out initially and once the freezer door was pulled out found ice buildup on the bottom side of the freezer door. Found the gasket on the bottom side torn and the rigid catch part of the gasket removed from the gasket. Inspected the door and found the bottom outer edge of the door loose indicating replacing the gasket would not be the best fix. Ordering the freezer door in the office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to an out of stock and PSP item.; ordrng 1 W11436967 (Freezer door)"

Went to replace the inlet tube and found that the waterline feeding the inlet water valve has been leaking for sometime. Replaced the inlet tube and water valve together and advise the customer that they would need a new waterline hook up for for repair due to the leaking waterline. I was unable to test due to the water line connector leaking in the customer not having another one on hand to install. Advised customer call back if any other issues persist. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer not spinning. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F8E1-long fill. Cleared the code and continued with testing. I tested in automatic test first (test 12) and the unit operated as designed. I manually tested the valves and they, along with the sensor, filled and sensed as designed. While manually testing the valves, I found the unit with a large amount of detergent send in the drum assembly (photo). Customer advised that they are placing the detergent pods in the dispenser drawer. I recommended not doing that as the plastic from the pod does not dissolve well and clogs up the dispenser which is the reason the unit is showing the error code. I made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent and softener use. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Customer said that it would make ice sometimes, I then checked the fc temperature and it was -4 on setting of 0? informed her that the fc is cold enough to make ice. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the unit is getting too cold (below freezing) in the fresh foods section and making a whirling noise. Upon arrival, I found the unit in defrost mode and the compressor not running. I tested temps in the fresh foods section and get 32-36 degrees and the freezer was 26 degrees. I removed the evaporator cover and found no frost pattern; only frost on the first coil in the upper right corner (photo). I pulled the unit out and removed the back cover and tested amp draw to the compressor. I found .48amps and the compressor is very hot to touch. I advised the customer that the compressor is bad and will need to be replaced. I am ordering the compressor, UV dye drier, access valve, NITROGEN, R600 and CNOTE-2HR JOB. The temperature of the refrigerator section and found it sitting between 32 and 33?F. Found the refrigerator temperature setting at 38?F. Check resistance on both refrigerator and freezer for misters proper values in accordance to their temperatures. I called whirlpool techline and spoke to Chris SR# 7737495900. He advised that based on my readings, the issue would have to be with the control or the user interface. I replaced both and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed.
