"Arrived on site for a microwave with no power. I tested voltage at the wall and found none. Upon further inspection I found the GFCI breaker had popped. I flipped the breaker back on and then tested the unit. I ran the unit several times with a microwaveable cup of water, and found the breaker never popped again. I found the unit is working as designed. I informed the customer of my findings. I advised the customer that if the breaker continues to pop, that they may need to check the breaker.

"Arrived on site to test unit for not starting. Verified proper voltage(120vac). Found error code f8e4(open overflow switch). Found overflow pan was full of water. Found inlet valve was weeping. Tightened water line and leak is no longer present. Removed water and cleaned pan. Tested unit, unit now working as designed. No leaks detected. Job complete."

"Arrived on site for a wall oven that was hissing while in use, and then eventually stopped working. Upon arrival the customer provided a video of the sound. In the video I found that steam was aggressively coming from the top oven while running and hitting the console. I gained access to the thermal fuse an found it open, which indicates a bad fuse. I informed the customer that this would allow the unit to turn back on, but I will still need to further diagnose the unit for the abnormal sound. I installed the new fuse and then tested the unit. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes l I then ran an auto test and activated each relay. I found all functioning as designed. I then preheat both lower and bottom ovens. While the fans were running I verified with the customer that this is what they deemed as an abnormal sound. They stated it was. I informed them that it is normal sound, and the way the unit routes the airflow it can cause a slight whistle. I also found the vent for steam right where the steam was coming out in the video. I also found this was normal design. I found no other failure on the unit.

"Arrived on site to inspect cooktop element not working. Upon further inspection, the customer pointed out that the center burner element is not working on the power burner setting. Tested the burners and found them all operating as designed except the middle burner. I had the customer sign the waiver of damages from lifting glass cooktop and raised the glass portion of the cooktop. I tested voltage at the switch and found it providing 240V to the inner and out elements. . Tested the cooktop one more time before leaving and all burners are operating as designed.

Called tech line and helpful to get into diagnostics and had me run harvest and fill water test. All checked good. Arrived on call for complaint of some lights not working. Found the top light in freezer cause of lights not working.After replacing just the one light all the lights returned to normal.

"Arrived on site for TURNS ON BUT CYCLE WILL NOT ACTUALLY START-WORKED SINCE LAST REPAIR-STOPPED WORKING RECENTLY. Found dryer not turning on to turn drum, but control was powering on. Removed front panel and found lint and blower ducts heavily clogged with lint. This is what is causing the thermal fuse to short out. Cleaned out ducts with a vacuum and reassembled. Gained access to thermal fuse and it had gone out. Removed thermal fuse and installed new thermal fuse. Dryer powered on and began turning drum and heating as designed. Recommended to customer use timed dry only due to all other cycles using the sensors to tell when items are dry.

"Arrived on site to test unit for oven not heating, properly, customer stated that oven not getting to temp, customer using after market thermostats to measure temp, advised customer per owner manual not to use aftermarket thermostats, preheated both ovens to 350 degrees, top oven got to temp about 15 min and lower about 18 min, used thermocouple to Measure temp, The readings matched the oven temperature reading, educated customer on how to properly calibrate the oven, left top oven and bottom calibrated to 10? above set point temp, if customer needs more heat, then calibrating it to a higher temp is an option, unit is running assigned job complete"

"Arrived on site to inspect washer error codes. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error codes F2E3, F8E1, F3E1, F5E3. Cleared the codes and continued with testing and while in diagnostics, the drum continued to turn, but no water came in and the drain pump failed to turn on. Cycled power to the unit to reset control and tested in a normal wash mode. The door locked, drum began to turn in sensing mode, but no water dispensed. Stopped the cycle and placed into diagnostics again and this time error code F6E3 came up with F2E3. Following the tech sheet, I tested the UI harness and it 2as good. Ohmed out the drain pump and it is showing 19ohms. I am ordering the main control and CNOTE-LSO . No water leaks observed during service and unit left unplugged for safety. ; ordrng 1 W11201287 (Main control) and 1 CNOTE (LSO)"

Found amperage to compressor was drawing to many amps and tripping breaker. At this time u it will need new compressor, drier, access port, and main harness as well as a new start device+capacitor. "Arrived on site for Not Cleaning Dishes Properly - Dishwasher. I ran diagnostics and no error codes came on. Customer showed me pictures of dishes before placing into dishwasher. Customer had these same dishes on the counter for me to inspect after she emptied the dishwasher. It was a combination of dishes, bowls, silverware and coffee mugs on the counter. Upon first glance the dishes looked fine. Upon further inspection 1 of the coffee mugs it still had rings from where the liquid settled. Another bowl had brown stains inside. These areas would wipe clean with a rag after dishwasher cleans them, but would not come clean using the dishwasher. I took pictures of all the dishes for quick pics and our records. I explained that some liquids such as dairy in a coffee mug or like the heavily soiled bowl would need to sit and soak in warm water to loosen up these areas before placing them in the dishwasher to get better results. Customer explained she doesnt use dairy and that was not what was in the coffee. It was just coffee alone. Overall the dishes looked clean except for the brown areas in the bowl and rings in coffee mug. All the dishes on the counter did not have water marks and was obvious they came out of the dishwasher very dry. Let customer know the dishwasher doesnt use anything other than water and heat to clean so sometimes allowing items to soak like the mug and bowl may be necessary. After diagnostics completed I found a large amount of suds inside the bottom. She had rinse aid in the dispenser and it was turned down to 2. I removed all the suds from the bottom. I turned the dispenser down to 1 and ran diagnostics cycle again and found just as many suds. Removed dispenser and installed new dispenser. Ran diagnostics a third time and suds were gone. Expressed to customer they should only use pods and refrain from filling rinse aid dispenser to prevent oversudsing with rinse aid and pods with rinse aid. This could be the reason they are experiencing the left over marks in the dishes. Too much rinse aid may not allow the dishes to saturate and clean enough because the rinse aid is running the water out of the item too quickly. No leaks detected. Job completed."

Arrived on site and replaced fresh food evaporator cover and control board. After completing this repair customer showed another issue where when water dispenser is pressed water is given for a few seconds and then stops. If the door is opened and closed the dispenser will now work properly. After some time passes dispenser will go back to not dispensing. Arrived on site to test unit for not heating. Test unit and found bad heating element and board. Will need to replaced both parts. Customer has copper water line advised customer we will need unit pulled out for us to work on it due to the copper line. ; ordrng 1 WD05X28460 (Heating element) and 1 WD21X25992 (Control board) and 1 Customerhascopperwaterline (Read notes)

Arrived on site to replace parts. Found bad inverter and magnetron. Need to replace both at the same time. Will order inverter office to reschedule 2 hour job ; ordrng 1 W10217711 (Inverter) and 1 2hourjob (2 hour job)

"Arrived on site for a dryer with long dry times. Upon arrival the customer stated that they would have to dry their clothes for several cycles. I tested the units airflow and found that it had poor airflow. I removed the back of the unit and found all components as designed. I informed the customer and the apartment office that the unit is as designed, but the wall has poor airflow. I informed them that they may need to get a professional to clean the vents. Call complete."

Arrived onsite and found lo flo error resulting from the hot water not being turned on. Restored hot water valve to on position. Unit is now operating as designed.

Arrived on site to inspect unit doors not closing properly and door sweating. Confirmed correct functioning of the mullion and advised customer on the humidity control switch to prevent door condensation. Unit functioning as designed. Job complete

Arrived on site to replace heating element. Replaced element test unit and unit test good job complete.
