Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher. The customer informed me the unit will stop in the middle of a cycle the Display will flash and when the door is opened and closed it will drain and cancel. I put the unit into diagnostics and found no stored error codes. I ran a test cycle and found it running properly. I ran a normal customer cycle and found it running properly until I opened and closed the door. The display blinks an alarm sounds and it drains and cancels. There is a software issue in the UI. Diassembled and traced the noise to the blower housing, which was rumbling at the current angle. I bent the housing forward away from the motor and eliminated most of the noise. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit with my microwave tester and found the microwave turntable not turning and found the turntable off icon next to the time on the display. I explained to the customer how to turn the turntable on and off through the tools function and demonstrated. Turned the table on and retested and unit is operating as designed. Also, I demonstrated that the turntable can be turned off on the control panel with the on/off key next to the start key, but turning off and on through the tools function will keep it off entirely unless they turn it on. Arrived on site to inspect side by side refrigerator. The customer has had food defrost then refreeze. The customer also informed me there is low ice production. I found ice on the evaporator cover. The evaporator is iced up. I ran the heating element and found no heat. I ohmed the heating element and found a good reading 85ohms. I found the electrical connector has pulled out of the connector. I reseated the connector and taped the connector so it will not pull out again. I tested the heater and now found good heat and amperage. I instructed the customer to defrost the unit for 24 hours before powering back up. I cycled the ice maker and found it running and filling properly. The customer will keep an eye on the ice production now that the main cooling issue has been fixed. The unit now operates as designed. No leaks observed during service.

Advised that makes a buzzing sound and then it will make a clicking sound which they read online indicates an issue with the compressor. Found the unit not cooling upon entry. Ran unit through diagnostics and was able to get the compressor to kick on. Found the unit over-amping, and would shut off within 5 to 10 seconds. I swapped out the start device on it to see if that would fix the issue. Found the unit still over-amping indicating a faulty compressor. Arrived onsite for unit freezing food in fresh food section. Found damper staying open longer that normal. Tested and found damper mechanism good. Checked thermistors at control and recorded 5.98k ohm RC (47 degrees) and 15.65 k ohm freezer. Called tech line for assistance. Spoke to Chris. SR#7737832321. Found that RC cabinet thermistor was not positioned correctly and tucked behind LED module. Tech recommended securing thermistor and allowing temperature to stabilize. If symptoms persist tech recommend replacing RC thermistor. Job complete

"Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that has condensation forming in the fc and RC. Upon inspection I found this to be true for both sections I found the the in the RC the right side door gasket was torn and was letting warm air in causing the condensation there the fc had condensation as well and the was caused by there being a separation of the inner and outer door skins on the fc door. The customer mentioned to me the some of his items freezer and the basket of the fc on the top shelf I advised him that when packing the unit to always leave some space at the vent for good airflow, after making sure that the damper worked properly. I am ordering the fc door and the cover to be replaced. Arrived onsite for F97 error. On inspection the error was both stoves and when start them it errors out in the first minute. I gained access to the back of unit ohmed out both fans and they were good. On the fans is a senor board that monitors the speed of the fan. The fans work I think they the lower one is spinning to slow or the sensor is bad. I installed the upper fan with the old sensor and it made no difference. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the left FC door and found the water line connections were different from the old door which will require a 5/16-1/4 inch reducing coupler. Using a coupler from my van stock (WPW10334458). I adjusted the tubing and removed and replaced the coupler and tested the unit. Unit is dispensing water with no leaks at the coupler and ice maker is harvesting and filling as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker leaking water into the ice bin. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the ice maker keeps leaking water into the freezer section and down into the fresh foods section. I found a cut piece of tubing on the original fill tube and a ziptie sitting on top of the unit (photo). Customer advised the ziptie came off. I found the original fill tube is long enough but had to be pulled forward to properly rest inside the spillway of the ice maker. Using some tubing from my van stock, I cut a longer piece of tubing and removed the old tubing and tested. Unit is operating as designed with no further leaks. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leak from left overflow hose. I installed the clear door and ran multiple test cycles. I found all spray arms working properly. The unit still leaks from the overflow hose while the wash pump is on. I found water dripping further back from the overflow hose. After inspecting the leak further I found the tub leaking from the lower portion. The tub is leaking directly above the left overflow hose causing water to drip from the hose.
