"I arrived on site to diagnose washer with vibration or out of balance loads, upon arrival I gained access to the unit and put it into service diagnostics, I found no fault codes stored in the unit. I put the unit into a diagnostics cycle and found that the unit is making a loud screeching sound when in a high speed spin. Upon accessing underneath the unit I found that one of the bolts holding in the motor was completely separated from the unit, I reattached the bolt and made sure it was tight in place and now the unit is operating properly as designed. I ran a diagnostics cycle and found the unit filled as designed. However, I found the unit not washing. I could here the motor humming though. I measured amp draw to the heater and found it good, and the drain was running as designed. I checked voltage at the wall and found it good. I gained access to the control and found the harness in good condition. I checked voltage to the control and out going to the motor. Both were good. This indicates a faulty sump and motor. I installed the new sump and motor. I then tested the unit in diagnostics mode and found it working as designed. No leaks observed at the time of service. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a microwave that was not working properly. Upon arrival the customer stated that the door was intermittently giving the close door error and they could not start it. The customer informed me that he believed it to be an interlock issue and tried to repair it himself, but could not. Upon arrival the unit was working g as designed however. I informed the customer I could replace the interlocks, but could not guarantee the unit would not throw the error later.I gained access to the interlock and found the bottom metal interlock clip coming from the chassis was broken. This was causing the interlock to slip around. Upon re going the old interlocks they broke. I went to install the new interlocks and found I could not secure them properly due to the clip being broken. I could not get the new interlocks to function properly. I found the new interlocks bad, or the clip possibly causing them to slip and not allow proper function.

The failure to dispense happens at random times for various amounts of time, and does not follow a pattern. I tested the dispenser and found it dispensing as designed with and without the filter in. I checked the harnesses from the door and found no broken or loose wires. Water pressure is not excessive. Talked with tech line who agrees that a line or the reservoir may be freezing at times. Recommended increasing temp of FC to 3 degrees, and RC to 39. Had customer increase temps to recommended. If issue returns we can try replacing the dispenser paddle / switch, W10317253. Customer will follow up if issue returns even with increased temps. Call complete."

Upon arrival the customer stated that after a cycle the tub had some water in it, and they have not used it since. Upon further inspection I found the tub dry. I manually activated the drain and found it energized. I then put the unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes. I ran the unit through a test cycle and found it ran through as designed, but left water in the tub at the end of the cycle. I found the customer just installed a new disposal and did not punch out the drain tube hole. I informed the customer this needs to be fixed and the unit will drain. I gained access to the hinges and found the friction sleeves broke off, and this is why the door would not stay up. I installed the new friction sleeves. The unit is working as designed. "Arrived on site to diagnose oven taking too long to heat and fan noise, upon arrival I gained access to the unit and put it into a bake at 350? I found that the unit is heating and sensing the heat properly using my thermal leads, I gained access to the fan and found that the blades were sitting too close causing the noise, I repositioned each blade to alleviate the noise, the unit is now operating properly as designed. Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Removed dual valve and installed new valve. Removed UI and installed new UI. Tested water dispenser and water still wont come out unless you press the ice maker paddle first. Removed both ice maker and water dispenser pads. Tested water dispenser and water still not coming out when new water dispenser pad was pressed. Tried testing the ice maker water fill test and once again it would not allow me to toggle between fill and off. When the water fill test begins it goes from 01 then straight to 03. If you press the change setting keys in this test it goes straight to 04 which is pause. Without being able to test the water fill test I asked the customer to monitor the fridge and to let Whirlpool know if the loud noise is still present. Customer stated after my last visit removing the valve and reinstalling it the noise wasnt as loud. Hopefully the new valve I installed today eliminates the noise completely. No leaks detected. Job completed.
