Found the evaporator fan and condenser fan running but the compressor not running. Took an amp draw off the compressor and found the compressor pulling 5.8 A for 30 seconds before shutting off. I pulled the unit from the cabinet and found the top and bottom back covers dented in. I found the vent cover under the unit dented. I removed the dented panels and found the bracket for the blower motor dented as well. I tested the oven elements, temperature sensor, and harness. "Arrived onsite for washer not draining. On inspection the tub had about 15 gallons of water in the basket. Drain all the water and flip the unit up, pulled the connector off the pump tested the pump and it read 19 ohms. Then I saw the pinched wire of the pump connector, when I touched the wire it split in two. Took closer look at the other wire in it was damaged to. The damage came from the lid of the connector crimped the wires when it was closed from the factory. Repaired the wires and tested the unit in diagnostics mode and it operated as designed. No water leaks detected during service."

Arrived onsite for dishwasher error F8E4. On inspection ran the unit in diagnostics mode but could recreate the issue. CX said that it happen over night and she got up and under the unit. She plugged the unit back in the next day the F8E4 was still there. I could see where water was under the unit leaked out of the over flow switch. CX going to run the unit during the day to try in isolate the issue. Ran the unit in diagnostics mode twice to make it error out with no success. The unit may of had a power outage while running at night that may have caused the issue. No water leaks detected during service.

Arrived onsite for washer not spinning. On inspection I found the connector for the actuator was unplugged. I reconnect the connector and ran the unit in diagnostics mode. When it got to the agitation cycle it did 2 movement and let out a loud screeching noise. Shut the unit off and flipped it back to get underneath the unit. The actuator was moving back and forth between agitate and spin cycle. Switch out the actuator in tested again same noise. Ohmed out the wires for the actuator and they were good. Replaced the control board and i calibrated the unit. Ran the unit in diagnostics mode and it operated as designed. No water leaks detected during service.

"Arrived to inspect no cooktop without power. The CX was unsure of the correct operation of the unit due to incorrect information published within MFG documentation. I advised the CX there are several methods of cooktop lockout and this one is solenoid driven, and must have line VAC present to maintain gas supply to the cooktop. I demonstrated by igniting one of the burners and unplugging the unit, causing the cooktop gas supply to be interrupted and the flame to extinguish. Operational test good, no gas leaks detected during service. Warranty applied to this service."

"WRT112CZJZ00 Arrived to inspect cooling issue. I found the unit would not cool as it should and the capillary tube from the dye drier to the cabinet was very cold and coated with condensation. This denoted a restriction and I removed and replaced the drier and tested. The restriction was within the capillary tube area that is compressed by the Lokring connector and the connector caused the issue. The unit cooled as designed and all functions were present. The condensate pan would not fit in place due to incorrect sound deadening material placement and after correcting, the pan clipped into place. No water connections to unit."

"Arrived on site to inspect range oven making popping noises. Upon further inspection, I inspected all of the harnesses for any breaks in the wiring and found none. Tested the cooktop and found all burners are operating as designed. Removed the oven door and gained access to the bake burner and found it good. I did find the burner shutter door on the bake and broil burners wide open and allowing too much gas to escape the burner. I closed the doors approximately half way and tested the burners and they are functioning . Reassembled the unit and tested the unit in Bake mode at 350 degrees and the unit is operating as designed. During preheat and approximately 5 mins after preheat, I could hear popping noises from the metal being heated and expanding. Placed the unit in diagnostics and checked for error codes and found none. I advised the customer of my findings and the noises theyre hearing are normal. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer not cleaning. Upon further inspection, I found the unit full of water and non-responsive. I unplugged the unit and waited. Removed the control panel and plugged the unit back in and pressed the start button and the unit cancelled and began to drain the water. In doing this, I found the control and drain pump are operating as designed. Once the water was drained from the tub, I tilted the unit back and found the actuator that of the new designed and the actuator arm was not engaged with the cam shifter. I removed and replaced the actuator and calibrated the unit. Retested in diagnostics and the unit is operating as designed. I made recommendations for use and care. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."
