Had to dump the icemaker and found that the heater would not kick on and the motor was having to break the ice out of the mold. I did advise them that they would need to replace their icemaker unless if they wanted intermittent ice. Replaced the icemaker and found the unit can continue to harvest and fill as designed. Advise the customer to keep an eye on the ice production of the next few days.

Arrived on site for dishwasher not functioning correctly. Upon arrival confirm complaint and after entering diagnostics I found an F4 E3 error code indicating a failed motor. Verify that the ECU was sending a stable 120 V connection down to motor from motor seized and not agitating.

Arrived on site for range needing previously diagnosed ACU touchpad assembly as well as bake igniter for upper oven. Upon arrival install needed parts reassembled and pulled vacuum on the unit for 15 minutes found no signs of links and recharge system at 5 ounces of refrigerant found equalize pressure is at 50 psi. When plugging the unit in I found compressor was failing to start and found a stable 120 V power supply but compressor was drawing in 26 A. Arrived on a 2/2 for dishwasher not draining. Confirmed model and serial tag and found the home has several issues. I commanded the unit to drain and the leaking sink faucet began flowing harder as if it were tied to the dishwasher. There was aged murky green water inside the unit that would slow drain when commanded to drain.

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer that had leaked a large amount of water in the apartment. On arrival turned on water valves. Ran fill and didn't see any water running under the unit. Filled tub partially and drained. Still did not see any leaks. Filled higher and lifted unit and looked and found no leaks or water under unit. Ran full tub and agitate and could not duplicate. Unit drained fine, no splits or damaged hoses found. Unit may have leaked due to sandpiper backing up since I couldn't find any leaks on the unit itself. Advised customer to run and monitor the unit, and cease operation if it's leaking. Also advised to have apt maintenance come out and clean standpipe. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a dryer that has a burning smell and is making a noise. Inspected unit and work area. Disassembled the unit and could not find any burned wiring or any kind of burn marks anywhere within the unit. Tested the unit and could not replicate the sound. The customer advised that happens immediately once you start the cycle and well go away within about 10 seconds. Test of the unit 10 times and could not find the failure. I did advise the customer that the smell they may be smelling could be burning lint just due to lint sometimes getting trapped inside the element housing.

"Arrived on site for a dryer that has a door that wont stay shut and is making a weird sound. Inspected unit and work area. Confirm the customers complaint and disassembled the unit. Found items inside the blower wheel housing causing the weird sound. Upon further inspection, I found that the front grill and moisture sensor is completely missing from inside the dryer.

Arrived on site for a washing machine that is shaking a lot lol in use. Inspected unit and work area. Found the washer had no model and serial tag on the washer itself. Spoke to claims and was advised to go ahead and proceed due to the unit having just been purchased and the customer advising the same thing. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found no stored error codes. Ran the unit through a high-speed spin and the customer advised that the unit is shaking just like it was during the high-speed spin. Upon arrival confirmed issue and found the set temps at zero and 38 but the actual temps were 11 and 44 in the FC an RC. After further testing found the following results for thermistors: Fc thermistor 13.3kohms, rc thermistor 5.61kohms, ice bin thermistor 13kohm. After running test 36 I found that ice maker fan and evap fan not running. found evap fan motor Changing speed variation within a normal operation and its supposed to be a single speed motor. The customer advised that he is aware that the unit might be fine and may be liable for a fee if the unit was not the issue. However, he needed to verify as the apartment complex he lives in has said that they had sent two people out to clean out his vents and that the issue had to be with the dryer. Ran a vent test kit on the unit and found the vent test kit showing good airflow for gas dryers but not electric dryers twice. Took the vent hose off and found the vent Tasket then show good ventilation for all dryers. I did advise the customer that the issue is still within the venting outside of the dryer. I did check the vent hose and did not find any obstructions inside. He did advise they came into his apartment and cleaned out the bottom portion but hes just not sure about if they cleaned out the entire vent. I did tell him that it appears that theres still something wrong with the way that his I did advise the customer that they had used their prior customer instruct and were liable for the service fee. Can I get $151.54 via credit card. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for WHEN START IS PRESSED, THE UNIT STARTS AND DRUM ROTATES BUT ITS COMPLETELY COLD ON THE INSIDE. Took picture of vent wizard receipt for quick pics. Ran temps and after ten cycles the element stopped heating. Gained access to element and found coils had gotten too overheated in the past based on inspection and coils were also brittle to the touch. Heating element was about to go out. Removed element and installed new element. Ran temps for ten minutes and element is heating as designed. Job completed"
