Arrived on site for dishwasher leaking. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the dishwasher still had all of the interior packaging in It. I unpacked the dishwasher and turned the water on and plugged it in. Inran a diagnostic cycle and found the unit working as designed with now water leaks detected at this time. Arrived onsite for long dry times. Upon arrival test unit and got heat but no suction from blower. Removed rear panel to access blower. Found blower wheel not connected to motor. "Arrived on site to diagnose range with orange flames coming off front right burner. Spoke with customer who said all burners are orange now. I inquired about if a humidifier is being used, and one is in use in the house. I tried adjusting the flame and found no change or dirty orifices. Advised customer that humidifier adds moisture to the air, which affects the flame quality. Once humidifier is no longer being used and levels return to normal, unit should be fine. Advised to follow up for a possible regulator repair if issue does not change even after humidifier is shut off for several days. C

Arrived onsite for a stacked washer the will not drain. Upon arrival we found that the unit had a f9e1 code stored we then gained access to and checked the drain pump filter and found that it was clogged I tested the pump with my meter and found that it was testing out of range. We replaced the pump and tested the unit and found the unit operating as designed but the customer will need to clear the stand pipe. Due to water backing up in it due to a clog somewhere down the line. I advised the customer of this and we placed the unit back it place. Job complete M15UWQ1APL1

I removed the FC evap cover and found no frost pattern on the evaporator and it was wet. I tested amp draw to the compressor and found it at .51amps. I placed my gauges in the drier and compressor and found the compressor side in a deep vacuum and the drier side showing just above 50psi. I checked for leaks and found none. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they have a water softener system and theyre using a detergent provided by the manufacturer. I removed the top panel and placed the unit in diagnostics and manually tested the dispenser and pump. I removed the dispenser drawer in order to monitor the detergent flow from the pump and found it operating as designed. I questioned if the detergent dose could be calibrated as I could not find it in the owners manual and Adrian walked me through the steps of calibrating it by pressing Temp and Soil together and waiting for the numbers to appear. Once the numbers appeared, I calibrated the unit to 6 and tested. Unit is operating as designed and pumping a minimal amount of detergent now. Adrian provided SR#7735686445. I demonstrated to the customer on how to calibrate and recommended they leave it on 6 due to the water softener system. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite to replace a dishwasher heater for Special Project S17304. I replaced the heater and tested the unit. All is working as designed and there were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for a dishwasher that is still leaking out of the front on the right side. I found the toe kick sound barrier insulation completely soaked with water. I tested the unit and found no leaks in the service cycle. The customer was using Cascade pods with Dawn. I loaded the dispenser with a pod and ran a cycle. About 10 minutes after the dispenser opened the unit started leaking water and suds from the front of the unit. I found the tub full of suds allowing water to run over the tub seal. The customer grandson took a photo of the suds to show Ms Baker. I talked with Ms Baker on the phone and explained what was causing the leak and advised trying a different pod or changing to liquid detergent. There were no other water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.
