I advised the CX that this issue is a common complaint, but how the newer units are designed to operate and it is working correctly. Arrived on site for dryer timer not working. I inspected the unit and work area. I tested the unit and found it coming on. I tested voltage to the timer and I found voltage fluctuating. I tested power to the unit and found good voltage. . I tested the dryer door switch and found with the door closed it is intermittently opening and closing. Indicating the switch is no longer making good contact internally. The door switch (131498900) is discontinued making the unit not repairable. I spoke to the customer about my findings. Arrived on site for oven not heating properly. I gained access to the control and tested line 1 and line 2. I found line 1 has 120vac and line 2 has none. I went to turn off the unit at the breaker and found when the breaker for the oven is off the oven remained on. I spoke to the customer and advised they need an electrician to check the breaker and the outlet/plug for the oven as it is not receiving proper voltage. Job complete.

Upon arrival confirm complaint and after inspecting Diagnostics I found no AirPods available but during disassembly and testing found owi sensor showing no resistance through thermistor terminals. Found rest of heating equipment functioning as designed and no clogs in the spray arm. Replaced owi reassembled and tested unit and found heater kicking on and instructed customer to allow for a few wash cycles with a rinse aid to cure back into the system to allow for better drying. "Arrived to inspect oven temperature. The CX had preheated both chambers to 350 and I placed a K-type thermocouple in the center of the upper oven and removed the previous offset, after removing aluminum foil that was placed in the bottom for spillage protection. The unit completed preheat at 437 and then cycled at 340, 364, 340, 367, 339, 367. Average cyclic temperature of 352.8. The lower oven with the same settings and already preheated had cyclic temps of 350, 385. I induced a -17 degree offset and retested. 342, 372, 339, 371 for an average of 356. I advised the CX of my findings and they will monitor the unit and adjust as necessary. No gas leaks detected during service. 45 minute temperature calibration,

"Arrived to inspect ice issue. I found the ice maker housing had moved forward, causing the ice bin door gasket to fold over and allow air to exchange between the bin area and the RC, causing freeze/thaw cycles. The RC evaporator drip pan had warped up in the middle, causing water to flow into the bottom of the RC and froze, forming a 1/2 thick ice slab. I removed the ice and added a required strengthener to prevent the spill over and continued warp. I sealed the drain tube assembly and tested. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service. Labor, 1 hour,

"Arrived to inspect noise. I found the unit would rock and the suspension was badly worn out. Further inspection revealed the gearcase lower seal had ruptured and flung oil in the cam, belt and shifter. The motor is likely ok and if required upon return, will require authorization. Unit has badly stuck wash plate, tech GC only please.; ordrng 1 W11130362 (Suspension)"

"Arrived to inspect no heat. I found the unit would not heat and testing revealed L1 at 42 VAC, L2 was intact at 123.2. I advised the CX that a qualified electrician will be required to correct the electrical supply issue. Unit left unplugged for safety. Serivce call / diagnostics,

"Arrived to inspect no heat. The burners would not heat and I tested the supply voltage. L1 to N, 124 VAC. L2 to N 124. L1 to L2 0VAC. I advised the CX that the L1 and L2 leads at the plug or circuit box are connected to the same supply phase and a qualified electrician will need to correct before further testing can be done."

"Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered part. I found that the return service and the part were not needed, after discussing with the prior tech and the service call was made in error. No further service required. No leaks observed during service."

Arrived on site for dishwasher not functioning correctly. Upon arrival confirmed issue. Found ui unresponsive due to touch keys on ui switch board failing off and failing to make contact with console. Also found main motor and drain motor ohming out of range as well as main harness giving intermittent resistance. Found unit is having multiple failures leading to repeated breakdowns. Will need reporting to ahs that unit cant be repaired and will have further failures if attempted.

"Arrived on site to inspect oven temps. Upon further inspection, I found where the customer had placed foil on the bottom panel and it melted to the panel. I pulled the unit out and inspected the bake element and it is good. I tested the element and it is showing 19.3ohms. I tested temps in the oven on bake at 350 degrees. Tested the element while in bake mode and it is getting 243V. The unit is heating as designed. I made recommendations for use and care

"Arrived on site to inspect washer not spinning. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error codes F0E5 & F0E2. Customer advised that hey have a water softener system. I cleared the codes and continued with testing and the unit operated as designed until it got to spin. While in spin cycle, it appeared that the basket was not engaging as the washplate was continuously spinning but the basket wasnt spinning. I found where the actuator wasnt fully engaging the spin cycle. I attempted to remove the washplate to check the hub, but was unable to remove it and didnt want to break it. I tested the actuator at the control and found 0VDC when the actuator would go from agitate to spin.; ordrng 1 W11481722 (Actuator) and 1 W10528947 (Hub) and 1 W10752283 (Washplate)"

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC= -9 degrees & RC=70 degrees. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the FC evap fan and found it not operating. I tested the damper and it is operating as designed. I disassembled the FC section and found the evap harness disconnected and frost beginning to build up on the top of the evaporator. The evap had a good frost pattern. I plugged the harness in and the fan immediately came on. I found no slack in the fan motor harness so I secured the molex connector with foil tape to keep it from disconnecting. I found the clips on the main molex connector were not snapping into place. I secured it with foil tape as well and showed my customer what I had done and they were good with the fix. I tested the defrost thermistor and element and both are functioning properly. Reassembled the FC section and monitored the unit for a few more minutes and found the RC section beginning to cool. I recommended that the customer allow the unit to cool for at least 24 hours before placing items back inside. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site for dishwasher with upper rack failing to stay in place and spray arms clogged. Upon arrival confirmed issue and found right side adjuster mount had broken/missing locking mold. Arrived on site to test unit for leaking per inspector. Inspector stated drain hose was leaking where connected to disposal. Noticed disposal was loose and gasket not sealing to sink. Also found signs of corrosion and proof of water leak as water was still present on ring and gasket. Ran dishwasher through diagnostics with no issues and no stored error codes. Advised customer disposal is the source of leak and would need to have corrected to prevent further damage. No leaks detected from dishwasher. Job complete.

Arrived on site for washer need him previously diagnosed rebuild. Upon arrival and sort all required parts and then ran a factory reset on the unit and afterword I fill the tub of 3/4 of the way for made sure that there are no leaks during agitation and then drained the unit and put it in a spin and still found no signs of leaking or any other failures. Inform customer to go ahead and watch a little laundry after repairs are completed and let us know if anything new were to occur. Call complete

Arrived on site for washer needing previously diagnosed suspension rods. Pot arrival reconfirmed issue and installed required parts. Reassembled and tested washer after doin a factory reset and found washer no longer shaking and functioning as designed. Call complete no leaks during tests

Arrived on site for refrigerator ice bucket needing a previously diagnosed drum barrel. Upon arrival reconfirm complaint and install the required part and then reassemble the bucket and Tess of the dispenser on crushed and cube settings with the customers supervision and found both functioning as designed with no failures in the ice bucket or dispenser. Call complete

"Arrived to inspect temperature issues. I found the unit was actually operating as designed and the installation crew did not tell the CX that it can take up to 48 hours for the unit to fully cool and cycle the compressor. The doors were uneven and the chassis was not square and I corrected. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling correctly. Upon arrival confirm complaint and after further inspection found that the evaporator coil had no ice moisture buildup or coolness to the touch of any kind. Evap coil had a kink in the line. I then found the amp draw to the compressor was 0.19 and the compressor was barely able to run with 120 V supply to it. Found that the unit is going to require a sealed system repair including all or 600 equipment needed for repair. "Arrived to inspect no ice. I tested the FC temperature and found it at 29.7. RC was 48.2. The compressor drew 1.45 amps at low speed and initially in high speed mode, was at 3 amps and CHARGE to 2.1. The sealed system has failed and will require replacement. I did not find any signs of leaks at either evaporator, but will need to be checked when the compressor is replaced. There is Technical Service Pointer #: W10666205E, Special Project : S71233 covering this issue. The compressor, RC evap and labor are covered. If the unit needs the FC evaporator, CX is aware there is a charge for it, but not likely needed. Office to schedule return service and allow for 2 hours sealed system repair. "Arrived on site for a washing machine not spinning. Upon arrival the customer stated the issue is the cycle will often get stuck on the spin part and stop, and the spin LED will continue to flash. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F5E1 for lid switch fault and F9E1 for drain fault. I then ran a test cycle and found it ran through as designed. I manually activated each load and could not replicate any failure. I gained access to the pressure hose and found it in good shape. I gained access to the bottom of the unit and found it in good shape. I found no breaks in the harness. Due to the unit being stuck on spin upon arrival I installed a new control, for I could not replicate a failure. I then calibrated the unit and ran another test cycle. The unit is working as designed at the time of service. Call complete."
