Upon arrival the customer stated that the water will drip throughout the day, and occasionally has air pockets in the line causing the water to spit out. They also stated that it began right before the first service, and at this time it was spitting badly. They found the spitting has gotten better with the repairs, but it still drips. Per notes I called techline on arrival. I spoke to Andrew and received SR# 7732596171. Andrew had me gain access to the valve and test the water flow coming from the dispenser side. When I did he could hear it over the phone, and he stated it sounded kind of high. He advised installing a PRV and water line if I could not find any physical damage on the dispenser line indicating an air leak. I inspected the line and observed no damage. Arrived on site for Condensation in the Refrigerator Section - Refrigerator. Found temps for fridge set to 5 and freezer temp set to -15. Realized temps were set to Celsius instead of Fahrenheit. Changed to Fahrenheit and temps were set back to recommended. Placed in diagnostics and turned on vertical mullion to 02 which should keep the mullion on at all times. After ten minutes the mullion was still not warm. Called Whirlpool tech line due to third visit for repeated issue. Found light frost over evaporator cover. Called Whirlpool tech line and spoke to Andy. Andy had me check doors for air leaks. Found freezer door had frost at bottom center but seal was making good contact with liner. Ordering a new freezer door W11435342 due to current freezer door being warped. Returning with mullion and ordering UI W11284720 in case the mullion is not receiving voltage to turn on. Arrived on site for refrigerator not allowing for water to dispense. Upon arrival confirmed issue and customer had stated they recently replaced filter right before issue occurred. Found dispenser fully functioning but when filter was reinstalled it was resorting back to original symptoms. Found filter defective also. Instructed customer on reordering new filter. Call complete

Removed evap cover and found a perfect frost pattern and determined the unit had a precious air leak from the FC door not closing properly. Advised customer of our findings and instructed on use. Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is leaking. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised if the unit is leaking at two points during operation. Ran the unit for an auto test and the unit ran as designed until it got to the drain portion of the cycle where it began gushing water out of the dishwasher. Removed the dishwasher from the cabinet and found that the drain hose had been disconnected from the dishwasher itself. Reconnected the drain hose onto the dishwasher and tested the unit. The unit began to work as designed with no leaks present. The customer advised that the installer seemed to be in a rush and did not install the dishwasher hose the way that I had making him believe that the issue was probably with the installation and it just finally came off after a number of cycles. Advise customer to keep an eye on the unit and call back if any further issues persist. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is dispensing ice when ice is not called. Inspected unit and work area. Attempted to replicate the issue but was unable to replicate the issue. The customer said that every couple days, when they go to dispense ice from their ice dispenser, as soon as they are done dispensing the ice, do unit will continue to dispense ice for another 5 to 8 seconds. She advised that this is leaving ice cubes all over her floor. She did advise that sometimes the ice door stays open and other times the ice door is closed when the unit is dispensing the ice. Spoke to PR and was advised to check polarity at the outlet but if polarity was good, to order the main control, you are, and ice paddle. Checked flirty at the plug and found 62.4 V going from neutral to ground, 54 V going from hot to ground, I double checked the voltage by going from hot and neutral to a ground screw. I advised the customer that they would need an electrician to repair the electrical supply issue prior to any repairs due to that most likely being the issue with intermittent failures. Advise the customer to call back if they have any further issues. Call complete."

Arrived on site for a dishwasher thats having issues with the rollers. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the stops were coming off of our dishwasher and they havent been able to fit them back on. How did the stops back onto the dishwasher top rack rails and test at the unit. "Arrived on site for Freezer making noise, ice on the back of the freezer NOISE-FREEZER MAKING NOISE- FRIDGE OK. Customer showed me a piece of plastic that had come loose from the interior near the ice maker. Identified the plastic piece as the fill cup. Due to fill cup no longer being mounted it was allowing water to trickle down into the evaporator section and create and small section of ice down the evaporator cover every time the ice maker called for water. Customer had already cleared the ice off the evaporator cover. After a period of time after clearing the ice the loud noise had gone away. I remounted the fill cup and had the ice maker run a harvest. No leaks detected. Also ran diagnostics to run a short defrost to remove any residual ice that may have formed over the evaporator fan blades to prevent the noise from coming back. Job completed."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is still frosting in the freezer section. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and found water droplets that it turned into ice up at the ceiling causing the droplets to turn into icicles. Checked the gasket and found no gaps in either gasket. Checked the liner and found that part of the liner had re-separated from the adhesive used from the prior visit. Called whirlpool Techline and spoke to Adrian SR# 7732605420. He had to send them a photo of the gaps in the liner at the freezer section and advised that the gaps were too wide for the silicone to hold properly.

Arrived on site for dishwasher not turning on. Upon arrival confirmed complainant found 120v to unit but one of the terminal connections had come loose causing lose of power. After repairing loose connection I reassembled and tested unit. Found no signs of leaks and unit cycling through setting as designed. Call complete

The customer advised that the right front burner does not pop back out when the unit is turned off and is difficult to turn off. Arrived on site for a washing machine thats making a squeaking sound during the spin cycle. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that it only happens once every couple cycles but that they are having an issue with what sounds like a belt slipping from time to time. Confirmed the customers complaint and checked in at the unit. Found the belt had slipped on the cam and was causing the issue found no evidence of any oil leaks from the gearcase. Replaced both Kim and belt and test of the unit. The unit began to work as designed. Call complete.

The primary inlet valve was plugged and after contacting the CX to authorize the repair, removed and replaced the valve assembly and tested. Upon arrival confirmed the actual temps inside both compartments (Fc 13 degrees, rc 48 degrees) After further testing found that all lines are cleared and the water line was disconnected on arrival. Arrived on site for a dryer that is taking a long time to dry clothes. Inspected unit and work area. Ran a vent tester kit on the unit and found that the unit had poor airflow for all dryers. Removed the vent hose off the back of the unit and still have the same issue. Disassembled the unit and found no excess lint or blockage anywhere within the unit. Confirmed that the motor was running and the blower wheel was not stripped. Checked airflow coming out of the back of the dryer with the vent hose off and found proper airflow. Did find lint buildup inside the vent at the wall. The customer requested that we try to vacuum out the land at in the vent at the wall and gave me a shop vac to do it. Attempted to remove excess lint but was unable to due to the blockage being further up in the vent. The customer then tried to have me use the shop vac to blow through the blockage and found it could not be removed

"Arrived on site for cooktop not allowing front two burners to activate properly. Upon arrival confirmed complaint. After verifying M&s I found unit couldnt be safely removed and was stuck to the cutout it sits in. Also found screws to infinite switchs were rusted and siezed onto cooktop and unable to be safely removed. Found wiring to all 4 burners within cooktop crumbling apart and terminals were greased and fried out.

Arrived on site for otr microwave failing to heat. Upon arrival confirmed issue and verified unit had stable 120v connection. Found after further testing that the capacitor diode and magnetron had failed. Replaced all 3 components and reassembled and tested unit. Found microwave fully heating as designed. Call complete

I expressed the importance of getting the app downloaded to get the best performance from the oven microwave combo. Explained this may be the reason the oven microwave combo continues to have communication errors between UI and control. Customer plans on downloading the Whirlpool app once she has a chance. Tested oven and it heated as designed. Tested all functions of the UI and it responding as designed. Job completed.

I did find an issue with the unit ventilating properly due to the vent hose being crunched in the back. Ran a vet test kit on it and found that the dryer was ventilating properly without the vent hose on the unit. I advise the customer to update their vent hose to a periscope style vent hose to illuminate this issue and that it further problems persisted, they would need to clean out their vent going out of the house. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking water. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit is leaking water at the front of the unit on the left side. Inspected the interior tub and all checked good. Removed the toeplate and found where water was leaking from the valve area (photo). Inspecting the valve further, I found the inlet hose at the valve connection on the hose side has broken the seal and it leaking from the hose. Water turned off to the unit to prevent further leaks, job completed."

"Arrived on site for customer complaint of unit not agitating, found gearcase leaking oil and not shifting properly

"Arrived on site for a washing machine leaking from the front, and receiving an error code. Upon further inspection I found the bellow actually torn in the front, and I could see the water trails coming out of the unit. I also could see hard water or calcium build up on the gasket and door. I advised the customer on regularly cleaning/running self clean cycles to help prevent this. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F6E3 for communication error from ACU to UI or UI to ACU, F5E2 for door lock error, F5E4 for door not opened between cycles, and F3E1 for water level system error. I found the F5 error codes are most likely being throw when the customer gets the F6E3 error code, for they have to just restart the unit when it is thrown in order to start it again. I then ran a diagnostics cycle and found the motor was running even when it was not supposed to in specific steps of the cycle. There was also a constant flow of water from the door. I then ran a key encoder test and it passed. I checked voltage at the wall and found it good. I then gained access to the control and UI. I ohmd out the harness to the UI and found it good. I checked voltage incoming to the unit at the filter and found it good. This indicates a faulty control. The unit will need a new control and bellow to be repaired.Call complete."

"Arrived on site for complaints of unit not starting. Found failed lid latch. Installed new lid latch provided by customer. Tested unit and unit passed all tests in factory diagnostics. No water leaks detected, job complete."

"Arrived on site and found customer is experiencing water dripping intermittently into the basket for several hours. At this time there is no water dripping. Replaced water valve assembly one of them is likely getting stuck open, job complete"

Arrived on call to check power supply and found the voltage to dryer not correct. Customer will have supply check.

Arrived on site for unit not heating. Inspected unit found 240 coming from wall. Tested element. There was no continuity. Need to replace heater assembly.Replaced heater assembly. Tested unit and unit heats as designed. Job complete

Arrived on site for Interior Light Not Illuminating - Refrigerator. Customer stated the lights were not the issue. He tried calling our office and left a vm that the fridge was having power failures not light issues. Customer stated fridge would lose power when ice dispenser or water dispenser was used. Other times power would go out on its own. After five minutes it powers back on by itself and seems to run fine. No cooling issues. Making ice. No error codes come on when power goes out. All functions turn off except UI display with power outage. Customer showed me large areas of condensation at the top of the deli drawer gasket as well as divider fascia between fridge and deli. Tested mullion and it was not getting voltage from the UI. Tested mullion itself and it showed open.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator not cooling. Upon arrival the customer had the unit unplugged and the doors open. After I plugged the unit in I could hear the fans turn on, and the compressor starting. However, the compressor would only run a few seconds and then cut out. This continued to cycle on and off. Due to this I powered the unit down, and I gained access to the start device. I removed the start device and found it had physically broken and burned. Due to this I installed a new start device. As soon as I plugged the unit back in the compressor began to run. Th compressor no longer cycled, and ran as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site for weak water flow and dripping from water dispenser. Cleaned dispenser tip tested dispenser no drips from dispenser fitting will order unions incase air leak at connections. Tested water dispenser weak water flow with new filter ordering filter housing ; ordrng 1 W10271541 (Union) and 1 WPW10394053 (Filter head) and 1 W10271543 (Union) and 1 W10277958 (Union)

"Arrived on site for dead wall oven . Found thermal fuse had failed . Replaced fuse ,ran diagnostics, no error codes . Ran preheat , cooling fan operating normally . No other issues found .
