"Arrived for no cool. I found the factory tubing at the compressor high side had fractured and allowed refrigerant to escape and the system was in vacuum at my arrival. I corrected the issue by removing the affected area and re-brazing. I vacuumed to the pumps ultimate vacuum and then allowed it to set for 15 minutes. Holding vacuum, I charged with the mfg prescribed charge and tested. The unit cooled as designed and I found no evidence of leaks throughout the rest of the system, including both evaporators. "Arrived onsite for for Intermittent buzzing noise when in operation. Sometimes lasts the entire cycle, sometimes goes on and off during cycle. Upon arrival ran diagnostics and found no error codes. Tested unit on timed dry. Every once in a while can hear a little vibration sound. Called techline for assistance.tech explained that the area of the unit that is making the noise could be the vent hose vibrating or gas solenoid sticking. I could not get the unit to duplicate the sound having the unit pulled away from the wall. Disassembled the cabinet and bypassed the door switch to test unit. Gas solenoid and motor are operating correctly. Watched the gas and ignitor cycle throughout the cycle. Cannot get unit to duplicate. Called techline for assistance.tech explained that the area of the unit that is making the noise could be the vent hose vibrating or gas solenoid sticking. I could not get the unit to duplicate the sound having the unit pulled away from the wall. Tech gave Sr# 7733409417."

Arrived on site for dishwasher not draining and making a suction noise on the door shut. Upon arrival confirm complaint after further inspection and speaking with the customer found out the complaint was that water was not fully draining from the interior of the sump assembly under the filters. During all diagnostic test as well as normal operation test found that water was draining out of the tub completely and instructed customer that manufacturer design allows for a water to sit inside of the sump assembly at all times. Also found door seal would squeak when do was closed but at time of diagnostics no break or tears were found in seal a well as no leaks. Unit functioning as designed and will need office to report findings to ahs.; ordrng 1 Cnote (Needs reporting to ahs)

"Arrived on site to inspect cooktop damages. Upon further inspection, I found the left and right sides of the console were badly scratched. Also, the builder advised that the backsplash was damaged when the unit was installed (photos). I found when the unit is installed up against the backsplash, there is a 3/4 inch gap between the cabinets and the console on both sides (photos). I found a scuff mark on the right side trim (photo). I removed and replaced the console and installed a new nameplate. Cleaned the unit with stainless steel cleaner. Tested the unit, but the gas is shut off to the unit. I relocated the model/serial to the bottom of the unit under the cabinets (photo). No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

Arrived on site for a refrigerator thats making very little ice. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised that it does make ice about every two hours but it does not make as much as their prior icemaker. I did jump the icemaker and found everything working as it should. Pulled up the icemaker text sheet and did show the customer that this unit only makes 56 to 72 cubes a day and will take up to 3 days to fil the ice bin. The customer advised that is probably about right. They wanted to know if there was anyway that they could swap this icemaker for another icemaker. I didnt form them that that is not available on this unit. Checked temperature in the freezer and found the freezer at 0?F. Went over user care guide and the unit is working as designed. "Arrived on site for a washing machine thats not spinning. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that after the prior repair, the unit has been working fine. They had moved the unit outside for a little while and then moved it back inside. Once they moved it inside, they noticed two wires that were broken underneath the unit. The husband had attempted to fix it himself and they have not been able to drain ever since. Took a look underneath the unit and confirm that complaint. See photo. Spoke to Clemson was advised that this would not be covered under the warranty due to the customer breaking the wires and attempting to fix it themselves. "Arrived on site for a washer thats not spinning out clothes. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that shes only had two loads that wouldnt fully spin out all the water. However, most of her other loads of run just fine including the last three. The customer did have a load running during the time of operation. Watch the unit finish out the spin cycle and complete the clothes as designed. Ran through diagnostics and found no stored error codes. Ran through an auto test and the unit ran as designed. Ran the unit through manual fill, agitation, drain, and spin and couldnt find an issue with the unit. I did advise the customer that the issue might be with loading. The customer stated that it only seems to happen on extremely late loads or heavy loads. I did inform the customer on how to properly load her washer and went over the user care guide. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."
