Explained to customer they would need to make the dishwasher accessible in order for the heating element to be replaced. Customer stated the dishwasher works fine.

"I arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator with no cool in the refrigerator compartment, I gained access to the service diagnostics and verified functionality of the fans and the thermistors, found all checked good, I gained access to the Fresh food Ui, I found no corrosion, I gained access to the harness to the fresh food ui and found no broken wires. I gained access to the evap and found frost build up at the rc evap, I pulled out the unit and removed the back plate, I gained access to the drain tube and removed it, I found that the drain tube was completely clogged on all ends, I removed the clog and informed the customer of the issue, the customer is going to defrost the unit for 48 hours due to not utilizing the fridge at the time due to the no cool, the unit is operating properly as designed aside from the no cool in the rc due to frost build up from the clog, customer will contact if any issues persist post defrost, Job complete."

"Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is making ice slowly. Inspected unit and work area. Checked freezer temperature and found the unit at 2?F. Attempted to jump the icemaker and found the icemaker would jump, harvest and fill. I did find the ice bin half full of ice. The customer advised they maybe have used roughly 15 to 20 cubes since the icemaker was replaced. They said that the unit made ice fairly well for 2 to 3 days and then completely stopped and only made a handful of batches of ice since. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Bruce SR# 7732323067. Powered on washer and diagnostics wouldnt come up. Tried turning it on by pressing power and still nothing. Checked voltage at the wall and was getting 120. Tested voltage at control and was getting 120. Removed connector from control to console and control would power on and click the lid lock open and closed then drain pump would start. When I plugged the console back in the control would lose power again. Ordering another control W11419171 and new console W11569437 to complete the repair. "I arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator with the cover to the filter not closing properly, upon arrival I gained access and found the same, I removed the cover and bracket and removed the filter head from the bracket seating, I replaced the bracket and reassembled the bracket, cover, head and filter, the unit is still not allowing for the filter cover to close. I disassembled and reassembled the filter housing completely four times to verify that everything was seated correctly, I found that the issue might be that the top refrigerator liner is warped or loose causing the bracket to flex when installed. I am ordering the cover just incase, will need to contact techline to deem operational status of the unit if the cover does not alleviate the problem. "Arrived on site and for ice maker not working. Opened the unit and the ice bin was full of ice and ice was harvesting while I was onsite. Customers complaint was the ice was stuck together and said she couldnt dispense. I broke the ice up, and the unit dispensed the ice without and issues. The ice door chute was closing properly. I advised the customer there may be ice stuck in the chute after dispensing that could be causing the ice issues. Also advised the customer to dump the ice weekly. Job complete."

Arrived onsite for a dryer that is shutting off within 10 minutes of starting the cycle. Inspected the unit and work area. The customer has started a load before I walked in and said the unit did not replicate the same issue shes had previously. She said that the unit seemed to have issues only on the normal cycles and not any others. I did notice that she had a check vent error code pop up on her screen. She advised that that seems to happen on almost every cycle. Checked voltage to the unit and found proper polarity and voltage. Use the vent test kit to check her airflow. Found that her unit showed that airflow was good for gas dryers but not good for electric dryers. I ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. I ran the unit through an auto test and found the sensor bar picking up my wet swipe across the humidity sensor. I ran the vent test kit on the unit with the vent hose detached and found that the airflow is good for all dryers. Found the top of the dryer hot due to poor airflow. I did explain to the customer that low amounts of clothes could be causing her issue due to not swiping against the sensor bars on the front of her dryer. She did advise that that could be a possibility as she does run several light loads. I did advise her to run the unit on a time drive cycle for light loads or mixed loads. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Rich SR# 7732325695. He advised that the issue would either be with the unit not picking up moisture against the sensor bars or with the airflow issue causing the unit to overheat and shut down. He advised me to have the customer clean out their vent hose and to clean off the sensor bar to ensure the sensor is not misreading the wet clothes. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. Replaced high-voltage main control and was able to program unit. Found the unit would not kick on the compressor after programmed so checked connections. The connections were good at the main control and UI. Power cycled the unit and the unit then began to work as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite and found good power supply and cord on an electric dryer. Updated model and serial. ; ordrng 1 WE11X29790 (Heater) and 1 WE04X29793 (Hi limit) and 1 WE04X29792 (Inlet thermostat)

"Arrived on site for FRIDGE; ICE MAKER IS NOT PRODUCING ICE AND LEAVING WATER CONDENSATION IN DROP BOX. BOTTOM ICE MAKER. Ran temps mod fridge is 42 and freezer is 10. Found small amounts of frost on evap cover but nothing too concerning. Tested evap fans and both are spinning. Tested ice maker fan and it wouldnt come on. Tested ice maker fan at the control and it wasnt getting voltage. Ordering fridge ice maker W11483245, ice maker fan W10846539, and main control WPW10675033 to return and complete the repair. Will return with freezer ice maker to install as well. All parts will need authorization.; ordrng 1 W10846539 (Autho Ice box fan) and 1 W11483245 (Autho Fridge ice maker) and 1 WPW10675033 (Autho Main Board)"
