"Arrived on site for a refrigerator not dispensing water nor ice. Upon arrival the customer stated that the unit is still making ice, but just wont dispense it. I tested the dispenser and could hear the auger motor energize, but the ice bin arm never rotated. Upon further inspection I found the coupler on the motor stripped. In order to repair this the motor and coupler would need to be replaced. When testing the water dispenser I could not hear the valve energize nor the switch click. I gained access to the switch and found the switch bracket had broken. This was allowing the switch to sag and not come in contact with the paddle. I tested the switch and found when pressed the water would dispense properly. The bracket will need to be replaced. The customer also requested replacing all 3 refrigerator shelves due to them cracking and giving out. I quoted the customer for the bracket, motor, coupler, and three shelves. Call complete."

Due to this I gained access to the back of the unit and ohmd out the ignitor and found it open. This indicates a faulty ignitor. I installed the new ignitor and then tested the unit. I found the unit noW working as designed.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator with the unit losing cool and intermittently losing power. Upon arrival the customer stated that this has being going on for a while, and the unit will intermittently fail and flash the PO until they come and press confirm. Now the unit has begun losing cool starting in the FC. I took temps and found the FC at 33?F and the RC at 44?F. Upon further inspection I found over an inch of frost in front of the evap cover. I then gained access to the pantry drawer UI and found a small amount of water inside. However, I did not see any visible corrosion on the board. I then put the unit into diagnostics mode and tried to recreate the power failure. I found when in test 4 after the compressor began running for a minute, the unit would shut off and throw the PO. I also found the compressor running very weak. The PO flashing could be due to the seized fan motor getting stuck from the ice in the FC running during the test. I gained access to the control and ohmd out all thermistors. I found the RC thermistor read 6.71k, the FC thermistor read 12.10k, and the FC defrost thermistor read as open. This indicates a faulty FC defrost thermistor and possibly a faulty drawer UI.; ordrng 1 W11109595 (FC Motor Harness)"

"Arrived on site for a washing machine receiving a F7E1 error code. Upon arrival the customer stated that the unit is not washing at all and will throw the F7E1. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F0E3 for overload, F7E1 for tachometer missing, and F7E6 for motor circuit open. I cleared the error codes. I then ran a diagnostics cycle and found that when the unit was agitating, the whole tub moved and not just the wash plate. I gained access to the shifter and found it seized and had popped off of the cam. Due to this I replaced the shifter and then tested the unit again. I found the unit now working as designed. No leaks observed at the time of service. Call complete."

I ran a diagnostics cycle and found the hot water slowly entering the tube. When I put the unit into drain I couldnt hear the water flowing. I found the drain tube submerged in standing water at the drain pipe, i back the drain tube out and found it started draining properly once it wasnt submerged. I advised the customer have a plumber come out to figure out why the water pressure is low and why there is standing water in the drain stand pipe. Job complete."

Customer advised me that after unit was installed the installers had messed with the water lines / pressure and it hasn't been the same since. Ran unit in diagnostics and found no error codes present. Ran through diagnostic cycle and found unit is pumping, but did seem a little weak due to the low water pressure. Unit is filling slower due to the lower water pressure, resulting in less pumping power. Recommended the customer have a plumber increase pressure to those lines to accommodate the dishwasher fill. "Arrived on site for icemaker issues. Found unit extremely full in freezer ice forming around door,advised maintenance to let tenant know about food obstruction,found harness not making full connection reinstalled harness tested icemaker passed,filled with water."

"Arrived to inspect intermittent power. The CX described an issue where the unit had stalled shortly after starting and there were no lights on the control. I inspected the junction box, wax motor and solenoid, electronic control area and door switch and corrected the door lean, which was causing the door to make a hard contact with the chassis. I ran the unit through a complete service test mode twice and could not recreate the issue. I suspect the door contact may have been jarring connections within the control area and causing the issue. I was unable to access the line VAC plug behind the unit due to grout locking the left front leveling leg in place and not enough room to lift the leg over the grout. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

Arrived on site to test unit for unit not drying. Test unit and found heating element working correctly advised customer to use rinse aid to help plastic tub dry better. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator that is not making ice. On arrival customer let me know it made ice yesterday and now ice bucket was almost full. Advised that unit won't make ice if it can't read Temps required for harvest, or a cube ends up stuck between the bail arm and the icemaker. Advised to check for a stuck cube if issue repeats, and to make sure refrigerator side airflow channels are clear. Unit working as designed at this time. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for The top oven will not heat once we turn it on. The bottom oven is working correctly. Upon arrival test unit and bake ignitor would not energize. Tested bake element and it was OL. Ignitor receive 120 from control. Need to replace bake ignitor. Quoted customer 125.92 for parts and 230.70 for labor totaling 356.62 before tax. Customer approved quote. Replaced bake element and tested unit. Preheat oven to 350 and unit heated correctly. No gas leaks present at this time. Job complete

Arrived onsite for unit not keeping temperature. Tenant says they would lose about 40 degrees when cooking and the unit would not jump back up to the desired temperature. Checked the temperature sensor and it checked good. Heating element was good. Conclusion is that the control was the issue. Spoke with maintenance and got the go ahead to to fix the unit. Replaced the control. Tested the unit. Unit tested good. It about 20 degrees hotter as it should. No issues at this time. Job complete.
